    I am akash verma ex employee of IIFL GOLD LOAN INDORE MALGANJ BRANCH.
    I resigned and my notice period is also completed. Branch staff and sinior employee doing unethical behavior toward me.
    They doing intentionally becouse i don't accept their higher salary offer and decide to go.They're doing this with every staff who's resigning from IIFL. Atmosphere of indore area getting worst day by day. Below unethical practice is happening
    1. They msg me in personal WhatsApp no and using unofficial language. if any issue they should using E-mail mode.
    2. They called customer and give wrong information that i done something fraud and company terminate me but i serve my whole notice period they harm my social image.
    3. Many customer call me on personal number but i haven't give my number to customer in past branch staff give my personal number to customer. They thread my confidential information.

        I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service and have already created many tickets. But no one ever calls back. Even after closing my loan account which first of all damaged my entire cibil score as it was uninformed loan on my account. They now do not provide support and do not reply to emails.

        With reference to the what?? I did not even mention any loan detail. And my CIBIL report clearly shows Individual loan and not home loan. Stop being so conclusive and get your support team to call back.

            Dear sirs

            I have taken housing loan from IIFL. I am sending continuously emails requesting to furnish the LOD, IIFL is not responding to any of the mails. Their contact numbers are very tricky, we never get access to the concern person, always we will be connected to a BPO, and the persons always note down and communicate over phone that the complain is with concern person. I am a bit skeptical and want help with getting my list of documents.

            I am not sure, if I can mention details of my loan number and contact details. I humbly request to share email ID, . I want to share all details confidentially. I need help to resolve my concerns

              I took the loan from Karzybee amount of 8000 rs with the mobile number - [protected](Currently sim inactive) and email id - [protected]@gmail.com, amd profile name - Karthik Kanumuri, account open date[protected], clear all dues from Krazybee and also provided the NOC but I didn't take any loan from IIFL but wrongly CIBIL score reported against my profile, I want clear this.

                Dear Madam/Sir,

                MY Client ID is [protected] (Vijay Khemka)

                This is to inform you that i am very disappointed with the service of IIFL. I had made the payment of Rs.555/- in 2010 towards life time free service for Demat Account Charges along with Annual Maintenance Charges. The representative of IIFL fotld me that IIFL will never charges for Demat Account Charges & AMC if i pay the amount of Rs.555/- . So i had made the payment to IIFL.

                Under the circumstances, IIFL has sent a mail in 2014 towards the Depository Charges as revised by them. Subsequently, they started to charge for the subject per month and they started to sell my holding share without any communications and discussed with me. I had objected for the subject after long time then they told me that IIFL can change the charges any time for the subject. Then why IIFL had taken the amount of Rs.555/- from their customers? They had cheated us and collected the amount from each and every customers who was interested that time. However they have collected so much money from the customer at a one time.

                IIFL has sold my most of the holding share against my dues. They suspend or active my account as per your norms without any phone call or communication. They have never given satisfactory service from their side. Hence i have lost so much money due to sold of my holding share by IIFL.

                They are liable to compensate us against cheating and sold my holding share and harassments.

                You are requested to look into the matter.

                    I had taken loan on kreditbee on Nov 2021 I paid all my dues in Feb 2022 itself . But in my cibil data showing amount 2rs overdue . How it is possible I had made my full payment through kreditbee app and my loan also closed . But now it's showing 2rs amount overdue .                       I am not getting my refund from IIFL

                      Address: Vraj Complex, Ground Floor, opposite Amar Maruti Showroom, Gorwa, Vadodara, Gujarat 390003

                      My self Ankit Shah, my gold loan no is GL 17480802 & GL18860024 which was auctioned in March 2022. I have a message from iifl about refund. I submit my accounts details, documents proof and chancelled cheque on 25/04/2022. But my refund amount of rs. 9167 is still pending. I regularly follow up with IIFL Gorwa branch staff, but there is no satisfying answer till date. Therefore, i request to please help me to refund my post auction amount...

                      I got a loan message from your side that my loan amount has been transferred to my bank account.
                      Dear IIFL
                      My name is Akshay Khule and my iifl loan account no is SL3400287
                      Are you kidding me or playing a game?
                      If my loan had been deposited in my bank account, then there would have been a message of confirmation that the money has been deposited in my bank, neither even a single rupee of my SBI bank account loan did not come or the money was already deposited in my bank account. Is it that a message has come from the bank's side.
                      Why is it like this, immediately inform me and immediately solve my problem and send money to my bank account.
                      So I am sending a copy of my bank statement and your message to me on WhatsApp and my loan has been activated on IIFL app, I am sending you these three screenshots as proof.
                      1. From the day I got the loan approval to the day my loan got disbursed i.e. today 26 April 2022 my bank statement will show you that I have not received any of your loan amount in my account.
                      2 . Your loan was successfully disburse me message came on my whatsapp.
                      3. My loan activation message on IFFL app.

                      Do not do this to me, I am a small businessman, how will I be able to repay you so much money if I do not get any money from your loan?

                          Hi,
                          I have owe home loan from IIFL in 2019 and submitted all the required documents related to loan and PM subsidy. From 2019 to Feb 2022 I had followed with customer care and tried to visit branch but no body gave me correct answer, every customer care executive only asked to wait for 60days and in branch they do have any information they only transfer responsibility to customer care executive, even no one interested to pick customer call.
                          I have got an email that a couple of days before that says "We do not have received any application form from your side for PM subsidy" and customer care guys tole me that now PM subsidy has been stopped from Govt. side.
                          I'm unable to understand in 2-3yrs no body have response related to this and suddenly saying haven't received application form after multiple followup.
                          Is it good way to work?
                          IIFL is just cheating customer to pay EMI just because they hold property paper.

                                Dear Kiran Gawand,

                                I am writing this email very disappointedly and dis heartedly to you as being a customer with IIFL for past 3 years.

                                I would like to update you that I have foreclosed by loan with Loan Account number IL10042653 in Feb 2022 ending and the documents were collected on 21st March 2022.

                                I had requested the customer care to stop my auto debit as I had already paid the Amt and cleared the same online on 9th March 2022.

                                At that time I was made assured by your customer care executives that the auto debit would not occur, however the same was done on 10th March 2022.

                                Later I raised a request for refund on 11th March 2022 as I had to pay my EMI in 10th April 2022 with request number 3864228. On that occasion the CS executive Assured me that the refund would be done in 7 working days for which I took a follow up on 23 rd March by calling customer care team.

                                There I spoke with one lady who assured me that the 7 working days is still not over and would be done in 24 to 48 hrs but still it was not done.

                                Later I spoke with the customer care executive on 28th March where I spoke with Shivani where she assured and told me that the same is not processed and she would be marking mail to processing department to get the same closed.

                                Now again today I have spoken with Manisha which she has again told the same thing that the processing is initiated and would take 24 to 48 hrs and she is marking a mail to processing team.

                                Here to make sure that the IIFL customer service are not bluffing like before I have asked her to provide the mail on my registered Email id but she straight away denied stating that they can’t share any email to customer.

                                Later I ask her to transfer the call to her senior manager or floor manager that she again declined stating that the call cannot be transferred to senior as they are not authorized to transfer the call to floor manager.

                                It was very surprising to me that there is no floor manager to take escalation calls and no one to monitor the processing or service request in IIFL. As per my knowledge all reporting and process monitoring need to be taken care by compliance department and also with the floor manager.

                                Also when I said that I would write to senior and Ombudsman she straight away told that I can write to them which shows the very nature of IIFL people to not to help customer.

                                When I asked her to provide the conversation request reference number she told that she don’t have the same as this is not in your process nor they are equipped with IIFL CRM tool.

                                TO my surprise I was not believing as there would be no track of request raised who are calling to IIFL.

                                Now being an knowledgeable guy I would like to ask some simple question as below for which I expect a simple and logical answers;-

                                What is the TAT of refund for the amount wrongly debited from customer account?
                                What is the process of monitoring the service request which is open?
                                Where it is mention in RBI or government regulation that a company cannot write and email reply to Customer on his registered email id?
                                What is the reporting structure of the IIFL customer service team if they do not have any authorities to help customer?
                                Why are your customer service executive are not given the required toll to support customer?


                                Please note that I want the refund and the answers for all the question raised in 24 to 48 hrs and if I do not receive the same I would be forced to write to RBI ombudsman and the claim would need to be bear by IIFL company as there is various service lapsed and process lapsed at your end.

                                Hoping a quick processing and revert from your end.
