I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service and have already created many tickets. But no one ever calls back. Even after closing my loan account which first of all damaged my entire cibil score as it was uninformed loan on my account. They now do not provide support and do not reply to emails....

Please cancel the IIFL Loan A/c No.[protected] of the BYJU'S Product sanctioned in favour of my Son named "PREM BEHERA" due to crisis of finance as my wife is suffering in Ovarian Cancer Stage-III(b) as well as my old age mother is a chronic patient.

An early action is requested for cancellation of the same.

I had taken loan on kreditbee on Nov 2021 I paid all my dues in Feb 2022 itself . But in my cibil data showing amount 2rs overdue .
