It's been almost a month, and I haven't received any updates on the shipping.

Two shipments have been held at NEW DELHI RS TMO and have not been updated since last 7-8 days on the website neither have they been delivered to the customer.
Please look into it!!...

My parcel has been dispatched from new delhi rs tmo on 29th may 2023 and it should have been reached by now. If not then atleast please update the tracking details so that i can know the whereabouts of my item. Plz get this resolved soon as i urgently need it. My consignment number is EE[protected]IN....

Status is showing 'item delivery confirmed' but it is not delivered to the receiver. It has been 3days it showing. I have ordered a parcel through amazon and the seller has sent it through post office from pune, to Pilkhuwa, UP.
