Speed post :door intimation served

I got the message of passport delivery on 16th march.From that time i had continuously tracked my speed post and at last 18th march when i had track then it shows the " door lock intimation". But during whole process i did no receive the single call or message from postman.
How can these poor situation can raise 😞
Is they already post it back to the passport office or should i collect from post office next day.

Abstraction of contents of speed post article

I have sent a consignment (weight=115gm)containing some important documents through speed post.It was perfectly packed in an envelope. i got the counter foil from whitefield p.o (560066) Bangalore.
when i received it at destination it weighs only 71gm and the packing is also altered.Some of the important documents are missing from it. It can push me in big trouble i[censored]sed in illegal acts.
I may need to lodge a FIR for this incident.It...

Rude behaviour of the postmaster

I had placed a request for my NSE since the query has already been raised on 5th Nov at the Orlem Post Office Mala West, I called them today to check the status however the Post Master was very rude when he asked me the date of the query submission I had clearly told him that I don't have the certificate handy to which he replied that we cant check without the date, I told him that I don't roam with the certificate my name should suffice...

Service tax on premium of postal life insurance

I don't why but Post Office has started imposing service tax on premium of Postal Life Insurance. I think no other private insurance company are charging service tax on premium of a any policy. In fact when I asked the post master when why they are charging this, even he had no explanation. As a government organisation I think post office should stop such activity. Untrained staff in kazhakuttom post office

I would like to bring to your kind notice that employees of post office at kazhakuttom, trivandrum are not trained in their day to day duties so lot of delay in post office work. Renewal of mis and term deposits takes almost a month to happen so now we are reluctant to do any deposits with the post office. Request to recruit efficient employees. Change in Postal Pin Code by Department of Posts, a big harassment to Public at large, difficult to get it implemented in all I.D. proofs

We are residing in Sector 43- B, Chandigarh, U.T., for the last 30 years. at the same house/ same postal address. In the beginning when Pin code system started, all residents of the area were allotted Pin code of 160036. After some years it was changed to 160022 and all the residents have to go through a long and difficult procedure to get this new pin code altered at their ID proofs like, Pass Port, Voter Card, Pan Card, Adhara Card etc.....

Rude behaviour of post office Employees

Dear Sir/Madam

The behaviour of the post office employees are really rude. They do not talk properly and treat customers which is not acceptable.

Their way of communication is really hurting and the they use toxic words while arguing. They dont have respect for elders too.

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees....

Regarding postman,
He was not intended to deliver item properly. Delivering to a wrong person on different address which is away from 3km, who gave money to redirect the postal of ourselves. That person is my brother, so using that relationship and making benefit of this. The local postman very well known that my brother is stealing my resources but still he is helping him. Recently about 5 package of my parcels are not delivered...

International toll free number not working
