This India Post scam has gotten so bad. They don't take enough responsibility for the services they offer and the people they serve. Such shameful act and behaviour by the Customer care agents even. Even the customer service representatives engaged in such despicable behavior. I called them twice to ask about the progress of a previous complaint, but both times they cut me off while acting as though they could not hear me. Just disgusting. What a reckless and despicable act. India Post should be subjected to strict legal action right away to stop perpetrating fraud.

My university is sending me some very crucial documents via India Post Inland post service. And the address is absolutely correct though when I checked the latest update on India post tracking service it says, " Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located" . No one has even contacted me asking my address. Kindly help me to get my parcel asap....

Dear sir, my letter with tracking number - EU[protected]IN is not moving from NSH 1CBPO from more than 12 days . Even after doing speed post its taking so much time already . Its destination is Secunderabad-21, EME Records, APO- 500009 . These are important papers which needs to reach its destination as soon as possible.
Please do take initiative to solve this issue .

This is regarding my India Post Speed Post parcel which was shipped on 18 th May, 2023 from Reckong Peo (EE[protected]IN). However, it’s been more than 2 months now since my parcel hasn’t made it to its destination in Mizoram. I have filed a complaint in the post office both online and offline but I am yet to receive any reply from them. Kindly help! The parcel contains a woollen coat, it’s a client order.

My registered letter received at Delhi Ap TMO on 23 July and it’s 27 July still no update and item is at Delhi Ap Tmo only please send it to the concerned address as it is urgent

Sir please find a item was dispatched to us through registered post CC[protected]IN but item not delivered online shows as delivered to addressee, while we were at home, no call no bell ring no message, it was a registered parcel need help in tracking the current status and immediate delivery needed....

My parcel was booked from Vadgoan Budruk S. O on 21/06/2023 . It was supposed to reach by 19/07/2023 but the last update was Item dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on 30/06/2023 morning and no updates after that.
I would like to know what is the current status and when the item will be delivered.

I despatched two shipments, each containing two fabric materials, to west bengal and bihar on july 13, 2023,  using speed post, and they arrived at their destinations in west bengal after 12 days. One fabric material was missing from the package that was delivered to the recipient, and another was damaged. He received the package only for the purpose of providing me with proof, called me right away to further discuss the situation, and...

I ordered an action figure with the Product Description “ Dc Multiverse: The Dark Knight Rises: Gold Label Series Action Figure: Bane (Trench Coat)” from the website Forbidden Planet, Tilbury UK.

The item arrived by Royal Mail through India Post having the following details:

Dispatch Date: 14/07/23
Recipient details: Vishal Goswami, Guwahati, Assam.

The package was empty upon arrival and the item of question was not inside. Request India Post to look into the matter and track it when it was stolen during transit.

Grievance stands as follows

We attach here with a PDF file consisting two screenshots.
One is showing your acknowledgement receipt of speed post article submitted to your Nariman point post office yesterday.
Another screenshot is showing the status of this article as on today.
Still after 3 days, it failed to show the genuine status of our submitted Speed Post article. Why?
Where the article has gone?
Why it is not visible on status?
It is the result of deficiency and negligence on the part of India Post.
Why they call it speed post and why they charge four times more than normal post if this is the speed our articles are handled with.

We have to mention in this reference
That this is not the first time we are facing this issue from the Nariman point post office.
It had occurred twice earlier too, where we had submitted our Speed Post articles but on the status, nothing was visible.wby?
They do not reply when we send email to them to clarify such way of working.
When the complain is lodged, to regulatory authorities then only they wake up and reply with fake excuse only, stating it was a technical system error. Every time?
Our last article speed post submitted to Nariman point post office was delivered after 12 days. This is the efficiency of India Post and we suffer.
They got to refund back all the amount with compensation if the fail to deliver quickly the speed post article.

The parcel with consignment number CQ[protected]IN was dispatched from SOPORE on 6 July. On tracking it shows that the parcel is dispatched from Mumbai RMS Surface Inward L1U as of 16 July. But till now no idea where the parcel is please help me to trace out it...

My friend has posted a very important document on 6th July 2023 through Speed Post from kolkata ("Lake Market SO"). It has to go to Uluberia, Howrah (Different city same state, West Bengal).

I went to the Speed Post tracking website. status is not updating after 1 day. The resolution or S.L.A of Indian speed post is 2-4 days . Since mine is in the same state and different...

The parcel was dispatched from the sub office and reached to Ludhiana PH on the same day itself . But since 2 days the tracking status is not updating in the website . It contains a gift that I was willing to give to someone on his birthday. I don't what has happened this time here please take a look at this matter that actually where my parcel is .

Amazon Ordered product vide India Post Tracking Number AW[protected]IN. India Post status shows as the item got delivered to the addressee, which was never delivered or received.
India Post kept shifting the Item from One Post Code to the other Post Code within the City (Hyderabad, TS), but they never attempted to make a call to the addressee either to inform or to obtain the address if there is any confusion.
India Post SMS being sent to the registered mobile number but never mentioned any contact number to track and collect the item.
Not sure what kind of delivery model they adapt.
The process they did for two weeks is waste of human energies, time, effort, money and all. Finally, the Item was never delivered to the addressee. It's all Public Money!!!

We ordered a parcel from India to Israel, we are still tracking our parcel and it is in Delhi since 11.07.2023, it has been a week. I don't understand why they didn't process further? We are very disappointed with this kind of behaviour of courier service. This is the worst service from India. Please do not be careless to deliver our parcels, because we want to buy and order things from our nation, we love our products.

EE[protected]ID : The package has been sent from Indonesia via their local post office and has been received by Indian Post. It was dispatched to Ghaziabad (where it is supposed to be delivered), however, it was sent back to Delhi and now it is stuck at New Delhi RS TMO. Kindly help.
