My parcel is showing update as "Item Dispatched from Delhi RS TMO" since 2 days and it has not been updated since then. Delhi to Noida doesn't take 2 days. They have charged for speed post but the delivery speed is less than normal post.

One of my parcel was booked at Kohima on 10/08/23. It was dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mails TMO on 18/08/23. Its been 4 days still I haven't received my parcel. The parcels which were dispatched a long after it, has already arrived. Consignment no. - CN[protected]IN. Plz help me

My item was booked on. 12/08/2023. However as per the Tracking Status it says the item did not deliver due to Addressee cannot be located. It's a Aadhaar Card and it's been getting delivered to the Address mentioned in the Aadhar. How can that be possible the Addressee cannot be located. Mr. Chandan Kumar (Beat No:B6) didn't even went to the address mentioned in the Post. Please have the Article No: JN[protected]IN delivered ASAP.

We booked RH[protected]IN for Patna with proper address and mobile number but till time no delivery.

India Post... might have adapted the worst ever delivery service system in India. As such, any courier start-up company delivers the consignment/shipment without fail, they infact make a call to the addressee and assures of proper and perfect delivery, and this is the same system delivery company follows globally.

Wherein India Post never tries to call the addressee incase if address is unclear, and they always updates the tracking status as "Insufficient Delivery Address" and never tries to deliver it, instead they never keep it at one particular office, they keep shuttling it from one Post Office to the other Post Office, and tracking details are very inappropriate for the addressee, incase if willing to collect the shipment/consignment from the Post Office. Tracking never show contact information and contact address/location for pickup/collection.

The worst ever India Post service. Waste of public money. Lot of human energy and other energies, and resources being burnt away ending up with undesired and unsatisfactory results.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to bring your kind attention that Article no CR[protected]IN was sent from Beawar [Raj] H.O to Guwahati on 01/08/2023. It reached New Delhi RS TMO on 05/08/2023 at time- 05:00:00. As per last update it was dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO facility on 05/08/2023 at time- 05:10:00, Facility ID TM[protected], BAG ID- CDG[protected]. Since then it has been 14 days and there is no update regarding the Article. I have also raised a complaint on[protected] at India Post online portal and the complaint no- [protected]. It has been 16 days now since the article is dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO and there has been no further update.
Please help for the article to reach in destination.

Dear Team,
I shipped 5 international shipments on 11-Aug-2023 through India Post, they were booked at Jaipur GPO, and processed the same day from Jaipur, they reached Delhi on 12-Aug-2023 and as per the tracking they have dispatched from Delhi Rs TMO and the next office is New Delhi Foreign Post Office, usually after this update it shows received at customs and when they dispatched from India it shows item bagged, but none of these shipment shows this information means that after 8 days they even not processed the shipment, all these 5 shipments are URGENT shipment, and the value of these shipments is around 22500 and I have paid 2239 Rs. to the post office for the shipment charges if these shipment not delivered on the time it can ruin my business, kindly please help me and deliver these shipment asap, and update the tracking information on the portal also, because the buyer can file a claim of not delivery even if the shipment will deliver but the tracking does not show delivery information, so please help me

My parcel was dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO on 18/8/23 and its 20/8/23 today but there’s been no update on the tracking.Kindly look into it.

I sent a parcel from Bangalore to ramanathapuram he so ( Hyderabad) . The parcel was suppose to deliver on 18th as I got the notification that it's out of delivery ..also when I track its shows the same...but till 8.30 pm it didn't deliver and received sms like item on hold ..when I track that time it shows its delivered to the addressee...what mismatch is that when my person didn't receive the parcel.
What a pathetic service is this.we are doing india post bcz of safety only.. Attached the sms screen shot and tracking details..Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

I have a send a parcel which is of cost Rs.5000 near about. On 10/05/2023 I send that parcel from Mahad Sub Post Office 402309 to the location Ukhrul (Manipur).But still that parcel is not recached to exact location.
Parcel article no. is CM[protected]IN. After giving complaint on official website of India Post Office I received a letter in which they mention that "They are unable to track the status of my parcel since 18/5/2023 and my case is close " . It is not proper response from them that I was expecting.

Dear sir,
Iam residing in Kerala state at Kottayam 686512. The postman is asking bribe for delivering my sons passport at my communication address. Even fighting with me for not paying bribe 100rs. This has happened to me during several times . He says all others are paying bribe money to him. This corrupt postman is Mr. Arun P G( beat no.2) in 'Parathodu' post office-686512. He is an anti- social person in our area. If we say something against him, he won't deliver our valuable letters and parcels. If we didn't pay the bribe he intentionally delays Speed Post letters and delivers back to the sender.
His behaviour is rude to public. Requesting the concers to take necessary action.

I have a registered letter comming from poland it was booked on 2 nd june and arrived to destination country it where went to all customes and it was dispatched from mumbai forigen post office on 21june after that no update in status and i have not received till now any thing this my tracking no [RR[protected]] i have tryied to contact india post but not received any response please resolve my issue asap

I have a registered parcel comming from netherland current status showing custom hold since 11/08 /23 remarks showing that AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S This my tracking no[CC[protected]NL] please resolve this issue asap if i have to customs charges i am ready to pay also...

My debit card which was dispatched on 07/08/2023 from noida bnpl sp hub and it's last update was on 13/08/2023 from air LGBI TMO AP guwahati now it's been 4 days the dispatch from guwahati but the item haven't reach yet maybe there is some problem please fix it and I am from arunachal pradesh, my consignment no-JA[protected]IN

Several times sent mails to you and all poostal departments regarding delyed deliveries due to roaming same places sent and received again and again
Why the are not sending destination pincode post office directly
Nobody is responding why all poostal departments are neglecting their actions
Is this speed post or bilegaadi post

I had ordered books from Mumbai, which were booked on 04 Aug 2023 at Kalbadevi H.O(400002) and had to be delivered at Shikherjee H.O(825329). The consignment has last update of 11 Aug in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Ma Ranchi RMS TMO at about 18:57:28 but no updates after that. Today is 16th and it has been so many days I am waiting for any further updates. I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet. And the concerned Ranchi post office (RMS TMO) is not picking up calls even. Means at the end of the day, I am stuck getting help from neither of the sides.

My parcel was booked in RAJKOT UDYOGNAGAR SO on 09/08/23. Its Consignment No. – CG[protected]IN. It was a 3.2 Kg Parcel. Its last tracking was at RAJKOT RMS at 7:16 am on 10/08/23. The tracking has not been updated from 3 days.
