This is to inform you that my parcel is yet not received to me . but it suppose to get it delivered on 01st August 2016, But till now I haven't receive the parcel yet . The tracking Id is - EP[protected]IN . I have mentioned the address on the packet . kindly look into this and get it delivered as soon as possible
i have mailed several times . but no response by your side is provided

I had booked a speed post at PALDI S.O. (AHMEDABAD)-380007, dated 26.08.2016 reference transaction no is. EG[protected]IN. It was to be delivered to Mr Praveen Kumar, Indusind Bank Limited, Seva tower, 3rd Floor Block C, Plot No.19, Sector 18, Gurgaon - 122001.

I am trying to trace the letter since last week, status on site is showing as Article delivered on 29/08/2016 15:54:00 by Palam Road S.O PO

But as i had inquired into the bank, till date the letter is not received by them.

I had tried to contact at Palam Road S.O. Post office over phone and in person through my friend, but to my disappointment they are very rude, unprofessional, having no status update except given on site 'which is delivered on 29/08/2016 15:54:00 by Palam Road S.O PO. I had also discussed to the postman by response was same. They are not able to give any proof of delivery even.

My speed post was containing Demand Draft and a Cheque in the favour of Indusind Bank against foreclosure of my personal loan. Till the date it is not delivered, i have to bear interest cost., hence i request you to please look into the matter on urgent and resolve at the earliest or arrange proof of delivery.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we have been facing a frequent Server down issue at the Kachiguda Head Post Office, Hyderabad. I am a very old customer of the Kachiguda post office from last 25 years with around 12 PPF/SSA accounts of my family members and visit the post office at least once in a month to remit the PPF/SSA subscriptions.
It is a great concern for the customers to see the problem with the Server so regularly. I hope the Post Office Server does not have a five day week, as most of the times it is observed that the Server is down on Saturdays.
Needless to say that the Post Office is not only losing the revenue which comes in the form of remittances from various customers in various accounts on the days when the Server is down but is also adding to the frustration of the customers. Many customers like me come to the Post Office to do their business, but see a board that says "Server Down" at all the counters and when enquired at the counters or the officer-in-charge, we get a very rude reply that the Server is down and they don't know when it would come back. Of late, this has become a frequent problem and I am forced to write this mail to you in a hope that you will take some action to see that the customers don't face this inconvenience in future.
Thanking you in advance and looking forward for a permanent fix for this issue.

Sir, i had requested to sbi kakrola mod, vipin garden uttam nagar, new delhi for a atm card on 27 aug 16. As per bank atm has been issued and dispatch through speed post on 02 aug 16 vide e track no aq[protected] in. As per e track post has been delivered on 29 aug 16 by dk mohan garden post off pin-110059. However atm card has not been delivered till date to me. I had enquired twice from post off but they replied that letter has not received till date by them. I also enquired from sbi but they also denied. I am serving in army and my leave are going to finishes shortly. So i humbly request please help me for early deliver of atm to me, which is an emergent requirement for me. I live in Shivbari Bikaner Rajasthan. My area's postman does not stay in post office. Only 9o clock post office opened for one hour rest whole day it remains closed. He does not deliver my posts at my home .always he gives them to another person in my mohalla. So I cannot find my posts . even speed post he gives to another person .kindly take necessary action against postman to ensure delivery at right time and right person.

Speed post containing legal contents in cd format addressed to mauritius attorney general's office not delivered. The website of the respective department is not working properly.

Consignment no ed[protected]in is still not delivered at the correct place. However i had sent it 5 days ago. The parcel is being sent in the same city from east delhi to west delhi. Why is it taking too much time? I am getting no response for my emails or registered complaints.
Resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Regarding postman,
He was not intended to deliver item properly. Delivering to a wrong person on different address which is away from 3km, who gave money to redirect the postal of ourselves. That person is my brother, so using that relationship and making benefit of this. The local postman very well known that my brother is stealing my resources but still he is helping him. Recently about 5 package of my parcels are not delivered...

It was dispatched from the Passport office. Same time i had applied my daughters passport. I have received the same on the same address last week. Hence address is right.

This india post has spoiled my life,,, they are just useless people.. Stealing our posting products,,, i post 3 parcels through india post to return to snapdeal warehouse raipurkalan, chandigarh,, but they didnot deliver to the warehouse and returned me back only 2 of them,,, is there anyone high position person (Officer) is alive who can sort out this issue,,, i have to say,, this india post is full of robbers,,, useless poeple..
I want my all parcels back if you (Useless) people unable to
Deliver and want my posting money with compensation...,
Or will take you to consumer court for harrasing me mentally

The post man does not do their job honestly and sincerely. They are getting salary free of cost. Out indian post office is spoiling culture of india. Where modi ji is concentrating on digitizing india there these corrupted govt persons pushing our country in mud of corruption.
I looking frustrated because i am facing issue while dealing with these. They are good for nothing. Either because they are sc/st and got govt. Job without any hard work and now they are raising more corruption in india. I know nothing will improve and but i would like to share the name of corrupted people and department and my experience that how badly these post office guys are doing their job.
Why i am that much frustrated. I would like to share now:-
I had to recieve one passport at my home. It is planned to reach from gurgaon sadar bazar post office pin code 122001. The post man rakesh (Mobile number [protected]) reached at my

Home. I was at office and my wife was at home. He didnt give that parcel to her and tell that ask your husband to come to post office.
I visited their and then he gave me. Why he didnt deliver that at my home while my wife had all the documents with her. Let me tell you. Actually he asked me bribe when i went to post office to collect my passport. I shouted and get that without giving him bribe.

Now how he can take the revenge. This is not a single person tasks. The entire post office is supporting each other in bribe. There is no use to complaining to head master of post office because he also wont be able to resolve your query.
Now for taking revenge, this time my wife passport was planned to deliver and when we got the message that it is dispatched from passport office. I myself went to post office but the delivery post man was not found in post office till 9am. This shows that they are even not punctual at their office. After that i wait for two days at home and that neither come to my home nor call me. The post man directly updated the status that the house was found locked. While on both the dates i. E. 2nd sept and 3rd sept i was at home from 5pm continously. He mentions at 5:45 pm on 2nd sept and 6:00 pm on 3rd sept the house was locked which is incorrect. Also they mentioned that intimation served but actually no intimation is served.

How pathetic this department and their service is. When we call on their customer care they ask to visit the post office. Neither post man pick call (Rakesh [protected]) because phone is always switched off. Either its incorrect or intentional. This number is received from head post office of sadar bazar at gurgan pin code 122001. If number is incorrect then why it is not updated in their record. Why post man cannot call us and confirm our timing to be available at home. Why post man is not genuine and visit hme and delivery important things on time.
These all questions answer is single i. E. Because they want corruption. They want money for delivery passport. There is lot of corruption at small jobs and no one here who could listen to us who is suffering from this corruption. For post office neither i can complain in post office because they dont hear it. Nor in police station. Neither there is any customer care who can log the complaint. There are thousand of way to deal with it but our corrupted people don't want to implement that.

I request pm modi ji to close this post office govt. Services and instead of that just privatise these department and see how honestly and hard working these guys are. Digital india can be achieved only and only by privatisation. These govt. Servants are just a [censored] on our country.

I would like to inform you that shipment which includes my revalidated degree from Saint Petersburg issued by PORT AUTHORITY with tracking no. EA[protected]RU arrived at Delhi on Aug 19th 2016, but still not received on destination due to unknown reason and evenly not traceable on India post web since last week.
Kindly note that shipment doesn’t contains any article CD/Electronic device which can be held by any respective authority.
So, request you to send the shipment to the destination at the earliest.

I am Pankaj Yadav. I am from Vill & Post Barauli Ahir shamshabad road agra. my complain is against of Postman Rajpal Singh Yadav. He never deliver any letter including speed post or parcel. recently he return my Bank's ATM card by mention the comment " there is not any person with this name". Previously he lost my IBPS Exam Marksheet that i was cleared and institute had sent by speed post to me.
Mostly people of locality face this problem every time due to that person. I am requesting to you Kindly take action against him (Rajpal Singh Yadav).

I have posted a very valuable speed post from Raigarh (496001) post office on the 6th of august 2016. The receipt no. Is EC[protected]IN. Unfortunately the speed post has not yet reached its destination Beltukari Via. Khariar Road Dist. Nuapada (766104) till today, I've tried tracking from the internet but its shows that it travelling from Khariar Road 18th August onwards. It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future. This is too urgent... Please be concern this...

Hi ..my villege jagdishpur, dist jaunpur ;U.p is having problems regarding post service beacause there is no post man to distabute speedpost and latters due to which exams admit cards doest reach ..complated many time to head post office about this but no action was taken.our adhar cards..pasports are not delivered dur to no postman in area plz do help in respect to this complint thank u
