I received a call on 30th of Dec, 2013 from an Excecutive of Bag it Today named Mr.Ramakrishna who told that I was one of the Winners of a Contest conducted by them as I've been their Customer and the Prize was a product worth Rs.51, 000/- and I had the option of choosing between a Dell Inspiron Laptop, Samsung LED TV or an Apple Iphone 5S which are all of the same worth. I opted for the Apple Iphone 5S. He then told that in order for them to proceed with the dispatch of the Product, I need to be a Member of BagItToday for which I need to pay a one time payment of Rs.7, 799/- to which I agreed and then the call was passed on to a Manager named Mr.Vikram Shukla who told that I could buy a Holiday Package for the same amount and it would be considered as Membership with BagitToday and then he guided me with the Phone Payment for the Holiday Package and then provided me with the Ref No.SDL00012738 for the payment made and also gave his Cell Num saying that its' his personal Ph and I could contact him incase of any queries. I was then told that I'd be getting Verification calls for the Holiday Package and the Gift Product that I have chosen. I was also told that an E-mail would be sent to me with the Order details for the Holiday Package and after me confirming the same, the Verification calls will be made. During the verification calls, I was told that the Hardcopy of the Vacations Gateway Holiday package would be mailed to me in next 3-4 days and I'd be called in next 2-3 days and provided with the Consignment info for the dispatch of the Iphone. I received the Hardcopy of the Holiday Package next week but didn't get any call or E-mail regarding the dispatch of Apple Iphone. When I called on the Cell Ph num given by Mr.Vikram Shukla, I was told that they were waiting for me to receive the Hardcopy so that the Address could be confirmed, and then they'd dispatch the Gift. I was then assured that as the Holiday Pkg was delivered, they'd now dispatch the IPhone which I'll be getting in a weeks time. As I didn't receive the Prod. in a weeks time, when I called back and spoke to Mr.Vikram Shukla, he told that there was some delay in shipping the product and now the Prod. has been dispatched through Agarwal Packers and Movers and gave the Consignment no.AGA56767111, and said I'd be getting the product in another weeks time. I checked with both Agarwal Packers and Movers and Agarwal Packers and Movers Pvt Ltd., who said their Consignment nums doesn't have such a format. When I spoke to Mr.Vikram Shukla again, he said that the Product couldn't be delivered and was returned back, he'd be checking and dispatching the product again through different Courier this time and asked me to callbck to get the Consignment no. After making several calls and sending many SMSs, and trying for a whole week, finally the call was answered and Mr.Vikram Shukla said that there was some delay in dispatching the prod. as either it wasn't in stock or there was some issue with their dispatch system, and asked me to call next week(21st Feb) to get the Consignment num. and assured that the call will be answered promptly from now on. I tried the whole next week but the call wasn't answered, and couldn't contact him. The following week, the call was answered by one of the Co-workers of Mr.Vikram Shukla and he said that Vikram Shukla had gone on leave and after checking by the Ref num for the Membership Payment told that the Prod. will be dispatched and I'd recv it by 12th and 15th of Mar. I again called on the 21st as the Prod was still not received, and spoke to an Exec, who said that Mr.Vikram Shukla is still on leave and offered a callback on my number after checking the status of the dispatch. I was called back by Mr.Shiva Kumar who said that Mr.Vikram Shukla had done the process and the Prod. is showing as dispatched from their end, but hes' unable to provide the Consignment/Tracking num at the moment, and told that he'll either E-mail me the reqd information or callback the next day at 11am. I didn't recv any E-mail as promised and also didn't get any callback, and when I made several calls to reach them, the call isn't being answered. Its' been almost 3 months now, I haven't recvd the Gift product of Apple IPhone 5S yet.

i have placed an order at www.bagittoday.com bearing order no[protected] on 8th march 2014 but the order have not been delivered to me yet. They constantly give lame excuses when asked about its arrival. i just wanted to cancel the order and told them to cancel it. still they are not cancelling the order. i want my money back. please help!

i have booked three square bags vide order no.33668447 on 25.2.14, but when i received the order i found surprised it contained only one 19 inches polo bag, i immediately called bag it today for wrong product delivery they said you send snap shots for the product i sent it accordingly.after some time an email sent by bag it today mentioned that they sent right product and closing the case, the company is duping online purchasers.kindly replace the stuff or refund the money,

I had placed an order no. 33655939 on 20/02/2014 of Rs. 13999/- with a condition of 12 month EMI conversion as discussed on phone with Sales executive(mr. prashant) and he had committed that within 48 hours he will arrange to Convert into EMI and my credit limit will be released but inspite my several reminders & cancellation of order on 21.2.14 still they are not responding. I have not accepted the ordered goods but they are not refunding the amount to my credit card a/c. my order cancellation ref.No. 1409173

Dear Sir/Maam, I got Lotto shoes from Bagittoday on 8/01/2014 which i oredered on 1/1/2014. With in 20 days it got damaged as Product was of inferior Quality. I placed an order of Lotto Diva Shoes in Pink & White Colour (SIZE 4). Shoe doesn't fit. I called on[protected] and asked for replacement the product with shoe size 6. I was told by executive that their man first come to collect the delivered product and then you send the replace product. These guys work slowly. I had made some purchases on flipkart, yebhi and snapdeal and they all are far better then Bag It Today in terms of responses, delivery timings, customer care, replacement. below is a scenario how fast Bag It Today is: 29 Jan- I placed order 7 Feb - I received product 8 Feb- I asked for replacement 11 Feb- no answer from your team. therefore i wrote feedback to them but no action was taken by them Bag It Today take 2 months to complete a single purchase if Customer needs replacement of product & a month in case no replacement. I had selected four more products on bagit website and now i feel lucky that i didn't order all of them in one go. numerous calls, reminders to Bag it today and finally i was in loss I don't think that Bag It Today customer care actually cares for customer. I don't prefer to deal with bag it today again in future and dont recommend any of my friends.

The executive committed me that I can resell these diamonds and I’LL get the exact worth of that i.e. 30000. Also, I can convert my purchase .And also that there is a moneyback guarantee for this offer, in case I dont get the full value of those diamonds. Looking at the options, I chose to go for this and paid 17999 rs. and had been given 0rder id[protected] . i did not get gifts as promised..even worse this is what i actullly received:diamonds of poor quality valued just rs 2800, vox mob rs 1000 maxima watch and ugly wallet...fraud fraud fraud fraud This is sheer cheating and fraudulent.now, when I spoke to customer care when I asked them to refund my money I had placed 2 orders with BagitToday.com on same day 25 february 2014. Next week on 26 february i have received a call from an executive of BIT, confirmed his name as Parshant telling me that I have been selected for promotional offer as i had placed 2 orders on same day. The offer was purchasing 3 pieces of diamonds worth Rs. 30000 in Rs. 17999. Along with they will provide me Vox tablet, Roxio watch and polo bag. In addition I'll be receiving one ASSURED gift out of Samsung S4 mobile phone, LCD TV, Laptop or iPhone 4S. I had a big doubt and asked why are you offering me so much good things in just Rs. 17999. He replied it is a promotional offer and companies like samsung, Apple, Toshiba want to promote their products through Bag It Today and you have been selected for this promotional offer. He also confirmed me that we also help customers to resell diamonds. I proceeded with his words and made the apyment. After that i have received a verification call and the person told me all about the offer and wanted me to confirm the order. He informed me that we'll not help for resaling of diamond and also the assured gifts were different which were told me by Parshant. So i canceled the order on that verification call. Then I got a call from the same guy Parshant and he told me that the verification call is just a formality. I am here acting a manager and i have to decide what is to sent to you.So you dont worry I have already set iPhone 4S as assured gift with your order and also you can talk to me through customer care number for reselling diamonds once received. I received my order on 24th February 2014 and when i uncovered the main poly bag, the box was not sealed. There was not any assured gift in the box. The watch i received was damaged. I got a call from Anshul singh(Cell: [protected]), saying that my file is forwarded from BagItToday as I am winner of 3.5 lakh rupees and settlement will happen through Kotak Mahindra life insurance.

What i need to do I have to send.
1. Photo.
2. Address Proof.
3. PAN card.
4. Cancelled check for winning amount to be credited.

I have ordered a SONY CYBERSHOT H90 ( Rs 10159 ) on 14 Dec 2013 with order id[protected] from Debit Card. After few days it gets cancelled from company side and the reason given was that the Camera is out of stock. Then again I have requested them to re-order this product and they did from the Credit Balance in their site with new order id[protected] . I have not received the product till now(24 Feb 2014) I have mailed regarding this many times to them and from their side they always write that please give us some time, we will fix it.I want my money in my “Bank Account” not in their store credit because its too much for any one to maintain patience.

i was cheated by bagittoday online shopping…. There customer care executives called me all day saying that i have got selected among four others for a special offer where they will give me diamonds worth Rs 30000 and a Panasonic camera, 2 watches and a carry bag for just Rs 13999. And also there will be an assured gift for the four selected people like a Eon car, LCD, Samsung Galaxy or blackberry which will be announced on 31 January 2014. They also told me if i don't accept the offer it will go to someone else... they also said i can sell diamonds for Rs 30000 at any jewellery shop... and they made me to order there product….After that they called me again to order the same product again by which I can be able to win the ist prize assured gift which was an eon car….. but I refused as I said to them I have no money left…….and when i got the order i was shocked to find that my diamonds where of no worth as no jewellery seller was willing to buy them... also the camera which they gave me was not working well, whenever i took pictures in daylight it showed a white flashed photo... the camera has 3 year warranty but when i called Panasonic costumer care they gave me no solution regarding my camera... when i called bagittoday customer care executives about my problem at first they said they will call me when they will get any buyer for my diamonds up to 15 feb 2014.. but after the due date they said that these diamonds are for luxury purposes only... also they said they can't refund my money back... these people are there fooling people with fake promises and fake products of cheap quality... i want your good self to help me...

My order number is 33619007. I have ordered my package on 6 Feb but still I did not received. I have already done payment through my Credit Card. From last 2 weeks I am getting the same one answer that, warehouse has changed so cannot deliver. Your warehouse change that's not my concern but you have to at least let it know to the customer about this. Seriously Bagit service is toooo awful. I missed my Valentine because of these sluggish people. Its past more than 2 week and I am still waiting for my package.

I rajinder singh got a call from mr. Unish kaoor of bagit today and he gave me very good deal and ask me to pay rs. 13999.00 and i paid same throgh my icici bank credit card on 05/02/2014 and after that i got a confirmation call too and promissed me taht your order will dispacked on 06/02/2014 and munish kaoor wil give me courier details.
After that i never got any product or and response from bagittoday or mr. Munish kapoor.
I sent lot e-mails and phne calle but no body gave me proper reply.
I sent even bank statement also .
This is my compaint.

Never buy anything from bagittoday. Indian most cheater online shopping website. Here I have explained what happened to my friend. Please read and Share it. He has placed one order online amount of Rs. 699 that was successfully placed and amount deducted from my friend’s debit card. After three days, he received a call from bagittoday and a representative told him that your order not successfully placed. So, give me your card detail, and said he will place an order by himself. Unfortunately, my friend gave card detail. And then after a representative said that I have wrongly placed an order of Rs. 5599 instead of Rs. 699, But don't worry, you will get diamond of Rs. 5000 + 3 T-shirts + shoes. And we will provide you an address of a shop where you will get Rs. 5000 cash back against diamonds. And also said that you can claim on company if you will get less than 5000 cash back. And representative also said that we will refund of Rs 699 for previous order. Till now my friend has not received any refund. I ordered about 8 different products on the 24th of January 2014, and by 28th I got all product and when I got home, the most expensive of my product, 10 set of lotto watch were all bad with the exception of two of them. 3. I sent an email immediately to [protected]@bagittoday.com, and by the 2nd of February, I didn't hear anything from them even after having made several calls to them, i wrote again, they sent an acknowledgement mail by 3rd of Feb. 4.On the 5th I got a mail blatant lying mail that they have been trying to contact me and nay it has not be reachable, I immediately refuted the claim, as I even call the customer care line to complain again that same day. I got another mail asking for screen shot of the wrist watches, which I promptly sent. 5. On the 7th I finally got a call through to one Uday Sharma, and we agreed that I was going to send back the product to an address which he later sent and that I would get an equivalent amount of 2199 in my online store credit account. 6. On that same day, i went to the courier service Blue dart and promptly sent the product to them at a personal cost of 620 rupees of which bagittoday are willing to refund 150 out of 620. 7. On Monday, the never failing blue dart notified me that my product as been delivered to address of bagittoday and believe me or not bagittoday even as I write are refusing blatantly to accept that they have seen any product, I was told by one of their customer care that they might have seen it, but they have not updated it and the reason been that they RELOCATED their warehouse, imagine! what has that got to me, I sent the product to stated address and now this. 8. Since on the 10th, when i call to speak to Uday Sharma or Shan, they put me on hold for 2 minutes or so and tell me they are busy now and I should call back and when I do call back, the same story, yesterday after putting me on hold for 2 minutes, the customer representative told me, Shan nor Sharma were available now and i told him I would gladly wait, he disconnected the call and I called again and the same story. 9. It is obvious now that they don't want to pick up my call and soon am sure I would be blacklisted from calling them entirely. Their customer care is so bad that when I send them a mail, instead of replying with concrete answers, they keep on sending the same messages ( not generated) because there are little changes but does not make any sense. 10. Please help me ask them to stop keeping my money, credit my store account or better give me back my money, the worst case is am leaving India next week and when I leave what happens to my money? I have tried and explain again and again but it seems they don't understand your message and they don't read the mail. If I were to calculate my calling times, without exaggerating, it would have gotten close to two hours as recorded by my phone. 11. I don't know if this forum would help but I what I would do is, I would keep on writing this for eternity from forums to forums, I have got all emails intact, I don't mind paying in newspapers and asking bloggers. This so annoying, why should you avoid to talk to a customer, it means you are guilty and that you don't want to give me back my money nor any product. Thank you very much. Sir, I have place order on 24th January, 2014 at www.bagittoday.com order no. 33587864 when I cheked the status of my order it was mark as Processing, when i enquire about my order through tele-conversation and email, they made diferrent excuse and I was told that money will be refunded since they can not process my order. But nothing came into my bank account till today nor product in hand. Status of my order is still processing in their website.
