The order (ID NO: [protected]) was placed on[protected] after a sale agent talked to me over phone and sent me the mailer (copy attached). The offer was for Blackberry Storm 9520 that is suitable for GSM network. What was actually sent was Blackberry Storm 9530 that is meant for CDMA network and was useless for me. I could learn about the mix up only after opening the packing. This was immediately reported by Email.

And as instructed in REPLY Email dated April 3, the Blackberry Storm 9530 was returned on April 4. But to my surprise the same product was returned later and when contacted THEIR staff insisted that it was as per offer. When I mentioned about the offer mail, they wanted me to forward the same and I did so. After that they arranged reverse pick up and when contacted on phone I was told to send both products if I wanted a refund.

Accordingly the following products were returned on June 2 along with a detailed letter requesting refund with copies of the invoice dated[protected] and[protected] as well as a copy of my letter dated April 4, 2011.
1. Blackberry 9530 – Quantity 1
2. JM D PACK (WEIGHT 0.10 CARAT) – Quantity 10

Again I received another old Blackberry Storm 9530 (and not 9520) instead of the refund and there was no mention of the diamonds pack. As requested again in their Email dated July 10, 2011, I returned the Blackberry 9530 along with copies of all invoices requesting refund the sum of Rs.23,999.00.

Till date no reply and whenever I try contacting their complaints no. [protected], they disconnect before hearing my full complaint. I have written confirmation from the Postal Dept. that the article was delivered on[protected]. What should I do? From the number of complaints on the net this appears to be an organized cheating o[censored]nwary customers.

    my complaint is against MR RAJ MAHLOTRA who miss guided me on behalf to sell the products of his company. I purchased the order of 23999 on the date 12/09/2011 after recieving the phone call from mr raj malotra from bagittoday on continous dates from 09/09/2011 up to date 12/09/2011. the product which was provided to me where two packs of diamond lg mobile maggpie thali & kodak digital camera. This products i recieved on 20/09/2011 by bludert courier. the diamonds which was provided to me have zero value when i showed on the jewellers on punjab national jewellers.they said that these are original these are the stones of only rs 200. which were given to me by saying that its market price is rs 60000. ie 30000 per packet. the camera they provided is also digital but mini digital & the certificates of diamond are also not provided to me that were told to me by MR RAJMAHLOTRA . I MAILED SO many times but the comp[any told me that we will give you reverse pick up so many time call camed but no reverse pick up is done by saying that reverse pick up of jewellery items is not possible so we cannot refund your money. the company is making me fool . SO SIR i personally request you to help me to get my money back. THANK YOU .

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I was called on my mobile on 16/10/2010, for an offer by Multinational Company Bagittoday (Living India Today) of India Today company, about benefit of Rs 140000/ which I will get from them if I purchase samsung mobile for Rs 14999/-, I have paid it through my credit card on IVR (Thinking it is authentic) but after first payment they again asked me to pay an amount of Rs 32,900 for LCD tv and if I fail to pay, then they will not process my first payment (ie. Of 14000) and I will not be given any benefit and I was forced to pay Second payment of Rs 32,900 again and it didn’t stopped here they started asking for a payment of 14999/- and with same threat. I have crossed the limit of my Credit card and unable to pay their demand because it seems that their demands are unending and they are charging it again and again. So I approach to your honor for help and action against these Scammers. Please look into matter and take necessary action against this fraudulent company and also help me to sue them. Sir I am not the only one, who is the victim but you will find hundreds in the following websites links (Google search with “bagittoday fraud” search results 14000 links):

He said that your money is on hold for 24 hrs. and return to you and convert into emi. And he offer

    1. You will get 5 DIAMNOND of ZIA DIAMONDS(cost Rs 10, 000 each) and you can sell it at any jwellery shop.

    2. And 24 inch LED TV of micromax

    3. Goggles

    4. Rocio bags

    5. Two watches

    After that I sent a mail on bagittoday to cancel my order . after that I receive a call and they told me that don’t give any information about emi when verification call came on your mobile..they also told me that the DIAMOND you get their cost is Rs 10, 000 each . On 7th of cotober I receive my both order but some item were missing like ( 24 inch LED tv of micromax).then I complain on bagittoday . complain number[protected]

    And still my complain not shortout
    i call to Mr. Sandip but he doesn't respond to my call .U can also check the phone recording conversation held b/w me and sandip.

    I check the DIAMONDS to jwellery shop they told me that the DIAMOND(cost is Rs 500/ each).and your member told me that the DIAMOND cost is Rs 80, 000/

    I have purchased lotto shoes order no. 33254769 on 15th of September2013, after that from your side i got called that my email was selected in our anniversary contest and it won diamonds of Rs 30000 as free gifts along your shoe purchased, and I have to pay Rs 12999 for that as a tax. And I had purchased that diamonds. when i had inquired its real price in market it is only Rs 2800, so i consulted your manager on 22nd of September 2013, regarding the price. Your manger said that 3 pieces cant be soled in market so i had to buy another set of diamonds containing 3 pieces of price 12999. plus your manger promised me he will provide resale certificate of both diamond set and list of diamond shops in my local area. But neither certificate nor list delivered. the second set of diamonds on 26th of September 2013. I immediately called to promotional team member MR. S.K. SHARMA he told me that he would mail me that documents within 24 hours, but after 48 hrs also i didn't received any mail from your side hence i tried to contact s. k. sharma but he was on leave so they told me to hold on still he comes then after 2 days i tried to contact him they connected the call to MR. DEEPAK VERMA. he also told that i will send mail within 24 hrs.after 2 days i tried to contact mr. deepak then another fellow been connected and he told that you have to buy 10 pieces of diamonds then only you can sale diamonds.

    I have spent Rs25998 and diamonds are of Rs5600. I request you to pay back my money against your diamond.please give me your answer immediately otherwise i will have to go in consumer court.

      In month of March’11,My friend had suggested my name to become a member of Book My Holidays (Bag It Today).

      I received a call from them & they explained me about their membership & benefits.

      I was happy with the scheme & registered myself being a member with them by paying Rs. 14000 for 2 vouchers by my Credit Card.

      Voucher details are as follows:
      Voucher 1: Membership no :BIT[protected]. Booking id :[protected]
      Voucher2: Membership no :BIT[protected]. Booking id :[protected]

      The scheme was : All holiday booking request made has to be 30 - 45 days in advance (30 Days of Advance Notice when booking within India and 45 Days of Advance Notice when
      booking abroad for 7N/8D holidays for 4 people.

      I did the same for booking my holiday in Oct & now I have no reply from them till date about the confirmation. I called up their Consumer complaint/Helpline.no on numerous occasions and gave them all details about our booking(Scan copy of our filled voucher, Scan copy of DD,Scan copy of Courier details).In spite of that they are claiming that they haven’t received any physical form from our side. I fail to understand that how they can claim this when we have them courier details along with receipt confirmation from Courier services.

      We called so many times on Customer Services, but every time we get a different answer & till date we don’t have any satisfactory answer on our request.

      I emailed them so many times & also complained about the same, but there is no proper reply from their end.

      I also told him that I shall be filing case against them for this harassment & take their company to consumer court, but their customer care respondent sounded arrogant & challenged me to do whatever I want.

      I am really frustrated calling & emailing them, with no response from their end. I would request you to please take strict action against them & see to it that they do not make other innocent citizens of India fall prey to their devious methods of cheating people with false information.

      I look forward for to your support in solving this issue.

        Previously I had done some transaction on bag it toady. Recently on[protected] I purchased one reebock watch .

        By giving the above transaction details, today on[protected] I received a call from +[protected] at 4.37 pm in the name of bagittoday (THE INDIA TODAY GROUP) , stating that I am among the 5 lucky winner who can get diamond worth of rs 60000/- (With govt authentication certificate) plus samsung omania mobile phone worth rs 35000/- . I just have to pay rs 26999/- Towards insurance and handling charge. Then they asked me for my credit card details I asked them nether I received any email regarding this nor I am able to see this kind of offer on your website. They told me this is a lucky draw contest. I provide them the credit card details and they made the transaction of rs.26999/- .

        Then again they call me from same no at 5.31 pm that I have a maximum chance to win cash prize of rs 10 lakhs. For that I have do the same transaction again that is rs. 26999/-. I provide them the credit card details and they made another transaction of rs.26999/- .

        After some time then confirm me regarding my trasaction

        1st order no- [protected] rs 26999/-
        2nd order no- [protected] rs 26999/-

        Again at 6.57pm I receved another call +[protected] regarding cash wining luckydraw which is going to be held on december 2011 for that I have to come to "india today office" along with my identity prof. For registering for this contest I have to pay rs.18999/- Again I paid rs.18999/-

        Total I made 26999+26999+18999=rs 72997/- In the name of "living media india ltd"

        But in the verification call by bagittoday i found the story is different , there is no cash winning price i have paid for product purches. then imideatly i canceled my order on that verification call.

        but till date i can not able to get any status of my complain. my complain id is 422005.

        when i am calling on there customer care no they do not have any infirmation.

        they do not have any kindly of clean system.

          I got a call from Bag it today group on 20-10-11,the executive told me there is some lottery system,in which winner would be getting 30 lakhs,and to enter into it one hav to deposit Rs18999,and in case one doen not win the lottery,he/she would get diamonds worth Rs 47,000.
          offer seemed intresting,i provided them my maestro card no and pin.
          they deducted 18,999 from my account.....
          they called me again if i have some queries,it striked to me that they are cheating me,so i demanded that my order should be cancelled,as i dont want to participate in any lottery and niether i want diamonds..
          they refused blankly to refund my money...
          now i am duped by them.....
          I got calls from them by following numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],
          I also recieved a messege that my order Id is [protected] from TM-044444
          I also got email which confirmed my order and they hav also provided thier number as [protected]

ACCORDINGLY I BOOKED THE ORDER THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ON 16.08.2011 VIDE MY ORDER NO.[protected] DATED 16.08.2010. TILL THEN I AM IN CONSTANT TOUCH WITH THEM THROUGH E. MAIL AND PHONES.                 have purchased a DVD player from Bagittoday back in February which i have not received till today. Guys! Bagittoday which claims to be an INDIA TODAY GROUP, have cheated me for 9K. I recall that for the payment the executive was even asking for my ATM pin Number which i refused to give. Calls like "this deal is valid only this hour, give me your card details and I will process it from my end" were very frequent. Lucky that I didn't give my card details.


                I have placed an order from Bagit Today. The order that i have placed was an offer which I got on telephone call and email (Sent on 9.02.2011).

                I made my payment through Internet (http://www.bagittoday.com/itbc/c1199/landing.jsp) using my Visa Enabled SBI Debit Card. I got my confirmation on 15.02.2011 as below.

                Your Order ID is: [protected]. (Please note the order id. no. for future reference.)

                You have made a credit card payment for an amount of Rs 9799.0


                Kindly give us 2-3 weeks for processing of your order. You will receive an email and a sms with your dispatch details soon.

                From thereon i have sent many mails asking the status of the order. The First one was on 10th of March 2011 asking the status of the order. I have even asked for a refund on the Phone as they told me that there was problem with the courier (Mail on 21.03.2011).

                I immediatey let them know that i didnt receive such parcel. And till date I have not received them. I have received Offers from them through Post/courier which reach me correctly.
                I have the bad fortune of being one of your non-esteemed customers who was so unfortunate not to get either product or refund. My order no is[protected] booked on 20th sep'10.....when I enquired I was told it has been delivered.....further it came to light that you don't even have my complete address....I've been calling your office time n again for last 10 months and am highly disappointed with your callous attitude...I even put in a complaint through your website but that was also not answered....how unprofessional is that !!!! I request you to kindly refund the whole amount at the earliest...I just don't want your goddamned product....thanks for nothing-dr sachin

                Its ridiculous !! My address is J3B- right side 3rd floor LAJPAT NAGAR-3, there is no reference to nehru place....nehru place is a commercial centre &
                i don't think we can find J3B- right side 3rd floor at nehru place ...you guys have messed it up...
                there are four lajpat nagars in total n i stay in LAJPAT NAGAR-3..... i have lost all patience
                and i want refund with interest ....if i dont get it soon then i will file a formal complaint plus
                i will make it sure that i visit your office....
                meine Mr. Chanky jinka Mobile number hai [protected] unse 3 holyday packeg purchace keya tha jismein mujhe bola gaya tha ki aapko 3 packeg lene par appel ka i phone gift melega but kuch nai aaya hai mujhe 15 days mein apne amount refund chahiye verna mein vourt case karne se nahi ruk paaunga abhi tak esleya shant baitha tha ki India Today bahut badi company hai but ab pata cha raha hai eski kartut..mujhe javab chahiye..

                  [protected]@bagittoday.com has called me today and offering dream holiday of seven night and eight days with four star and five star hotel.he was called me by phone number [protected] and [protected] dated on[protected] and he was given his name birju.i am asking his city office if situated in my city but he replied no than i asked his office address and land line number but he was not given then i asked him to pay money by cash or cheque to his delhi office but he said no and insist to pay with credit or debitcard then i told him to give me mail with full details to my email address and he is given mail to my email address.In email address he was given his office no and his office no is[protected].I was surprised because of his office no is in seven digit instead of eight digit then i surf internet for further details i came to know that these company is fraud company. i also attach herewith his email copy.

                    Hi , I subscribed to India Today Book Club by paying the amount around 950/- on May 18th 2011 . They provided me the subscription number ITTL-WEB[protected] .And promised to send the free gift (of course which is not worth full).But till date I didn't received one book at least. After my mail they immediately reply and give some dates to again cheat me . I mailed him so many times. No body takes care of my issue .Today it's October 4th 2011. Its almost all 5 months are over . Till now I did not get any issue. Can you please tell me how can proceed further with them .

                        I have bought a combo pack of wrist watch and sunglass from sosastha.com and I got my products delivered.Now I saw that bagit today has sent me that material and my wrist watch is totally tampered and broken. my Order Id: SoS_9986715.Now I have launched a complain and they( bag it today) has called me and said me to sent the material to Bag IT Today-khasara no 371,Fatehpurbery,Bhati Village,New Delhi-110074,Near Aflatoon Market,Opposite OM Sai Tent House and contact person is Randhir Thakur.They have not received that product.I got a bill also from bag it today.I am sharing the details of it-invoice no-TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/253907,ORDER NO 254738.I have sent the damaged watch by dtdc which consignment no isK50325347.From this id I have tracked that they have declined to receive the product.Now from august onwards I am sending mails and they are continuously asking for POD which can be generated only when bagit today has received my product.I think I am cheated by this company.They are not co-operating with me.
                        Bag It Today hase called me up and said that they will arrange a reverse pick up.Lets see what happen
                        for reverse pickup, they are aksing 7-8 days.What a waste of time of customers.this company is not atall customer centric.

                          I have purchased a Blackberry Handset from BagItToday and the details Order ID is- [protected] , I have received the item on 14th of September but on the same day the handset (Blackberry Tour) gone faulty ( The handset has 6 months replacement warranty) . Then I contacted the seller, he told me that he will arrange for a reverse pick-up and the same will happen within 6 to 7 days. Till date they have not arranged for any reverse pickup and when I call them or mail them they ask me to wait for 2 to 3 more days. It’s been 15 days now that they have not sent anyone for the reverse pick-up. Pls help me on this matter, as I am now harassed by the seller. I think I have done a mistake by purchasing goods from BagItToday . I am calling the customer care twice or thrice on a daily basis but dint get any positive response. I have sent them a number of mails which they hardly reply on time(Please find below the mail-trail).

                          This is really unacceptable that after waiting for 9 days you are asking me to wait for another 7-8 days. This is extremely poor customer service, with suck kind of response I am not going to purchase any product from BagItToday nor will i suggest any of my known person to buy a product from you.

                          You should provide a compensation for such a delayed response. Firstly you send a faulty product and then it you ask for 15 days or more to return the product. I need this to be taken care of on priority else i have to involve consumer forum into it.

                            I was promised in the e-mail below a ucb bag and a reebok wrist watch for signing up for a holiday package. I signed up for the package on 7th Sep and received a booklet with a form after a week. However, even after 20 days I have still not received the other gifts assured to me which was promised to be delivered within a week.

                            There is no response from the executives who sold this package to me and if this is the quality of service I get, I am going to report it to the consumer court.

                            Request you to resolve this at the earliest.

                                I received a phone call from bagittoday group and the representative informed me that there was an offer for me that I can get a blackberry storm and a zia diamond pack which costs Rs 30000 at a price of Rs 13,990 only.Since I have been a regular customer to the india today group, I agreed and placed my order. When I received my consignment, I got a blackberry pearl instead of blackberry storm and 3 fake diamonds whose market value is not even 1000RS. I contacted them on the no - [protected] and they told that the diamonds were licensed and then I started using the blackberry pearl handset which is also defective : 1) the battery of the phone drains out in less than half an hour, 2) the trackball has stopped rotating 3) the phone does not get connected to laptop/pc nor can it be used as a modem 4) once the battery drains out, it would not charge again untill you take out the battery and re-enter it 5) the handset is a second hand as it contains the messages and some contact numbers of previous owner. When I sent them an email asking for refund, the customer manager MEENAKSHI replied me asking me to go to any blackberry store. The order number of the product is - 168384 dated[protected], web no- [protected], invoice no-TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/167203 dated[protected] , consignment no-D48512101, invoice amount-Rs 13990.                                       I have purchased one holiday voucher of 7n/8d from bagittoday by paying rs. 7000/- In april 2011. (Booking ID is :[protected] & order ID is:- [protected]). I was informed with this is promotional offer by INDIA TODAY group & you can spend holidays in 7 star category of hotels with 4 members. For that I need to send my request along with DD of rs. 750/- At least 30-45 days prior. It was also informed to me that I will receive a gift (either Reebok watch or travel bag) if will book on the same day as on specific that day they are giving this gifts for booking. Today I have these complains and felt cheated 'cause of following:
                                      1) till date I have not received any free gift. Every time when I asked for the same, was informed that it will be courier/It is already courier / They will check and get back to me. Nothing I have received yet.
                                      2) I had sent my complete filled voucher with DD to them and wait for their call for week time. When I called them first they told please book your complain to our web site. Second time they told send an email to [protected]@1touchsolutions.Com. Third time they told send an email to our manager. Fourth time they told they have not received any of my voucher. While checking with courier company it was come to my notice they envelope was not accepted by company's office.
                                      3) again I had sent courier to the company and had talk with their executives. I was informed that on my specific desire locations/Hotel they can't provide me booking due to non vacancy. They are not even able to provide booking for desire place even for the month of january/February 2012.
                                      4) the suggested hotels by their executives are of very low category and not attractive to stay with family.
                                      5) they gave the no.[protected] for any assistant which was of bag it today. When we called them they told us this is only booking department and please register your query on website or email us. Actually booking will be done by affordable sales and their no is[protected], which is always busy and difficult to connect. If it connects no booking will be offer on specific dates or hotel.
                                      6) list of hotels which was provided during booking is good quality 5/7 star hotel and during booking they are providing vacancy in non standard category hotels.
                                      I am feed up with there this attitude and salute to india today group for doing such excellent cheating. I need my money back. (Rs. 7750 only). I request you to do needful soon.

                                      This is in continuation with the trailing mail and the telephonic discussion Just now I had with Mr. Rahul on the customer care no.[protected].

                                      I have been cheated by your esteemed organisation. I thought "Bag it today" being a group of "India Today" is a trustworthy group but i was wrong.

                                      Your sales representative, Ms. Neha hasiza & Mr. Rohit explained me over phone that if I purchase 2 holiday packages of Rs. 5998, I'll get black berry 8520 mobile and a Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop. The only thing I have to do is to give reference of 15 people irrespective of they purchase it or not. I did so and on IVR Rs. 11996 for 2 packages through my credit card was debited immediately. I was also told that with in 4 to 5 days I'll get holiday packages and thereafter within 7 day we will receive gifts as mentioned above.

                                      Thereafter on several follow ups I received only holiday packages that too after 25 days. When I started inquiring for gifts, they started giving excuse that you will get it only if all the reference given takes the packages. Though this was clarified prior to debit money that irrespective of they purchase it or not you will get the gifts. .

                                      Now when I have already paid money, Rohit (Mobile No. [protected]) & Neha (Mobile No. [protected]) are not at all responding to my phone calls and if I call by some other no they pick up the phone and give excuse and false date of dispatch of gifts.

                                      Now almost so many package under me are sold, and same commitment was given to all, no one has received any gifts.

                                      For one of the person Mr. Yogesh Joshi, the same amount of Rs 11996 was debited from my credit card and the same above incidence with him as well.

                                      If this is false commitment or if Neha & Rohit, I request you to refund my money back (Rs. 11996 X 2= Rs. 23992) OR else send me all the gifts as committed i.e. laptop of above specification (Dell Inspiron 15R with I5 processor, 500 GB Hard disk, 4 GB Ram, 15.6" wide screen & a blackberry 8520 mobile handset. Also take strong action against Neha & Rohit. These packages must be given to me, if required you can debit money from their salary as committed by Mr Deepak Mehta (Mobile No. [protected])

                                      Kindly revert back with necessary actions.

                                      I am fed up with the follow ups with bag it today and the response being received from your end.
