    they told that my dimond worth is 30000 rs but it worth only 9000rs ...how? any they told its worth increase to 230000 rs but they cheated me... and i paid totaly 62000 rs .and come dimond rate goes for only rs 18000 ... better give my balance amount,

      Hi,

      Bagittoday executive called me and took the order from me for 21500 Rs, the order was for 2 sets of zia diamonds, samsung camcorder and Philips MP3 player for which they charged me 21500/- Rs... but when this product was delivered to me, the parcel was containing only 1 set of zia diamonds, camcorder and MP3 player!!!!!!!!!!!

      I immediately intimated bagittoday call centre and they asked me to send the product for refund....but now they are cheating me by refunding money for only 1 set of zia diamond, camcorder and MP3 player!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received refund of only 14887 Rs instead of full 21500 Rs refund.......

      I am following up with Bagittoday from 4 months but no luck :(

      I was even confirmed in the email by bagittoday (Dominic Savio <Dominic.[protected]@intoday.com and Sonu kumar (Online Support [ITBC] [protected]@bagittoday.com)) that I will recieve my full refund of 21500 Rs.....but they are cheating me by refunding only 14887/- Rs

      I am losing 6613/- for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

      Please help me from this fraud......

The cheque was cashed on 6th May 2011. I have not yet received the vbook or the accompanying gifts. i have already approached the reader's digest who have declined to do anything about it.

          India Today Group — Non Receipt of Product

          On 21/04/2010, I received a call from a Person named Mr. Deepak Sharma for offer to sale BLACK BERRY Mobile Phone worth Rs.29000/- at Rs.7500/-. I was informed that this company is a INDIA TODAY GROUP Company. I ordered for ONE such mobile phones and paid by Credit card. The amount is already debited from my Account but I have NOT received the Mobile Phone ordered by me. I was also told that I would receive a call from Subodh Foundation and the amount will be credited to them. Mr.Deepak told that I should tell them that I am giving the amount of Rs.7500 as charity to their organization. I was assured to receive the goods in 45 days. I am also NOT able to get the calls connected to the Telephone No.[protected] from where I had received the call. I THINK India Today is fooling people and minting money. I have found out that a person who has received same type of call and was given a low grade phone which was very much lower priced.

            Blackberry — battery charge not withstand

            Dear Sir,

            We would like to inform that our blackberry mobile Sl.noRSN/ESN:4CD7A256.Model No. 8703e which was purchased 1 ½ years before has developed a problem of battery (no.S07227) gets drained within half an hour of charging for 4 hours. We thought the battery has lost its life. So we have changed the battery with the new battery no.S08016.But still the problem continues even with the new battery. We are herewith handing over the instrument with a request to kindly rectify the defect. If possible kindly take a copy of the phone numbers in a CD to enable us to re-load the same.
            My complaint is a bit different but still involves the battery ... My phone is what keeps me connected to everything.. I've ever really had a problem with the storm or blackberry.. In fact I have convinced many people to get them because they were great. Today I woke up late for work because my charger was not plugged in .. This was my fault... So I plugged it in to charge...my phone was charging for 3 hours before it even started to turn on...this problem is veryy aggravating since this is not the first time this problem has happened.. I no longer support blackberry.. With what they charge to buy one of these phones you'd think that they might be better than one of the garbage phones you receive for free ... I am displeased with this product and will be purchasing a Iphone as soon as my budget alows my after claiming bankruptcy for buying this worthless blackberry storm

              I ordered for an holiday package / voucher from bag it today after their sales and promotion team contacted me, I have received the form and booklet on June 15th (Booking id is :[protected] , And Order Id Is:-[protected]) today. To my surprise the terms and conditions are very different to what has been told to me and mentioned below.

              I was told this will be a Hassle free holiday if booked 30 days prior – The terms and conditions says that it is difficult and holidays may not be given during public weekends / school holidays etc.

              Second point – I was told I can choose anyone place of my choice 30 days in advance if in India and 45 days if it is international, however the form says that 3 different destinations and 3 different dates need to be given and one will be allocated.

              I clearly don’t want a holiday booking with so many terms and conditions and hassles, I would rather pay a little more and avail a holiday directly from any hotel / resort. Terms and conditions mentioned to me are very different from your holiday voucher / booklet. Surprised that India Today being such a big reputed organization is involved in this fraud, I'm trying to contact them since the past one week and they have stopped responding to me after the sale.

              As per the courier company, holiday vouchers were delivered to the above mentioned address on Saturday 25th June. Kindly process the refund immediately.
              I ordered for an holiday package / voucher from bag it today after their sales

              With reference to my complain above. I have to update you all.
              As required by them i have send my original forms + Invoice copy
              thru FEDEX ON 19/09/2011 VIDE TRACKING NO.[protected]. THE SAME
              CAN BE VIEWED BY ANY ONE ON FEDEX SIT BY INPUTTING TRACKING NO &
              IT`S SHOWS THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON 20TH THE MR.RANDHIR THAKUR.
              EVEN I HAVE PROVIED ELECTRONIC POD COPY TO BOTH OF THEM. BUT AFTER
              10 DAYS I.E ON 30TH SEP FIRST LEELA CALLED ME SAYING THAT HE HAS
              CONFIRMED WITH RANDHIR THAKUR THAT THEY HAVN`T RECD THE SAID DOCUMENT.
              AFTER THAT RANDHIR THAKUR CALLED ME & SAID THE SAME THING.I KEPT ON
              CHASING FEDEX/ BAGITTODAY FOR THE SAME FEDEX IS SAYING THAT THE SAME
              HAS BEEN DELIVERED. FOR WHICH NOW I HAVE ASKED THEM TO PROVIED
              PHYSICAL POD.SO CUT SHORT ALL THIS CRAP & TO GET MY REFUND FASTER
              I ON SAT I.E 30TH SEP SEND SCANNED COPIED OF FORM + INVOICE. BUT
              TODAY RANDHIR THAKUR SEND ME A MAIL SAYING THAT HE HAS SPOKEN TO
              FEDEX PERSON WHO COMES FOR DELIVERY & HE HAS SAID THAT HE HASN`T
              RECEIVED ANY SUCH DOCUMENT. I ONCE AGAIN SPKE TO FEDEX ON THERE
              NUMBER & THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO PROVIDE NAME & NO OF THE PERSON TO
              WHOM RANDHIR THAKUR HAS SPOKEN. BUT HE HASN REPLIED YET. BUT I CAN
              CLEARLY SAY THAT THEY CAN STILL PROCESS MY REFUND ON BASIS OF SCANNED
              COPIES.IF THEY ARE NOT THEY I`M FEDUP WITH ALL THIS TINGS & WILL
              PROCEED FOR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.

                I have purchased a converse watch from BagItToday on 27/02/2011. After some days , the watch started giving proble. So, i launched an officail complaint and they told me to send back the product back and they will send me fresh product. But now it has been over the month, but they have not send my product back.

                I agree and sympathize with Mr Agarwal as working system @ Bag it today is pathetic, If you order an product online be sure they it will take 45 days to deliver that too with frequent followup, they do not have a proper tracking system, their customer care executives are also pathetic as they do not provide a solution to the problem, but definitely they have assurance capability, But in case of Mr Agarwal the product has been returned for defect and kept awaited for new delivery, i am damn sure that you will not recieve your product.

                Happy shopping with Bagit today at your Cost. ( The name Tag of India today group associated with them does not make them competent )

                  I purchased with them.
                  After 40 days , received a shipment.
                  Item is totally different from what I ordered ( I ordered children shoes of ID ). In fact they shipped
                  wrong item / wrong size / wrong colour.
                  How can they ship anything whatever depending upon there mood ??

                  Whatever I received is of pathetic quality. Glue marks are showing all over the shoes.
                  So can’t even use this item to gift someone.

                  Upon my complaint first they just replied that there terms mention that colour of the product might vary.
                  When I complained again that product and size is also different and quality is pathetic , they replied that I return the product at my expense and after returning I contact them after 6 days. WTF !!!!!
                  They shipped item after 40 days………….Now they want me to return the wrong item at my expense and contact them after 6 days for any possible solution.

                  They are a fraud site. I just wasted my few hundred rupees.

                    I have a bad experience from these cheats! I believed their ad in the paper for BB handset 8830, and ordered against credit card payment. They send me a phone in an unsealed box, no papers, and I realized that it was a used, second-hand set! It even had the earlier numbers and sms' in it! Then the same story - I send it back, at my cost, and they didn't accept it!

                    It came back, and they promised a pick-up. Then called to tell me, they can't! I am still waiting for a solution.

                    Mails to higher authorities, Ms.Sangha and Mr.Chawla have bounced back!

                    Utter crooks, lying in their ads, to cheat honest customers. Spread the word - to avoid at all costs!

                        I had ordered the Diesel Sunglasses from Bag It Today. Item Code : D1486, Web No. [protected] and the product i received was a cheap imitation of diesel sunglasses with a broken nose pad and a bent frame. They had offered the glasses supposedly worth 15,000 INR for 2,799 INR. Frankly the product doesn't seem original and on top of that it is defective. I called the Customer Care number and received a pathetic response from one Manish with complaint number 210913 for a refund of my glasses. Still waiting for it.

                          I have booked holiday package on 30th Oct 09 by paying Rs.3198 & I was told by indiatoday person Pankaj that I will be getting holiday package for 3 days & 2 night with free round air ticket for 2 adult & 1 kid below 5 year.which will be delivered at my residence. against this payment I got package of books with invoice. but without holiday package , then on 29th Dec 09 I got a call from Karan Gupta/Abhishek & ask for making add on payment of Rs.2648 to Indian Health against which my earlier Holiday package will upgrade to 8 days & seven night for total 4 members with free round open air ticket(no airport charges to be paid) & pair of reebook shoes & track suit which will get delivered at my residence. my booking id's are Booking ID[protected] &[protected]

                          Also they are selling cutomer information to outsider. i got a call from Yuvraj claimed to be from "mera sasi" & ask me to deposite rs 6000.00 to their account no.[protected] in ICICI bank. He had all my voucher details.

                                I had subscribed to India Today's Gadgets and Gizmos magazine in May 2010, and had paid by Cr Card. I was to receive a Reebok sunglasses. After 4-5 email reminders over six months, they sent me the sunglasses.

                                The next problem started when the delivery of the magazine stopped. I had received only 4 issues insted of 7. I have written to them every month (10 remindersby email and 3 by calls to WECARE !! )since June 2010 to cancel my subscription and refund my money, and a Customer Care Rep named Vijay Kumar keeps on assuring me each month that all the missed issues will be delivered within the next 2-3 working days, and that my subscription will be extended by another 6 months!!! Nothing positive is happening, and I am fed up and want my money back. Please help.

                                  On receiving the voucher I realized that it was a fraud as the booking conditions were completely different from what was explained to me by the sales person because of which I had bought it. I was also promised a Reebok wrist watch and UCB Hand Bag but none of this was fulfilled by the company.

                                  Hence I returned the holiday voucher (Booking ID:[protected] Order Id :[protected]) to them which is already delivered to them on the 18th May 2011 through firstflight courier consignment no B51796180 which can be tracked on www.firstflight.net on the address which was provided to me by their customer service executive.

                                  Now these people are claiming that they have not received it and are not even responding to my last email for refunding my money when the consignment no from the courier company clearly says that it is delivered to them with the company signature and stamp.

                                  I need my complete amount my refunded hence please help me with the same.

                                    After cheating people when the product is already returned to you dont harress and force people to take consumer / criminal court actions againts you as the consequences will be very bad.

                                    I have also forwarded the POD from the courier company which clearly has the sign and Bag It Today stamp on it which means the product was already delivered to you on the 18th May 2011 as mentioned earlier by me. I have forwarded the same email to you too.

                                      I had booked an order for Barbie sunglasses, barbie watch and croc sandals on the 19th of April through order ID [protected] and order no 67237. The order was placed on 19th of April and I received a confirmation with an order number on the 30th April stating that the order would be dispacthed shortly. Its 30th May today and I have still not received my products. I had called the customer care number at[protected] two weeks ago and I was informed the the products were out of stock but will be dispatched without fail in the next 7 to 10 days. When the products did not arrive, I called the customer care again today and I was once again told that the goods were out of stock and will be delivered in 7 to 10 days.

                                      Its note worthy that my credit card was charged on the 19th April and I am yet to receive the products. What I am getting is some lame promises of delivery in 7 to 10 days everytime I call and this is making me feel frustrated. Even the customer care agent was not emphatetic about the situation and kept repeating in a cold tone that the product will be delivered in 7 to 10 days (which I dont believe now either)

                                      When I had placed my order, I was mentioned that this was a special promotion. My question is, if Bag it Today did not have the products to deliver in even 45 days time, why did they even advertise this? I had trusted Bag it Today because of the India Today brand name and I feel let down. I have promised these products to my daughter and a cash refund at this stage does not help me.

                                      I request someone to take this complaint seriously and redeem me out of this frustrating experience with Bag it Today.

                                      I have placed 2 orders[protected],[protected] at Bag it today on 14th Oct 2010. But till date I have not received the products. There are no responses at the call center numbers provided by the web site. Can any one please help me in getting out of this issue.

But after having so many times conversation with your customer department I have not received my product yet. I had filed one complain for this and again I had wait for 25 days. Nither the executive of BAG IT TODAY nor the coueir comaony repliying satisfactory. Its seems that they are chor comapny whose moto is to eat public money. If i do not gey my order in next 2-3 days. I will definetly file PIL with court with the gorund of not to allow this comapny to paly with public money.

I've spoken to customer care on 06-12-10 to mr. rajkumar who told me that the order was not punched.then icalled customer care (ms. priya[protected] and she told me that the order is still not punched, then icalled again on 10-12-10 & 15-12-10 and again found to my disbelief that the order is still not punched. Now the customer care executive Mr. Rahul has asked me to give the authoriazation code of the credit card transaction. Then I called my credit card company and asked for the authorization code, which I've given to Mr. Rahul on 16-12-10.

But its the worst service i came across from my all the online purchases made from different websites.

                                      I had ordered an item on Bag It Today on 21st December 2010. There was no response from the company for next 2 weeks within which time most of the other e commerce companies deliver the product. When I tried to contact their helpline I was given a convinient reason of stock not being available. Exactly 1 month later on 23rd Jan 2011, I got a mail saying my order was dispatched. With tracking ID.

                                      Sitting on a well over 2 weeks time, I am yet to see the glimpse of my order. For last one week I have been continuously following up with the customer care but still nothing has happened. The lady in the customer care who was handling my complaint-(Miss Neha Verma) has virtually starting to avoid me.

                                      I have completely lost the hope of getting my query solved and I very well consider my order going futile. I have lost enough money on calling them. I would stongly recommend anyone to not to buy ANYTHING from this "pathetic portal".

                                      Bag It Today — No Delivery of goods ordered

                                      3 weeks ago I recieved an email from www.imintpoints.com stating that i can claim a "Free Gift - Numero Uno Wrist watch" by just paying Rs 399/- to www.bagittoday.com. I paid the
                                      amount on Feb 23, 2011 and recieved an email from "Bag IT Today" on Mar 04, 2011 that my order No TRNPL/DLI/10-11/341697 is confirmed and would be dispatched shortly, but it has not been delivered to me till date.

                                      When I contacted their customer care on Mar 09, 2011 they informed me that the oder has been dispatched on Mar 07, 2011 through First Flight Courier and provided me the consignment no : D48331446. On checking with First Flight courier I was informed that this consignment number is not valid and no such consignment is booked. Again when I discussed this with customer care they told me that they will re-check with their dispatch department and get back to me in next 24 to 48 hrs but I have not recieved any information from them. In last 4 days I have sent 4 emails to their customer care but they are not bothered to reply.

                                      I had booked an online order on 28/02/2011 at Bag It Today site of India Today Group for the following items 1) Reebok Folding Bag 2) A set of Samaira Diamonds 3) Reebok Tracksuit 4) Reebok Cap & Muffler set worth Rs 2297.

                                      I had made the payment of Rs 2297 via my Credit Card on that very day for which I received the confirmation mail from Bag It Today where they provide me the Order ID: [protected] and inform me that I will receive the order within 2-3 weeks. Again on 5/3/2011 they send me a mail thanking for the order.

                                      After 3 weeks of not receiving the parcel I called at their help line number, the person who received the call inform me that order has been dispatched from their end on 11/03/2011 through First Flight Courier and provide me the consignment number as D48265101.

                                      After getting the consignment number I contacted First Flight Courier Delhi office from where the consignment has been booked. The lady who received the call informs me that the consignment has been dispatched from their Delhi office and asks me to contact Durgapur office.

                                      When I contacted Durgapur office of First Flight Courier they inform me that they have no knowledge about the consignment and still it had not reached to them.

                                      I again contacted Delhi office of First Flight Courier but they fail to provide me any satisfactory answer. After calling them almost 20 times over a period of 2 days they inform me that they don’t have delivery system in Durgapur and by mistake they booked the consignment.

                                      They inform me to contact Bag It Today regarding the same. Immediately I contacted the help line number of Bag It Today Delhi office the person received the call note down my complain via complaint no. 96764 and inform me that I will receive the consignment very soon.

                                      After that almost every day I used to call Bag It Today Delhi office help line number to know the status but they can’t provide me any answer.

                                      On 24/03/2011 & 28/03/2011 I send them mail regarding the issue but in spite of that I don’t receive any reply from them neither any one from Bag It Today ever call me to know whether or not I received the consignment.


                                      On 28/03/2011 when I called again at their help line number they informed me that I will receive the consignment within 7 days. Waiting for 14 days yesterday I again call at their help line number to know the status, person who received the call inform me that it had been dispatch on 11/03/2011 from their end via First Flight Courier which shows that they don’t even bother to update customer complain.

                                      When I informed him that I had already complain long back he fails to provide me any satisfactory answer and again ask me to wait. I requested him to provide me the contact number of his senior so that I can talk with him regarding my problem but straight way he refuse to provide me any number.

                                      I am feeling very helpless in this matter and would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      I think this particular company is cheating customers.

                                      Hello, My name is Kamlesh Varindani.(Mobile)[protected] Email Id=[protected]@ymail.com I was trying to book the order in bag it today online shopping for LG 32" Lcd TV of Rs.19298/-.But its not submitted complete.Next day from company Mr.Kamal Sharma sales exe.(from same company) call me & too much convinced me to buy the produt.So I paid the money for product by credit card via phone on 6th April 2011.My order id is[protected].Next day from verification dapartment call me for confirm the order and gave me 10 to 12 days time for delivery.Beetwin this time they not gave me any massage or mail for confirm the order.After 11 days I called in company for asking the delivery.They reply me your order is dispatched already it will reach within three days.After 15 days I called again asking for delivery. And then they reply me because of server problems your order is not submitted properly you place the reorder.When I am trying to place the reorder for my paying amount.Its showing me the same product is sold out.I called again to company for this situation then company replied me you'll have to wait 3-4 days for submit the complaint.I told them to refund my money then they replied me via mail.Your order is under the process it will takes more 15-20 days and you can't get the refund for my paid amount you will get the credit notes.Now for this order 22 days complete and no any massage or mail coming from company.During this period from company I got too much mentally harassment that’s why I fallen in depression now.I was so much called in company.And spending too much time with sycretis.Atlist 3500/-spending with doctor.Now I need my money back with interest,phone bill,madicine bill also or urgent delivery for same product.

                                      BagIT Today — CHARGED FOR ARTICLE AND NOT RECEIVED IT

                                      I need to share this with every body because i don't want other people to loose their valuable time, relying upon some fraudulent merchant as i did.
                                      my complaint is about "bagittoday.com" a venture of the India today group. I had ordered a BLACKBERRY 8830 WE from their website on 2 apr 2011, the estimated delivery time given by them was 14-21 days.
                                      I made the payment through Debit card, i received a text message and an email stating that they have received my payment and my order will be processed shortly and i will receive another email when order is approved.
                                      I waited for almost 20 days when i called their customer support on 20th April, the reason that they gave me for the delay as "Technical Problems in their Computer", after raising a complaint against it I finaly got an email regarding my order on 25 April, that my order is under process(order no. 41203). I again called their support, and this time they asked me for another 7 days for the delivery.(I again started waiting patiently)
                                      after the above communication again their was no activity from their side for 7 days so i called them back on 2nd May, When i started talking to the customer care executive "she" behaved badly and said that i have payed less amount that was required for the purchase and disconnected my call, i called them again.... but again the call was disconnected from their side. the main reason why my product was not dispatched was that i had according to them payed Rs. 10 less than what was required.
                                      regarding payment I have few questions that I would like to be answered by them
                                      1. How can one customer pay less amount on an automated system, unless and until allowed by the merchant.
                                      2. If their was problem with my payment why didn't they point it out on the same day when the order was placed, i.e. on 2nd or 3rd of April. what was the point of keeping me waiting for a whole month, after taking my money.
                                      and on payment issue i would like to add that whatever less i payed was a discount given by them, that were referral based credit points.
                                      on 2nd may finally I called them and asked them to cancel my order and again i was given another period of waiting, they told me that it would take another 21 days for the cancellation procedure to complete and my money to be credited back into my account.
                                      on 5 may, i received a call from their side asking me the problems i was facing against my order, again the same story, the customer care executive disconnected the call in the middle of the conservation, i know that this was only a formality from their side that they wanted to shoe that they had called the customer and their part of the job was done.

                                      bag it today of India Today group — Not giving items promised after payment

                                      On 20.06.2011, I recd a call around 3 PM stating that my phone number has been selected for a free 3 day holiday tour package to Goa on condition that I purchase the items indicated in the order on the same day. He also told that the items at the discounted price is available without the tour package on any day. But to avail of the tour package I will have to make the payment (Rs.17999/-) on the same day. He asked me to make the payment online before 5 PM. He assured that after making the payment cust care executive will call for verification of the order(in 2 days I.e. on 22 June) and another verification call for tour package (in next two days i.e. 24 June). If I do not make the payment on the same day, I'll still be eligible for the free gifts with the purchase excluding the Goa tour package.

                                      I had made the payment on 20 June and recd the verification call on 22 June. But did not receive any call regarding the tour package. However, on 22 June another cust care executive called to tell me about the same offer and he also mentioned the Goa tour alongwith other items. On 25th I called the cust care no. and the executive who picked up the call said that I will not get the goa tour package. I have received a packet supposed to be containing the ordered items. I have not opened the packet yet.

                                      I had made many calls to the customer care number. One person was kind enough to say that Goa tour package is not in the scheme. After coming to know that Goa tour package has been deleted from the offer and understanding that they have cheated me into buying the products, I requested that my money be returned.
                                      Now the customer care number[protected] is not answering our call. I tried to contact them through e-mail. All the mails sent have returned undelivered.
                                      Please help me get the money back.

                                      I WAS GIVEN CONSIGNMENT NUMBER ALSO BUT THE COURIER COMPANY SAID THERE WAS NO SUCH CONSIGNMENT.
                                      I AM NOT GETTING REFUND AND I AM GIVEN STANDARD ANSWERS BY SOME FELLOWS WHO HAVE NO BRAINS AND GIVE ANSWER LIKE PARROTS.
                                      THE SITE IS CHEATING AND MAKING MONEY DONT PLACE ORDERS
                                      I ordered Lee Cooper Shoes on 16/03/2014 the order numbers are 33714438 and 33714458 both the orders are same

                                      Still the orders are not dispatched

                                      Customer Care represents are telling like this we do not refund the money and they are not telling the actual date of the products and they are telling like this we are just customer care representatives and we cannot do anything
