The executive mr manish kumar from bagittoday called me for purchase of diamonds worth rs 30000 for rs 18999 with a phone and i argued that it is impossible but the person forced me to purchase by a commitment that we will send an executive for the valuation of the same and he will visit with you to the shop and after satisfaction the product will be handed over to you also our site will provide you 80% of discount along with the deal and a new consumer number will be given to you for membership moreover if you are still not satisfied the company will take back the product and refund you whole of the money. after forcing me to make the payment i was expecting the product a new call (verification) came to me they said we will take back the product if you are not satisfied the product seal was distorted on receipt and also all the commitments were fake the company is a big thief
it happened to me by my mistake but my request is to consumer forum is that please get my money back i have already given back there product to them by hand to mr rajit. there are many conversations going on but the solution is simple that close this company for all our countries citizen money is being wasted by all these sham commitments they are playing with our emotions or get these all commitments certified by the government of india
which is not possible by these bull agencies kindly remove these sites from the web they are destroying the loyalty of e-commerce transactions by not taking there own product back (not used) they are cheaters fraud and very confused in commitments.

    "Bag It Today" (Today Retail Network Pvt. Ltd., B-47, Indira Enclave Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 110068), a part of India Today group, was promoting a Holiday Voucher through electronic media as well as through voice calls. After a lot of pursuation from their sales team, I agreed to buy the voucher for 7 nights and 8 days, which can be redeemed at any listed location of them.

    I paid Rs.7,000/- to buy the voucher vide Booking ID [protected], Order No.249436, Invoice No.TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/249399 dt.9th August 2011.

    As per rules, I paid Rs.750/- vide a Demand Draft payable to M/s Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (Mail Stop # 1023, SkyLoft Business Suites, 1st Floor, Advant Navis Business Park # 7, Sector 142, Expressway, Noida-201301) alongwith duly filled up form and couriered through DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. vide their docket no.K52603198 dt.15th December 2011. The courier got delivered on 19th December 2011 to the office of Affordable Sales. As per the rules, the Travel dates should have been a minimum of 30-45 days from the date of booking. Hence I asked for a date starting from 6th February 2012 as a booking date. As per their commitment, the company was supposed to contact me with booking confirmation within 10 days of the receipt of the DD and the Form.

    Since 4th January 2012, I was trying to get in touch with Affordable Sales and BagItToday for confirmation of my booking. On 8th January, I received an apology mail from Affordable's customer care asking for some more time. When the issue was not resolved, I sent reminder on 10th January. On 14th January, I received another apology mail from them and a promise to escalate the issue.

    Since then, I haven't heard from them. As I had bought the travel tickets, I went for my trip and lost an additional Rs.50,000/- as I didn't receive bookings from BagItToday / Affordable Sales.

    Please help me for resolution of this case and get my money back and the additional cost incurred to me.

      I tried to place an order on 09-05-12 for the Jewellery worth Rs. 15000 in just Rs. 1999 only at Bag it today (India Today Group) but during transfer of funds Rs. 1999 thru credit card system stopped. Next day Bag it Today /India Today Group representative called me up and said transaction is not matured & you may have not received the order confirmation mail. He insisted for making the payment again. I made the payment of Rs. 1999 on 10-05-12 again thru credit card only and received the order confirmation number [protected]. Now I have received the credit card statement and shocked to see both transactions of Rs. 1999 dated 09-05-12 & 10-05-12 are matured.

      I contacted with the credit card division and they confirmed both transactions are credited into the vendors account. Bag it today (India Today Group) have committed fraud by taking double payment for one product which even they have not sent in scheduled timings. Now they are not giving any response despite of my mails & telephone calls. I advice all of you not to buy products online from bag it today (India Today Group).

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased Reebok Dhoni Trainer Shoes (plus Free MTV watch) on 9th February. I received item on 17th February 2012. Item received was totally different from the description mentioned in the website and it was used too. Post discussion with Bagittoday Customer Care Representative (over phone), I returned the product at my own expenses. Later on I received a mail from that they have received MTV watch only and haven't received the shoes. When I contacted courier company, they were able to show me Delivery Receipt indicating weight, date of delivery along with the signature of Bagittoday Warehouse person. Now even after sending various reminders, Bagittoday is not refunding the amount and replacing the shoes. They claim that they haven't received the item and asking me to contact the courier company. Courier company is claiming that they have got Delivery Receipt indicating weight, date of delivery along with the signature of Bagittoday Warehouse person. As per the policy of all the major online shopping company it is their policy to check the item at the time of delivery. If they are expecting their customer to follow it, why aren't they. I had sent an application along with that returned parcel, company should have open the parcel and match the items with application. Now company is asking me to contact courier company which I can not do as Bagittoday has signed and received the parcel. Bagittoday has also declined to take any further action. My 2999 Rs as well as more than 20 days are wasted in this process. Still I can not see any action.

        Kindly help.

          It is disgusting to intimate that although I have not booked the order no. [protected] and [protected] but the amount of Rs. 5998/- has been fraudulently debited twice on 02.05.2012 from my SBI account which is reflected below. This is highly irregular and cyber fraud. such type of cheating and fraud can't be expected from a reputed online shopping portal like BAG IT TODAY. Pl. cancel the bogus order and restore the amount of Rs.11996/- into my bank account immediately . You should n't cheat people in this manner by taking vital account details , card no. in the name of verification of account and withdraw their money unauthorisedly.

            I Have purchased 7 day holiday package from bag it today for 7 night & 8 days .order no 143719 date 9/6/11 invoice no TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/159024 They said whenever you go to holiday you just block your destination & date by sending dd of rs 750/ in the name of Afforadabel sales promotion ltd along with the form & after reciveing form they will contact u within 3 days to confirm the same but even after sending dd from last 20 days they have not contacted & even not picking phone i have read lot of complaint about bag it today consumer complaint & i think they our cheating all their customer by using India Today Group name

            Reebok Shoes — Non Receipt of items

            Sir,
            I had booked for Reebok shoes (size 8) on 01 Apr 09 and I was intimated Cust ID : [protected] by your representative. The items were required to be delievered at Lucknow address. The payment has already been made through credit card on 01 Apr 09 and amount debited vide transaction Ref 74477489091011112596318 dated 01 Apr 09. However the delievery of the items has not been made. On inquiry we have been intimated that the Cust ID is not correct.
            You are requested to expedite delievery of the items.

            Reebok Shoes and other items — Non receipt of items

            I had booked few items including a pair of reebok shoes and one track suit in last week of Aug 09.A SMS was received by me stating my order no was OGA[protected] and its value is Rs2498.The same can be paid on delivery.One more SMS was received and it was mentioned that my order has been dispatched on27-8-09 by postal/630493.But the same is yet to reach ay my loc.

            samsung handycam and reebok shoes — non receipt of items

            My name is RANJITH S I am a member of INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB . AS PROMOTIOAL ITEM I have ordered for samsung handicam and other product to your cpmpany. I havebeen debited thru my credit card also. Now I have received the bill also. Somedays back somebody an employee from your office has given me consign ment no as OGA[protected]and conignmet NO [protected] BUT TILL DATE such an item was not reached any of tha courier company viz AROMEX INTERNATIONAL COMPANY as the said employee had stated. They are telling that something wrong with the congignment no ([protected]) As she has stated the parcel was sent on JULY 01. but almost one month passed an I have not yet received any from your company.             On[protected], I got a phone call from bag it today intimating me that I won a gift and I am one among only three persons in all over India and for this I had to purchase some items. On their persisting insistence for two days, I finally agreed to purchase one shoes of reebok brand size 6. for this I paid Rs1196/- and further Rs.1196/- for disclosing of type of gift I won. after making payment, I was informed that I have won gift voucher of surat gold worth rupees one lac.
            Instead of reebok shoes, I got four reebok watches black colour and I have no news about the gold voucher.
            Today I am shocked to know that Bag it Today is in the game of cheating innocent people like me through dubious means.

            I was approached by Bag it Today team on 13/8/10 and informed me that I had won Rs.1 lac worth of gift voucher for gold box to be redeemed from Surat Diamond in the form of jewellary. but I had to pay Rs14996 for that in whichj Iwould get two sets of Reebok shoes,T-shirts , sunglasses etc. Next day they persuaded me repeatedly to pay the amount which I finally paid with debit card. then they asked to pay Rs.596 as shipping charge.I also did that. On 16/8/10 again they called and asked to pay Rs.7000 so nthat they can club the voucher of 5000 each,which thankfully I refused.I asked them that they are cheating me and I will go to consumer court. Again on17/8/10 they called me and told that I had won not b1 lac but 2lac and I have to pay Rs.14996 more for that and also I dont have to pay for clubbing the gift. I refused to pay and iknow that they are cheating me. As promised they didn't send me gift today.

They told me that for tax amount u should purchase an another product and also they u have won now 1,10,000 worth gold and i have also purchase it is HTC Mobile, And again they said me that i have won 2,20,000 worth gold to get the that gift u should purchase Sam sung Cam coder, and Sam sung Handy cam you will get the free Philips Home Theater Free, I have purchase ot also but i receive only Sam sung Cam coder,Philips Home Theater. I didn't receive the Sam sung Handy cam. And i have received an email on 16th Sep that value of voucher 5,000. when will i recieve the Diamond Voucher, and Samsung Handycam. I contact customer care i they not responding the correct information which i needed.

            Do me the needful that was it the true, cause for selling the products they person are true or false?

            Bagittoday is in the business of cheating and acting fraud. By taking orders online, getting the amount collected and then not despatching the article is their USP. They must have collected millions of rupees in this manner. Very few guys are able to contact them once the amount is debited in their bank or credit card as no one from Bagittoday is accessible on mail or phone. They have provided a call centre's number which also they keep on changing. Some influential person must be behind this show. According to my estimate, they must have made more than Rs 1000 crore in last few months by such cheating mechanism. In my case, an order was placed on 29th Nov 2010 and till today no result. Mails sent tp Koel Puri and other senior management personnel of India Today Group are returned as they have placed wrong e mail ids on India Today Site. I really wonder that a India Today group which has renowned channel Aaj Tak and a renowned weekly India Today is involved in such cheating business.             Please do not purchase anything from bag it today. They cheat people by giving ads on net & news papers. They deliver the product that's entirely different from the one they show in the advertisement.They do not even have the courtesy to reply to the mails leave alone calling the customer back. I have been cheated by them & i have mailed the photo graph of shoes they advertised & they finally delivered. I have sent the shoes back & I was promised replacement when I spoke to them but nothing materialized. If the space permits I will post everything here.I request Facebook no to publish the ads of bagittoday.

            Subject: Delivery of different Reebok shoes as compared to the advertisement Regarding.

            I had booked bag it today’s Reebok kit by seeing the advertisement in the Kannada daily Sanyukta Karnataka. I have received the kit on[protected] against VPP for Rs3443/-. But I found that the shoes delivered to me are completely different from the ones shown in the advertisement. While taking the order I was told that the shoes delivered would be the same as the ones shown in the advertisement. I am shocked to see this & really surprised that a sister concern of India Today can do like this. This kind of treatment is bound to harm your company’s reputation as well as that of Reebok & India Today (Who claim to uphold the ethics & values of business & that of our great Country India).
            Subsequently I talked to your office[protected] with your customer care representative on[protected].I was told to send these shoes back & these shoes would be replaced with the ones shown in the advertisement. I was also assured that the amount I spend on sending these shoes would be reimbursed. I requested for change of shoe size as I require 8 No shoes now & this request was acceded to.
            What worries me more is that “Can a company like Bag It Today do like this?” If this is the case then people will stop buying products from such companies & also people will loose trust in the brand “Today”. This affects the very sanctity of India Today Group & could damage its reputation due to negative publicity & negative feedback of customers. This should not be allowed to happen.
            This is the concern of a common man like me who is a regular reader of India Today.

            I am sending the shoes through professional courier & it costs me Rs200/- I hope you stick to your promise & send me the new shoes shown in the advertisement of 8 number size. Also you will reimburse the cost incurred on sending the shoes back.

            Also, only I had to make a call to your office number...[protected] & each time I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes where as you take order through toll free number. It should have been otherway around. The onus of responding to the customer lies with you.

            You should at least have had the courtesy to inform me about the status of my complaint either through telephone or else through e mail, leave alone replacing.

            It pains me a lot when I think a company like Bag It Today does like this. I am even mere surprised when none of you (addressed in cc) bothered to reply to my mail. Is it what Shri Prabhu Chawla speaks in "Sidhi Bath" or for that matter "Aaj Tak" the brain child of Shri S P Singh preaches.

            I have very high regard for Shri Prabhu Chawala, India Today & "Aaj Tak" but I can not understand why everybody is mum on this matter.

            I hope you will reply this time & address my complaint this time in order to keep your promise.

            I got confirmation of shoes being received by Bag it Today by calling to[protected] Bag It Today.
            I have sent two reminders to which you did not respond.
            I would initiate my own course of action if you do not reply to this mail & you do not know to what extent I can damage you (bag it today). I will expose you through all possible means (inter net forum & Consumer forums). It seems there is no meaning for the word honesty in your dictionary.

            So far I have not received the replacement for the shoes that I have sent & nor have I received any communication.

            I was provided the complaint number, when I insisted for one (when I called your office) Complaint No:681418. This was given by one Mr:Vikram who also confirmed the receipt of shoes.

            Also, only I had to make a call to your office number...[protected] & each time I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes where as you take order through toll free number. It should have been otherway around. The onus of responding to the customer lies with you.

            You should at least have had the courtesy to inform me about the status of my complaint either through telephone or else through e mail, leave alone replacing.

            Following complaint/mail regarding resort i.e. variation in offer & actual facility was forwarded to Book My Holiday/Bag It Today(India Today Group)but unfortunately even after several reminders there is no response from company


            This is regarding false information shared with me for property offered in Goa holiday package(Club Azure @ Resort Village Royale 4th to 10th Oct ’12)

            Initially at the time of availability/confirmation of booking co's executive informed me telephonically that the resort is 4 star but later after few days they mentioned in mail as 3 star whereas I kept on complaining about status of property which is a 2 star & below average based on certain rating available on various websites as well as customer feedback they all were very negative but there was no response & resulted in lots of inconvenience to us as even basic facilities were missing on this venue which was not expected

            As per terms & conditions we were supposed to get 3 to 5 star facility from list of resorts/hotels available on company's website which was not the case

            We had horrifying experience as following mandatory facilities were missing & status of resort was below normal standard with very poor service

            1. No intercom
            2, TV/cable service not working properly
            3. Faulty geyser in one room
            4. No room service
            5. All toiletries not available in room
            6. Toiletries not given on daily basis
            7. Linen changed only on alternate days
            8. Poor condition of refrigerator
            9. Water logging at entrance of apartments (difficult to enter/very risky as it was raining)
            10. Light arrangements in compound & apartment stairs are very poor
            11. For any need we had to get down from apartment & find staff in campus for help which was cumbersome
            12. Only 1 mug provided in bathrooms for both toilet use & bath purpose which is unhygienic
            13. Drinking water & glasses(stinking) available only on demand that too one has to walk down to reception & ask for it
            14. One room split A/C was throwing water inside the room
            15. No tea/coffee kettle(which is there in any 3 star hotel's room)
            16. For any service or help required we were supposed to contact resort reception over mobile(roaming STD)
            17. No power back-up(Black out in resort on 9th Oct Even aprox 7PM for >30min)
            18. Dirty Kids swimming pool
            19. Single bed blanket for double bed occupancy
            20. Resort name is not featuring in offer

            Many such complaints we discovered by each passing day & similar such remarks raised on websites by many customers who visited the resort in the past.

            There was no response from company during our stay means they were not bothered about customers problems & after making false commitments facilities were not provided as promised which indicates wrong intentions/unethical business practices.

            We reported complaints to available representative of club azure but they also had no concerns to address grievances.

            This is clearly violation of norms by book my holiday/bag it today(India Today Group) which is not acceptable.

            This is simple breach of trust & can not be tolerated.

              I got a call from bagittoday on 5TH OF April and they told that I am selected for cash prizes Rs. 1 laks to 30 laks. And for that I Have to purchase natural diamond worth 28499 and I will get a hc tablet and Panasonic home Theatre free . They asked my card details but I say that I will Booked my self and I have book the order from online. Next day again I got a call from bagit toady my ranking has improve to no.2 position and I have win consolation prize worth 5 lakhs and for that I have to blocked some amount in my card for govt. Tax and I will get refund of these amount after 72 hour.
              They asked my card details and i have provided my card details to them After some time I got message in my mobile that my card is debited by amount 28499/-, 24999/-,32999/- and 19999/-. And also received messages from bag it today four order id [protected],[protected],[protected] and [protected]. Immediately i have received call from bagittoday that they have to create these id for dispatch my consolation prizes and transfer the line to verification department for product details and my address . I have confirmed them to my address and product.
              Again next day I have received call from them that I have to give my nominee name to collect cash prizes on 31st may . i have given my wife name Anuradha agarwal . Next Day again they call me that they have to create 2 id in my wife name and for that they have to debit my card for 32999 and 32999 respectively for govt. Tax which i will get refund after 72 hour. But I will not agree for that Then she told me that if will not debit these amount than you will loose all your previous paid amount and after these payment i will not to debit any amount and will not received any call from bagit today . i have won 40 lakh rupees and for that executive will come to my house and take all the details.
              Again After 3 to 4 hour I have received call from bagittoday that They have converted my diamond to 4 crate instead of 2.5 crate but i will not agree for that i immediately call to customer care and told them TO CANCEL all these order id created by them but they inform me that they have not get update of these order id so they can’t cancel these right now as soon as they get update they will cancel these order.
              Again 8/4/12 (Sunday) I received call from bagit today that they are calling from INDIA TODAY senior department and we are closing your file with upgrade your ranking to No. 1 position . She told me that I will received diamond worth rs. 5 lakh in next 3 to 4 working days and cash prizes on 31st may 2012 and will also get refund all the amount debited in my card with in 10/4/12.
              Immediately After that I have received message in my mobile that my card is debited by 24999/- x4 transaction total amount will be 99996/- and received four id from bagittoday [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] respectively. I call to hdfc bank immediately and told him that I have not done these transaction and also not provided any ivr(one time password) to anybody than how they can approve these transition .
              Than after I am regularly mail to bag it today to cancal all these order and refund my entire amount.
              But they are telling they can’t cancel these order because they are confirm on verification call.
              I am always receiving call from bagittoday and they convince me that you take all product what they have order on my behalf otherwise you will not get any refund because they have large chain of media channel and no one will take action against them.
              I request to hdfc bank ( card no. [protected] ) , Please cancel all these transition done by INDIA TODAY GROUP . All these tranction are fake and take appropriate action against these merchandise.
              Please someone will have to take stilly action against this fraud company so in future people can ‘t loose there money. And how this fraud company will be related to INDIA TODAY GROUP.

                  Then it was the case of February 2012. I'd offered by bagittoday.com to pay Rs.20/- only to participate a lucky draw which may make me eligible to win "Blackberry Playbook 16GB" ,and unless I win, I will get it (my investment i.e. Rs.20/-) back. Accordingly I invested Rs.20/- and couldn't win. I contacted the bagittoday.com to their email id <"Response (BagItToday)" <[protected]@bagittoday.com> & requested to get back my invested amount. They replied me that the amount may be returned back to my bagittoday account after a week. The invested amount may be returned to the respective bagittoday account of each customer, if not win. The matter has not been taken to me at the time of their offering.
                  Thus they made me fool.
                  Next, I mailed them, when they replied me the following vide their mail dated 11/03/2012:
                  "We also would like to inform you that the credit points of Rs.30 will be credited to your account within next one week. We request you to kindly confirm once you are in receipt of the same in your Bagit account."
                  I informed them that no credit points of Rs.30 has been credited to my bagittoday account. Then they requested me to send the screen-shot of my bagittoday account. I sent the same, but till this date and time they are not paying any attention. Several mails have been sent by me, they only sent mail to me stating therein that they have already credited Rs.30 to my bagittoday account.
                  I've been harassing. If necessary, I will be able to furnish mail correspondences with bagittoday.com.

                    I have purchased holiday booking of 7 days and 7 nights for Rs 7000 from India today group. I sent the destination selection in the prescribed form along with a DD of Rs 750 to The company.Afetr that I have been trying to get in touch with the holiday group but no response from them. As per the information bulletin, the company is expected to acknowledge the reciept of form and DD within 3 working days. Now its 15 days passed and the telephone number mentioned in the form is not working.

Online bill and website shows 2 additional products as free gifts while in the invoice with delivery they have charged for the free gifts.                         I, Sanjay Gupta, had booked three holiday packages vide Order ID’s [protected], [protected], [protected] and my friend Mr. M. S. Sarguroh two holiday packages vide Order ID’s [protected], [protected].

                        We were promised Benetton Bag worth Rs. 2500/- with each holiday package (total five) and an Apple I-Pod to me worth Rs. 7000/- on booking total 5 packages by me and my friend.

                        I had been corresponding through email at [protected]@bagittoday.com and [protected]@bagittoday.com since 15th April 2011 for the despatch of the gifts but have not received any. Various executives have taken up the matter with concerned department but without any conclusion.

                        Even after pursuing the matter for eight months the matter remains unsolved. I feel bagittoday a unit of prestigious group ‘Living Media India Ltd.’ had cheated me in selling the holiday packages by luring with offer of gifts which do not exists.

                        While booking one holiday package in the month of April / May 2011 they never contacted me for the booking (should have contacted in 2-3 days). On my telephonic talk they assured that I will get a call soon and delayed taking the booking for the initial 14 days. On 15th day, on my call, they informed that no booking is available for the destinations (Orlando, New York, Washington - USA) required by me whereas rooms were available when checked through the internet. The delay in calling and taking the booking caused me extra expenditure for vacation.

                        Through a letter I requested them to cancel our holiday packages and refund our booking amount of Rs. 35750/- (Rs. 7000/- X 5 holiday packages + Rs. 750/- paid for booking a holiday package) immediately. I had registered my complaint with National Consumer Forum vide complaint no. 00325587 and informed them of the same, but I did not receive any reply to my letter.

                        Hope for immediate and urgent action in the matter.

Its been 2 months now, that there is no indication from their side about the delivery. I have been regularly following up with them, but most of the times their systems are down, so they are not able to tell the status for the order. i spoke to their floor incharges also a couple of times but every time even they failed in their commitments.

                            Hi,

                            I got a call from Bag it today with an offer of 7 days 8 nights hotel stay for RS. 7000 only for the period of one year. I took the package and made an online payment of RS. 7000, my booking Id is [protected]. Then the sales executive said that If I give him 15 reference numbers and I buy one more package then bag it today will gift me a Blackberry phone and the additional package that I buy will be available for the period of one year and six months.
                            The deal sounded good so I sent them an email with the contact list and bought another package at the same time for the period of one year and six months for RS. 7000 my booking ID is [protected]. After the payment was done online. I received the courier of my packages with all the details. But there was no sign of the gift and the second package is for the tenure of one year only.
                            I am feeling duped and cheated by the sales executive who is now ignoring my calls and the call centre executives are asking me to send a mail to [protected]@1touchsolutions.com from where no reply has been received.
                            This is mentally frustrating and tiring. I m sick of the dirty tricks these sales executives play to close their targets. I need justice.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              I think this is service i have taken from vendor Bag It Today. First i had to follow for my shoe on 10 days regularly basis. Now in three months shoe cloth has badly damaged only for 1 hr walking. Now in my mind likely a reason either a shoe is original reebok or not. because original shoe have never gives that kind of response. Also they provide 1 year warranty or 6 months warranty.
                              Now as per bag it today costumer support they refused to give any repairing or replacement. Now i want to ask why they cheater selling products with taking the brand name. Now it has become their habits to make people fool. Also they do not understand the value of customer.

                              Bag It Today — cheating & non delivery of product

                              I have ordered Black Berry Storm on Bag it Today's site on[protected]. They told that the order will be dispatched in 3 days & will be received by me in 10 days. But till today they have not dispatched my order. The customer care says that they do not have product in their stocks. It will take more 15 days to dispatched. If they do not have product then how they can received my order?? They have withdraw amount from my credit card. The company is involved in cheating & mis-appropriation. I am going to file criminal complaint against the company officials. They are not giving names of directors of the company

                                I purchased a sunglass and returned the same to them in december 9th 2011 via speed post (ET[protected] in) and same was received by them. As per the they have send a refund cheque to me in jan 2012 but they didn't give me any details of the courier at that time after sending several mails they gave me the details in jan last i enquired the courier people in coimbatore (the cheque send to coimbatore ) they told me that they have no service to our area ( punjai puliampatty) which is in erode district. i dont know how they are sending the parcel to the correct address but the refund cheque in the wrong manner.

                                I have send several mails to the BAG IT TODAY office the spoke to them they are telling that as we will solve this in 48 hours of in 2 - 3 working day but i dont know how many days it will take to receive my money ( still now i have not received the refund ) i have given my bank details also as per their request but no result, please take some action to get back my money.

                                    There was mail sent to me from "bookurholiday.com/bagittoday" offering
                                    7 nights & 8 days holiday package in Rs.1000(INR)per day for one suit accomodating family of 4-memberes in any of the star hotel in india and abroad.Accordingly I paid and booked. This offer is valid upto may 25th 2012(1 year from date of booking).Since then I am trying to follow up to know the holiday destination,they are sometimes talking and passing time,not giving.
                                    Total money I paid is Rs.7750. Rs.7000paid through credit card on 22.6.11,the confirmation receipt I have received from your side is attached herewith and 750 paid by sending DD with application form as adviced.

                                      Sir,my name is Siuli Begam. I am from Agartala, Tripura. I have ordered a pair of Reebok Lite Runner shoes at Bag it today on 11th February, 2012. The order number was [protected]. On 15th February when I tracked the order it shows that the product was Dispatched through IndiaPost with the AWB No. EP[protected]IN. But till today(28th March) I have not received the product. I tried to track the consignmemt number on IndiaPost Tracking system but it shows "not found". I contacted the Customer Care of Bag it today for several times but they were unable to tell me a correct reason. Then I contacted the IndiaPost also and they told me that there is no booking in this consignment number and the number must be invalid. Now I ask, why does Bag it today started such people cheating and fraud bisuness? Why don't they have a good manner to send the products to people? And if the don't want, why they run this business?

                                        I have placed my order for a pair of shoe on 16th March 2012 but it has not been dispatched to me till now and everyday I am calling their office and customer care. They are telling me that it is out of stock and it will take a week time. They are repeating these lines for the last more than 7 days and are not dispatching it and not giving me the exact date to dispatch.
