I had ordered 03 mini planners from India today diaries. The company says they sent it in Nov 11. however i have still not received it. They gave me the Registered Parcel no. but my side post office has not received it. Initially the company customer care replied to my mails saying they have reverted the complain to the postal department. but now they dont even bother to reply to my mails. Its march now and i have neither got the item nor have they returned the money.

On 09/03/2012 i got a call from bag it today an india today group they tell me about an offer (samsung galaxy y dous s6102 mobile and reebok shoes) for rs. 5999/-, after that their sales represantative ms. Pooja ask me to make payment and after that i make payment through my sbi debit card for rs. 5999/- , after that she told me that their verification department ask me to verify my order and they ask me for lg mobole and reebok shoes and i have to tell them that ok i have made payment for lg mobile and reebok shoes and after that again i got a call from dispatch deparmenet (within 24 hours) and they change lg mobile to samsung.
But now it is almost 13 days and i am getting call only from verification department(ms. Deepa) and after that no communication from their side regarding my order . I feel they made fraud. Please help me in this regard.

She(Ms.Kanika and Nirmala) told me that we are calling from Bag it today regarding the win Rs.1 lakh and purchase of 6nos. diamond, lcd tv 22'' reebok bag and sunglasses against booking ID[protected]. she asked me my credit details for payment but I am not confirm to her for payment. and amount has been deducted Rs.29999/- from my credit card. Kindly help to me. and what can i do.

I booked holidays withe BAGITTODAY (marketed by INDIATOAY group). My Order ID is: [protected] and Order No.: TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/382222.
To inquire my booking status, I tried theeir Helpline no. [protected] at least 40 times on 14/03/2012 and 15/03/2012 during 10 to 6 (office hours). Each time thee automatic response system kept me queued 7the 6the onwards and theanked me for my patience for holding thee line for at least 3-4 mins. When it was time to communicate withe 'customer care executive' thee line got disconnected. I was lucky only twice getting thee 'HUMAN' on theat line. Bothe thee times theey checked me withe my contact detail, Identified me withe my name and went for checking thee status keeping me holding thee line for 15 mins and theen phone got disconnected. How do I get my holidays booked? They have got all thee money in advance (by online payment in November 2011 and rest by DD).

I was referred about Book My Holidays (Bag It Today) by a friend of mine.

My friend had suggested my name to become a member of Book My Holidays (Bag It Today).

I received a call from them & they explained me about their membership & benefits.

I was happy with the scheme & registered myself along with my wife being members with them by paying Rs. 7000/-
( Rupees Seven thousand) only for myself and Rs. 7000/- (Rupees Seven thousand) only for my wife namely Smt. Piyali Choudhury by my Credit Card vide transaction No. BDIPG/TR[protected]/INDIATODAY AND BDIPG/TR[protected]/INDIATODAY respectively on[protected] and they send our order ids and those are [protected] and [protected] respectively and also two booking Ids and those are[protected] and[protected] respectively.

The scheme was : All booking request made has to be 30 - 45 days in advance (30 Days of Advance Notice when booking within India and 45 Days of Advance Notice when booking abroad.

After receiving our payments they send us two Hotel Voucher Form, one for myself and other for my wife . I had send my Hotel voucher form bearing booking no.[protected] along with D.D. of Rs. 750/- ( Rupees Seven hundred fifty) only to them and the same was received by them in the middle of October. But after receiving the filled hotel voucher form they did not called me and after waiting some days I called them on Customer Services : [protected]. But they did not confirmed my holidays, in between I had spend more than 500/- ( Rupees Five hundred) only for my telephonic conversation with them. After receiving the voucher I had contacted with Hotel Manager on 6th March, 2012 about this confirmation, but he said that they had no such hotel confirmation and he also said to me that before me already 2 (Two) parties were went there but at the time of check-out they had paid the necessary room tariff which was claimed by the hotel property. He also said that Bag it today is a fraud company.
After hearing the same I had emailed this matter to the Bag it today, but they did not respond me. On the very next day I had emailed them once again and warned them if the voucher appears fake, I will go to Consumer Court, but they did not respond once again.
However all my necessary booking such as Train booking was already made. I reached the hotel Naren Palace on 10th March, 2012 and produce the voucher before them, but they did not accept it and told me “ You have to pay the room tariff as your voucher is not accepted by us and it is a fake voucher” . I had nothing to do, but I wanted to try a Phone call to their ( Bag it today ) customer care no which is state above, but after several tries they did not respond me. Then I paid the room tariff for 3 ( Three) nights also the cheating company namely Bag it today made 5 ( five) nights and the tariff was (1680/- X 3)+ applicable taxes and cancel my previous back train reservation and made a new one.

Now I Sri Raju Saha, S/O : Radheshyam Saha of Netajee Pally, PO+PS: Islampur, Dist: Uttar Dinajpur, State : West Bengal, pin : 733202 may pray before that Hon’ble Court that How a fraud company business so long in India ? May We the Indian know why they cheating with the innocent Indians?

Please kindly do arrange to credit all my money which were debited from my account. I want all my money with interest be credited into my bank account bearing no. [protected] i.e. Rs. 7000/ for my booking and 7000/ for my wife’s booking and Rs. 750/- for D.D.

I would request you to please take strict action against them & see to it that they do not make other innocent citizens of India fall prey to their devious methods of cheating people with false information.

I had received an offer from Bag it today for hotel accommodation for 4 days and 5 nights for four persons on a payment of Rs.5998/-. This facility was extended that i could use this package in two slots also (viz 2 days/3 nights) at two different location in India, within one year.

On filling up the form and submission, I received a call asking me if I was interested in this offer, On my confirming the same I was asked to make payment and the payment was made thru my hdfc credit card on 25th Feb.2012. On 27th again i received a call stating that payment has been received and that I will be getting a form which i need to fill up and submit with a processing fee of Rs.450/-.

On enquiry from Bag it today they say they have not received any payment, but my hdfc statement reflects a payment of Rs.5998/- made to Living Media India Ltd., NDelhi.
Could you please throw some light on this issue.

I have ordered a pair of Reebok shoes from "Bag it Today" an enterprise of The India Today Group on 18/02/2012 vide order no [protected]. Today I received the parcel after paying requested amount at local post office but when I opened the parcel I found two magazines in place of shoes.

This is clearly a fraud and these companies are cheating the online buyers daily like me.

When I logged a complaint on their customer care, they are asking to provide it in written from postal department while postal department is not ready to take any responsibility.

Hi,

I placed an order with Bag It Today for a mobile phone on the 17th of Feb 12 which I am yet to receive. The customer service is extremely indifferent & inefficient.

I have called several times to follow up & i get incorrect information (stating delivery in 2 days) every time i call them. Customer Service Representatives also hang up when they run out of excuses & answers to straight forward questions.

I was also given telephone number to track the order in bangalore[protected]. The person who answered the call mentioned that there is no such material with him yet & he could not track anything with my order id or invoice number.

I now find myself stuck & extremely insecure about the money spent since there is simply no communication from their end.

Please advise if possible.

I hv orderd a a mobile handset on 31st of Dec 2011 on BAG IT TODAY ( INDIA TODAY GROUP) website and made the payment through my credit card with the order id TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/465989. I got a confirmation mail from their side

sir i purchased a reebok folding bag which was in defective condition. So i contact the company and they asked me to send the bag and they will pay courier charges as well as bill amount. I already send the good as well as courier slip to the company but i haven't received the courier charges yet. They told me that i will get the money in 10-12 days but its already more than 20 days , So please do the needful

I had purchased a holiday voucher in May last year, and asked for a booking in April 2012 in November 2011, after submitting all documents and required DD. I was told then that April bookings will start in Feb and you will be given the booking then. Now I have been running around to get some communication from them, but what I got was that there is no accomodation available to your destination , please choose another one, for which there is no guarantee , this is a scam. They sell Fake destinations ( International) where they do not have any accomodation.I am still fighting for my destination, can any one guide me to teach these fellows a lesson.

I had ordered Reebok Lite ride shoes from one of Bag It today' online advertisements (On youtube, orkut & even this website).
First of all, they promised the home delivery within 7 days. When I didn't get it in 7 days, I had to follow up with them several times when they realized that the phoduct was not even couriered yet ! This pair of shoes came to my home in a total of 15 days in good condition. But after unpacking them, I found that the model of shoes is totally different than that in the advertisement. The shoes really looks like a cheap product, far different from the ad.

VIDE Order ID [protected] BAG IT TODAY SENT A DEFECTIVE HAND SET OF BLACK BERRY WITH USE LESS DIAMOND.ON COMPLAINT THEY ARRANGED FOR REVERSE PICK UP AND COLLECTED THE DEFECTIVE SET AND SEND ANOTHER SET WHICH TOO WAS DEFECTIVE.AGAIN I LODGED COMPLAINT . AGAIN THEY ARRANGED FOR REVERSE PICK UP AND COLLECTED HAND SET AS WELL AS THEIR USE LESS DIAMOND BUT NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY EVEN AFTER LAPSE OF ONE YEAR.EVERY TIME THEY SENT MAIL SAYING THAT THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS.LEGAL NOTICE ALSO SENT TO THEM BUT IT IS USE LESS NO REFUND MADE SO FAR.
