I BELIVED THEM BECAUSE IT IS SISTER COCERN OF INDIA TODAY GROUP

sir bag it today sent me an email that i won i swatch watch at a discount and i had to pay a part of the money..i paid it using netbanking but after that seems like its afraud ..no delivery yet and they gave me a column to fill the address but they got some trick to prevent me from uploading my address in their website..please help ..i think i have lost Rs..5000
i got an email fron bag it today that i have won a watch and i have to pay some money .I paid money to internet banking but i have not got the product at my home .have i lost the money when the watch will be lended to me

Bagittoday is a fraud company. It might be a defulter (Kangal). There is no coordination among several departments there. Dispatch department doesnt know what the customer care given. Customer care doesnt know what the senior executives doing and vice versa. Once I have been cheated. So I must request other friends peoples not to deal any with bagittoday.
I am waiting 2-3 days more. apart from Ids / compain numbers etc, I have the mail converations as well. I'll show them the court. Let the world know these company and the group. These peoles should be prosecuted.

I do agree with you. They are really cheats. Actually people get attracted with the "INDIA TODAY GROUP". No doubt this is really a good group and I am a regular reader of India Today Magazine. I think Bag it today does not have any relation with India Today and it is a group of online frauds.

Bag It Today — Fraud company - Order not sent

I am Masudkhan Biradar from Bangalore. I ordered a Blackberry Storm 9530 mobile phone from Bagittoday (www.bagittoday.com). I paid an of amount 12298 throguh my Axis Bank Debit card on[protected], and Order No:[protected]. Immediately after placing my oder i got a confirmation mail from BagIt. They said it will take 2-3 week to deliver my phone. The same day and next day i got several calls from BagIt customer care saying that i am selected as a winner and i am eligible for some surprise gift and i have to pay Rs. 26000+. I refused that offer. After that i waited for my order to receive. Even after 2 weeks, i din not receive any communication from them.

Then i called up their customer care ([protected]) and they said my order is not under processing due to some mistake at their end. I registered a complaint regarding this. He said within 72 hours i will recieve my order dispatch details. But even after a week is passed i have not received any communication from their end. When i called up their customer care again they are not able give any reason for the dealy.

I just read on the internet about this fraud company and their tacticts. I feel i am cheated by them.

I want them to send my order immediately or refund my amount. Failing to do so i will be filing a case in the consumer court and sue Bagit today and parent India Today group.

On tv in their news channels Aaj Tak they show every one else as fraud when they themselves are big cheats. I will run an internet campain against them and make innocent people aware of this internet fraud.

I request innocent persons not to buy anything from this fraud company. BagIt today is a fraud company and cheating people by giving lucarative orders.

I am very unhappy with the service you guys have been providing us so far. I have ordered 3 products with you guys. Out of which two of the products were a sheer waste to me. For Order ID# [protected] for 399 (MTV Roadies Sun-glass). It is so loose to me that I can enter 2 more people to look from those sun glass. The quality of the product is pathetic. It is a total waste for me. I don't even have opened it twice to look at after the parcel came. None is at my home so that I can gift them as well. I have paid 399 for the same but with 0% satisfaction.

Order ID# [protected] for 21500 is a total wastage of goods you guys have provided to me. The representative who called me on behalf of your bag it today gave many false promises that the products would be very good and all the bull-. Not a single product (Samsung Camcorder, Philips Go gear and ZIA Diamonds) is appreciated. All are duplicates, third grade quality products. I have inquired about the diamonds in the market, none are ready to even look at it, forget about selling the same and getting my money back. All of them say these are fake ones. The Samsung Camcorder quality is so pathetic i cannot explain in words. The clarity of phone is far more better than your product. Hope you guys understand the pain YOUR customer is undergoing.

I am really frustrated with the pathetic service you guys provide. I am looking forward to get my money refunded ASAP, else I know how and what is the source to get my money back. Options I have with me is to go directly to Consumer Forum, Pune Times Newspaper, Escalate it to highest level this matter. I spoke to one of your representative. He has suggested me to return the product and money will be refunded it to my account. I just want to make sure that you guys give me in writing before i courier you your products. I come from a very small family background. Even i wanted to make money. When the representative told me about offer that I would be getting diamonds worth Rs. 60,000 for just 21,500, I was really delighted with the same. But you guys have screwed my happiness to the core.

As the money matters to you guys, so is for me as well. I would really appreciate if you guys without any hazels REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.
Hope to see a positive reply from you guys. I am making a note of the date and time and would see when the reply would come back to me. If you guys help me in getting my money refunded to me, then I would not take any further action to get a bad name for your product, else I can go to an extent of close your products with customer dis-satisfaction. This same email, if not replied to me ASAP, I would make it a point to send it to consumer forum to get my voice heard.

The matter is for Rs. 22000 in total. Please REFUND IT ASAP, once i return your goods. If I do not get any reply to my email, I am going to take this case even to court, I don't mind spending money for the same. But you guys must be punished for the wrong act you did with me or many other customers. Thank you for the pathetic service so far. Hope I am heard somewhere. Hope a good gentleman will be able to help me with my concern.

I disagree with your comments. When customer does not like your products, you should always go back and refund customer's amount. You are not aware of the pain the customer is suffering because of your products. Money, time and satisfaction all goes in air.

I am a customer of ‘Bag It Today.’ Before happening this incidence
I have purchased some goods from them. On 22 Apr. 2011 I received a call from
Bag It Today and a caller told his name as Meghraj Shinde. He told me that your
Name is selected for a gift. You would get about 6 to 10 Diamonds costing about
60, 000/- rupees and also a latest ‘BlackBerry’ mobile phone worth Rs. 25, 000/-
He added that for this valuable gift I have to pay only Rs. 25, 699/-. I agreed for the
same and then he told me to open Bag it Today site and fill up the form displayed
on the site. I did it. On that form the Amount was written Rs. 20, 999/- So Mr.
Meghraj Shinde told me to pay separately Rs. 4, 700/- At that time immediately
paid Rs. 20, 999/- and Rs. 4, 700/- by using my HDFC Bank Credit Card. Then
within Five minutes Mr. Meghraj Shinde gave me a call again. He told me that
I was selected for Bag It Today Cash Prize of Rs. 10, 00, 000/-. He congratulated
me and told and assured me for cash prize. His another colleague Mr. Rahul
supported his words. Again Mr. Meghraj told me to open Bag It Today site and
told me to fill a form three times. Each time I paid Rs. 34, 999/- from my Business Account through Bank of India. So this way I paid total Rs. 1, 04, 997/- Then
Mr. Meghraj told me that Bag It Today would refund Rs. 70, 000/- out of
this amount. He and Mr. Rahul also assured me about not to worry about this deal because, “You are dealing with India Today group!” they added. Then Mr. Meghraj told me that
I would soon receive a call from his office. Whatever the person on the phone would say;
just say ‘Yes” to that person and talk nothing else. I did it.
Next day i.e. on 23 April 2011 again I received a call from ‘Bag It Today’. This
Time a lady who told her name as Kritika was on the line. She first congratulated me
And then told that soon I would receive two tickets of Airline and I have to reach
Delhi by a Plane for taking cash prize. She also added that I had to pay Rs. 75, 000/-
Immediately as TDS just for show and this amount would be refunded to me. That
Time I was out of station and I was unable to pay that amount at that time. When
I said it to Miss Kritika she forced me to tell my Credit or Debit Card No.; CVV No. and also a password. When I shown my inability for this then she handed over a phone to her
colleague named Mr. Ashwin. He assured me that I was dealing with India Today Group
and no miss use would be done of this information. He also told that the money I was
going to deposit to Bag It Today would be sent to a foreign company and due to time
difference between the two countries I had to deposit this amount immediately otherwise
my name from the list of cash prize winners would be cancelled. I provided all the secret
information; but due to his unfortunate he didn’t succeed in withdrawing the amount from
my account. Then when I came back to home I deposited that amount. Before that Ms. Kritika contacted me and told the site to be opened. I deposited Rs. 18, 999/- for four
times. Total Amount Rs. 75, 996/-. Then she told me we are not sending any material. It is
just to show for TDS. Now you would get a ring agail and whatever the person on phone would say just say ‘Yes” to him. Don’t say anything else. I did so.
Next i.e. on 24 Apr. 2011 again I received a call from Bag It Today. Now a man who told his name as “Vivaan” on line. He told me to take out my Credit Card and pay
Rs. 37, 998/-. I asked why? So he replied that he would just explain me. After doing that he
cut the phone. All the calls I received were made from following numbers [protected] /
[protected] / [protected]. Initially when I tried to contact back on these numbers
I didn’t get any response and I am getting only one answer i.e. this phone number does not
exist. If those were the fake persons then how I received 6 parcels of the material, from Bag It Today; which was not ordered by me? In all these dealings I lost my Rs.2, 44, 690/-
which was kept for cataract operations of my both eyes. Also saved for my elder son’s
education and to pay the premiums of Insurance of my two sons.
I request all the authorities to look into the matter personally. One sanyasi Shree
Tejomayanandaji also got cheated by these people for about Rs. 2, 50, 000/-. It means it
Is a common practice of Bag It Today (India Today). So it must be stopped by somebody
else who can fight with the power of India Today. They choose common man for cheating because such people are unable to fight with the power of India Today Group. Somebody
must raise the voice against it. And I have decided to do it. That is why I am writing this
letter to you.

I have ordered one Holiday Package , order no TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/336876 about 4 months back, They have send a mail with false information and the package details contains different information , from last 4 months i am waiting for my free gifts from their side and yet not received them,
There is one phone no. [protected], person named Rakesh have called me. they stop receiving my calls. Please banned the company, as it is destroying the name of INDIA TODAY GROUP.

I will file a complaint against them very soon.
Cancel the registration of the company and govt and law should take hard action against the company.
I booked a holiday hotel with Bag it today...they say they will give 5* resort and all...after 3 months of follow up, , , , ...they gave me a hotel room which had shared bathroom and bedbugs...u can imagine how they can cheat with u...I would strongly not recommend Bag it today to anyone. They just attract people with lucrative offers, but after you pay the money, nothing happens, they treat you soo bad, and lands you in toruble.
they have called me and said they will send my gifts in one and two days, but still i havn't received them. they are spoiling the name of INDIA TODAY GROUP. I have drafted a legal notice and sending them soon, they have to return my money.

I have placed order for 'laptop back pack bag on 31.12.2011 (order no. 666398, booking id [protected]). I have received the consignment box by postal on 12the Jan 2012 and I paid the amount of rs.698 to post man and took thee courrier. When I opened the courrier instead of back pack they kept one 'mari clarire'book. It was very surprising for me because I never thought India today is doing theis type cheating.
BOOKED AFFORDABLE HOLIDAYS UNDER NAME BAG IT TODAY 7 NIGHTS 8 DAYS tHE INVOICE No. TRNPL/DLI/2011-12/3858 DATED[protected] WAS ISSUED BY TODAY RETAIL NETWORK Pvt Ltd , B-47 INDIRA ENCLAVE, NEB SERAI, DELHI - 110068, AND THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED BY LIVING MEDIA, INDIA LIMITED, DELHI. I got a call from Mr.ABHISHEKH fom SALES AND PROMOTION DEPARTMENT from mobile no:[protected],that my name has been selected amongst the 5 luckiest customer and if i buy HOLIDAY VOUCHER woth Rs.11996 than they will give a dell laptop(DELL INSPIRON 15R) and a BLACKBERRY MOBILE(CURVE 8520)..than i refused and next day he again called me and told that if i dont want to buy 2 vouchers than i can atleast buy 1 for Rs.5998 than i will get a laptop and they told that YOU ARE DEALING WITH INDIA TODAY GROUP and i get convinced by listening name of such a big organisation.He told before paying we will dispatch your HOLIDAY VOUCHER AND LAPTOP...and i booked using visa card,but after paying when i called him he told now we are processing your voucher,when you will recieve the voucher, call on the same number than he will process my laptop and when i didnt believed he transferred my call to gift department and a lady picked and told the same thing and by this way they confirmed my order, and when today i.e.[protected] i recieved the voucher and when i called on that no it was switched off..and when i called the customer care([protected]) they refused that there is no such offer and they denied.....and at last they told that they are filling a complain and it will be sorted out within 5-7 working days..the complaint number is:990809..... Hello friends, please stay away from Bag it today, as this is a fraud company. 1000 of people have been cheated by this company. I never seen such a loot in broad day light.

I have booked through BAG it Today, but even after months of waiting and repeated calls to customer care, I have not got the products. When I searched the net I came across 1000 of people who have been cheated by this company.

So freinds, never buy anything from them, as I dont want anyof you to get trapped in this cheater company. SO dont deal with bag it today.
I booked a holiday package from bag it today (India Today Group) for Rs5, 998/-. As per the package I was entitled to 4 nights stay for 4 persons in selected cities. The order ID is [protected]. I was asked to pay another Rs450/- to Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. The amount was paid vide demand draft of Bank of Baroda - jamshedpur. After lot of follow up I was issued a voucher for 2 nights stay in Puri Orissa. The voucher was in the name of Hotel Naren Palace - C T Road - Puri Contact ; [protected].
On reaching the hotel as per the program given in the voucher I was told that there is no such booking. Mr Sarangi of Hotel Naren Palace tried to contact Affordable Sales promotion but nobody responded. We had to pay from the pocket.
Since then neither bag it today nor Affordable Sales Promotion are answering any query. Such fraud from a group like India Today which has Mr. Arun Poorie & Ms Kaveree Bamzai who write regularly on important issue of the country is unthinkable. Can India Today reply?

I had booked a 4Night & 5 days holiday package with Bag It Today. The same was confirmed by ID # [protected]. As soon as they got the money they stopped communication. I was directed to Affordabale Sales Promotion. They are a bigger cheat. After lot of follow up one Arun Kapoor issued a voucher for 2 Nights stay in Hotel Naren Palace - Puri. It turned to be a big fraud. When we reached the hotel there was no booking & we had to pay from our pocket.
Bag It Today is a part of India Today Group. How can they do this? Mr. Arun Poorie & Ms Kaveree Bamzai should answer. Theywrite about others every week in India Today.
Can no action be taken for such mass scale fraud being committed by Bag It Today?
a employee of bag it today called me on 11dec 2013 and told me that i am among their lucky consumer and tied me in a fraud deal worth 13999and then 13499 as he told that i will get 3 nos. of diamond with each deal 13999 as well as 13499 plus some attractive gifts. but on 16 dec 2013 i got 6 nos. of diamond and a pair of sun glass, two pair of watches, a mobile phone, a tablet, a dinner set, a tie etc. all of the products are of third class quality. diamonds are actually worth approx 3000 each pair but told me that i can claim Rs 30000 to any jewellery shop. and apair of watch was broken as i got that and the mobile is not getting on. so like this i have totally ripped off by a well good willed india today group. please help me sir... thank you !!! my order no. 33482890 and33482966 worth 13999 and 13499 comparatively dated 11 dec. 2013

    On 4th August 2011, the undersighned received a call on the mobile and lured into an attractive offer of 7 nights holiday within india & abroad as per a list e-mailed by "bag it today - living media, india today, Delhi". The cost was Rs. 7000/= instant payment by credit card + Rs. 750/= Demand draft which were to be sent along with the package that was to be received by courier within 15 days from the date of payment of Rs. 7000/= ( 4th August 2011 ). Since we did not receive the package after waiting for a fortnight we made frantic calls to the very people who made us to make the payment by credit card on 4th August 2011, and we were told that repeatedly we will receive the same shortly.We have not received the package till today 17th Septmber,2011.
    We view this as very serious and looks like a fraud. Please revert and let us know the actions to be taken

    BagIT Today — Faulty items delivery

    Hi,

    I have made a online purchase from bagittoday.com, order number BAGITTODAY/0GA[protected] dated 27-April-2010. The NumeroUno watch received stopped working only after few days, since then I am following Bagittoday for replacement but there is no response from their side. I have made several calls and mails, but they do not show interest for replacement.

    Seeing the support & quality level, I request all of you, not to make any purchase from Bagittoday any more.

    BagIT Today — Non Refund Of Advance

    Order ID is: [protected] WITH BAGIT TODAY
    I had booked above order on 12/4/2011, by paying Rs, 24999/= by credit card with CLEAR understanding that the above amount will be converted into 12 EMI's of Rs 2083/= . I was informed that BAGIT TODAY will call me to complete formalities with the bank within 24 Hrs. After more than 24 Hrs had passed but I did not receive any call for doing needful.
    When I contacted BAGIT TODAY customer service contact on 13th April 2011, I was informed that there is no sale scheme with EMI. If this is true then I have been cheated by their representative who sold this packege to me. If they cannot provide EMI through bank, then I requested them to cancel my order & return my payment of Rs 24999/= with interest.
    On 16th April 2011,Inspite of BAGIT TODAY confirmation that the order stands cancelled & refund will be sent I was informed on 21/4/2011 that the order has been despatched. Why was this done??
    After 6 E- Mail messages finally the parcel was reverse picked up by Bag IT on 13/5/2011.
    BAG IT has acknowledged that the parcel was received by them on 21/5/2011. With this confirmation BAG it Today should have refunded Rs 24999/= as has been requested by me through E Mails & phones at least 50 Times.
    Till date I have not received the refund, only routine /standard E mails have been sent to me by BAGIT TODay.
    IT CAN BE SEEN THAT MY MONEY RS 24000/= IS BEING FRAUDULENTLY USED BY BAGIT TODAY FOR LAST MORE THAN 3 MONTHS & YET INSPITE OF ASSURANCES, THERE IS NO SURETY OF REFUND. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING & ANNOYING & AMOUNTING TO CHEATING BY BAGIT TODAY.

    BagIT Today — Non Receipt of Holiday

    I had paid for a holiday week to Bagit and paid the Rs.7,000 plus a D.D. of Rs.750.00 and sent them a Booking Form No.[protected] on 24.10.2011 but there is no communication from their end even after 2 months.

    There was a Mr.Amar who sold me this package and promised a weeks holiday at the Orange County - Coorg.

    I have been calling and e.mailing them but to no avail. I hope this mail to you can get me some response.

    BagIT Today — Booking not done as per the offer

    Had bought a package for 7N/7D stay at the resorts list as published by bookmyholday.in Order no. [protected]. Had sent the order form with 3 destinations and 3 dates within India alongwith a DD of INR 750 which was received by the BagIt team on 24 Feb.

    However, as promised in the offer, the team has refused to provide any booking at the given dates. Also, the form says that you will be receiving a call in 3 working days but no one calls.

    The customer care no.[protected] as given on their website is so difficult to reach that every time, after trying for atleast half an hour it connects. The reprsentative says that this is the only no. and they cannot call back.

    One feels helpless and cheated by such absence of service. Regret having bought this package. The sales person who sold this has gone missing. The referral gift as promised for buying another package was not given and these guys have listed poor properties contrary to their claims of 3 or 5 star ones. Most of the propoerties listed have been given bad reviews by travellers.

    Many attractive properties listed at th time of selling this package have been removed.

    Request the team to pay some heed to this complaint and act.

    I have ordered through BAG IT TODAY , even after making all the payments, still the company failed to deliver the things. My order # [protected], for watch is not delivered months. Every time I call the customer care number, they just give false assurance and never gave responsible answers.

    Now I am sick of BAG IT TODAY. I want to inform all of you, please never book anything with them. As they are cheaters and not trust worthy. Stay away from BAG IT TODAY, as are looters. They are here to loot us, and fool us. So stay from this company.

      i had purchased online 2 pair of shoes of Reebok on the website of Bag it today, a group company of India Today Publication on the 22/12/09, where in i was assured a free gift also (reebok wrist watch). i was delivered the goods only on 23/01/10, that too the merchandise was not as per my specification and the free gift mentioned was not there at all. when i tried to complaint about this matter they have been delaying the matter endlessly. they asked me to send the goods back by courier to their office in Delhi which i did twice but they kept on refusing to accept when i send the same to them. then i asked them to have the goods picked up on their own cost as i had already spent Rs. 900/- on the courier with no way in site. they did collect the goods, but till date they have not delivered the goods back to me. i am now at a loss of money (Rs. 2596 +900) and no goods in hand.
      i had booked an order on phone to bag it day order no[protected] in[protected] for diamond, cutlery set & Puja Thali and amount of Rs. 6000/- appox has been deducted from my credit card and told that same will deliver to me within 15--20 day but till date i have not received the materials I also received one SMS on[protected] that and requedted that materials will despatch with in 10 days
      I talked to several times to their call Center on 15-01-11 to Shri Pankaj &on 19-01-11 to Rashimita followed by on[protected] to Shri Pankaj and Shri Vijay but till date i have not received the materials only promise that materials will dispatch with in 10-15 day if full materials is available or they will process the case for refund the money.

        Paid Rs. 25000/- on 10th April 2011 and till today (12th September 2011) it is nearly six months over. The most long-waiting customer for the refund of my hard-earned money.

        They have stolen my money. They can be called : Cheats, 420's, , etc

        They have got my hard-earned money of Rs.25000 in the month of 10th april 2011 towards blackberry and they have not sent me the product. When I continously forwarded emails and fired them left and right, they sent me a mobile phone in the month of june 2011, later when i checked, it was not working, when i again followed with them continously, they said they have arranged for reverse pick-up and they are arranging for the past 1 month and bluedart/dhl picked it up from my residence in the month of july 2011. again within 10 days, they called me and said that they are replacing the product and i believed it was true and i accepted for it. but it was an ultimate shock to me, the same product which i sent to them has been come back to me in the same condition in august 2011, except the outer brown cotton box was changed. I again wrote many mails and followed up continously and the have sent the bludart guy for a reverse pick up and it has been picked up from me during september 05th 2011. Till today i have wrote a number of mails and i called up Mr. Randheer, Mr. Pankaj, Mr.Dominic, but they are just ignoring my calls and switching off their mobiles. Now i dont want any product. I want my hard-earned money to be refunded within 4 days, with the interest charges, because all the banks which issue credit cards are charging 39%p.a interest. They have to pay me the same rate of interest, else if something happens to me( even if i commit suicide due to frusturation, mental pressure and mental illness which is because of them),then BAG IT TODAY - INDIA TODAY is completely responsible. They have to pay all the loss incurred to me and to my family. They are the world's first A-graded [protected]@$[protected]@rd$.

        They are taking advantage of people's money and they are putting it on rotation. They keep it with themselves for a month and then later they say they will surely refund.         I had purchased a holiday voucher in May last year, and asked for a booking in April 2012 in November 2011, after submitting all documents and required DD. I was told then that April bookings will start in Feb and you will be given the booking then. Now I have been running around to get some communication from them, but what I got was that there is no accomodation available to your destination, please choose another one, for which there is no guarantee, this is a scam. They sell Fake destinations ( International) where they do not have any accomodation.I am still fighting for my destination, can any one guide me to teach these fellows a lesson.

          Bag It Today- Orders & refund

          On 18.06.11, I paid through Credit card (Rs. 24999/-), for 6 natural diamonds of 10 cents each along with Blackberry mobile phone 9530, and (Rs. 58997/-) for 6 more natural diamonds of 1 Karat 20 cents. When I told them, that I don’t have that much money, they offered me EMI mode of payment.
          2. . Afterwards, I got SMSs informing me of following booking IDs and amount:
          S.No. Booking ID Amount (Rs.)
          1 [protected] 24999/-
          2 [protected] 24999/-
          3 [protected] 16999/-
          4 [protected] 24999/-
          5 [protected] 16999/-
          When I placed two orders (Rs. 24999/- and Rs. 58997/-), I do not know why they have sent me five booking IDs.
          3. . On 25.06.11, two parcels were delivered vide Invoices TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/172588 (Booking ID-[protected]) and Invoices TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/172589 (Booking ID- [protected]) dated 22.06.11. The following articles were received.
          a. 4 packets of Zia Sol D pack 30 cents – 3 diamonds in each pack
          b. 2 Black berry mobile phones 9530 with 1 charger, 1 USB cord, 2 ear sets

          4. The deficiencies I found in these parcels were: (i) though I was to get 6 diamonds of very high quality in addition to 6 natural diamonds of 10 cents each, I got 12 of same quality, used and non working phones, incomplete accessories and without warranty cards.

          5. After few days I got another parcel (Booking ID [protected] – Rs.16999/-). When I saw the list of articles pasted on the parcel, I did not open it, as I did not order for them.

          6. In view of deficiencies pointed out in para 4 and also unwanted parcel as pointed out in para 5, I returned them on 22.07.11, after long correspondence. While doing so, I asked for:
          a. Refund of Rs. 58997/- (second order amount).
          b. Also refund balance of amount [Rs. 24999/- (first order) minus First EMI].
          c. Send new Blackberry 9530 Storm, along with warranty card.
          7. Another Blackberry phone was sent vide Invoice No. TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/242426, Order No, 171825, Consignment No, D48519706, is not functional. As indicated by them, I approached Sai Srinivasa Technologies,(Blackberry Sevice Centre), Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. They said, they will service only phone sold by Reddington. Phones sold on online, web with huge discounts will not be serviced by them. I should contact people, who have sent the phone. Further, they said it does not look like a new piece.

          8. After many mails, they credited Rs. 16999/- on 16.08.11 and Rs. 24999/- on 18.08.11 into my credit card account. I cannot withdraw this amount.

          9. When I asked for refund of the balance of Rs. 16999/-, they said my request has been sent to Department concerned. Till today I have not received the refund.

          10. For the defective phone, they want me to return the product. I am not doing that till I am refunded Rs. 16999/-.

          11. I request you for the following actions:
          a. Order them to refund Rs. 16999/- along with interest for Rs. 41998/ - as I cannot withdraw it.
          b. Compensation for cheating, breach of contract and harassment
          c. India Today and its sister concerns should be banned from online business
          d. Sensitise people through print and public media about how people are getting cheated and harassed by them.

            Bag It Today are all a cheaters, I have ordered BB 8830 and the packet I got, didn't had any headset, this is the first time I saw a mobile without headphones. The battery within the mobile is a GREEN COLOR local battery, a big JOKE on blackberry........ Are you making fun of customers, making them fool....Trackball stopped working after 1 month, now after talking to customer care they are again making all fun of me, said within 12 days they will replace it, I talked three times within 11 days and every time I was given the same answer, that a person will come to your address and replace it, today is 12th day and they are now saying that it will again take 21 days....

            What the hell is this??????

            I want a serious solution on this now?

              by India Today, their distributors in India -- a free luggage set -- last year
              in november.

              it is now september and they are not honouring their commitment, despite
              dozens of emails, and even a mail to time asia, who just washed their hands
              off, saying contact india today.

              this is their latest correspondence. dated[protected]. they sent about
              a dozen more earlier. it's shameful that a company like aroon purie's
              india today group can do this.

              India Today Group — No magazine subscription issues send after couple of commitment mails

              I have registered my India Today Hindi version magazine subscription On Mon, Mar 23, 2009, from India Today's website itself. And according to them user will start receiving his subscription after 4 weeks. When i followed-up with then they assured me I will get my magazines issues within maximum 48 hours. But Its have been almost 7 days of that mail, i have not received any single magazine of my subscription yet. So i would like to raise your kind consideration towards this concerned matter. Please take need full action.
              I have subscribed for India Today for a year in sep. 2010 via subscription no.ITE1894858 . At that time I have been promised that I will be delivered a mobile phone in about 3-4 weeks time. It ha been around seven months now, but no delivery so far. Every time I write a mail for this, Ill receive a mail that I'll receive it in 3-4 weeks time. I can't understand a simple thing that if a magazine is being delivered at my address, how can a courier company couldn't find my address.                 I booked a holiday package from bag it today on 15/07/2011.
                My booking ID is [protected].
                I received my package after one week on 21/07/2011.
                I sent my application form along with required document and DD for registration charge of Rs. 750 on 12/082011 by courier.
                As per courier information, it was reached on 16/08/2011 and as per courier record Mr. Vijay from "Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd." had received it.
                In the application form it is mentioned that after receiving the application form along with the registration charge (Demand Draft), the customer service team will contact me in 3 working days .
                As on date nobody had contacted me for confirmation.

                I tried to contact on the given customer care number (+[protected] many times, on which it remains on hold for long time and sometimes if it could get connected, I am not getting satisfactory answer.

                I have many mobile numbers on which also I tried to contact many times which are mentioned below. They have now stopped picking up my calls. If I call from different number they picks-up but they cuts my call once knowing that I have called.

                2) Ms. Dipti - [protected]
                3) Mr. vishal - [protected]

                I have spent so much money on making phone calls and mentally stressed also.

                Today, when I call on customer care number, I came to know that my form has been rejected and the person had disconnected my call. Again when I contacted some other customer executive had picked-up my phone call and he informed that my form has been rejected second time.

                Here the question is if I have sent my form once only, how it can be rejected twice??? Also what is the reason of rejection???

                Now, I am fed up of this and want solve this problem.

                  My name is Pritesh Lad and I got call from Bag it today guy Aarav Verma before 2 months and he convinced me to buy their travel package for Rs 7750/- for 7 nights and 8 days for various resorts all over India. I immediately bought package and asked my friends to get this package as it sounds like unbelievable deal. They sent me packange through Blue Dart company dated 01/08/2011.

                  They have procedure to submit VOUCHER REQUEST FORM to get booking over desired location. I submitted form and sent it through speed post on 10/08/2011. They received it on 16/08/2011. I checked Speed post tracking and I saw that it was delivered by then.

                  But here is the problem.. THEY KEEP DENYING THAT THEY GOT ANY PACKAGE LIKE THAT. Mr. Aarav Verma who promised me lots of things, he was so big liar and he never gave us right answers. I tried to contact their customer service call centers, which are nightmare.. You can't continue your call with them more than 2 minutes and it automatically cuts off. I did more than hundred.. mind it.. more than hundred calls to them in just 1 week... THEY HAVE STILL NOT BOOKED MY HOLIDAYS AS OF TODAY.

                  I called Aarav on his cellphone from my friend's cellphone and he picked up phone and immediately transferred it to some Riya Rastogi - (they said she is manager) . Now she started to make us fool from last 2 days...

                  so I just wanted to say that please please please don't ever buy any kind of packages from these people as they all are fraud and will eat all your money without giving any kind of service.

                    this Bag It Today is a fraud and India Today Group is cheating through Bag it Today. They claim that there products are 100 % genuine and out of 4 watches i purchased, 1 was delivered to me damaged, the other one stopped working after little drizzle ( it claimed to be water resistant, still stopped working) and i dont know what to do ... i therefore suggest everyone not to purchase products or any deals from Bag It Today.

Gift would be delivered at our Door step with in 2-3 weeks times. But so far we have not received anything we have tried to contact Mr.Rajendra/Mr Sandeep but No response. We have been able to communicate with few agents fromm India Today but No positive satisfactory response by team .So far we have been able to spkoe, Mr,Vivek, Ravi George...etc.

                      We have had more than 20 calls By Mr.Rajendra to hv this offer. We have been committed this 7 night /8 days Offer can be used in parts. This was additional advantage given by Mr.Rajendra. We have been strictly advise not to disclose it to Verification agent.


                      After that I got response mail that If I will send the voucher back I will get the money back in 10 days time. I returned back the folder by DTDC courier on 8/8/11 ,here again this team shown wrong commitment by not accepting that and returned that.

                      This whole team is fake and full of cheaters ….no one picking calls and giving any responce....

                      I had already launched complain few months back but not getting any reply.
                      Kindly let me know what I have to do now…..

                      Sir, this complaint is in regard to my booking of package through bag it today.com.
                      I have purchased a package from bagittoday.com and i have make them full payment also, also I have sent them the voucher and dd of rs750 through courier which they have also received many days back on the date of 18th September 2011. I have asked them to give me bookings in Mumbai for the date of 16th of actor 2011, but till date I have not recieved any call or any Mail regarding my bookings. I have already called them several times but I am not getting proper response from them.

                          I ordered under online with COD facility provided by the said company vide [protected] [protected]:40:45.0 Monalisa pearl & american diamond set payment confirmed by customer Cash which they despatched by first flight courier. I demanded for open delivery but they refused hence I remitted the amount and asked them to open the parcel which they obliged. We were shell shocked that they sent an empty box and the courier employees assured to cooperate as witness if I rang up from there. Umpteen trials were in vain but in fine one lady attended to and after listening directed me to one Mr. Chawla but he did not lift the phone hence, I reverted to the lady who also noticed my number and did not attend my call.

                          I came to my office and lambasted for their attitude through email for which they responded which is uploaded for your record but only a stereo type answer but to no avail. I seldom thought such reputed organization's online shopping will meet such canondrum.

                            I was offered 2 diamond sets (blackberry free) from bagittoday.com for Rs.18999. According to the company's claim the diamonds are certified by GCI (Gemological Centre Inc.) and that these diamonds are worth Rs.60,000.
                            When the parcel came few days latter, I found that diamonds did have a certificate, bu t from GJI (Gemcraft Jewellery Institute, Delhi). There is a report no. mentioned on the same. When I verified with GJI, they checked their records and said that the certificate was not issued by them and its a fake.
                            I took the diamonds to some jewelers and got them tested. No one was ready to give anything more than Rs.6000 for the 2 sets which is only 10% of the company's claimed value. Because the company is a well known one, I paid Rs.18999 and they sent items worth less than 30%.
                            I am not sue how many were conned by the company in this fashion.
                            I had similar experience earlier but for Rs.500.
                            My sincere request to all is that kindly donot get cheated by this treacherous company.

                            Got my money Rs.18999 back from Bagittoday, after more than a month of phone calls and emails.

                            Last Friday their sales dept called to say that unless I purchase Rs.19, 999 worth of a package I will not be eligible for Sweepstakes contest. They agreed that if I find their product not satisfactory I can return the same through their agent.
                            Next day, their verification dept calls up and says that the claim by sales dept is false and products cannot be returned once delivered!!!
                            So, have asked them, sales dept Mr.Aditya, to cancel the order [protected], and refund the money to my account.
                            One thing have realized, never entertain bagittoday calls again.
                            Now am waiting patiently for the refund of Rs.19, 999.

                                Hi,
                                I am a regular online shopper and I work for an MNC.
                                Never before had I faced any problem, until the time I placed and order with BagItToday.
                                The order demanded full payment prior to delivery. I transferred the sum of Rs 549 for a Reebok folding bag and Mtv Sunglasses (Order Id. [protected]).

                                After the order I waited, but these products never came to my doorstep. On writing several emails to them, a customer care rep called and confirmed my address. Then I waited for another month, exchanging emails.
                                Finally someone called saying , I had returned half the order.
                                How and why will I return half the order when I desperately wanted to have them.
                                After that I asked them to re send it but again after 15 days wait nothing.
                                Finally I wanted refund to which they agreed. But even after giving them 14 working days to process my refund request, I have got nothing.
                                They have even stopped replying to my e mails.
                                Please help me out!! I am loosing faith on online shopping. This fraud must be stopped.

                                  I had purchased a Black Berry mobile phone worth Rs 6498 by ICICI Bank credit card in the month of March 2011 vide order no [protected]. The set turned out to be defective and I returned it to them in the month of May 2011. then after a lot of follow up they informed me that the money has been returned to my credit card account vide Transaction id - [protected], Refund Date[protected]. But on contacting the bank I was told that there is no transaction as mentioned by the service provider. I again contacted them (India Today bagittoday). This time they have completely washed their hands from it saying now I need to contact the bank.

                                  I am enclosing below the last email of theirs:

                                    I have ordered some goods from BAG IT TODAY online. I have been calling them from last 7 days and they are not providing me with proper response Last time I called them was on Friday dated 13th August 2011 & the CCE confirmed me that my order will be dispatched today & I will get the intimation by SMS or email. Till today I have got nothing. This is to bring in your attention that everyone is fed up with bag it today response & delivery tat.

                                      This is very bad from Big media house co like India today. I have still not received this order after follow-up since last two months. As a customer I bought this package with some aspirations. but Today I called up your customer care and I got Surprised that my order is cancelled and you have started refund processing. This is not accepted first you cancel order without informing me and on top of that you need two more weeks to process this refund.

                                      You should have informed me in weeks time after accepting online orders, weather you can fulfill the order or not I would have cancelled order that time Itself and by now I would have got my refund and we would have parted peacefully. Your company has used my money for two months and I got no product or service from your side.

                                      As you see in following communication since last two weeks you executives were marking mails to get alternate address for delivering order, why this drama cant you face your customer straight. A curtsey call would have served purpose, every time to get information I was calling and sending mails.

                                      I want immediate refund of my hard earned money, two weeks is too long time I am not in any mood to wait so long.

                                      India Today Group — Non Receipt of consent

                                      The company informed me that the mobile handset parcel was sent thru you on 23/2.2010 Consgt No[protected]. I have not received it so far.

                                      INDIA TODAY GROUP/PRESS — Refund Delays

                                      My father, a senior citizen of 81 tears of age, Mr. M. M. Jain had issued a cheque for Rs. 4500/- on the 11.9.09. Cheque Number: 625122. It was in the name for Bharati Airtel Limited from an HDFC account.

                                      This was for a combined plan of a fixed landline + wifi + digital TV.

                                      As there was no pairs available till early October 2009. He cancelled the same applied for a new connection which he is using, also Airtel, But is STILL awaiting his refund.

                                        We have been very very firmly commited by Mr.Rajendra & Sandeep that if we book today Book my holiday package than we would be entitled to have one of the free gift mentioned below.Gift would be delivred at our Door step with in 2-3 weeks times.But so far we have not recived anything we have tried to contactMr.Rajendra/Mr Sandeep but No response.We have been able to communicate with few agen fm India Today but No positive satisfactory response by team .So far we have been able to spkoe,Mr,Vivek,Ravi George...etc.

                                        We have had mre than 20 calls By Mr.Rajendra to hv this offer.We have been commited this 7 night /8 days Offer can be used in parts. This was additional advantage given by Mr.Rajendra.We have been strictly advise not to disclose it to Verification agent.

                                        Request you to plaese look into the matter.

                                        Kindly Deliver our gift which has been promised ,Or Return our money & cancle the booking.

                                        Else we wont be having any option other than legal action.

                                        Bag It Today / India Today — Free Gift Article not yet receive paid 299/-

                                        Through Bag It Today As on[protected] I ordered for the REEBOK Watch for that I paid Rs.299/- by Credit Card. They have given me Billing Id[protected] and informed me that it will going to deliver with in the 3-4 weeks.After one month I reminded them for that they replied me "your address has not been updated-and it is wrong so that despatch section unabled to deliver"(Actually while becoming a member with them I've updated my address and profile and it is displayed in my Account page also).As per their advice I updated the adress as on[protected].
                                        Even then tilldate I have not received the Watch.Every time I am getting same reply from them-WE APPOLIZE-------etc..etc.Last week on monday[protected] DESPATCH Section staff called and asked me ADDRESS and mobile Number which is already updated in my profile wih them.Today[protected] I called up at customer care and asked the position of the Order then she was asking my the "SAME QUESTION -WHAT IS YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND ADRESS ".
                                        For delivering a small article whether this many days are required-it is not bag it day-it is "BAG IT SAME DAY IN YOUR NEXT BIRTH".That is their service for the customer.This many complaints are lodging for this company even then no action has been taken on the BAG IT TODAY.Please take action so that nobody will waste money and time like this orders-Kishor
                                        Even then they are telling same words "NEXT WEEK YOU WILL GET".They are not changing the word, THEY ARE STANDING ON THE WORD".ITBC 10399400 still it is pending.They sent a mail for confirming my address on AUG 21, I gave a reply for that.Till date there is no response for that.Everyb time I am calling at customer care they are not responding properly and thay are telling NEXT WEEK it is going to deliver-P Kishor Kumar
