We have purchased your book my holiday by me & few of my Frnd .The person were dealing with me & my frnds were

Mr.Sandeep (Team Lead,[protected]).

We have been very very firmly commited by Mr.Rajendra & Sandeep that if we book today Book my holiday package than we would be entitled to have one of the free gift mentioned below.Gift would be delivred at our Door step with in 2-3 weeks times.But so far we have not recived anything we have tried to contactMr.Rajendra/Mr Sandeep but No response.We have been able to communicate with few agen fm India Today but No positive satisfactory response by team .So far we have been able to spkoe,Mr,Vivek,Ravi George...etc.

We have had mre than 20 calls By Mr.Rajendra to hv this offer.We have been commited this 7 night /8 days Offer can be used in parts. This was additional advantage given by Mr.Rajendra.We have been strictly advise not to disclose it to Verification agent.

Request you to plaese look into the matter.

Kindly Deliver our gift which has been promised ,Or Return our money & cancle the booking.

Else we wont be having any option other than legal action.

Bag It Today / India Today — Free Gift Article not yet receive paid 299/-

Through Bag It Today As on[protected] I ordered for the REEBOK Watch for that I paid Rs.299/- by Credit Card. They have given me Billing Id[protected] and informed me that it will going to deliver with in the 3-4 weeks.After one month I reminded them for that they replied me "your address has not been updated-and it is wrong so that despatch section unabled to deliver"(Actually while becoming a member with them I've updated my address and profile and it is displayed in my Account page also).As per their advice I updated the adress as on[protected].
Even then tilldate I have not received the Watch.Every time I am getting same reply from them-WE APPOLIZE-------etc..etc.Last week on monday[protected] DESPATCH Section staff called and asked me ADDRESS and mobile Number which is already updated in my profile wih them.Today[protected] I called up at customer care and asked the position of the Order then she was asking my the "SAME QUESTION -WHAT IS YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND ADRESS ".
For delivering a small article whether this many days are required-it is not bag it day-it is "BAG IT SAME DAY IN YOUR NEXT BIRTH".That is their service for the customer.This many complaints are lodging for this company even then no action has been taken on the BAG IT TODAY.Please take action so that nobody will waste money and time like this orders-Kishor
Even then they are telling same words "NEXT WEEK YOU WILL GET".They are not changing the word, THEY ARE STANDING ON THE WORD".ITBC 10399400 still it is pending.They sent a mail for confirming my address on AUG 21, I gave a reply for that.Till date there is no response for that.Everyb time I am calling at customer care they are not responding properly and thay are telling NEXT WEEK it is going to deliver-P Kishor Kumar

    Please read the following correspondance i made with Bag it today for the last one month. They have offered me one lakhs worth of diamond jewellery. based on the executive advice i have ordered a sony expedia mobile woth rs.28,000/- through my credit card. i have received the mobile one month later and not the diamond jewellery as informed by the executive. Till date i am sending mail and contacting over phone but no proper response. They are telling that "No stock of jewellery voucher".
    i agree they have done it with me also... somebody please tell me the correct way to lodge a complain in the consumer court... please call me at [protected]

      I purchased a luxury holiday voucher from India today book club on 26th june 2010. I received the parcel after the month later on 28th july. They didn't gave me the booking for the holiday dates I asked for and told me to send them the booking form, (which I received on 28th) to their bangalore office by courier which they received the very next day.. But they denied about the form received and after 15 dyas accepted the mistake about receiving the form and then it was send back to rectify. Te form was rectified and send back to them again and again the same thing happened as above they denied receiving the form and 15 days later accepted that they had received the form earlier. I had bought this luxury holiday for the diwali vaction but till now it was gone. I kept calling them for months then but no reply. Till now the validity of the holiday voucher was also over as it was only for 9 months. I mailed them to give me the booking any where in India but they didn't reply. I also contacted the ITBC office and talked to Mr. Adil, but all in vain. I asked for refund but no action was taken. My phone bills exceeded more than my luxury holiday voucher which I purchased online for 7000 Rs. I kept calling Bangalore and Delhi but I was always kept on hold. This is how this company cheated me.
      Can some body help and get me my refund back, it is my very very hard and money.

        I have brought a LG Phone from Bag It Today (India Today Group) in January2011, But after 4 month the phone stopped working and the LG service center denied to entertain my service request due to missing of IMEI No. is missing from invoice.           I did an online renewal of my subscription for TIME magazine through India Today Group. The payment was made through credit card on 14th JUNE 2011. I received the acknowledgement from the group on receipt of the payment with a note that it would take 4-6 weeks for the magazine subscription to restart.

          However, it has been more than 6 weeks now and I am yet to receive the magazine. I am neither to receive any further update from the group on the state of my subscription.

          Requesting your assistance in getting some status information from the group or at least the start of the magazine issues.

            Holiday voucher has been mis-sold to me by Diya [protected] and Mahesh [protected] who called me from company call center.

            I have been trying to get in touch with both of them but they are not responding to my calls/mails.

            I would like to cancel this booking and want refund of rs. 7000 paid to Bag it today.

              Bag it today (India today group) took an order from me for a holiday resorts by saying some false offers on 30-Jun-11 vide Order ID-[protected] . Afer the verification call, i come to know that they have given false commitment and immediately, i've cancelled that order on the same day. Even after 26 days, no one in that company is giving commitment that when the money will be refunded. Every day they are sending mails, saying that the money will be refunded, but i don't see any such symptoms of refund. Requesting your intervention to get me the refund.

              sir,
              my membership no. is ITBC.09208811. i have purchased rebok shoes from bagittoday with invoice no. ORA[protected]BT in april. but they have sent me wrong size ie, "8" istead of "9". i sent the shoes back to bagittoday for refund of my money. i have sent back the freegift rebok watch also to them and scanned copies of PODs. but till now my refund has not been made to my credit card account. there is no reply to the mails and customer care centere is not responding by phone. pl do something to get my money back thanku

                  Bag it today is fraud marketing group. on 23/03/2013 company executive Miss Anu called from no. [protected] that I have selected a lucky customer and company will give free gifts ( a tablet, Samiya SD 0.3 carret diamond., maxima watches) for this I have to pay Rs. 15999 which will be refundable, the executive says that as per RBI norms no company will provide free gifts. so I had paid Rs. 15999, besides this they said they will be provide me a DVD player, Phillips sound system, Samiya SD 0.3 carret diamond for this I have to pay Rs.15499 . they promised me that both the money will refund cash within 10-15 day to me. After 15 day when I ask customer care they denied to refund my money. when I again talk to miss Anu, she says that my money will refund. But still I haven&#039;t got my money. I ask Bag it today group to refund my money and please don&#039;t cheat any customer.

                    i am received one email from bag it today for holiday package 7nights 8 days only Rs.7000

                    I received a call from them & they explained me about their membership & benefits.

                    I was happy with the scheme & registered myself being a member with them by paying Rs. 7000 by my Credit Card.

                    We did the same & now we have no reply from them till date about the confirmation. We tried calling Sanjana who had offered us the scheme is not coming on Phone & answering the call. ( booking date : 11th July, 2011)

                    and i am only received booking form not received any gift what she tell me

                      I brought Anaira diamond through Bag it today. They have confirmed me that the diamond is original and is certified by the govt of india. When i recd the same there was no certificate and when checked in the Market the value of diamaond was only rs 1000. With diamond free blackberry mobile hand set was given which is totally damage and cannot be used.

                      when contacted Bagit Today customer service they refuse to take the material back and asking to to send the materials back with out refunding the money.

                      I need to share this with all so that other people are not cheated like me.

                        I have booked the holiday package and thro my reference 5 of them also booked the holiday package,

                        as per my mails and discussions I had with aditi and sikkander ,
                        they have promised that I will getting the free gifts
                        (one ipod 8gb with benenton bags, sunglass & wrist watch will be sent )

                        so far I have been trying to reach the people ,they were not attending the call and not responding in a proper way
                        and putting the call in hold

                        and not sending my gifts which I suppose to get it so far….

                        The people while taking the orders …so aggressive and after the order taken utilized the customers…they just avoiding to speak or sort out the issue….

                        I am really disapoointed and got vetsed of making the order in bag it today

                        and my friends also got troubled due to this

                        the money was earned and payed ...it was not stolen from somebody
                        realy it is bothering day by day

                        kindly help me in this for making this kind of cheaters in this world

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          when i booked(booking id-[protected]) this order your person given me wrong information,
                          1. first he told that he will give me one black berry mobile and 6 diamond(each has cost 10,000)
                          2. next day he told 6 diamonds and some other items,
                          3. then i come to know that he is sending only 3 diamonds when i got call from verification department....
                          3. then i got call from one person and he told that i got wrong information and he is sending my com plane to higher authority.
                          4. next day i got a call from Mr.krishna Choudhary and he told that i can cancel the previous order only if i book new order, offered by him worth 6999/-, i did faith on him and he ensured me that he will cancel the previous order worth19999/(-Order ID is: [protected].) only if i book new one
                          5. next day on sunday i got a call from one another person that he is cancelling my order of 19999/-
                          6. today i got a message on my mobile that my order(booking id-[protected]) is under process.



                          what is this, is this the policy to do fraud with ur customers.......

                          first u give wrong information to the customers and then on the behalf of this order u again force customers to book new order to cancel previous one.
                          it is completely fraud with me....
                          i request you not to do this and please cancel my order(booking id-[protected]) otherwise i will go to the consumer court for justice....
                          i don't want to deal with ur company.

                          please let me know what is the status of my order and what about the committment given by ur represetative from promosional department to cancel the oder no-(booking id-[protected])

                            Hi,

                            A BLACKBERRY STORM1 Verizon was recently purchased from bagittoday and it is a defective piece.

                            I had filled in the contact us form on www.bagittoday.com and hopefully I should get a reply asap.

                            The phone has so many defects that I was wondering how could you even put it up for sale.

                            * Touch Screen is not working most of the time

                            * BB PIN IS NULL and cannot be changed

                            * Phone hangs everyday

                            * The keyboard suddenly appears on the main page and does not go till you remove the battery.

                            * Bluetooth pairing does not work.

                            * The blue light on the phone indicator did not go off for 2 weeks inspite of bluetooth being off.

                            * Blackberry service center and other cell shops says this phone should never have been sold.


                            Please look into this matter with high urgency.

                                I have ordered one blackberry mobile handset on 29th June 2011 against ordered ID [protected] (Gaurav Gupta- [protected]). Till yet no confirmation received on my ordered. When i called up to the customer care on 11th July they told me that my ordered is in process and it is stuck up due to miss match in payments while i had paid full amount 9999/- mobile cost + delivery charges. I have the confirmation as well. When i didn't get the response i send a mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com and they gave me confirmation that my ordered has been cancelled and they are arranging to refund the money while i call again to customer care they says it is in process and with in one week i will get the order. It is already 2 and half week as they commit to deliver the order. Don't know now it is in process or cancell.                                 I have ordered one Reebok Watche on 24.08.2011 against ordered ID [protected] (prashant bachhav [protected]) Till yet no confirmation received on my ordered.When i called up to the customer care on 26th augest they told me that my ordered is in process .

                                    the item was received through Post Office on 09 Jul 2011. Money was paid to post office as cash on delivery was shown in their site.

BIT[protected]. in which is has been told by the sales person over the phone that i have been given the gift in which he has offered me 5 options from which i have choosen 22" LCD here i would like to inform you that now after receiving the catalog from affordable sales promotions pvt. ltd. i have confirmed over phone about my gift, then the executive over phone has replied my that there will no as such gift with this package.

                                      it nothing but a FRAUD made by THE INDIA TODAY GROUP.
