I was on leave from last 15 days; so yesterday I received your courier. After opening the courier box; I was shocked to see that Reebok was not there; box is empty. If this is a joke then I am very disappointed. How can you send me empty box.

Please send me Reebok watch ASAP otherwise refund my money back.

This is a long pending order for which I have been following up with India Today Book Club and Bag It Today for more than 1 year. Pending order is for REEBOK FITNESS KIT with booking ID[protected]. What I understood from customer care department is this booking ID (paid by credit card) got punched in under another booking ID[protected] which was Cash On Delivery due to some mistake in their system.

I had paid the amount by credit card on 01 Nov, 2009 for Rs. 3199/- and the amount is debited from my credit card account. Credit Card statement was forwarded multiple times. Also the AUTH CODE given by HDFC BANK for this transaction is 058160.

I ordered for 2 Reebok Kits vide order No. [protected] and [protected] on 18 Dec'10. However it has been deliivered till date (26 Jan'11). I called them over phone but could not get any satisfactory reply. I wrote to them on 17 Jan'11, to which they replied on 25 Jan'11 stating that one of the parcels have been sent by ARAMEX Courier on 20 Dec'10. When I checked the Courier company site it shows that Parcel has been returned to Bag It Today on 09 Jan'11 itself.
Clearly Bag IT Today has no clue as to what is happenning in the organisation. We deal with Bag It Today thinking that it part of Reputed India Today Group. However, this company is completely managed by un-profesional elements, pampered tele executives and careless employees.
It is even slower that Government Organisation in replying to mail / taking action.
With so many complaints against the Organisation, Government should do something to Ban it at the earliest. Such organisation would mean a very early death of Online Shopping in India.

I have booked order for Reebok Kit on[protected] for which i was given booking ID no.[protected] and order no.[protected] and payment was also made by me on[protected] by credit card. Today is[protected] already 49 days gone but i have not reveived my parcel.

I had contacted to helpless customer care of BAG IT Today where all peoples are really helpless, what i felt either they are not having proper data or they dont know their job. Sorry to say every time they reply in 8-10 days you will get your parcel but never received.

After regular follow-up i got docket no. [protected] dated[protected] that my parcel has been despatched through Aremax Courier ( Chalo der aaye par durust aaye) but when i contacted to Courier he told that this docket no is not correct whereasas i had confirmed from your end 2-3 times. Getting reply from courier i started laughing on myself that why i had made payment to Such Hopeless organisation " BagItToday".

I Had contacted Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh he is senior person and then Mr. Vijay he is also some senior peron but most helpless .

I Had wasted so much time that i cant afford any more by calling to Customer Care. .

I am feeling that company is fruad and they are cheating us.

One Bharat Lalwani sold me the package and after payment from my HDFC credit card and gave me ID No.[protected] for Rs 43,900/-

That same evening one Ajay Khanna sold me another package saying I shouldn't have fallen for the earlier officer selling me diamonds that aren't even worth Rs 500 each! His package is as follows:

Then on 6 January 2011, Bagiittoday again sold me a diamond package worth Rs 48,998 (Booking ID[protected] on the condition that the money for the earlier two offers -- "they are not good" one Abhimanyu said -- would be refunded. Two days later I receive a call saying they had some software problem and the Rs 48,998/- is not showing, so can I make an identical payment to activate the payment so that the earlier payments (43,900 + 24,499 + 48,998) can be refunded to me.

I didn't make the payment because there wasn't any money left in my credit card. Then on 12 January, I received the following mail from [protected]@bagittoday.com:

"Thank you for your order. We wish to inform you that your order has been put under process with order no TRNPL/DLI/10-11/154065. The order value is Rs. 48998 Order Date is 11-JAN-11 and Activity is TELESALES. You will receive an email and a sms with your despatch details soon."

But they kept on ringing me asking me to first make a payment of Rs 48,998, which came down to Rs 24,889/- and then half of it for a halved package.

And mind you, all the offers were sold on promise of EMI payment.

I have sought a refund for the entire amount because I no longer believe Bagittoday and the lies they have sold me. But they are holding on to my money until I make a payment of at least 12,000+.

What do I do?

I had made order no[protected] dated 24th Dec 2010 and paid vide credit card. Upon repeated enquiries from 10th Jan 2011, on the 16th of Jan I received a mail stating that the items have been dispatched on the 14th of Jan 2011, with all details of the consignment number, Transporters name, tracking id & the dispatch date.

Now on checking with the transporter, they have reverted back that no such consignment has been booked, and that no such tracking ID has been issued.

It is my understanding that this whole exercise only involves swindling money from the people & giving them fabricated, consignment details, tracking id's etc to keep them going in circles, round & round.

Inspite of the fact that I have contacted them over mail repeatedly, at [protected]@bagittoday.com, & [protected]@bagittoday.com, I have not received any response. I even tried calling their number[protected], but there is no body to pick up the phone.

Some action needs to be taken against this bogus company.

FOR ASPEN MOBILE AND ANARIA DIAMONDS WHICH RS 21199.00 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CITY BANK ACCOUNT NOW I RECEIVED A CALL THAT MY ORDER IS WRONG AND WILL BE CANCELLED AND PLEASE PAY FOR ANOTHER 211999 THE PREVIOUS ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED THIS WAS FROM SURENDRA KUMAR TABLE NO.1111 HE ASSURED ME OF CANCELLATION AND GAVE ME NO.134458 UNFORTUNATELY WAS NOT CANCELLED AND MY BILLS SHOW BOTH TRANSACTIONS ALSO THE DIAMONDS RECEIVED ARE WORTHLESS NO CERTIFICATE AND TOO SMALL PLEASE TELL ME WHY I WAS DUPED DOUBLE CHARGED AND SENT VERY BAD THINGS PLEASE REVERT BACK IMMEDIATELY HOW I SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS ...1) FRAUD ITEMS 2) DOUBLE ORDER BY DUPING

I ordered a Verona Lifestyle Bag on 16 December,2010 By paying through Credit Card a Total amount of Rs.798. Bagittoday confirmed the payment both through the message as well as e-mail stating:
"Dear Namrata, thank you for your order. Your order id is [protected] amount 798.0 dated:[protected]:30:02.0. You have paid by credit card. delivery in 2-3 weeks.You will receive an e-mail and sms with dispatch details soon. Bag It Today Concierge. TnC apply."

Even after repeated phone calls to their customer care helpline number[protected] there was no response and no reply even through the website portal of complaints and queries.
Kindly look into the matter as it is already over 4 weeks.

According to the letter issued by the Manager (Subscription Department), India Today Group,Noida vide letter dated 06/10/2010, "the free gift of accord mobile phone shall be reaching you through express parcel post within the next 8-10 weeks of time".
Later on upon contacting through e-mails to the customer (We care) saying that the subscription starts from 25.10.2010 and it will take 8 to 10 weeks from the date of subscritption starts.
But there after also upon contacting recently (two times) they are saying again 2 to 3 weeks is needed as your gift is under process.
Please look into the matter.

I'm V.Shravan Kumar. I booked for a product on www.bagittoday.com. The billing id is [protected]. The product i ordered is REEBOK BACKPACK BAG worth Rs.949/-. I booked it on 7th Dec,10. They told that they will send in 2 weeks. But, Now, it is 12th Jan, and still the product is not reached. When I called them they told that they have dispatched the product on 2nd Jan, on ARAMEX courier and gave me the tracking id as "[protected]". When I called ARAMEX couriers , they have told that there is no such transaction on that number.

Hello Sir,

I have purchased a Satya Paul Purse from Bag It Today as there was an offer of Thailand Stay was attached to it.

I receieved the purse and it was of very poor quality and however I did not receive the Holiday Coupon. After so many customer call and emails I was only misguided by the Company sometimes saying they would mail me the URL and sometimes saying they would post me. Neither of those happened and there has not been any response to my followups.

This is not expected from a Company belongs to Times Group and also I am surprised how Designer like Satya Paul etc registered with them. The product was of low quality and degrading the name of the designer like Satya Paul.

The Order was placed in October and till now I have not received the holiday coupon.

i bpurchase Kodak camrecorder at price 9149 Rs.. i have made transiction from my friends union bank of india debit card .then they offer me for another transiction of Rs.899. for which they told me that i can win diamond set of 35 diamonds . after transictions they tolds me that i am a winner and their management offer some 15 diamonds extra as i am a winner of the day . .........But since then they not mail me about my transictions and my orders and my gift .......i am afraid ........they given me only order id 1}[protected]

This is with regards to India Today's Online Shoppe, an arena where extensive fraud is happening. I was ' randomly selected' for the anniversary offer, a reebok watch ostensibly worth Rs. 2500, one which I could receive for "just" Rs. 500. After paying the money, I received the watch a month later, even when the promise was made to delivery it within 2 weeks. Guess what I received : A watch without the quartz (the glass covering the dial). I sent an email to customer care, no reply. I dial their phone number, it's always busy. These are the complaints :

1. Delayed delivery ( 1 month compared to 2 weeks promised)
2. Defective product (Damaged/Defective product delivered)
3. Customer care doesn't really care. Nobody replies to an email, nobody picks up the phone.
4. Extensive email spamming - They will flood your inbox with various emails about 'offers', seriously infringing your privacy.

If anyone is planning to buy anything online from India Today's shoppe, a word of advice : Don't. Go for e-bay India or Amazon. India Today makes sure your money is swindled, and wants you to feel good about it, while never really bothering to reply to the complaint.
