Hi,
I would like to put this in your notice that one of your agent misbehaved with me related to my bounced emi for one month. that person giving me threat to not paying the emi for only one month. when i asked him that you are bank or a some lala kind of company then he said yes i am and he will talk in same rude tone whether i will raise a complain or not.
Note:- for harassment of any customer. i can go to consumer court. second, i will submit a press release on same so that person will not do same with anyone. third, for just not paying one month there is not any obligation. bank simply charge fine for missing emi. fourth, i will not continue my loan with indiabulls.
worst experience with your company. I will suggest everyone to do not take any loan from indiabull on google if its not come in action.i will constant find the way to make your company image down. like your agent harassed me. then your team gonna understand. i am also human its very normal to not pay a emi for single month.
