Sir,
I have taken loan from indiabulls housing finance pvt ltd on Feb 2017, amount 1270700 for purchase of house.
Loan was sanctioned and disbursed to me . And same time i have applied for PMAY subsidy on my fist pacca house. But indiabulls Didnt forward my Pmay subsidy application to National housing bank. I have visit so many time to indiabulls office. They forced me walk hare and there and demanding money for forwarding my subsidy application. Almost 2 year has past but my Subsidy application stll pending with indiabulls . My income and my home falls under pmay subsidy criteria . I am a employee of defense in Indian Airfoce . Please help me to provide govt subsidy.
Total area of my home is 720 square feet
My Total annual income is 450000 .

This your kind information that my house and colony is Agra development authority approved and Total area of my house is 720 square feet. And i have already provide ADA Approved my colony lay out and house layout to ur Indiabulls office agra . My income and all terms and conditions fall in PMAY subsidy criteria.
Additional information you kind is that .. other home in my colony financed as home loan and they already got benefits of PMAY subsidy.
Your technical staff is not updating my all details and not forwarding my PMAY subsidy application .
Take appropriate action against ur technical staff. Otherwise i will go though PMO office and put case in Court for this matter.

    I Have already mail to your service desk with attachment of bank statement that i have made the payment Rs. 2871/- as ECS bounced, then and then i have paid the amount as it is shown in indiabulls apps & next day further emi pass through ecs. several time mail & phone call i have not received any responce from your end.

    yesterday night at 11.36 pm i have received a phone call no [protected]. he told me that he is working in dhani indiabulls at sealdah branch. kolkata west bengal. as my emi has been bounced it is not reflect in your system. so he put the the amount manually. need verification. so that request me to send bank statement where i mark it the amount at whatsapp.

    Those fraud things how happened i dont know. i am surprise to hear the exact emi amount. i am sure that the data which i provide is not secured to your portal or data base. i have recorded call.

    plz take action for both the matter otherwise i will go to legally & consumer forum also

      I was foreclosed my personal loan with indiabulls dhani, made my full & final payment to foreclose my personal loan account on[protected] amount 37320.68.

      After full & final settlement also again emi was deducted from my account on[protected] amount 3492.00.

      As discussed with customer support executive i am sharing my account statement to email id's [protected]@indiabulls.com & [protected]@indiabulls.com.

      But customer service executives are saying having problem with their inbox, not receiving my email.

      From the beginning i was communicating with the same email id, then suddenly they are not receiving email how it's possible.

      If you have problem with your inbox that is not my issue. Refund my money which you debited as emi after full & final settlement.

        My issue is that I have forclosed my personal loan with a/c IPERKOL01134573; Agreement ID 32302958 on 1st Julyand as per mentioned in email I shared my reference no of payment done and their customer care executive told me to wait for 4 working days my loan will be closed in system and then I will receive my noc now the 4 working days are already passed but loan is still active in system I even have shared my problem that I need noc for my abroad study loan for January intake I am already short with time and my lakhs of rupees spending will waste but nobody is listening and even not fearing of making complaint in consumer court So, please if your support team can do something please help me it's the matter of my career which the heartless member of Indiabulls are not understanding.

          I had taken a loan of rs 35 lakhs from india bulls on property in march 2018 on 13%. Now they have increase the rate of loan to 15.90%.

          I deposit 875000 as a part payment in march 2019.

          Then i req them to close my loan i will pay the closure charge on remaining amount which is 26 lakhs around.

          They are charging me the closure on all amount 26 lakhs and 875000 why i will pay the closure on the amount which i paid in march 2019.

          Please resolve the issue.

            Hi

            I have two loan with you. Please find details below.

            Hhlkok[protected] interest rate changed to 10.30% from 8.35%
            Hhlkok00301142 — interest rate changed to 10.15% from 8.35%

            Can you please let me know why you charge me this high interest rate where rbi repo rate is 5.75?

            If you think you are make profit you are wrong.
            You loss your goodwill and any referral from me and this is recursive.
            I don't know you are going solve this issue or not. But free advice great company does not make without customer satisfaction.

            Please provide escalation matrix.

              After taking home loan from Indiabulls at ROI 8.5% for 216 months within 6 months they increased to 11.2% for 368 months. Also increased emi by 8000 per month.
              Thats how they cheat common man by saying you signed the sanction letter and you are bound to pay. Is there any governing body which can help us?
              Also till the day the loan gets approved they will give us the best in class services and will not even give us any detail about the hidden charges, its after we accept the loan they give us hidden charges and fool us by giving cheque days before of emi date and charge PRE EMI amount on that without even telling us that this might cost us and make minimum difference between days, they dont try to save money of customer at any cost they will take out each and every money they can take and blame on customer as they have approved the sanction form.

              my complaint is yet not resolved, i did not get any call from you, my mobile number is +[protected].
              Now after paying such a hefty Rate of interest you mail me your escalation matrix of increase in rate of interest .
              by how much margin and what is the criteria?
              Now when i am trying to transfer my loan to other bank you are charging me a foreclosure charge of 2% which makes a hefty 216000/- which if of what? i have a proprietor business and i took home loan from my personal account which is basically same as my company account, how can you charge me foreclosure charges when according to RBI policy there is no foreclosure charges for any home loan, without my consent you added in the sanction letter that emi will be transferred through my company's account which i was against from day 1 but u told me u will change and i refused to transfer or involve my company in any case and all my emi has been transferred from my personal account after calling you so much, i have call recording of the same . because of indiabulls i have gone in depression and i'm in a mental trauma i don't feel the worth to live after being such a burden on me any my family, if at 1st place i would have known that u would cheat me on every step be it PRE EMI charge, exorbitant increase in Rate on interest, no. of months, emi amount and now this foreclosure charges, after writing this complaint here, i am filing a complain with RBI for the same. indiabulls have made my life a living hell

              I got a home loan sanctioned in me and my wife's name but at the time of disbursal they asked me to get my company name included just for easy disbursal. But now when i want to foreclose the loan they want foreclosure charges just because of inclusion of company name. My loan was already sanctioned, company name was not required for eligibility, also this company does not have a separate pan no. This was not informed to me by them also and was not even mentioned in their sanction letter. This last moment inclusion of company name seems to be a well planned strategy to extort money from me.

              I had taken a personal loan no:S[protected] and fully closed the loan on 28/5/2010.But it reflect a negative status on cibil report.So i kindly request you to remove the same from cibil report.Pls advice what should I do to get it removed from the cibil.

                I took a personal loan in India bulls dhani. My due date is 2nd of every month and the tenure is 6 months. All my EMI's are automatically deducted except one. I called the customer care on the due date by end of the day regarding this and the customer care executive guided me to pay it manually as there is a technical issue with app. I followed his directions and paid it manually. But they called me and said they tried to deduct the money on 5th that month and as there is no money in the account they are charging rs.350 as cheque bounce charges. If I don't pay that, it will effect my cibil. I explained how I paid the EMI but they are still demanding the amount. By the way they did't collected any cheques from me.

                  I would like to put this in your notice that one of your agent misbehaved with me related to my bounced emi for one month. that person giving me threat to not paying the emi for only one month. when i asked him that you are bank or a some lala kind of company then he said yes i am and he will talk in same rude tone whether i will raise a complain or not.

                  Note:- for harassment of any customer. i can go to consumer court. second, i will submit a press release on same so that person will not do same with anyone. third, for just not paying one month there is not any obligation. bank simply charge fine for missing emi. fourth, i will not continue my loan with indiabulls.
                  worst experience with your company. I will suggest everyone to do not take any loan from indiabull on google if its not come in action.i will constant find the way to make your company image down. like your agent harassed me. then your team gonna understand. i am also human its very normal to not pay a emi for single month.

                    Indiabulls housing finance is 100% fraud company. They have increased my property loan rate of interest by 1.5% in less than 6 month time period.

                    Please do not deal with them in any financial transaction.
                    Santioned loan interest rate was 8.65%.Now despite RBI reducing rate my loan interest rate is 10.1%.

                    Utter frauds and cheats

                    I would request everyone to not consider indiabulls as their loan provider

                          I made payment on cheque bounce charges on 01/06/2019 through Google pay which has been charged for may month cheque bounce but i am keeping getting messages to pay the same and have asked for preclosure and payment i made but you have provided only details on pre closure by adding charges which I paid already.                             I took a small loan from Indiabulls dhani last year. I paid all the EMI's and also got No Dues Certificate from them. But it is still reflecting as active account with some amount due in my CIBIL report. I tried to contact them and also visited their office in Nasik. Nobody helped me, but was told to call their cutomer care number. Their customer care centre is "crude joke." One has to try for 3-4 days to get their line. And that to its paid. After having chat with their people my issue is still not solved. Please help me.

                              Thats y i m not able to repay my emi y aap or other uses.
                              So plz solve this problem..
                              N i am also getting a msg daily that ur loan is approved, i think its my top up of my loan, but bcoz of this problem i m not able to continue my loan application.

                                I have tried to contact the customer care but due to some reason my call is getting disconnected again and again.
                                Please guide me to foreclose my personal loan at the earliest possible.

                                  I'm really frustrated with the india bulls service.. Have contacted them at least more than 30 times in 3 months and end up with no resolution... There are 4 time bounce charges reflecting on my account even after maintaining sufficient funds. I was asked to share this statement of my account. After sharing it i got mail stating that the charges has been waived off. But still charges are reflecting in my account.. Every time i call a care team. I get fasle promises. Kindly help me in this regard. For the reference i have attached confirmation mail received from indiabulls care team.

                                  My loan account no is HHLVAR00447344. I requested to disburse the rest amount by the Varanasi branch one month before but still I did Not receive the cheque . I informed many times to customer care but i did not find any solution. And Rate of interest is too high.
                                  In subjected loan account I have noticed there is change of EMI period & rate of interest .
                                  Its really getting increased in dissatisfaction due to increase in EMI period from 23 years to 31 years .
                                  Requesting you to keep my EMI period of 23 years / original .
                                  Kindly resolved the issue

                                      I had borrowed a personal loan of 10000/- from your dhani app
                                      with EMI for 6MONTH
                                      However, EMI correctly debited for 5month and got bounced for last month (6th EMI) which i came to know wen i received call from collection team

                                      So i told him that there was enough balance in my account to deduct your EMI
                                      also shared the statement for the same on his email id [protected]@gmail.com ------- and paid the EMI 1776/- from your Dhani app

                                      But still he consistently calling me 10 times in day stating that EMI still not received it

                                      it is so frustrating for me wherein it is not my fault
                                      very bad experience with Indiabull Dhani for just a loan of Rs. 10000/-
