HI,

I had borrowed a personal loan of 10000/- from your dhani app
with EMI for 6MONTH
However, EMI correctly debited for 5month and got bounced for last month (6th EMI) which i came to know wen i received call from collection team

So i told him that there was enough balance in my account to deduct your EMI
also shared the statement for the same on his email id [protected]@gmail.com ------- and paid the EMI 1776/- from your Dhani app

But still he consistently calling me 10 times in day stating that EMI still not received it

it is so frustrating for me wherein it is not my fault
very bad experience with Indiabull Dhani for just a loan of Rs. 10000/-

    Hi Team,

    This email is regarding refusal to disburse loan amount at the last moment.

    I requested for home loan around 2 months ago explaining all the circumstances(e.g. resale case) and biana end date. Your employee Varun Verma said it will be done within 10 days.
    But my loan got sanctioned in one month. After that your employees took one month more and last week they said all formalities are done and I will be called to sign the forms.
    But at last moment they refused to disburse loan which was promised at the rate of 9.25% when I applied for loan 2 months ago. Just in the last 3-4 days they said home loan interest rate is now 10%, now 10.5%, now 11% and at last they returned my documents saying that bank is unable to disburse the loan.

    This is not acceptable. I had done 'Biana' with seller and my biana money is stuck.

    I request you to disburse my loan at the promised rate of 9.25%.

      I want to bounce charges need to be waive off for the month of March.

      I am following with this case past 3 months still my issue was not resolved.

      I have send lot of email with necessary bank statement. EMI date I have sufficient funds in my account but EMI not debited.

      Last week I spoke customer service executive, he told me my bounce charges has been waived off but still was not removed from my app.

      I requested for pre closure this account but when I checked in pre closure letter still bounce charges are in.

      I have seen worst service in my life..

      I'm really frustrated with the India bulls service..have contacted them at least more than 30 times in 3 months and end up with no resolution...There are 4 time bounce charges reflecting on my account even after maintaining sufficient funds. I was asked to share this statement of my account. After sharing it I got mail stating that the charges has been waived off. But still charges are reflecting in my account.. every time I call a care team. I get fasle promises. Kindly help me in this regard. For the reference I have attached confirmation mail received from Indiabulls care team.

      My issue is still unresolved..I was asked to send the call recording of the falls promises given to me... when I try to send that it couldn't go as the recording MB size was big...One more thing when they have said charges has been waived off, their executive Bannet changing the topic by saying it was the confirmation mail regarding the adjustment of just 12 rs. However charges that is levied on my account is around 2000. Actually these guys has to learn difference between adjustment and waive off..

      Plzz refer my call recording of 5th Feb so that you will be able to know the promise given to me. I can't afford this charges.

        I have left my Swift vxi vehicle for service on last Saturday 8th of June 2009. My vehicle was attendant by service manager name Yatish and Lavanya manager. Before leaving my vehicle I have asked and put condition to change the left mirror cap due to damage. I left the vehicle for this part change and I have informed the same to service peoples. But they took my vehicle by fake promising and just they serviced the vehicle and returned back. And claim that they don't have stock of mirrors cap and asked me to come on Monday that is 10th June. From 10th I'm regularly following up. Once or twice they picked my call and after that till now they didn't picked my call nor replied to my msgs. So when I visited yesterday directly to service center they asked me to wait for half an hour to replace the cap. Since from morning 10.30am to 4.30pm waited for that. But they didn't replace the part and asked me to wait for one more hour. I depressed and left the place immediately... Ridiculous service. Im really unsatisfied by this service and the staff... Pls look in to this matter... Or else many genuine customers u people will loose...

          I have taken loan in India bulls sum of 2lac i paid 10 emi almost approx 80k pe month is 6744/- 26%interest after getting loan in app few mini later they publish about interest test sos and so they need explain about interest before taking loan.

          As am job less and personal family issue because of this I left home and family as Indiabulls team as company call but for me they are rowdies . For recovery dept company should send one person for recover not 10 people. You know what they come at least in 5 PEOLE like gangs and they threatened me and my wife in front of my relative and neighbour stating if you doesn’t repay back we ill take
          You to office for remind this is what that words used from them .

                I had opted for the loan from Dhani, had cleared all the EMI except the last one which never hit my account. Inspite of not hitting EMI to my account, I have been charged with Cheque bounce charges. I had sent all the relevant documents stating that EMI has not hit my account along with confirmation mail from the Bank. Still I have not got any updates from them, irrespective of following from past 3 months.

                I am talking about Indiabulls Shani loan account. Pathetic service, I called customer service almoat 30rines, explaining almost all execurives. They hear and come back saying it will be resolved but no action there of...Have not seen such a pathetic customer service till date...Even after providing all relevant proofs which clearly shows that EMI was not hit my account, bounce charges are levied...Many calls were madam, mails were sent...people in Indiabulls are irresponsible and pathetic...

                I have paid the emi of ₹.786 on 5th November through dhani app I attached that payment screenshot also... daily you are Levied bounce charges and overdue... this is not fair... I paid emi in that day morning but the same day itself you are bouncing the LOAN... kindly stop this bouncing charges asap...I have tried for the large amount but 8k is only available the personals said after this you’ll get large amount LOAN... I don’t think this India bull LOAN is safe for common peoples... ### India bulls... unfair India bulls cheaters... forgery India bulls...

                  India Bull is fraud housing loan company . My biggest mistake was choosing this bank for my home loan and since then I have been lost peace in my life . I have paid all my emi on time but still bank not paying next installment and reason they are giving some financial issues with bank . If bank have any financial issues then they should inform customer on time so they take required action and. If you have financial issues then close bank instead of setting trap for new customers by giving false promise .Who will be responsible for late fee charged by builder ?? 5th june was last date to pay next installment but still payment not done and no one from bank replying on mails and calls .If you want to save your reputation in market then please behave like professional bank and hopefully take same action to fix this issue.

                    MY ACCOUNT WITH INDIABULLS . ACCOUNT NUMBER CAW 12 INDERJEET KOUR.
                    This account was opened at Alwar branch. In this account as per t&c no amc or other charges were to be debited. Later on branch shifted to Jaipur due to which we were unable to make any transaction. If branch would have been at Alwar we would have made transactions. Now without any transaction Rs 3762 have been debited to my account AW12 INDERJEET KAUR.

                    1. CHARGES DEBITED ARE AGAINST T&C
                    2. BRANCH SHIFTED TO JAIPUR WHICH CAUSED CONVENIENCE TO ME. I WAS NOT ABLE TO TRANSACT IN THE ACCOUNT .no transactions are made by me for last 7 years.
                    SO IT IS ONLY DUE TO COMPANY THAT UNNECESSARY CHARGES ARE DEBITED IN TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH ARE ILLEGAL . PLEASE WAIVE ALL CHARGES SO THAT I CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER DISPOSING MY EQUITY OF MERELY RS 13000.

                      I have given ECS mandate NACH request from and the same was confirmed by your customer care executive.but still ECS has not been debited.
                      When I am asking the reason to call centre they are saying first I have to give my account statement proving my account has sufficient balance.my loan no is 262105.i have visited so many times to individualls branch also but problem still exists.

                      I have complain to their greivence cell but they are also not taking any action.they have requested to visit branch and give new request.but this people are not understanding the actual problem.whenever I give the request they sent to wrong bank.so how my problem will solve and who will solve.
                      The main thing is IndiaBulls mobile app confirm that my payment is done but their recovery agent are threatening me.

                          I have taken loan from Indiabulls and 69 Lac Rs has been sanctioned. on 18/05/2019 I have asked them to disburse 3.8 lac Rs as per builders demand letter. I have been following up with several emails but I got single communication through email that amount will be released in 2-3 days. On 31/05/2019 I got a call from Indiabulls and asking to send an email with amount from official email address, I sent it right away. Today is 08/06/2019 and still haven't got amount from Indiabulls.

                          Jeewan([protected]) from Indiabulls is liar, cheater, non responsible and stress passer. I am not sure if that's is norms from Indiabulls or people speak lie to fetch customers.

                            I have sufficient balance in my bank account on 5th of Feb 2019 which was the payment date for emi deduction. But there was no deduction of emi amount on that day even though i have sufficient balance in my account. And now im facing an overdue amount on my account. I have my bank statement of that day which shows that i had enough balance in my account. Now they are charging me overdue amount every month. I had already sent them mail with attachment of my bank account statement and even talked to customer care and they agreed that its their system fault but they have never supported me at all. Whenever I mail the or talk to customer care I get email saying that your complain has been resolve and your account has been updated. But nothing happens and my account shows me overdue.

                              As per pro rata I would have to pay 12 installment of my home loan but suddenly infiabulls have change their mind and not release 11 installment to say that i should have to pay 11 installment and they will pay 12 installment... And why should I follow their changed decision if I already have written pro rata with detailed slab of payment
                              I already compaint to concern person but he response like [censored] & my builder adding late fee charges as day by day

                                I have purchased home in Supertech Hill crest Sohna road project and take home loan from Indiabulls in 2016 but as the supertech haven't completed the project in 3 years so India bulls increased the home loan Rate of Interest from 9.25% to 12% by saying that your property didn't registered in 3 years so we are increasing your EMI. Is this legal?. How can i reduce the Rate of Interest of EMI to current RI which is around 9%...

                                I had deposited a sum of Rs. 1, 00, 000 to open Indiabull trading account, the representative Mrs Subhadhra Saha had asked me to confirm some buying of Derivative options on phone call to make some instant profit.
                                I was not informed the working or risks involved for the same and was assured handsome returns if I followed the instruction which she gathered from her Research Team.
                                Yesterday she came up to me with her senior saying she requires more fund as her funds have now reduced to ZERO .
                                Prior to yesterday I was not informed of my funds reducing or any other information...

                                Indiabulls — overdue amount

                                I have sufficient balance in my bank account on 5th of Feb 2019 which was the payment date for emi deduction. But there was no deduction of emi amount on that day even though i have sufficient balance in my account. And now im facing an overdue amount on my account. I have my bank statement of that day which shows that i had enough balance in my account. Now they are charging me overdue amount every month. I had already sent them mail with attachment of my bank account statement and even talked to customer care and they agreed that its their system fault but they have never supported me at all. Whenever I mail the or talk to customer care I get email saying that your complain has been resolve and your account has been updated. But nothing happens and my account shows me overdue.

                                  Please be aware, after continuous followup with RM Subhadra saha for updation of the bank details she didn't help me out (apart from account opening) and now indiabulls has debited money from demat account . Fraudulently extracting money from the customers!

                                  I am escalating the matter that without any information how ROI can increase from 8.33% to 11.15%.

                                  Sorry in that case we will transfer our loan amount from India bulls to some other bank.

                                  How possible no lock in period in India bulls if it is not than sorry India Bulls making full to their customers.

                                      Mera indiabulls ke sath personal loan chal raha hai jiska total amount 20, 000rs hai. meri pehli emi 1119rs 5th march 2019 ko deduct honi thi. bank ke hisaab se account ma paise ek din pehle account ma paise hone chaiye. ye mera pehla loan tah jiske bare ma mujhe jaankari nahi thi. 5th march 2019 ko maine apne account ma paise transfer kie tahki bank se emi deduct ho sake. Evenig, tak emi deduct na hone par maine indiabulls ke customer care mai call kia ki meri emi deduct nahi hui ha. so please iseh deduct kar lo ya btayo mai manually pay kar deta hu. toh unhone kha dont worry sir woh deduct ho jaygi. but aesa hua nahi. next day mere account mai se paise deduct ho gaye so maine socha emi deduct ho gayi hai. because indiabulls ki application mai emi updated ah rahi thi aur maine customer care se kafi baar pucha emi apke paas update ho gayi hai na toh unhone bola sir ho gayi hai. but aesa kuch hua nahi emi deduct hui hi nahi indiabulls walo ne 6th March, 2019 ko ECS charge laga dia 413rs ka. aur sath ma bounce charge laga dia 472rs ka aur mere kafi bar mail karne par bhi meri kisi ne help nahi ki aur uske badh bounce charge na bharne par bounce charge ki late fee laga di jo 14.53rs thi. jab ye sab conversation mails par chal rahi thi tab bina kisi call ya information ke unhone executive ko mere ghar bhej dia. fir excutive ke kehne par maine 16th March, 2019 ko 1119rs ki emi pay kar di aur maine bar bar pucha ab mujhe koi charge toh nahi lgega toh usne kahi nahi lgega. mere emi pay karte hi dubara se indiabulls walo ne 16th March, 2019 ko fir se ECS charge kia 412.99rs. fir maine kayi bar uske lie mails kie but meri help kisi ne nahi ki. even sab log misbehave karte rahe calls par aur wrong information dete rahe. fir maine 4th May, 2019 ko apne account mai money transfer kia toh fir se indiabulls wale ne mere account se charge kia
                                      450.50 + 468.97 = 919.47.
                                      maine dubara call kia customer care par unhone bola unhone backend team ko mail kia but mere pas koi reply nahi ahya and still woh mujhe bounce charge ke lie call kar rhe hai. mai ek middle classs family se hu. meri ghar ki fiancial condition bahut khrab hai. ye loan maine ush wjah se lia tah but inh sb mai ye log mujhe bahut preshan kar rahe hai isme koi bhi person kisi trah ki help nahi kar rha. Inhone mera total amount 1746rs mere account se deduct kie hai. 487rs still pending amount mai show kar rha ha jiske lie woh mujhe bar bar call kar rhe ha ki mai woh pay karu.ek payment late hone par 2233rs ka amount kha ka justice hai. its like more than 100% intrest. Please help me and stay out for this mai apna paisa wapis chahta hu. they are harrasing aur bar bar call karke preshan kar rhe hai.

                                      Yesterday I have received a letter from INdia Bulls Housing Finance regarding increase of rate of interest from 9.70% to 11.30%.

                                      It is mentioned that all the banks are reducing the interest rate so why indiabulls has increase interest rate
