I surprised one loan disbursed in my name how can possible even i never applied any application for loan with ivl finance limited. It's fraud with me ur employee.. It's showing in cibil as a loan no. Ipermumo2295724.

I am looking positive response from you on this matter please resolve and remove from my cibil. And investigate who responsible for kind of fraud.

I am not associated with india bulls still receiving harrasment calls from this number [protected]
I am going to ombudsman to ensure this does not happen to anyone in future and indiabulls pay a hefty fine
I normally recieve 10to 12 calls asking to take my phone to my neighbor house who does not exist, even after explaining to the person (Sameer malhotra) he kept on and on
In simple language they are invading my privacy on sunday morning

I foreclose my personal loan on 11th sept 2019 using online appication, but still my loan is not closed. I called customer care also, they don't have any information. They are keep telling, it will be closed. At the time of taking loan, process is very fast and getting the amount within 10 min but for foreclosure it is taking lots of time. Please do the needful and close my request as soon as possible.

This is to informing you that, i took a loan from indiabulls dhani app and your executive come to my home for payment, and i gave him monthly installment but he did not submitted my amount and asking me for money again and abusing me over call and msg. I belong to a middle class family and i m not capable to pay emi again but he harassing me and ask me to come to his room for physical intensity.

Being a girl i am not ready to do this but he msg me again and again, i feel so helpless kindly look into this and help me out.

My name is harish dutta sap i'd is 252149, i joined indiabulls in car loan but very soon shifted to business loan, my asm pressured me and i was forced to resigned. I have been confirmed employees after working six months. But i was relieved immediately without noticed and no emailed was received from official yet. I was suffering pain so i took 1 leave but next when i came to office my manager said you have been relieved i tried to contact hr in gurgaon but no body listen me and now it has been 45 days. Still i have not received any email from office side. I tried to mail high official but no response. Pls help.

I have foreclosure my personal loan and paid hole amount of my personal loan on 12th sep,
I have called so many times to customer care executive but they are saying foreclosure will be reflecting within 48 hour, and now i have called to customer care executive so now he is saying foreclosure will be reflecting in next 10days.

I am not sure what the process, can you please help and let me know your process.

RBI Recently decreased the Interest rates of all kinds of loans, but India bulls is not yet Transferred the benefits to its customers. Is there any Regulations to do like that? If it mandatory why didn't the company transferred the benefits to its customers? If India bulls is not having any RBI Regulations on what basis they will increase the interest rates? they increased my interest rate from 8.55 to 9.15 with in 4-6 months? but the interest reducing is not happening in the same way.

I am registered as india bulls financial partner and disburse personal loan but it 16 days gone but till date i am not get any amount and also calling many times and also raise complaint against this in your contact detail [protected] they said always its technical problem, i have recording of conversarion and also email on [protected]@indiabulls.com on[protected] and also i am attach the invoice of payment detail.

I have taken one housing loan from indiabulls housing finance in the year of 2016. My mail id updated in indiabulls recards. Iam getting all mails comunications like birthday greeting & fistival greeting. On 30th sep'18 received one mail regarding rate of intrest from 9.50% to 9.70%. Increase @0.20. On 29th jul'19 received one phone call from credit execution reagrding rate of intrest rates. Iam very surprice very high rtae of intrest housing loan intrest more than personal loan rates. Today we are getting personal loans @10.99% also. But indiabulls team charging 12.15% for old customers from dec'18 with out any information to customers. I have requested to call centre team to provide mail details of rate of intrest increace. But they are saying that is only auto mail system. We are unable to provide any details. I have requested one more thing from sep'18 to dec'18 with in three months rate of intrest increase from 9.50% to 12.15% increase of @ 2.65% very very high intrest increase with out any mail comnication to customers. But there is no responce. And i have asked today indiabulls site showing housing loans start from 8.90%. I have requested team members please convert my loan from 12.15% to 8.90% i am going to pay processing charges. But as per cutomer care team telling not possible to change. Why fresh customers @8.90% old customers @12.15%. Only one branch available in hyderabad. Only credite team available in branch. Who will give rate of intrest increase details to customers.

Against Loan account no. HHLHYE00364577 Housing loan Rate of Intrest Increace letter 30th Sep'18 @ 9.70%. But as per your statement as on Aug'19 showing. Rate Intrest charged from 1st Dec'18 @ 12.15% . Very high Increace @ 2.45% rate of Intrest with out any Information to Customer. Just one phone call received from your executive regarding Increace of Intrest. Last one month Iam chasing any Authorised Manager in Hyderabad location. All executives persons contacting only. And also confirmed there is Branch Manager available in Hyderabad. As per Executives this only Finance Organisation reporting National Housing Finance gruop. I have asked why this Increase any guide lines from National Housing Finance group. Very Intrest Increase @ 2.45% in Housing Loans. The same checked with Indiabulls Customer Care also Complaint no. CRM:0214656 dated 29th July'19. As per Customer Care Rate of Interest letters to Customer through Auto meller only. Daily all mails Iam getting through mail. But this is Very Impartent mail Very High Rate of Interest not received.

I took a loan in 2 parts from IndiaBulls in May 2018.
In an year they revised my interest more than 6 times on both the accounts.
One went from 8.8 to 12.4 and other went from 8.8 to 11.1.
While applying for loan, I was told that my interest rate will not change.

Initially the loan tenure was for 180 months. And now they doubled it!
I am planning to pay off the loan in 15 years and I checked a week back and they have made it to 30 years literally! Other went to 23 years.

They are duping my hard earned money.

And now I think owe them more than what I borrowed. How in the world is that fair or even possible?

My loan account number is hhlhyd00416532. I raised comaplit already here. Indiabulls is cheating customers. I have given my phone near so lot of indiabulls customers calling me that they also got cheated by indiabulls.

Pls share the fresh foreclosure letter and noc that pmay scheme was not processed from your end for my loan account.

I need these documents at the earliest. Its a pain following up with your team for every document. Can you pls enable the documents faster so that we dont have to do multiple follow ups at our end. Interest rate that you are leving is also very high as compared to other financers which needs to be looked at your end.

I want to close my indiabulls dhani loan, i have called 3-4 times on your customer help line, every time they told me that we'll send you a link for the foreclose the account, still i haven't receive it.

Can you please contact me or send me the link, so i can close the loan.

Other thing is when you guys call us for the loan at that time everything goes smooth, but when we require help from your end then why you guys were behaving like we made a mistake.

I haven't opted or submitted any query regarding India Bulls personal loan, l.

But today I received unwanted 10-15 messages from India Bulls constantly regarding OTP code.

I do not wish to opt for any personal loan and if this is continued a police complain will also be registered by me in name of fraud .
Kindly take action for same and resolve this ASAP.
This could also be an attempt for fraud personal loan .

I regret to inform you that i have been charged rupees 2800/- for some issuance related fee which i was never requested for while applying for loan my from ivl finance limited my loan a/c no. Is # iperpun03933980 & registered mobile no. Is [protected] i was happy to have loan from indiabulls dhani but after i checked the loan amount they have deducted which i never request for also without giving any instruction & any final summary of loan they made this transaction i have no issue of the dedication but it was made illegally without giving any indication that particular amount will be less from loan amount with summary as i have applied for 75, 000/- loan and received 68, 922/- incl insurance charges & i understand the processing fees & all other duties but i never agreed for particular insurance policy amount ever this is in reference to my previous query 0588363 on indiabulls forum. Till date i have not received statement of deduction & loan agreement on my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com & registered mobile is [protected] used while taking loan. My last comment would it is cheat & fraud to the people who is in need and look for instant loan therefore i request to people of india to take care of while applying loan from indiabulls dhani loan platform is there anyone here to note this issue i don't seek any help just to awaring (Caution) to people of india don't get stuck in this fraud kind of situation
