My loan is not reflecting on dhani site. Even i tried to contact the indiabulls executive but no response on same.

    I am a regular customer of indiabulls .I am paying my monthly Emi of 5512/- on regular basis but suddenly I got a call from your legal dept. that I am a defaulter of level 5, I was shocked that where is my fault, when I contacted to your office and consult with Mr. Shankar and Mr. Brijesh they said that your PMAY subsidy has reversed and you have to pay the EMI difference from PMAY Subsidy issued date with bounce charges. as according to my Loan statement PMAY Subsidy reversed in june 2019 it should be charged from june2019 as it was balanced in my loan A/c till June2019. there was no intimation of any bounce and od related issues as per my bank statement, regularly my Emi’s are deducting from my bank
    Without any fault declared me a legal defaulter
    Without any bounce and dues of EMI, charged almost 40000 /- +7367 towards me, even without pre notice, It should be charged from the date of reversal of subsidy with the pre notice to the customer but it’s not happened .it’s illegal and unprofessional .i am mentally harassed .
    after complaint, the overdue and bounce charges waived off, but why?? even they crossed the limit o[censored]nprofessional facts, they presented my cheques in my bank account two times, without my notice, i had complaint for this on their customer care with proofs but they said that there is no information for such cheques..i have complaint in banking ombudsman also..but these guys are regularly torturing me, a person with best cibil score mad worst scorer by indiabulls
    Kindly remove me from legal default and remove the Illegal OD BCC pending against my LOAN a/c HHLJAP00264967

      My personal loan emi is to be deducted on 2/09/19, but has not been deducted. I'm not sure when it will be, but there was enough balance in the account. Why it was not deducted and if i'm charged late fee, that is wrong.
      I am not getting a call back from the customer care, nor am i able to get through to any number. It's ridiculous. I'm am so frustrated, i regret getting to know this company in the first place!

        We want to complain that some one missused my pan card and took loan of rs. 50000 through indiabulls dhani and my pan card number is dcpps9664j also add fake mobile number [protected] we got this information from indiabulls dhani and i never ever used this number also as per the india bulls dhani the amount is alreday credited in icici bank account and i never used icici account yet. Kindly look into this and take action accordingly.

          Hi team,
          Despite of multiple reminders my loan amount is not being disbursed yet. The demand was raised in april by my builder.
          The disbursement is term linked and not construction linked, wherein payment has to be done after every 6 months.
          Pfb the details:
          Payment plan:
          At the time of submission of the application for allotment 5% of the total price
          Within 15 days of the date of issuance of allotment letter 20% of the total price
          Within 6 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          Within 12 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          Within 18 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          Within 24 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          Within 30 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          Within 36 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter 12.5% of the total price
          I have also received the final intimation (Pfa the same) from builder where they have stated that my allotment will be cancelled in case my payment is not done by end of the month i. E. August.
          Please take this on priority or else i need to take the legal action against this as i can not afford losing my money due to cancellation of my allotment.
          I have already shared the required documents mr. Rahul shahi in april/may.

              Hi this is dhanush. I'm holding an unsolved mystery personal loan. Kindly help me out. I applied a personal loan from indiabulls finance
              Shop no 1/2/3/4 i floor, c - wing poonam heights, 12, sv rd, udyog nagar, goregaon, mumbai, maharashtra 400062. I got contacted through phone call from a person named neha kumari tiwari (+[protected]. She didn't explained me clearly what all the procedures i need to undergo.
              I applied for a personal loan of rs.1, 00, 000
              *firstly she told me to pay rs.3500 for agreement charges
              *secondly she told me to pay first month advance emi of rs.4432, gst charges of rs.16000, bond charges of rs.7500
              See i was in emergency so only i applied for a loan right. But you guys are taking from me. What's the point in it. I paid each and everything. Currently she is ordering me to pay rs.9000 for further process. She told that her system is having technical issues. So it's unable to send rs.1, 16, 000 it seems. Before the point of gst only i requested her to refund my money. She agreed. Later on she is telling no sir we can't refund. What is this. I'll provide complete details of her and her team.

I was not able to pay my EMI of this month & last month. 2 persons from Indiabulls Mr. Udaya [protected] & Mr. Golak [protected] have been misbehaving with me, my family & my neighbours. They are threatening me. Kindly take action.

Do you have any justification for this much difference when most of the banks and private financiers are providing the home loan in less than 9% of roi?

                      I have submitted a demand letter from my builder to get a disbursement. Its been 10 days and now customer care says that i have to wait for 10 to 15 days.
                      I will be charged penalty from my builder, if you cannot give disbursement on time then whats the use of taking loan from your company. Customer care are of no help, they dont give any specific reason for delay as well. If you cannot disburse then atleast let me know i will transfer the loan to some other better bank/NBFC.

                        I have home loan in Indiabulls housing finance ltd with account no HHLAME00409892. I have taken home loan for 3832000 in feb 2018 at that time my interest rate was 8.4%. Now they are increasing it again and again. At this time my Rate of Interest is 11.05%. they Changed it many times. What can be done. I have taken home loan for 180 month but now they are showing that i have to pay 232 emi of Rs.37511/-
                        I can Understand that according to repo rate ROI can be changed but it is too much. Indiabulls makes customer fool. Please take Action Against Indiabulls housing finance Ltd.

                          After paying around 10 lakhs to migsun wynn by indiabulls home loan, they stopped paying to migsun wynn for around 8 months. Due to which migsun terminated the flat. After that i continuously wrote to indiabulls home loan executives named sarita saurav, atish agarwal and to indiabulls home loan email id that the flat is terminated by migsun due to non payment by indiabulls. But no action further is done. Still they are following for emi and harrassing me on daily basis. Please look into this seriously and stop harrassing me.

                            I have obtained home loan from indiabulls in january 2016 for 15 years term. At the time of siginig the agreement the indialbulls told me that the rate of interest will be floating rate as per rbi repo rate. But from july, 2018 it started increasing my rate of interest from 8.80% to 9.05% to 9.25% and lastly in nov, 2018 12.45% at their own. I have written so many mails to reduce the rate of interest as per rbi repo rate but the company said that rbi repo rate is not applicable on their company. Though the company has not increased our instalment but our term of repayment have been increased upto 2037 which is not acceptable to us. Now when we ask them why this happened, the company officials say that it depends on the market borrowing conditions of indiabulls. We are being cheating by the company by increasing our loan term. We never given our consent to increase our laon term. The company officials says that at the time of agreement before the disbursement of loan we have signed the terms and conditions written by the company but we were promised that the floating rate of interest means that when the report rate will beincreased by the rbi, the rate of interest will be increased and when the repo rate will be decreased the rate of interest will be decreased automatically. But now the company is saying otherwise and have increased our rate of interest to 12.45% which is very painfull to us and we feel harassed on the part of indiabulls.

                              This is regarding my loan account iperhyd02744330 for the amount of inr 60000.
                              I've taken up this loan for 24 months. However a person called prasad and sandeep rom india bulls called me and said that the first 2 emi need to paid in 15 days each.

                              Now they asked me to transfer the amount via google pay to their account. Which i did assuming it is true.
                              When i called them immediately 1 person called sandeep switched off his mobile. And the 2 person is playing games that ill get message/ email etc. But till date i did not anything. It's being more than a week. Now even he is not lifting call.

                              I need confirmation that my emi is paid or refund of my emi amount or i will take this is police.

I just missed my one emi and already informed the company that i will pay emi on 30th august. He called me on 24th august and threatened me that if i don't make payment immediately then he is coming to my address. That person is dangerous, harmful and im not feeling safe at home.

                                Indiabulls housing charges 10% Interest rate for new applicants but after one year they increases it to 14% without any justification and information. Better to apply with Banks rather than to be trapped with this robbers.

                                  That i had applied a loan through indiabull dhani app. I had approved a loan amount 40000/- your executive already collected all the document from me which required for disbursement loan. Now a days its already 15 days has been passed away but there is not any satisfactory reply is received form your side.
                                  I already lodged a complaint against this issue. My complaint number is 0546194. Please do the needful and overcome me from this situation and disburse my loan amount asap.

                                  India Bulls has raised the interest rate from 8.5% to 9.75% within five months of disbursement. they just dangled the low rate carrot for me to sign up.

                                  Other banks, home-loan companies are offering the same in the range of 8.5-% to 8.75%.

                                    I was approached by three employees of your company namely mahendra kumar, amit kumar singh and sabeena at a camp organized by india bulls dhani and kotak mahindra bank at vasant kunj, dubagga, lucknow.
                                    I was assured of a loan if i open an account with kotak mahindra bank. They scanned my aadhar card and pan card for opening the account but after that they told me that a loan can not be passed as my income was too less.
                                    About a month later on 19.08.2019 i recieved a call from bank for recovery of emi against a loan of rs.32, 607/- taken by me. Then only i came to knew that my account was opened at kotak mahindra bank and also a loan was disbursed on the strength of my scanned documents.
                                    Sir, it is a pure fraud done by your staff on me. Kindly look into the matter and enquire it as none of the documents regarding account opening or loan application was ever signed by me. I have been cheated by your firm.
                                    Kindly resolve the matter, if not attended i will be bound to complain the matter to higher investigation authorities or may be prime minister or hon'ble president.

                                      I have a personal loan with indiabulls and i have not paid 1 emi due to financial issues and have also mailed that will be paying the same next month. I have not received any mail reply from indiabulls yet but recovery agent named maninder and mobile number[protected] is harassing me whereas i have told him that communication is already send to the indiabulls. He is threatening to come home in my absence and i should bear the consequences. This is really not acceptable as i have legally informed indiabulls & i have am waiting for reply.

                                        This is worrisome that it is showing in my app that the amount is disbursed and also the emi is scheduled accordingly but i have not received any amount in my bank account.

                                        On finding this i called the customer care number shown on app and they shifted the blame on me stating that i have entered the bank address instead of bank name on the field which was specifically given for bank name while filling in the online application. I said, that is fine, i take the blame and asked for a solution to which they replied that they do not have any solution and that i should email the complaint to [protected]@indiabulls.com (To hear this i had to invest first 3 minutes on phone call by responding to the automated voice recorder before speaking to the person who could just instruct me to send email and do nothing)

                                        Complaint details:

                                        My existing loan account no: iperknc01916601 for rs.6125/- on which i have already repaid 4 emi's and only 2 more pending.

                                        I got an offer to do a top up and applied for it, application successful and new loan account number is: iperknc03701636

                                        App shows that the loan is availed by me and also, i can see the emi's scheduled for the same but actually, i have not received the amount in my account.

                                        Kindly check and do the needful.

                                        See, how idiotic is your services, you just say that you tried to reach me and i did not attend the call and the complaint is closed now just because i did not attend the call...You have my mobile number which is my registered one and that will give details of my loan account too and my complaint is self explanatory and moreover i have sent all the details to you through email as well and you have all my details with you and then what the hell you want to speak with me again, can't you check your mail boxes, although i have paid all my previous EMI's on time, you have created such a trouble where you have scheduled a EMI for me without giving me any loan. Such an Indiabullshit...
