His is with reference to home loan bearing reference no. Hhlvas00349291 availed by us from india bulls.

Vide our email dated 10aug 2017, we had specifically requested to the company that we do not intend to avail insurance against the said loan as we already have insurance to cover the said exigency.

Inspite of our request, the company had charged insurance premium of rs. 141698/-.

We were not provided any insurance policy for charging such insurance premium and neither we were provided any information against the same.

At the time of closure of loan, we were provided only balance sum of rs. 44649.97 on dated[protected] after deducting a sum of rs. 97048.03 towards insurance premium.

In view of above we hereby request you to please refund the balance amount of rs. 97048.03 incorrectly charged towards insurance premium for the policy which was not taken by us.

    I have joined indiabulls in october 2018 and on 1st march 2019, i have resigned and given 15 days notice. 16th march was my last working day.. As per hr mrs. Priyanka, i will get my fnf after 45 days. However, i am waiting from last 2.5 months and still i have not received my salary and documents. I called to mrs. Priyanka and she has given me mail id to mark the mail.. I did the same and i got the mail that the fnf has been processed and pending for approval.. From last 2.5 months its was pending for approval.

      Dear sir,
      I had applied a home loan from indiabulls at the end of april 19. Submitted all documents & cheque after that they also made verification at my office & residence and then after 20 days they assured me that technical things is also completed and you will get the amount within the week, but two weeks passed did not received any response. So if i can know the reason of such hold, as i have to pay the amount to seller of property.
      So please release the amount asap.

        Hi,

        My loan ref no. 1076954

        Lap (Loan against property)

        I was applied for lap in chandigarh through indiabulls home loan & verify my all docs & my cibil score is 862 & all verification are completed by end and all are positive reports.

        But i was not involve my father as a guarantor and provide some other guarantor on my behalf but still they ask same thing that you involve your father as a guarantor.

        What are wonderful rule adopt by indiabulls to harass the customer and they took total 1 month to process the application and charge a fee of rs. 4720 /- from there end as a processing charges and they not refunded to me.

        Main thing is that there is no drawback in my application & if you are unable to process the application, please don't haraas the customer and wasting the time all are not free as like indiabulls home loan.

        So beware of fraud ism, don't pay processing fees first, its not refunded back and the reply this is non-refundable security will charge from customer.

        Regarding this i drop a mail in grievance but nobody hear my voice.

        If processing fees is non-refundable at least, why should they charge if they not sanction the loan if all the document is ok & verification is ok.

        They just involve family member into your loan and emotionally torture you so you self said don't process it.

        In Reference to query[protected] regarding processing fee charge in genuine way.

        ( Lead id : [protected] & Registered Mob No. [protected] ) & My loan ref no. 1076954




        I have not receive a single document from (IBFL) side, Where particular mention that Rs.4720 /- amount will be charged and that amount is non-refundable.

        Please go through the attachment and self check ( Signed Cheque by me its a paid checque) and also mention that the amount paid through cheque not mention anywhere its refundable / non-refundable.

        Please make transparency with the customer, that will lose the trust of Customer towards your organisation (IBHL). More than a month was over, There is not a single document was produced from your end that you will charge a non-refundable security amount from the customer.

        Your One of executive was also respond me that ( Non-Refundable ) Fee Rs. 1200/- Charges from our customer as a login fee, In your case I will reimburse the amount Rs.4720- Rs.1200 = Rs.3520 /-

        But After the giving confirmation same thing happen again and they replied :We would like to inform you that the processing fee of Rs.4720/- is collected as an up-front payment for the processing of loan application irrespective of the sanctioning or cancellation of loan application hence the same is non-refundable.

        Please at least share a single document from your end that particular mention that, I am ready to pay non refundable amount processing fee of Rs.4720/- from our end.

        Next Time please ask the customer paid through cheque and clearly mention on cheque that the amount will non-refundable will charge for the processing of loan application .

        At last I have no so much time in my hand that, I will move out here and there and lodge a complaint again and again, Its your desire you will refund the amount or not because you self know Customer was right at this stage, that is why not a single document was produced by you.

        Please do whatever you want ?

        When I connect to Toll Free No.[protected]IBFL Customer Care ) Nobody will recognize me and unable to fetch find out detail of my loan application ( My loan ref no. 1076954 ), I was harassed last 3 months and Indiabulls provide excuses every time.

        Next time I never recommend ( IBFL) to anyone because my experience was totally bad.

          Indiabulls promised of 8.65 intrest rate now they have revised 4 times and increased the intrest rate to 12 percent. Literally cheating the customers.. When called customer care they are not responding and giving lot of reasons. Current intrest rates in india around 9. Even indiabulls are giving to new cusomres at 8.65 percent. So they are cheating

            I am facing regular delay from indiabull's part forbdelay in loan disbursal. I recieved demand letter from my builder for 4lakh rulees which i instantly informed the person handling my file. I came to know that he has left the organisation and indiabulls never thought it proper to inform me with the replacement.
            So i dropped a mail to customer care [protected]@indiabulls.com from where i got a ticket number but is yet to be resolved.

              Hello,

              My personal loan reference number 32219653, i want to preclose the loan. Have already approached the customer care on 29th may 2019. They asked me to wait for an email with payment link to close the loan. After 3 days i called customer care again since there is no email. Now they want me to wait till june 10 2019. Is this the way to response? Should i need to pay one more emi due to the lethargic behavior of your customer care?

              Am waiting for your prompt response and action for this issue.

                  Your executive Gaurav Sharma taken 10000 for processing loan and told me that you will get loan in 3 hours but loan amount is not recived. After that he told me that loan rejected so i told him to transfer my fund then now he is giving reason . it's critical to transfer from company and take three days to refund and now he refused to transfer money.                     Some of 5 clerk of your patel nagar branch forcefully and physical harassing me.
                    And force to make payment right now otherwise he slap on my face.
                    And i’ve make payment 1599 ₹ on that time.
                    Now i want settlement in 12000 rs.

                      I want solution's on this and with my loan settlement 14000 rs. Before 29 th may.
                      If not getting any solution i'll go for f. I. R specially for this person and branch manager also.

                        And i've got a call for due payment from mr. Parveen yadav[protected] and i've already discuss on phone i have fund problem i am not able to pay my full amount now as well as minimum amount. So i need some time for payment because right now i don't have any job so i will be able to pay within 1-2 months time.
                        Today date-21 may home visit without any inform me and call me mr. Praveen yadav visit my home for harassment my family and me also and they came from patel nagar branch.
                        And already i've sent mail with all call recordings to nodal officer regarding this matter.

                          I have collected 4000/- for applying for a loan of 3 lakh, but i got 3k or 3000/-. After that they said that after waiting for a few months, i will get 6, 00, 000/-. So, i have waited for months. But, today, on 22nd may 2019, they called me and said that i will get just 6000/-.                                 I have taken two pl loan from dhani app.. I have maintained bal. For emi.. But my emi never deducted on time, even i have maintained balance in my account and they charged rs472 plus late charges rs42.. I already shared the bankstatement still they don't remove it..                                   iam pay all due in correctly, and also settlement to extra bouncing charges. in JAN 2019.

                                  But still my my loan is not closed. its still active in my cibil.

                                  iam already requested in your team last 3 months no response in your team end.

                                  they will told only for technical ERROR.

                                  can you pls explain last 3 months showing technical error means, . what will do in office in your team.

                                    मैंने इंडियाबुल्स कम्पनी से 10500 रूपये का पर्सनल लोन लिया था, जिसकी क़िस्त हर मन्हीने की 2 तारीख को मेरे स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया अकाउंट नंबर [protected] से 1045 रूपये की ऑटो डेबिट हो जाती है, लेकिन 2 मई 2019 को किसी तकनिकी वजह से क़िस्त डेबिट नहीं हुई, तो इंडियाबुल्स ने मुझे 6 मई 2019 तक का टाइम दिया पेमेंट करने के लिए, तो मैंने 6 मई 2019 को इंडियाबुल्स की वेबसाइट से डेबिट कार्ड के द्वारा 1045 रूपये का पेमेंट कर दिया, लेकिन फिर भी इंडियाबुल्स कम्पनी ने मेरे ऊपर 472 रूपये का बाउंस चार्जेज लगा दिया .मैंने इंडियाबुल्स के कर्मचारी इस बात की शिकायत की लेकिन मेरी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई, कृपया अब आप हमारी मदद करे, धन्यवाद .

                                        Myself anitha gaonkar. India bulls has a loan disbursement in the month of jan (21st) 2019. I had sent the demand note on 26th of december 2018. But the payment got delayed for 21st of february due to some internal problem in bank and the od has been changed to customer. Dispite of endless calls, personal visit and mail, no responsibile person is reverting on this. It's been totally harassment from this bank. I have been literally harassed since 3months. Request you to plz help in resolving it.
