I ordered online at Amazon and then cancel the order, but after 18 days, I didn't get refund. Amazon processed the refund reference no #euo086.
But I didn't get this amount in my wallet.
IndiaBulls customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Dhani customer care said that they did not get the amount. Then where is my money?

      I have paid all my amount then also it shows EMI Overdue.

      Even I couldn't contact dhani customer service executive and am not able to make the payment in dhani App.

      App is not working any of my device even I tried with my friend device also.

      Payment delay because of your server issue. Even I tried through web login their also your web page not responding.

      Sir, Today morning I have used my dhani card to pay my house rent of Rs 2497 from phone pe but the transaction failed and money also debited from my dhani card limit. It has not transferred to the bank account. But in dhani transaction it has been showing that the money has been credited to prepaid account but it is not showing in my wallet. It's asking me to pay the three instalment for that money. I kindly request you to solve the problem. I also mailed dhani support regarding this.

                Money got deducted from wallet but not showing in bank account. The transfer was showing successful from app but i didn't received money. I made the transaction on 30 sept. Thursday night but i didnt received the money yet after 4 days. Please resolve.

                    I have placed an order on 3rd august order id EP3Tz6YR thru indiabulls dhani app its shows the delivery on 9 august so i was comfortable for that. But till 8th august my order was not shipped so i cancelled it. On 11th august i contacted to customer care the told me to wait for 3 days. But after that i usually contact on everyday but instead of giving help the customer support only assure for help n nothing is happed till now. Today also i am assure to get my refund in 72 hours.
                    Pllz take a strict legal action and sieze their licensce for pharmacy related service. N also try to make refund with huge penalty.

                    I request the consumer complaint to take a strict action against the dhani pharmacy bcz they only do the formality of contacting to customer n gives no resolution to customer. After complaining only once dhani team called me n asked me for some details which i provided them on next day but after that nothing improves for me. Please take a serious n strict action against this fraud n cheap company and their executives

                            I am a customer of India Bulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs.5000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs.199 I have cleared their fees on sep 7th, 2021 and they have inactivated my daily credit limit. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my Rs. 199. since I haven't use their service for the existing month. I don't need the service any more.This is repeated on the previous month aug month also.

                                    I had paid and cleared all my dues of Dhani Pay services. Due to unknown charges I had cancelled and closed all the services of Dhani Pay and card and wallet. I had even called customer care and even they cancelled and said my account is deleted. But today I receive a message saying your pay your subscription fee of your Dhani Wallet Account. I am totally tensed because of this company. Even previous time they charged some unknown charges even after not using a single rupee of theirs and I had to pay it because they had hit my cibil score. At that point I had cancelled all the services of Dhani from my end as well as from their customer service but now again they surprise me with some charge. I am a student and this kind of loot has totally made me tensed because whole day I have to call them since no number of their is working now and no email replies I am getting. I am again saying Please please close and delete my account and remove this unnecessary charge that has been charged to me and stop affecting my Cibil Score for no reason and not even using a single rupee of yours. I am totally tensed because of this loot and had no option but to complain like this Please solve my issue please.

                                    I want to update that my Issue has been resolved. Thanks to the consumercomplaints.in for such a platform you'll are doing a great job. And also thanks alot to *Neha* for solving my issue so quickly and positively. Probably one of the best employee and an asset for her company. Her constant follow up and effective action was one of the main reasons for issue to be resolved. Doing a very great job Thanks Neha😃🙌 All my issues are now clear.

                                      Please don't order anything from dhani specially those medicines which you needs the most, i have ordered medicine on 30 august it suppose to get dekiver on 3 september but upto 5 september its status shows out for pickup and suddenly sometime showing shipment is not ready butvearlier i got order packed msg, and suddenly on 6 september the status showing shipment is canceled by shipper, already one refund is not got from 6 August they are just excusing by giving dates, and i am worried about this refund i don't know when i will get my refund.
