I am regular pay 73 rupees interest charge but you added panelty charge 472 and its illegely if you not resolve my issue then I take to ligely action you and your company...

I am writing this letter to inform you that I need to cancel my dhani freedom card issued by indiabulls dhani. I want to terminate the card from today. There are no dues on the card.I processed cancelation request to dhani app but not success.Screenshot add to attchments.Please do the needful.

I have done a transaction of 5050/- and got refunded from merchant side on 11-jun-2021 but still not credited in my dhani wallet.

I taken indiabulls dhani mini personal loan 5000.12 months emi.i padi this month emi120..But indiabulls auto debited 143 rs for enach fail.why does enach fail auto debited emi 120ra....

I have tried many times but there is no respond. On dhani app i have tried from service request section but the request for noc certificate can't be place i need it urgently....

Yesterday I'll start to deposit my electricity bill through dhani app. I'll add Rs-1743 money through Paytm UPI in dhani wallet. Rs-1743 is deducted from my Paytm account but money is not credited in dhani wallet. I want my money back right now ....

From last few months
My emi is not getting deducted from bank account though I have sufficient balance in my account
I have discussed this issue with bank also
But bank had replied me there is no problem with bank service
Now I am getting calls from indiabulls...

Have being using dhani for quite a while now. In may I opted for Dhani One freedom card, of limit worth Rs.25000 i.e. 2500 daily. on 7th Jun I did a transaction of 2500 from my credit line. As per the policy of the card you have to pay first installment on very next day.ie. on 8th jun. As I opened my app on 8th to repay the first installment, I didnt get an option of repaying 834(first of three emis) but instead got an option stating pending...
