My login phone number is [protected]. Due to some reasons I was not using my registered phone number hence I was unable to login. My loan was supposed to be cleared last year. The loan debit was set to auto debit i.e, your company must have debited from my bank account on the given date each month, given that I have missed one or two loans due to lockdown but have paid after that. I have recently noticed that my credit score has collapsed badly due to non auto debit of your personal loan. Nobody from your end has either contacted me to clear it nor I’m aware of the pending loan. This is impacting my personal purchase. I need to know the exact reason why this has happened. I have tried contacting your company for so many days and I have to say you have made it very difficult for your costumers to contact also your mobile app changes with the updates making users hard to access their own account. Is this a fraud company?. I’m very much angry for this cause and I need my credit score back to normal! Or else I’m willing to take this matter legally.
