I want to close my subscription to one freedom .. however everytime when i email customer care they say you can do it through app.. however app is not showing any such options to cancel plan or anything.. i am being charged 200rs monthly for the same via e mandate procedures.. kindly help me regarding this.. I have already paid all my loan.. no transactions on their app.. it was a complete marketing fraud ..

    Hello Sameer,

    Nitin this side I am one of your customer and I have activated auto payment in the application and because of that 5 times in a day they have deducted 200 Rs not 1 time 5 time in a day and my January month salary is on hold and my civil score is affecting and my future loan will not approve I am were disappointed on this kindly look into this as your brand name is at stake if any 1 customer is unhappy and he will do mouth publicity it is really were bad for the image of the rand and I always work for the name of the brand may the brand will not recognize me or recognize my work but I respect it and I can not compramise with that I call the call center and the call was dissconnected the lady who spoke to me dont even bother to call me back my be she was working from home so the electricty gone off but after that i call back so i was there on call from 11:40 seconf anf the call dissconected and i do not recive the call this is what the call cente is give the services to the customer so kindly cheak and look into this it is just a breif of youe backend support services i belice you will look into this and work for better and faster servies I am sending this to you personly look into this and assign a person on this to follow up and solve this issue as soon as possible as my slary is on hold from my ban its more than 8500 and i am in need of money right now i have only 148 rs in my account after complete all my Emi i belive you understand.

      I transferred Rs. 110 from Dhani Wallet to bank account on 16 April 2021. It has been 5-6 days complete now but there is my money not credit in my bank account. I tried to call the customer care number many times but nothing happened.
      How much time do you take my money to transfer waiting time is over no response from company.

        My name is Sushant Deshpande and I hold a Dhani freedom card. My card is inactive since 17th of April.
        On Sunday 18th Apr I have raised a dispute regarding blocked dhani card. After writing this issue to dhani customer support. Despite of paying all dues on time I was told that my card is inactive for non payment of one of the emi's. I have also shared my bank statement for respective dates and after looking at it clearly indicates that all the dues were paid on time.

        It has been 4 days and yet I have not received any possible solution to it. I have received couple of calls from their end but they haven't been able to provide a convincing solution to my problem.

        Persons from their executive team were giving such stupid and worthless solutions wasted my more time. These things made me upset with Dhani.Even I am thinking Dhani is fraud company as well as their products. This is my last warning to the concerned team if they fail to give solution I will escalate it to the Consumer forum.

                My transaction has failed and paytm refund my money but when i contact dhani they said that your money settle in paytm but i provide him paytm refund screenshot and reference number provided by paytm for refund but they did not refund my money.

                  Mere dhaNi app par account close ka options nahi aa rahaa hai.
                  Aur agar dhani app ko account closed ka mail bhejo to company ki taraf se reply aata hai ki aapke app par option aa rahaa hai wohi se hoga.
                  Lekin mere dhani app par subscription cancelled ka options hi gaayab kar diya hai

                      I had transferred 110 rs from my dhani general wallet to my bank account but it has been more than a day and I have still not received it.

                      Pls look into it and tell me how much more time will it be take to transfer the money to my account.

                      This was the reference number given to me at the time of transaction. The transaction was done on 16 th April and till now no amount has been credited.i am sending u the screenshot of the same.

                          Hi I have not received money which is transferred from Dhani wallet to bank account on 19th april around 12:30 PM.
                          FAQs says it generally takes 4-5 hours to transfer but its more than 24 hours.
                          Clearly, no one respond to your call and mails.
                          What if someone needs it urgently??
                          PLease solve the same.

                                      Hi, My Name is Sushant Vijaykumar Deshpande and my registered mobile number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.I am using Dhani one freedom card since 1st April 2021 and all due amount has been paid by me but still it's showing my one freedom plan inactive but it's showing no dues.I have raised complaints on their email address but no satisfactory reply. I also tried to call on their number but no customer support is available. I kindly request to solve the issue else I have escalate it to consumers rights forum.
