Address: Mahmood shah lane near Dr Arun murari ke samne Bank colony

On 4th May2021 at 3:11 a.m., I made a transaction of ₹10000 on PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS merchant but it failed at merchant whereas money got debited from dhani wallet. Despite mailing them with all the issue highlighted screenshot many times with accurate details they misinterpret the disputed transaction and starts considering another transaction as issue and wastes much of time, when I calls them on phone they again and again asks to mail.     MY DHANI APP ID - +91 [protected]
    I Sent mail to [protected]@dhani.com on 29th APRIL, 2021. For Deactivate My Dhani APP ID. AND Deavctivate all relationship with dhani app.
    I also sent mail to [protected]@dhani.com & nothing help from them also.
    After they requested me to provide PAN CARD AND reason for Deactivate DHANI APP ACCOUNT.
    And I replied on 1st MAY, 2021. AND Sent all details same as they requested.
    After they sent me mail suddenly About, CANCEL DHANI DOCTOR SUBSCRIPTION. But I replied and said. I Never ACTIVATED Anything AND I never used DHANI DOCTOR SUBSCRIPTION.
    AND then after I Sent Them Screen shots, and Everything was Deactivated ON 7th MAY 2021.
    But Today On 15th MAY, 2021, I saw in my App. So Its Active.
    how is it possible, That Dhani App Active That Subscription Without My Permission.

    I Want To Deactivate Everything With Dhani. I Do Not Want To Be A Customer of Dhani App Account.

          I own a personal loan with dhani india bulls and till last month i was paying regular emis. however suddenly my app has stopped working and i had marked a email to [protected]@dhani.com with all my details like loan acc no, full name, registered mobile number. after this i get a reply from them is "please send the required details" and no details are mentioned in the email and i dont understand what more details should i provide to them. even their customer care number is busy everytime. i have sent more than 7 emails to [protected]@dhani.com and every time even after giving details they ask me for the details again. and the collection people are harassing me every day for payment. this is not fair the company is not solving customers issue however they want their payment on time. the customer care people say do whatever you want just pay us the emi, the dont even ask what is the issue they directly order the customers, shame on india dhani bulls.

          Contact me soon, as an alternative i have already filed cyber complaint against dhani collection agency
          I have personal loan account with Indiabulls Dhani - I have paid all my EMI well in time for last 23 months, last EMI due on 02 May 2021, they called me and asked to pay online as last emi amount is smaller compared to earlier 23 EMI, so I pay it online on 05 May again on 10 May 2021 they debited full EMI amount from my account linked for ECS Payment. Now I am asking for refund of excess amount and NOC /Loan closure report but no response from them.

                I'm paying on time,
                and dhani asked me to pay in advance so I did in overdue Section on my profile, but it still charges amount for over due when emi is already paid never due and moreover app asks me to pay 97% of loan all of sudden, like 97% how will a person pay altogether.

                And why paid amount isn't updated when you only ask for pre emi payments,

                    EMI deducted twice for my loan account IPERBAN01012048. First I paid the EMI on 8th May 2021 through GPay and again on 10th May 2021 it was directly deducted from my account. I have been reaching out to their customer care number and no one is picking and the call is not getting connect. Have emailed numerous times and they raise a ticket and immediately the next day they close the ticket as closed (without resolving the issue). Am fed up of these people. We hardly earn money and this India Bulls is looting us during this troubled times.

                    India Bulls your customer care executive called and said that the excess amount will be adjusted along with the principal amount.

                    For your kind information I have told them that I dont want it to be adjusted but I need a refund.

                    During this pandemic we hardly earn money and you guys take away our money.

                    I need this money to run my family.

My complaint is about indiabulls dhani one freedom plan. I am using their services since one month. Initially they give you best credit facilities but latter they start to cheat you. They ask you to make EMI payment on Dhani app but same time they deduct emi from your bank account. Indiabulls dhani is fraudsters company no doubt. They will steal your money from your bank account. Even their customer support number is not working since long. They don't reply complaints raised on [protected]@dhani.com. Again I am mentioning this is fraud company don't take any loan or any of their product else you will regret.

I am using Dhani One freedom plan and my issue is Dhani has debited excess emi. I have paid dues on their Dhani app and same day on 7th May 2021. The same issue happened on 10th May 2021 despite paying emi on time on Dhani app they debited from my bank account. I have mailed issue to [protected]@dhani.com but solution yet. I request indiabulls to refund my amount at earliest else I have to escalate it to consumer court.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     I have got a call from your agent on April 16th and stating that, we have a offer if you foreclose your personal loan account this month you will get a new loan with double sanctioned amount. I asked them this is confirm approval, they said yes surely you will get new loan.i told them I have some issues in my cibil, they told we won't check for cibil this new loan and this is for purely existing customer. So I lend money from my friends to foreclose this loan account and I have done forclosure, now i tried to contact your customer service email and they are saying there is no offer for you. I need to pay back money to my friends.can you please solve my problem to get this loan otherwise payback my money already I paid for foreclosure.here attached audio file with customer care agent

                                        Dear Team,
                                        My two EMI's indiabulls housing team convert in moratorium and debited also in my account .I am already share bank statement indiabulls home loan team and they confirm yes two month excess amount lying with them.Now last 15 days I am continuing follow up for refund but they are not given proper revert, every time mark mail to me refund in processing will take some time.Now request you to pls raise my concern and solve as soon as possible.
