MY DHANI APP ID - +91 [protected]
I Sent mail to [protected]@dhani.com on 29th APRIL, 2021. For Deactivate My Dhani APP ID. AND Deavctivate all relationship with dhani app.
I also sent mail to [protected]@dhani.com & nothing help from them also.
After they requested me to provide PAN CARD AND reason for Deactivate DHANI APP ACCOUNT.
And I replied on 1st MAY, 2021. AND Sent all details same as they requested.
After they sent me mail suddenly About, CANCEL DHANI DOCTOR SUBSCRIPTION. But I replied and said. I Never ACTIVATED Anything AND I never used DHANI DOCTOR SUBSCRIPTION.
AND then after I Sent Them Screen shots, and Everything was Deactivated ON 7th MAY 2021.
But Today On 15th MAY, 2021, I saw in my App. So Its Active.
how is it possible, That Dhani App Active That Subscription Without My Permission.
I Want To Deactivate Everything With Dhani. I Do Not Want To Be A Customer of Dhani App Account.
KINDLY HELP ME.
