मेरा, application अभी तक (block) ब्लॉक हो गया है, application area कि वज़ह से application open नही कर सकते हैं क्योंकि मेरा Monthly subscription हर महीने बैंक से कटा जा रहे हैं, आप लोगों कुछ मदत कर सकते हैं, अतः बैंक से over चार्ज ले लिया है, जल से जल कुछ मदत करे, मेरा Dhani फ्रीडम भी Cancel कर दीजिए

      On 20 april2021 at 6:36 a.m., I made a transaction of ₹5000 on PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS merchant but it failed at merchant whereas money got debited from dhani wallet. Despite mailing them with all the issue highlighted screenshot many times with accurate details they misinterpret the disputed transaction and starts considering another transaction as issue and wastes much of time, when I calls them on phone they again and again asks to mail. See the screenshot for what my concern is and what they are replying?

      once again paytm merchant today i.e. 6 may2021 confirmed the transaction as failed on contacting and also said that no money should be debited.
      Whereas dhani debited my money, now dhani support in their latest mail response of today claims that the transaction is successfully settled to paytm merchant I don't understand how, on what basis, proofs dhani claims it fraudulently? Even now their support doesn't picks up the call.
      Totally unsatisfied with dhani support team action towards resolving my issue till now!

      I am also attaching paytm latest certification on transaction as failed as well as dhani support latest response:-

          I made a bank transfer from your Dhani app yesterday and the amount is not credited in my bank account.

          After reading some FAQs I realised that it may take 4 to 5 hours to reflect, but it's been almost 18 hours now. And I am really worried about my money.

          Please transfer my money as soon as possible, I have more transactions to make.

          Please do the needful and help me out.

          Really bad experience from your services.

              Hi Team,

              My friend Christina Peter is getting charge by INDIABULLS DHANI.

              She has not even taken loan and unnecessarily they are charging continuously to her account.

              First they rejected her loan and now they are charging without any reason.

And I called to customer care number also no proper way to connect with the customer care executive.                               I have received msg on my registered number [protected] that my Dhani Pay card dispatched to my address on 17/04/2021 but till date the card not received so please do the needful to deliver the card moreover I transfered 1050/_ from my Dhani wallet to my bank (PNB) on 25/04/2021 and instantly showing on the Dhani app that the bank tranfer is sucessfull but till now I did not receive money in bank so please take immidiate action to solve the matter as early as possible please.

                                  Firstly i just completed my dhani one freedom card application and did not activated it still dhani started charging my subscription fee from that day one day i recieved a message that quarterly charge will be drbited from account on 30 april 2021 i contact [protected]@dhani.com they said u can only deactivate it from app so i paid subscription fee and after that i didnt got any cancel plane option i didnt took 1 rupee loan from it and dhani is charging subscription fee.i cant pay these fee uselessly plz deactivate my everyplane even deactivate my account i am feeling like i have to suicide due to their harassment and fraud plz cancel my subscription my email is [protected]@gmail.com contact no-[protected]

                                  This is how they sent message. Then now 1399 + GST is being charged. Totally fraudulent, avoid like plague
