I made a bank transfer from your Dhani app yesterday and the amount is not credited in my bank account.

After reading some FAQs I realised that it may take 4 to 5 hours to reflect, but it's been almost 18 hours now. And I am really worried about my money.

Please transfer my money as soon as possible, I have more transactions to make.

Please do the needful and help me out.

My friend Christina Peter is getting charge by INDIABULLS DHANI.

She has not even taken loan and unnecessarily they are charging continuously to her account.

First they rejected her loan and now they are charging without any reason.

Shame on dhani charging in such hard times. Complete fraud by dhani...

Dear Sir,

The company ahs introduced Freedom Card on their app, that app doesn't allow me to login with my user id,

They have started to deduct money from my bank account as monthly fees when i ask them to stop and revert the money, they have stopped responding....

I've tried to withdraw 500rs from dhani pay wallet to my account by using Paytm and in Paytm it is showing that refund has been initiated to the debit card of dhani pay but actually refund not initiated.
Refund my money as soon as possible...

My transaction got cancelled and money refunded back by paytm but still I didn't get my money in my dhani wallet or card. My Transaction was done on 27 April 2:24 PM on Paytm. I attached paytm refund Screenshot, please do the needful and refund my money....

I have transferred 15000 rs yesterday from dhani wallet to my bank account. But still now I didn't receive the amount. And I called to customer care number also no proper way to connect with the customer care executive. We are taking loans only for urgent basis, but if it doesn't work in time, then what use..Kindly support....

I am not able to login in my Dhani App to clear the dues. 5 days before I got the sms that your dhani app is blocked without giving any reason. Ao they are asking for money which is not mentioned i paid my emis and still they are asking for money can’t you see there are so many complaints against this app take some action please...
