I have transferred Dhani wallet of 10000 to my bank account which got debited around 1 am today it’s already been more Than 4 to 5 working hours still not received the money in my bank acc, help

      Myself Anil Kumar B, I had a personal loan with dhani which I preclosed it on 22 March 2021 and I raised the request for NOC. It was said that it will be sent to my registered email Id but, still I haven't received it yet. I urgently require NOC as I have got approval for home loan and which is kept on hold for this NOC.

        I took a loan from dhani of 235 rs and paid 385 for that i dont know about the hidden charges as i wanted to get rid of them as they provide the worst service ever. I repaid all dues in february 28 but got no response nothing got updated in app they were continuously messasing for paying emi ever after i paid in full. I gave number of email called customer support 50 times, they said to email them bank statement and other proof i did still no response then again contacted several times and the customer support said they have received the payment and since their emi cycle runs from 13 th of every month so that time my acc will get updated. Today is 22nd march still the same hence receiving messages and automatic voice calls to repay my dues or they will debit it from my bank acc on 25th. Now even there customer care number is not working. Just see such a big company creating subsidiary brands and frauding people openly. Beware of this Dhani App and never ever install it even mistakenly.

        Everyone reading this if you need proof you can mail me on [protected]@gmail.com i will provide all the necessary details.

        Fun fact- Just after taking the loan and going through their apps ui i knew did a mistake by taking loan. After i foreclosed 235 rs loan by paying 385 rs ( didnt know why i paid extra, basically their unknown charges) i have still kept the payment confirmation page locked in the tab section of chrome, i knew this will harass me and exactly it came out to be one.

            I had take a personal loan from dhani indiabulls company. I was regular lary paid emi but due to covid 19 lockdown in march 2020 I was applied for loan MORATORIUM at dhani company for 3 months march april may 2020 + 3 against 3 june july august 2020. As per RBI GUIDELINE I had applied but dhani indiabulls make not stopped for ecs making in my account for loan emi and my account goes in minus amount of rs 12000/- something when I had complaint at dhani company customer care lost of emails and telephonic complaint but no response from dhani for refund of my minus amount due to lock down MORATORIUM period ecs return due to dhani indiabulls company's mistake and ignore the RBI GUIDELINE for moration. So I have register complaint in this online complaint .

              Hi everyone,
              I have took loan from dhani app( indiabulls) before 6months every month I agreed to deduct a interest amount of Rs350/-only for Rs16950/- in the 6th month I have to pay 16950/- and interest. Every month they will be deducting interest amount through ECS from my account on 5th date my final EMI and principal date was 5th march 2021 but they deducted only 350/- from my account I maintained balance of principal amount and interest also. They didn't deduct principal amount i maintained balance upto 10th date but not deducted until i raise a issue on 11th also there was no bank holidays. They have deducted amount on 15th march of Rs16950/-+200 extra amount.They are not closing and threatening me to pay the principal amount or otherwise they will keep my account as defaulterist in rbi. They are calling me every hour and threatening me I was fully depressed now. I tried calling to customer care but it is not getting connected. I have all my bank statements with me and also have call recordings and messages which they deducted I said the same but still they are not listening and annoying me.

                Recently i took a small loan on dhani app i paid 6months interest but unfortunately loan amount not paid so they debit my money first 585 ruppes in hdfc bank and after 1 hour again the debited 295 rupees in my sbi account even they didn't told me to debit .. iam also contact support but they also giving wrong numbers ...

                i request you plese close e-mandate option in my 2accounts and close late charges in my 2 accounts

                    Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Cancel my n-Ach Mandate ( ECS ) with associated with hdfc due to financial issue I am unable to continue the membership of Dhani One Freedom Plan Saver Services, already 2360 rupees have been shown in negative from my account on 26/2/2021 to 5/3/21 towards the payment of Dhani Loans and Services, i already send mail the very 1st date when i apply this for cancle my mandate and I further no Longer wish to avail any kind of Dhani Services . I requested them Please Cancel and Close my Dhani Account and Cencel my Dhani One Freedom Plan and Dhani Super Saver Card, at the earliest.
                    But yet I did not get any response from them.

                    As of now my Dhani One Freedom Plan is showing inactivate but still they send ecs request to my bank also they send me card from dhani when i am not at home even no single call received they deliver this card to my caretaker who open that by mistakely because they are illiterate . so I request you to cancel my services and cancel Dhani super saver card services too, I have attached the proof of inactive Dhani One freedom plan, Inspite of my Dhani One Freedom Card being deactivated my account got negative with 2360 rs towards dhani ecs bounce charge and services I am very disappointed

                    I am unable to Cancel it from my Side as cancellation option is not Available in the Dhani Application, please I beg you to cancel all my services for proof I have attached all my Debited Charges, No Cancellation Button is available in my application .

                    I am unable to cancel because cancel button is not displaying on my Dhani Application and not available in Application

                    Cancel All my Dhani Services and Cancel the E- Mandate Setup and Please do not Present it to bank for the membership subscription fees hence forth . as I have not used a single rupee from the Dhani One Freedom Plan . I request you to cancel the Services and Close my Account .

                    Kindly delete my All Service Request at the earliest.

                    Cancel my Dhani One Freedom Plan and super saver card as I am unable to Cancel it from my side. I beg you do the needful as soon as possible and Close My Dhani Account.

                    I am have also sent the Rupay Card back as I no longer wish to Continue with any of the Dhani Services such as Dhani One Freedom Plan and Dhani Super Saver Plan . I never use dhani freedom facilities

                    I have no Pending Loans with dhani, Nor I have used any of the single rupee from the Dhani One Freedom plan as well as Dhani Supersaver .

                        I think dhani owner not able to pay dhani employees salary that way debiting amount from.customer and paying salaries to employees if you not able to run your business plz shut down your business but don't make fraud business if nezt time also any amount debited from.                                 Sir whenever I login to dhani app by entering mobile no and pin it opens only for 2 sec and after that it gets back to the login page again
                                This is happening everytime with me
                                Please resolve it I am totally frusted.
                                Previously before 1 months it's was working fine.

                                    Foreclosure of loan - PL22292741

                                    I made a foreclosure amount of Rs: 6632.98 on October 14th 2020 as advised by the collections agent who was on call with me while I made this payment.

                                    Since then I have never received a foreclosure email when I was told it would be sent within 30min on that same day. I have sent multiple emails to the [protected]@dhani.com asking for a foreclosure as I have made the payment and I have shared all required proofs of payments as well. It has been almost 6months now and I am still receiving irrelevant responses from the Dhani support team. Worst part is that when I call their customer service number or visit Indiabulls bank, they say Dhani foreclosure support is only through emails and I need to deal with it over emails. I also see that they have been deducting EMIs post my foreclosure of loan and now they say I have some due that needs to be cleared. I don't understand why I have any due when I did a foreclosure of loan with complete pending amount in my loan account plus there are EMIs that are getting deducted post my foreclosure

                                    I see this as their incompetence to do their job effectively. Looking at the way things are going on with me, I also got to know that few others are also facing similar difficulties with their foreclosure in Dhani I regret taking loan from Dhani.
