Dear Sir, This is Gourab Panda and my Dhani Customer ID is [protected]. Actually I transferred 1000 from General wallet balance to Bank Account on 08 April at 10:41 p.m. Amount is debited but it is not credited to my account yet.. I tried to contact Customer Support team but they did not respond

    I want to cancel the order of my physical card, but the customer care is not responding and saying that the customer care officer is not available right though I called them within the available slot i.e (Mon-Sun) 8 AM to 8PM.
    Please rectify my query.

      Indiabulls Help Desk is continuously dodging my account closure by raising some issues despite my filling their Account Closure forms and, the designated Agent named Naveen okaying all forms. Now, they suddenly found some shares of zero value supposed to be lying in my dormant account from a company named "bluebird".

      Where was my agent napping I don't know. How can a customer rely on his advise if he is tracking with such care as to miss shares impeding Account Closure?

      I expected back office team to sort out this discrepancy and, not throw it onto the paying customer to annul these impediments.

      Before Indiabulls team reply, they need to introspect, debrief their Helpdesk team of Dhani, and debrief Naveen not to mislead me. If customers leave it is because of the agents or, immediate contacts they interact.

      Hope they are made to agree...

        I transfer my dhani general balance 1000 rupees amount deducted but not receive in my bank account also deducted extra amount I transfered 1000 but deducted amount is 1027 rupees please solve my query as soon as possible.

        And also I am not able to use my free cashback card to any merchant please solve this query soon

          I have done 2 transfers of my money from Wallet to bank account today but money is not credited into my bank account.

          I tried contacting the customer care number but not able to connect and e-mailed the query and received the response that your executive will contact but not received any call or mail from him.
          I have done 3 transactions on 8 April and April wallet to bank account transfers but the money not yet credited.

              I’ve transferred Rs. 4570 as dated on 6/04/2021 on 11:23 am from Dhani Wallet to my Savings Account. As per the company policy it will take 4 to 5 hours as they are transferring the amount through NEFT. But still now the amount not credited in My Saving account.

                    I am getting messages from dhani app regarding payment. I have not subscribed or not contacted dhani app for any loan or any other services from them. And I am receiving messages for loan and payment reminder for loan from dhani.

                    Please stop messaging me and unsubscribe my mobile number for any message.

                    Also tell me where you have get my mobile number. It's violation of DPA (Data protection Act).

                          I have transferred 2700 rupees on Sunday 4th April 21, but still I didn't not recieve the amount in bank account . I have also sent mail on but there is no reply, customer care no. Is also not working.

                            I did not recieved my bank transfared money yet but i transfared this 24 hours ago but yet not recived and also i request for my plastic rupay card in dhani app and pay money it has over 48 hours but did not recived any meassge yet.

                                  Indiabulls is penalizing me for a few scrips remaining in my account of a company that is no longer existing. They are repeatedly saying that I have to transfer those shares onto another account which I don't have idea of.

                                  Since this company named bluebird India has closed down, they should do whatever is feasible in back end and, take my authorization which I have sent multiple times via form-filling and, couriering. They keep rejecting my request for Account Closure.
                                  I have been corresponding with Help [protected]@Dhani.com which is their customer service email ID.

                                  This has reached an untenable situation.

                                  I have cc ed several key executives in their customer service hierarchy. But, they do not reply. I have reached out to some gentleman named Ankit Banga, another key executive in the role of "[protected]@indiabulls.com. But, to no avail.

                                  How to make Help [protected]@Dhani.com accountable to manage the required actions with their back office teams and, help me?

                                      Close my Dhani Account and All Services related to me

                                      1) Cancelthe NACH E- Mandate Setup and Please do not Present it to bank for the membership subscription fees hence forth.
                                      2) Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and all dhani services.
                                      3) Delete my dhani account also.

                                      Already 125 rupees have been debited from my account on 02/03/2021, and I further no Longer wish to avail any kind of Dhani Services . I requested them Please Cancel NACH E mandate and close my Dhani Account, But still now I did not get any response from them.

                                      I am unable to cancel because cancel button is not displaying on my Dhani Application and not available in Application

                                        I haven't took any loan from Dhani still Nach ecs charges are getting deducted from my sbi account.

                                        I have not taken any loan from this company, but i had set up the e mandate and the dhani freedom card was not activated also still they have deducted several times from my sbi account.

                                        i want to cancel my subscription or whatever they call it and in future i don't want any service from dhani so kindly cancel/deactivate my account and also deactivate my e mandate.

                                        I have been in great trouble as i can't keep any amount inmy account because as soon as i credit any amount they automatically debit it saying ECS NACh cahrges.

                                        This is really annoying please please cancel my entire connection from you. if i want anything from you in future i will definetely connect to you.

                                        i taken indiabulls dhani mini loan 5000.12 months.emi.Already paid emi this month 120ra.But indiabulls dhani debited 143 rs for enach fail
                                        I haven't taken any loan from indiabulls. Every month you are deducting rs 2938 from my HDFC account. Pls stop deducting it. And cancel all the active cases related to my account. Pls see the screen shot for additional information..

                                        What is the status of this complaint, I have the similar issue. How to cancel the NACH from Dhani. This is annoying. This must be taken to the supreme court. Not allowing people to cancel the services are against the policy of NPCI and RBI.
