Hi I transferred 190 rs from wallet to bank but money not credited to my bank account. Its been a week now. Please fix it.

I am not able to login to my dhani app so I am not able to pay my EMI and can not get access to the dhani facilities. [protected]

I registered a request for emailing scanned documents.

My request number is IHF[protected]J1B7G9 CRM:0010290.

I registered the complaint on 6th of March and till now I have not received it. 3 days customer care told me that they will send me within 2 days. Not received. Today customer care told me that they will send it to me by 6 PM today. Nothing received yet.

This is india's most fraudsters company I've ever seen. I don't know how Dhani people working and how they making people fool about giving 2% cashback. I really didn't understand their way of working even I didn't fill my full details to get this card but dhani people sent me Idk how and I received it and use it on petrol pump and it works. Now I didn't get that if I filled the petrol of Rs174 /- I am getting the msg of Rs 186.08/- and second time I filled the disel of Rs 480/- and getting msg of Rs 494.16/- means anyhow you're making fools and looting the cash??!' Really Pathetic even you people didn't give contact number of customer care so people will write email and you people would give answer by your own. Really ridiculous it is.

My Loan Summary is 336/- and 491/-. Could you please let me know when I used these 336/- amount ??? Sending your application screenshots in the attachment and my petrol pump receipts from where I filled the petrol.P

From last 6 months I'm unable to login my dhani app account, no dues, no bounces, still blocked my account, I tried each and every way to contact earlier it was possible to contact dhani customer support but later on they made it impossible to connect to them, I have emails and voice recordings of each and every call or mail I made for complaint and reverts that it will be resolved, moreover they are charging me for services every month but don't let me use services, can anyone suggest me a lawsuit or legal advice to take action against them as they are clearly cheating.

I have tried everything but not able to goreclose my loan,

Customer care number is not working,
When any emi didn't received they called directly, but cant call me for foreclosure the loan.

Im sick of this issue

Also no one is responding via email, only shows case number is generated n all

Hai i tried calling dhani customer support they won't connect to concern team ... My complaint is i want to cancel my dhani freedom card they show in FAQs to cancel ...Buy it doesn't show cancel option even i contact through mail i don't get any response regarding my query...

Dear sir/madam I had applied mudra loan through online and the person who helped me, said indiabulls employee and thier emp I'd _ 619840 name Suman Gokul and emp I'd _ 619873 name Manish Kumar Jha pls check they are your employee or not because they are asking money in favour of someone else, this is the matter of prestige and integrity of company . I have not received money which I transferred from Dhani wallet to my bank (Rs. 100) till now Customer ID[protected].
Therefore I need a refund of Rs. 100 . Please rectify my problem ASAP.

I don't want to use dhani app services because their is so much hidden charges are deducted from my account through NACH mandate.they are charging money even i am not using their service.when i am trying to call them they are not receiving calls.when i mailed them about deleting my account from their database, they are giving stupid reasons and making lots of excuses. So, lastly i want to close all my dhani services and remove their mandate from my bank account and remove my all data from their database as soon as possible.

Hlw I was redeem my fund 9/4/21 at 11:41 pm from dhani app 24 hrs over but my money doesn't credit to my bank account I need my money very urgently for some personal work pls i want my money as soon as possible.
