        I registered a request for emailing scanned documents.

        I registered the complaint on 6th of March and till now I have not received it. 3 days customer care told me that they will send me within 2 days. Not received. Today customer care told me that they will send it to me by 6 PM today. Nothing received yet.

            This is india's most fraudsters company I've ever seen. I don't know how Dhani people working and how they making people fool about giving 2% cashback. I really didn't understand their way of working even I didn't fill my full details to get this card but dhani people sent me Idk how and I received it and use it on petrol pump and it works. Now I didn't get that if I filled the petrol of Rs174 /- I am getting the msg of Rs 186.08/- and second time I filled the disel of Rs 480/- and getting msg of Rs 494.16/- means anyhow you're making fools and looting the cash??!' Really Pathetic even you people didn't give contact number of customer care so people will write email and you people would give answer by your own. Really ridiculous it is.

            Now they reported my cibil for missed emi, if I maintained the balance then what the hell you reported to cibil that I missed the EMI, even I email them that took all your amount in one time, once I took loan of Rs. 180/- and Another is Rs. 400/- something but they charged me huge amount on they name of card activation and that amount automatically deducted from my account but after first emi they didn't deduct from my account and now asking to charge for foreclosure. Hardly 600/- amount I took from them and They ruined my cibil score without any reason. I cursed that day when I install this app and took this huge 180/- amount of loan.
            Please do the needful and make correction in my cibil as they a##### reporting my cibil for this wrong statments

              From last 6 months I'm unable to login my dhani app account, no dues, no bounces, still blocked my account, I tried each and every way to contact earlier it was possible to contact dhani customer support but later on they made it impossible to connect to them, I have emails and voice recordings of each and every call or mail I made for complaint and reverts that it will be resolved, moreover they are charging me for services every month but don't let me use services, can anyone suggest me a lawsuit or legal advice to take action against them as they are clearly cheating.

                I have tried everything but not able to goreclose my loan,

                Customer care number is not working,
                When any emi didn't received they called directly, but cant call me for foreclosure the loan.

                Im sick of this issue

                Also no one is responding via email, only shows case number is generated n all

                                        I don't want to use dhani app services because their is so much hidden charges are deducted from my account through NACH mandate.they are charging money even i am not using their service.when i am trying to call them they are not receiving calls.when i mailed them about deleting my account from their database, they are giving stupid reasons and making lots of excuses. So, lastly i want to close all my dhani services and remove their mandate from my bank account and remove my all data from their database as soon as possible.
