I have two personal loans from indiabulls. The first one I got in 2017 december ( amount 50000) and the second one in October 2018 ( amount 1, 18, 000). I have been paying emi of Rs 1576 and Rs Rs 4818 regularly. From 2020 march even during the lock down I paid the emi. And have paid till december 2020. Then due to financial problems I could not make the payment of January and February 2021.
The recovery agent named AKASH GHARAMI ( phone number- [protected]) behaved with me very badly and used abusive languages and even has threatened me.
Company has sent a message where they have mentioned about legal step they will take against me, And thus I just told Mr Akash Gharami that I also will go for legal step from my side, but still he used abusive languages.
I want justice for this.

    I have done transfer of Rs 5000 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet day before yesterday but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference

        I got a Credit line with Dhani app and I paid my all EMI on time but one EMI left because system problem and I I suffer this problem over 9 month I visit the new office in 5 times and email also 10 times but company is not help me and Ud my CIBIL score finish because of this company I only the left one EMI but company says 5000 pending I am sharing on this point bank statement and other required details please help me

              Hello team,
              I am unable to login to the app. I have updated the app, uninstalled and installed again the app but the issue is same kindly look into my issue and resolve on high priority.
              I have called to customer care team to help but they have taken complaint but never revert back on the issue. As I wanted to go for the top-up option. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                Sir, I'm applying for a personal loan at your Dhani app but they have given some different amount for doctor services.

                I want to cancel this ( Application: CL[protected]

                If you some scheme for a personal loan please let me know.

                Regarding this yesterday I discussed with your customer care, he said sir ill closed your account. But, still its activated and today 200 Deducted from my account.

                I want my refund also.

                I request you, please don't play with peoples emotions. Because lots of people are already facing the problems due to covid situation and job loss. That why they are bluff in your executive calls and msgs.

                  Till late midnight 2am your recovery agent calling, leaving recorded audio messages with abusing content.. This is not fair, he didn't even see me once no conversation regarding further payment process happened between us..

                      Close my Dhani Account and All Services related to me.

                      Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Cancel my nacha Mandate (ECS) with associated with SBI Bank, Subscription fee has been deducted from my ac, which I have not requested for the subscription. I already sent them email to cancel the one freedom plan but still they have not canceled the plan.

                      I further no Longer wish to avail any kind of Dhani Services. I requested them Please Cancel and Close my Dhani Account and Cancel my Dhani One Freedom Plan at the earliest.
                      But yet I did not get any response from them.

                      I am unable to Cancel it from my Side as cancellation option is not Available in the Dhani Application, please I request you to cancel all my services.

                      I have no Pending Loans with dhani, Nor I have used any of the single rupee from the Dhani One Freedom plan.

                          Dear Indiabulls I already pay your payment for loan closer, but you send message about payment and done negative balance from my bank account. I received a call from your costomer care for loan closer and I paid already. Payment transaction id - T2101231439113051261521.

                            In our society आई ब्लाक गोविन्दपुरम a family is living in house no. I-452 who is having 2 American pit bull breed dogs. This breed of dogs are very dangerous and banned to live in homes. In recent past these dogs have biten some street dogs, cow's and 2-3 kids & old age persons very badly.
                            Yesterday these dog's have biten my 20 year old daughter at 3-4 points (legs, hands and abdomen).
                            The owner are taking care of the dog's very casually.

                            I therefore request your good self to take away these blood hound dog's at earliest.

                                I transferred 10000rs on 18th feb 21 and 10000rs on yesterday from dhani wallet to my bank account. But still now I didn't receive the amount. We are taking loans only for urgent basis, but if it doesn't work in time, then what use.

                                    I have transferred money from my dhani wallet to my bank account in the morning around 6.30am 4000 rupees. but still not yet received the funds kindly let me know how much time it will take, It said 4-5 hours but almost 6 hours have passed.
