My customer id is [protected] added money to wallet 1000 Rs from icici bank net banking on 25/1/2021 money deducted from bank account but not added to wallet. After 8 days i mailed icici and received the transaction id and send mail to dhani customer care. A useless irresponsible bot message as reply stating that if money added on working day Or non working day... My problem not resolved. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

1. Tried Chat in the Dhani App but it is a bot reply
2. Called customer care It is recorded Message
3. Send Mail to India Bulls but same bot reply
Put Complaint in Consumercomplaints.in they called me and before calling the amount got reflected in account.
