        I have my personal loan with Dhani which I closed on 11th Jan 2021 as I got a call from the collection team. Even though paying the amount said by them, India Bulls is regularly sending me sms and calls to make the payments. I have kept my account balance as zero because I know these fraudy company will again deduct the emi which they tried on Feb 2021 aswell but because of nil balance, they were not. Request you to take strict action against this. I have also lodged a complaint with RBI and waiting for further details.

                Sir, my Dhani customer Id is [protected]. I want to pay my final emi amount of rs 3223 with my bank account (amount rs 2901) and the remaining due amount with dhani cash rs 322 but I’m unable to do so because my premium premium membership got stopped due to any unknown reason. So I request you to please restart my dhani premium membership, so I can pay the final emi amount with the help of dhani cash . Please provide the solution as soon as possible . So I can avoid the any overdue charges I am also attaching the screenshot to help you understand my concern . I request you to please look in this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                  I was transferred 237rs from my dhani wallet to my bank account on yesterday 8feb2021 6:11pm money was deducted yesterday but not received in my bank account or statement till yet dhani says it was a neft trasfer that takes 4, 5 hours but it was passed around 12 hours when will i get my money please solve this issue

                    I Initiated the transaction to credit amount from dhani app and it is yet to be credited and also, i ordered the plastic Debit card 4 days ago and i am yet to get the Card despatch status, as i was informed will get despatch in 48 hours.

                        The loan is still active .. i have cancelled it on 5th feb 2021 .. i went to their office they said it will automatically deactivate within 7-8 working days . Still its active . Please take an action regarding this fake fraud company. I am attaching screenshots

                                Hi actually i having one dhani personal loan.. my due date is 5th of every month.. last month i didn't pay 5th jan.. for that 590 is charged as a bounce charges and on 7 th jan EMI amount debited from my account.. actually i didn't noticed that.. after few days customer care executive called my and told that you have only 2 Remaining EMi i[censored] pay today then one emi going to discount... So your loan will close on same day... I thought that ok our EMi is pending so we will pay as per their instructions... They send link and i paid EmI.. after that only i noticed that Jan month total 2 times i paid EmI... Still i got sms that Feb 5th is your next due... I don't what to do..

                                    My customer id is [protected] added money to wallet 1000 Rs from icici bank net banking on 25/1/2021 money deducted from bank account but not added to wallet. After 8 days i mailed icici and received the transaction id and send mail to dhani customer care. Send Mail to India Bulls but same bot reply Put Complaint in Consumercomplaints.in they called me and before calling the amount got reflected in account. Thanks to Consumer complaints forum

                                      I have a loan with indiabulls dhani. Since last month the app is so broken that i can't use it no matter how much i try .Whenever i click on profile, payment or any other option, it says to relogin into the app and the loop continues.I am having a really big issue with my dhani loan, so i want the app to work for me so that i can check all the details before going to court.
