              indiabull ke recovery gunde tisri baar aye the bina koi intimation ya communication writting me diye bina firse rbi aur supreme court ki guidelines ko toda he. Bina legal. Notice bheje, default kiye bina illegally recovery karke mere relatives ko call karke herresment kiya he. Upar se meri beijhati bhi kar rahe ge. Mera private data leak karke data bullying kar rahe he.
              Mere family ko court me ghasitke le jane ki dhamki di.

              Rbi, nbfc abhi bhi aap dekhte hi rahoge?
              ye haramkhor company par aage kitni complain ki.
              Ab muje lag raha he ki aap par bhi action lena padega. Court me pil dakhal karni padegi.
              Indiabull jitna aap log herresment karoge itna paise se hath dhonge.Paisa to aapko court me hi milega. Dam he to case karo fir batata hu ki herresment kaise hota he. Khoon karne ki dhamki kaise di jati he.Illegal recovery kaise hoti he.
              04/01/2021 ke baad aaj 21 din huve abhi tak aapne kuchh action nahi liya aur firse aaye aapke lukkhe gunde recovery ke liye.
              Restructuring dene ki aapki aukat nahi he. To abhi bhi action nahi liya to republic tv, divya bhaskar, gujarat samachar, sandesh me aapka case highlight ho jayega.
              Waise bhi maine local dsp ko to complain di hi hui he bas aapke gunde kuchh kare utni hi der he fir aisa path padhaunga ki recovery karna bhul jayenge.
              Aur cyber cell ka action bhi baki he.

                This company is really a fraud company, the CUSTOMER care advisor don't have the manners to talk to the CUSTOMER they are just shouting and they are arguing like they have owned this company.
                I have made the payment of my overdues and it's been three days it's not have been updated and i haven't recieved the cashback and it was a instant cashback. Really fed up with this company. And during the covid times they have introduce the games program in which they have said that they will give 1 rupee for 1 point then they checked thàt people are earning a lot so they have changed the terms and conditions like it's a 420 totally. They just harras me i have earned 9000 something point and in this hard time i thought that i will pay my emi from this but they have given me 150 rs at the end what a nice fraud. Due to this only i have not made the payment of my emi for three months and these ### have charges 3500 for emi over dues they have decreased my cibil score they have charged 295 for more than 10 times from ny account bloody fool company. I will file a case against this company and really pathetic CUSTOMER care service. It's a request please teach your advisor how to talk to the CUSTOMER.

                          Hello!

                          My Dhani registered Mobile Number is [protected].

                          I am not able to use the application. I am getting logged out automatically everytime. I tried to Contact Customer Care number but no one response. An automated system voice answers only and I am not able to talk to any human.

                          I tried sending email to Dhani Support and they are also send irrelevant replies. My account got deducted Rs. 125/- and I am not able to use the service. Why to keep paying when I cant even use the app and Services.

                            I have Loan Account Number: HHLNOD00206537 with Indiabulls. EMI deducted for home loan every month is 40771, however, this month only 35147.66 were deducted. When I reached out to Indiabulls they mentioned below as interaction ID IHF[protected]P4X6K8 CRM:0528588 dated 15th Jan 2021:
                            ”The Government of India has recently announced a scheme for grant of Ex-Gratia payment of the difference between compound interest and simple interest for six months to borrowers in specified loan accounts (1.3.2020 to 31.8.2020) - (the ‘Scheme’) vide circular no. RBI/2020-21/61 DOR.No.BP.BC.26 /21.04.048/2020-21 dated October 26, 2020 read together with other circulars/ guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the “RBI Guidelines”). As per these RBI Guidelines, housing loan is one of the categories eligible for availing the benefit under the Scheme.
                            With reference to your concern pertaining to EMI amount, we wish to inform you that, the money received by us from Government of India has been adjusted against you current EMI and only the balance EMI amount after adjustment is debited from your bank account.”

                            Now, later on 21st Jan 2021 I received mail from Indiabulls:

                            Dear VIKAS SOOD,
                            Greetings!
                            Please be advised that your account will be debited for Rs 5623.34 towards the EMI payment on[protected]:00:00 for Indiabulls Loan Account No. HHLNOD00206537. Kindly make arrangements for requisite funds in your account.

                            Also, today I noticed Indiabulls have deducted 746 from my account, without even notifying me. Is that legal?

                            I tried multiple channels to reach Indiabulls but they don't respond at all. Called [protected],[protected],[protected] but no answer. Sent mail to them, they dont respond. Raised query from my account, they don't respond.

                            Please HELP!!!

                                  I am deeply frustrated with this company and its business practices, terrible service and no customer care available, The Team does not respond appropriately on time and they have shut down all their customer care numbers.

                                  When people are in need they don't respond appropriately and have taken my money and not credited the appropriate cashback.
