I wrote mail to indiabulls home loan like 10000 times but these people are so irresponsive for your mail, your documents need, anything. I am so frustrated that i want to close the loan with indiabulls but it is impossible to get the documents from them, every time they submit the wrong documents. I have been struggling from june 2020 for the same and till date[protected] i have not received my documents. They will got to any extend to harass you mentally. no value of customer, no value of customer's time.

    It is impossible to talk with a customer care executive. only one customer care number most of the timeline busy. Chat cannot solve any problem. it feels like a fraud company.

      I booked a item on fli[kart and paid by Dhani Rupay Debit Card. For money prblm i canceled the order. Refund completed from Flipkart side but amount isn't credited in the Dhani ard till now. Rs.5000. After 3 days of applying Dhani Rupay card till now I hadn't get the physical card.

          I want to force closed my loan, but i'm unable to force closed my loan from dhani app. And many times i contact customer service but they are not any response in this my problem, please help me to force closed my loan, otherwise i take a legal action against dhani credit line.

              Request for refund of my 1.90 lacs taken by IndiaBulls on pretext of giving loans.
              I had applied for a personal loan of 1.5 lacs. The first communication of taking charges for passing the loan started on 30.10.20 with an amount of 3.5K which I deposited in their account & today is 5.1.20. And I have not received anything yet in my account. My grievance is till date the total amount taken from me by IndiaBulls on pretext of giving loans (mentioning that every charge would be refunded along with the loan) had reached 1.9 lacs. Finally, I was told that my loan has been cancelled as I don't have an insurance policy and hence for getting back my refund I have to pay Rs.17500/- as cancellation charges which I did. Even after that I was not given my own money. And the height reached when I was told after some days that my loan has been sanctioned & the amount is 3.80 lacs including my refund amount & for getting the amount I was told to deposit 20K again as NEFT charges. I declined politely & told them to return my 1.9 lacs as soon as possible. Instead I was forced & threatened to take the loan.

                I have transfered 5000 from my dhani wallet to my bank account. the app shows I havr transfered the money but I have not received the money. I am in dire situation and have waited for more then 4 hours. I transfered the amount at 10.30 and yet no credit. They have no one to speak to or chat. This is so wrong.

                  I have put on request to transfer of 5000 from my DHANI WALLET however its not tranfered after the TAT. It shows the money has been transfered but not in my account. They have no customer care number.

                      Hi. I transferred money from wallet to bank but the money did not credit to bank. Its arround 16 hours.kindly credit the amount.

                      It took 3 working days for the money to credit. Very slow service. Worst thing is that they cut a service charge for this and a poor service. Consumer should be notified clearly about 3 days moneumy transfer time before initating transaction..not some fine print.. Its should be a clear message.

                      It took 4 days for the money to come to my bank. Its very slow service.. Plus they charge money for each transfer.. They do not care about their customer.

                        I have transferred an amount of 10000rs yesterday and 10000rs today from dhani wallet to my bank account, but still now the amount is not credited to my account. I have mailed to [protected]@dhani.com also no feedback. I tried calling the customer service number also, but I couldn't reach them. Attached is the screenshot of the transaction.

                            I am an active loan user for Indiabulls with Loan number: S[protected]. I wanted to fore close this account. But I am not able to close the loan, I tried calling them sending then emails. There are no support. Its a scam initially they have offered me loan with 10 % interest however, after I have receiived the loan amount it was 17 percent. Its been more than 3years I am paying them I just want to close the loan account. But they treat their customers like dumb and stupid. Pathetic company and staff. They have hired bunch of goons. i have never missed an EMI. But their attitude is godlike. My number is [protected]

                                  I have a personal loan running with indiabulls loan account no. IPERGOA03383547 I was unable to pay 1 emi in December 20 as i lost my job and was facing financial difficulties. Your agent with the name of Manoj, mobile number [protected]]. That guy manoj gave me dhakti and frightened me. Gave insulting words to me I will file an fir against both of them and with the bank indiabulls. This is very very unacceptable, I urge people reading this message to never ever bank with indiabulls.

                                  Yes, the worst bank ever in the history of Indian banking system. Agents are local goons, they don't have dress, they are coming to collect the payments in half pants or trouser and using bad languages even they don't have id cards to show. I will lodge a complain on this for sure and also on bank. I know that will not affect anything to bank but atleast for my sake I ll do it for sure.
