Please check why indiabulls is having ecs in my account without any loan going of that amount .. other loan I'm laying on time then why the hell they are debting 300 every month

Hi sir Iam Jannapally Deviraj iam taking for 5000 dhani cash for six months monthly 120 interest so 5 th date deduction amount and taking monthly 500 to 600 deduction customer care is not working iam asking which person i will send complaint to dhanisupport mail but not taking complaint not response so kindly request for resend the exeeses amount plz not solution the compliant iam going to ombudsman plzz sir 2 months to dedution the amount

I have paid Emi's regularly. But in all months IVL deducting fraudly Rs. 200/-, Rs.300/-, Rs. 450/-like this. If i complaining in dhani support they are ignoring it and usually deducting every month. Please take necessary action because i am giving you emi's in lock down period also. Why you are doing like this fraudly behaviour. please give assurance to your customers. Because our money is valuable. Please take necessary action.

sir again on 05.11.2020 dhani creditline debited an amount rs.30, 004/- without verifying my creditline amount

Hj...My father Senniappan less educated taken personal loan in Indiabulls firm..we are from Coimbatore Tamilnadu

After few dues I spoke to the representative of Indiabulls and closed the loan by paying 20000 online on 21.03.2020...i have proof.

But again on April the EMI of Rs.1119 was deducted .

After that till October 2020 no EMI was deducted.

Now again this November 5th 2020 they again started deducting the amount.

Now when I contacted the employee he is saying I resigned job 6 months back...when am contacting Manager incharge he is saying am not responsible.This is not my job he is saying...

Really fed up with this India bulls financial firm...see what I got as Loan i paid back fully...but they have not yet closed the loan???
After paying loan amount they have rolled 2 EMIs...

What should I do now???

It's online complaint I don't know will I get solution...what I suggest everyone is don't trust India bulls...don't take any loans...

Let's see will I get any solution for this.

This is in reference to my personal loan which i want to foreclose. However in the dhani app services it’s not giving me the option of foreclosure under service request.

I want to foreclose my personal loan account however i am not getting foreclosure option in my dhani app under the following steps i followed:

"you can foreclose your loan through dhani application by following below steps

Step 1 - log into dhani application

Step 2 - go to""my active loan""available on the home screen
Step 3 - select the loan you wish to foreclosure
Step 4 - click on""service request""from the top right corner
Step 5 - select""foreclose account"" & set foreclosure date (Same date)

No option appearing for foreclose account under service request.

Hence i contacted the customer services via phone 6 times and all the times the associate girls who answered the phone were rude and kept telling me i cannot foreclose my pl as the emi date is 5th so the should wait till 14th of this month.
When i probed then that i require to close this pl as i have applied for home loan and it is in urgency, they disconnected the phone and was not ready to help.

I need help on urgency to get the foreclosure done for my pl account hence request assistance with the same.

Atleast le time know if the foreclosure icon not appearing in my dhani app under services is an issue then which dhani office i can visit in my city pune to get my foreclosure done as it’s not possible to wait till 14th of the month to close my pl with dhani

I have already paid all the forecloser of my loan amount RS 27659 as per NOC document shared by dhani, incident date - 3 NOVEMBER but stilll there is no response from dhani and also getting daily calls from dhani to pay EMI again and again, client number[protected]
For Rest Of India,[protected], and also during OCT EMI was paid in advance but still they have applied overdue charges of RS 487 which is wrong.

I have paid off my Home loan from IndiaBulls Housing finance with account number HHLPUN00420708 on 05/12/2018 of Rs. 3094392 and transferred to BAJAJ Housing Finance. Now I am again transferring my home loan from Bajaj to SBI, However the lawyer appointed by SBI says that the mortgage on this property from IndiaBulls is still showing on the records and they haven't removed the same even after issuing the No- dues certificate at the time of closure of Loan account. I want Indiabulls to act immediately and remove mortgage on top of my Property immediately from land & title records.

I have been repaying Loan EMI's consistently. Government has provided an interest waiver scheme due to COVID-19 and based on discussion from Indiabulls SPOC I got information that please do not opt in for a Moratorium benefit as it will cost you more in the future and will have compound interest burden into the Principal amount.

I managed my dues and have not yet bounced hence I am expecting the government interest waiver scheme should be applicable. When I contacted them and discussed this they said we have not received this scheme and not aware about this scheme too.

Based on their answers over the phone I am afraid if Indiabulls can help hence submitting this complaint. Please help.

I applied education loan from here and I didn't get loan nor refund my money amount of 34500 and the number and email that you have provided to me is unavailable so if you are not going to turn up I'm going to file against your company instead of helping out a student who are in need of money you took all the money from me and you are not even turning up so just wait and watch what I will do

I am very distressed customer of indiabulls. I had a personal loan of account no.. IPERBAN04066408 on 12.09.2019.
I had paid regularly emi of 28128 every month without defaulting till March 2020. But once government announced lockdown, I availed moratorium till August 2020 but unfortunately my training business had restrictions in Bengaluru, I closed the business in September 2020. Recovery agent came and collected emi of September 2020. But I received a notice, claiming I am defaulter and they added some fictitious amount and are claiming to clear 816000 where as i availed 765000 and I paid 250000 as emi. This is the classic example how these people are ruthless and trying to loot money from already distressed individuals. I was wondering as why farmers commit suicide. I think this is not country that belongs to me. My business is shutdown, I am on street, government has put lockdown, and these people are harassing? Who is responsible for the whole mess?

I have taken loan 2250 from Indiabulls Dhani and authorised them to deduct my interest and principle amount whenever it is due by auto debating facility. Now, they are deducting amount multiple times for other than loan. I asked for reason via mail. They are not responding properly. After multiple mail they are telling that reason for deduction is premium membership which I am not opted for that. They are looting customer by auto debating facility. Indiabulls is fraud company. They are looting customers. For 2250 loan I have paid interest as EMI regularly. Still they deduct 300 from account. I don't know how many times they will deduct till my loan clears. Their app not allow prepayment and clearing my loan.

Pls teach this fraud indiabulls proper lesson
