Hello, i am super frustrated with indiabulls housing finance limited. I have an active home loan with indiabulls (Lan: hhlvsh[protected]. I have raised a request for foreclosure letter last month, and i happen to understand that indiabulls have manipulated the principal outstanding number. My actual outstanding stands at inr 20, 21, 000/- as of april 2020 as per indiabulls mobile app, but they have quoted around inr 20, 56, 000/-. I have been chasing indiabulls for a clear clarification with supporting loan account statement, but indiabulls is not willing to answer any of my queries. Now, the shared foreclosure letters stays void since it crossed the timeline. I have dropped 3 different emails asking for a revised forclosure letter with clear clarification and justification on the numbers to be pasted in the letter + revised lod + loan account statement, but no one is willing to address the concern coz they know that they have goofed up. I want this to be fixed asap

I have received the statement of accounts and revised foreclosure letter from IBFL. I have a big problem with IBFL's calculations. The total amount financed is INR 23, 42, 538/-, out of which I have paid INR 3, 21, 784.17/- as principal till date. So ideally, the actual principal outstanding figure should be INR 20, 20, 753.83/- . So, I should expect a foreclosure amount that includes principal outstanding of INR 20, 20, 753.83/- along with other charges, if any. BUT, THEY HAVE SENT ME A TOTAL CLAIM OF INR 20, 82, 791.05/- WHEREIN THE PRINCIPAL OUTSTANDING NUMBER IS INR 20, 74, 264.13/-. This is a serious fraud for a middle income guy like me. I have been trying to connect with some1 but there is no one i can speak to.

No one contacted me from your end. It was me who dialled you guys and have tried to get some answers and solution out. Though the customer service rep was receptive but sadly the issue still stays UNRESOLVED...

    I am one of your loan customers of indiabulls. My loan account number is (Iperkol[protected]. I have mailed it many times before my final mail but my problem did not help that is why i am forced to send your final mail today. I have already informed you that i will repay my loan in full on may 31, 2020 for which you have also sent me an e-mail to receive the payment but it has not been updated in your account till one. I want to know what is the reason for doing this? My check is being bounced from the bank even after making the full payment. But i have all the evidence. I will send my payment proof again with this mail. Please resolved my problem first.

        I have opted loan of 17400rs from indiabulls dhani I'm regards to that I made my 2020 JULY MONTH EMI ON 3RD OF JULY BY THE PAYMENT LINK SENT BY THEM. AND I SENT AN EMAIL AFTER MAKING PAYMENT OF 1697 RS + charges =1709/- asked to confirm my payment by attaching bank statement from which I made payment and payment reference id along with screenshot and payment link message sent by them.

        I have taken loan of 50k. Till date i have done repayment of 5 emis on time.
        Then my balance amount should be below 40k. How the hell loan balance is reflecting as 51649.

            I had just missed one emi of indiabulls personal loan, which i had paid after 3 days with interest in the month ofeb 2020.
            Now today when i checking my credit report, it is showing still unpaid, what the hell! Everytime there server has issue.
            Dont no what wrong with that app. If within week my issue will not resolve, then i won't pay balance amount. Try your best. I won't pay.

              Why do I have a overdue Charges of 525.43? Even after successfully applied for moratorium. Why my Amount is getting deducted even after successfully registered for moratorium.why there is an ecs request, for every ecs Request I will be charged. Requesting you to remove all my overdue charges and stop ecs request.

                  I had taken a loan thru indiabulls in chennai.in march 2020, i tried applying for moratorium thru online but constantly got an error saying details do not match. Tried contacting the customer care / ivr number but the numbers don't work. Mails were sent to the id mentioned in the website but the mails bounced back.
                  I had contacted the person who was in touch with me from india bulls chennai team. He had told me about the moratorium details and i had accepted. Since then there was no calls or updates from team till may 2020. I was of the assumption it's bcoz of the moratorium was applied and hence there were no calls. On 1st week of june 2020, i tried to apply for moratorium extension online but got the same error. So contacted the bank person thru whatsapp. He asked me rudely if i had applied in march. I said i had spoken to you reg this and you had taken it up f9r which he rudely replied that i cannot apply for moratorium extension and dint give any proper reason. On june 12 the person named manikandan started calling me and abusing that i have to pay money. He was very rude and used unwanted words. I cut the call bcoz of his behaviour. Then he brought another person claiming to be his manage who was no way different to him. When they started abusing i recorded the conversation. I told them i would not be able to pay the money till august end. Also asked them why noone had contacted in april/ may if moratorium was not applied. They said there was internal profile allocation issue. I said as a customer how will i know this issue. Now they are threatening me to pay minimum 2 months emi of rs.33000 or saying they would stick some notice in my own. I am not aware how to handle this situation

                        I have paid my full loan amount by dec 2019, but still now i have not got insurance amount back after multiple mails and calls. Also when i am calling on call center number no one is picking call. Very worst service i am experiencing

                            I applied for personal loan, completed all formalities, paid indiabulls different charges and tax which were told to me that are refundable, still they have not credited my loan in my bank account. They are now telling me to pay emi before crediting my loan. I want all my money back which i paid to this scam company. Everytime the officials tell me that its been cleared and tells me to pay this and that money. I dont have money, in financial problems, hence trusted indiabulls and applied for a loan, where they are charging me in return with different fees and not giving my loan amount.

                                  On june 25, 2020. I paid my all 6months EMIs and charges at one go through paytm and phonepe.
                                  All dues are cleared but still Dhani didn't closed my those two loan ids.
                                  Kindly close my loan ids ASAP bcoz i have cleared all my dues from my end today and will not pay any further charges/penalties/bounce. I emaild them but they didn't gave any response to it.

                                  What is wrong with you guys? Both loans 6months EMIs and All charges were paid yesterday by me through your app. But why are you not clossing my loan ids? Listen very carefully, i will not pay anymore charges on these loans because i cleared all my dues yesterday from my end.i want dhani to CLOSE my loan ids ASAP otherwise i will take legal action against you guys for cheating and will not suggest anyone to take loan from Dhani.

                                    Inspite of payment they presented ECS mandate 3 times and my bank has charged bounce charges each time @ 590/bounce. Above that Indiabulls separately charged 472/bounce which I paid along with EMI but still the presented the mandate and tried to siphon money from account. Due to expected financial issue I had tried to pay June EMI on May 25th using digital payment option given in dhani app which failed due to their system error and they added the amount to general balance of wallet and asked me to use it for utilities payment instead of refund. It was the only money I had left which I had kept for EMI payment. Bank is not able to provide statement as it's amount on hold. I have received abusive calls from Hyderabad office asking for EMI payment. They have been harrassing me since lockdown started. Bangalore office is closed and no response from any of the customer care nos. I have around 1 GB of media including photos video and call recording that proves their incapacitated, horrible service.
