I was take two times loan from indiabulls consumer finance limited.
And i clear my total loan amount but still now i not get receive my noc. So, what can i do in this moment. Please help me, cause my credit score is decreased. I attached my documents with this massage.

    I am trying to get in touch with your customer care team on the phone.. It's extremely impossible to get in touch with your company..

        Lan no. Idhadel08530651. Your service is totally #. Despite making the complete outstanding dues on my account, still it is not updated in your system. I have even mailed you several times but no response generated. Called your customer care executives which is near to impossible to connect. However i am getting multiple calls asking for payment due. I warn you guys to do the needful as soon as possible or else i am directly going with complaint in cyber crime..

          I took loan 2 year back and paid full money with interest 5 months back but still I m waiting for my house original Sale Deed and getting response from customer service that please bear with us we are looking into it.
          Why they are not giving my ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, Not a single person call us that your loan is completed and you can collect the documents.

            never ever (and i mean never ever) apply for a home loan here

            I have refrained to complain even for the worst of the scenarios. But these guys have done it all. They are blood suckers and can be defined as modern day organised crime.

            Never ever (And i mean never ever) apply for a home loan here. Once you fall into their trap your life, income and saving is pledged. You will be like a pet dog with a strap. Its such a ruthless company that it will suck the life out of you.

                I have forclosed three accounts of credit line before my due date of 5th june nd you guyss still presented ecs which i got charges of 3000, what the hell??. Please resolve the issue and stop the ecs payment!!

                  Till now my query is not been resolved.
                  It is been more than a month and more over no proper response from dhani, very bad and pathetic service.

                  Fyi let me brief you once again what is the exact issue.

                  * on 3rd may i have paid dhani emi, which is of 1254+cash points
                  *again on 5th may balance is been deducted from my hdfc account
                  * later after multiple follow ups dhani transferred amount to dhani general balance, which is sense less.
                  * and i have escalated this issue multiple times that amount to be transferred to my hdfc bank account.
                  * in between i received call from your team sumit[protected], he said that manually amount will be transferred to my bank account, again i tried contacting him but no response

                  Till now it's not been done, in this covid crisis dhani has troubled me a lot. I wish complete dhani or india bulls should get shutdown and faces the issue badly without money and work.

                          These are the same loan credentials mentioned in my profile in dhani app.
                          These people are asking me to send correct loan account number but this is the loan account number mentioned in my app.
                          In last email they sent me a link where I'll be able to detail my issue.
                          Even on that link it says that this loan account number is invalid. I'm not getting why this is happening.

                          Second issue I wanted to avail moratorium for 3 more months as guided by RBI. I don't know whether these people are granting moratorium for three more months or not as there is no response from them. I've trying since days to get a response but to not avail.

                          An issue that arose because of their executive Amit Dahiya who misguided me when I wanted to avail moratorium is not resolved yet. I explained the whole issue in my last email to them. I asked their executive to help me avail moratorium. He said, "Ma'am maine karwa diya hai" meaning "I've applied your moratorium". After a few days, I got messages from Indiabulls to pay the EMI. I again contacted that executive, he said the same things again. Then I saw I've been charged with bounce charges thrice in this period. These people don't care that such a situation is going on, corona virus is at peak, there is no work nothing at all. But they are constantly charging me with bounce charges not caring about anything and not responding to my moratorium issue.
                          Third time I contacted that executive. This time he said that he didn't apply for moratorium for me, instead he has asked Indiabulls to put an option in my app through which I'll be able to avail moratorium.
                          I was furious but who to blame? That executive for misguiding me and wasting my time? It's Indiabulls that didn't even care to inform about moratorium.
                          After that, I googled about indiabulls moratorium. I found an email [protected]@indiabulls.com.
                          I sent an email. There was a response that they'll look into the matter and will reply in 4 days.
                          There was no reply. Nothing at all. O sent more emails. There were one or two replies which were completely useless and issue wasn't resolved. In fact, their reply had no relevance with the issue. This is their pathetic customer care.

                          Third issue is that in these unprecedented and testing times, these people didn't care what condition people like us are facing. It's really hard to make money in these times. But these people have charged me more than ₹1400 bounce charges.
                          Is this humanity?
                          I will pay my EMI only which is of ₹1033 each month.
                          I'll not pay any bounce charges otherwise I'm not able to pay anything.
                          In these times, I won't care about my CIBIL because it's impossible to pay this much.

                          I want these bounce charges to be waived off. Then only I'll pay the due EMIs.
                          And their support is pathetic and of no use. I don't know why these people don't get the issue at once. Their replies to emails are absolutely irrelevant each time. There is no response to phone calls.

                          They've replied 3 times but all were useless replies. They don't care that their customers are asking them something and want them to resolve their problems. I've sent so many mails on all their email ids but to no avail. Infact, the indiabullsloan email id and covid19 email id of Indiabulls is not reachable. Gmail postmaster replied back to me that some mails could not be delivered.

                          I don't understand what kind of firm these people are running. My loan repayment date is 5th of every month. Even today on 1st of June, I'm getting messages from them that they'll deduct emi from my account but how?

                          I'm not able to pay, I won't pay bounce charges. Because at this time, I don't have this much money. I'll only pay what my emi amount is.

                          If they won't reply or resolve my issue and I won't pay anything, let the bounce charges be charged again.

                          If this time they're not able to solve the issue then no EMI will be paid by me. Until the bounce charges are not waived off and the issue doesn't get resolved, the loan will remain due.

                          I don't want to avail any moratorium. Just waive off those extra charges and I'll the emis which are left at once.
                          I've been saying this in my emails since days. You've been insensitive that you've charged me more than 1400 in this lockdown because emi was bounced.
                          I'm ready to pay but only the emis and not those extra charges as it's difficult to arrange funds during these problematic times.

                            I send request for EMI moratorium to indiabull by mail and by link (https://www.indiabullshomeloans.com/contact-us/emi-deferment-request) but still my EMI hit in my bank. But due to insufficient amount it bounce and deduct amount for bouncing charges also.

                            I try to contact to help line number but no one answer me.
                            Also try lots of complaint mail but no reply. Try to contact person whose number is with me but no reply.

                                I'm kiran shinde having personal loan with indiabulls dhani app. They have given us a facility so called dhani games to earn cash and reduce the emi, which i have used and also earned cash in thousands of rupees. But as per their guidelines they did not converted that cash into my dhani wallet (Even though i have paid the emi's on time).in fact they have deducted that dhani cash without informing me. I have tried to contact them but their team is not available to support by giving lockdown's reason. Please help because i have spent more that 3 months time on it just to play games.

                                Even I got the same problem I have my first due on 5 th of September I got a message like this, Your Dhani Cash has been debited by Rs. 3448.0 for non realization of EMI payment.                                   I trird my best to cooperate with indiabulls but of no use.
                                  They are not following rbi guidelines. From march to till date contacted via emails and calls but no satisfactory response from their side.
                                  Mailed today to further avail moratorium june to august 2020 no response got.

                                    Hi team,

                                    This email is regarding extra emi deducted from my bank account and it is been reimbursed to dhani general balance - which is irrelevant.

                                    I would request you to transfer the amount to my hdfc bank account.

                                    Loan agreement : 30824283

                                    They are forcing us to use their products and services.

                                    Worst and pathetic response, i request others not to buy any products from dhani or india bulls.

                                      I have submitted online request for lod and foreclosure for my Home loan and I am trying to call customer care :[protected] on toll free no but now toll free no also not working to connect customer care . who we can reached out ? this is not a first time they are doing it.

                                      So please help me i want to switch my loan so please give me lod and fore closure letter
