I, Sunil kumar naik.They approved my loan. Asked processing fee 5500. After that again I paid loan agreement of 9999. They said 6-24 hours it would be credited, After I paid that they are not responding.     They have deducted only 3500 in principal amount and rest in interest they have collected 165000 in whole year as my monthly emi is 14106 and and loan tenure was for 15 years and they have increases to 30 years without prior notice and rate of interest is 10.50 % that too without intimation

          We Pinnacle piling worked on the above mentioned project, the work was abruptly stopped by India bulls in October 2019 but they have not paid the legitimate dues and are not even responding, totally unprofessional company.

              Dear Sir,

              This is in reference to the above subject my Loan A/C # is S[protected] I have been paying my EMI on time for the last 12 - 13 Months. But due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to pay my 2 months EMI on time so i have requested collection agent to give me time till I arrange the amount which was accepted by them but before the time they have visited my Office and spoke ill about me, and call my office land line number saying that he is a Lawyer and took my CEO number call him telling him all non-sense, is my CEO responsible for my loan did you people ask him and give me the loan . Now because of this my Job is at stake, in-spite of all this they have reached my home resident and created useless talks among my neighbor and spoke to my sister very rudly used all foul langue shouting near my house all this happened in my absent i have not done any crime for them to do this kind of act . this has affected my life. and my sister.

              Sunil agent is saying that I have fogged all my Document and took a loan and he will see to it he will put me in Jail and threatened with dire consequences .
              I have the call recorded what ever he has spoken .

              If i have done that how did all my EMI get debited all all most 1Yr and how did i get a verification done at my house and my office before loan disbursement .
              ( 9XXXXX2414 ) this is my personal number for last 10yrs am using it. how did i get tele phone call from IVL finance people, If i have done fraud then i wouldn't been traced .

              Mr Arvi collection manager had come to my house and was looking to get into my the house and was telling his coluge try and go inside the house and take some thing. This happened when my sister was all alone at home.

              Now i want the consent Team to get me time to pay my EMI in next 2 months only . or I will log and complaint against Indiabulls and its collection agent for mental harassment .

              Now due to Covid19 all are worried all office are closed in India but INDIABULLS are working and still they are calling and saying pay the money or I will come home and sit till I pay when I have no money how should i pay .
              Kindly looking into this matter.

              India Bulls have not resolved my issue instead they are asking me to contact their call center. There is no use of calling them because. They will say they have no authority in their hand and cannot help me in any ways, I remember last time when i called Customer care team i spoke to a madam ( Ashmitha ) she is the manager, she said will get back to me when ever i call her she was in meeting ( morning afternoon and in evening before 5pm) . till today she has not call be with any info. I ask collection team to give me some time to settle the EMI they gave me but with lot of mental touchier every now and then they called me for the emi but some how i managed to give them, There is no use of complaining of complaining to Indiabulls team they are least bothered about you issue. YES DUE TO FINANCE PROBLEM I HAVE TAKEN LOAN BUT PAYING THE EMI, but this kind of behavior is not good. Collection manager Arvin is really mad he comes near my house and telling his collection team see if you can get into the house and take some thing and go. no one will take any action against Indiabulls because, Arvin says that he is from SRIRAMPUR in Malashwarm and no one has any guts to touch his team . What help can i get ???? I request People not to take loan from this INDIABULLS, try different ways to get loan but not them.. I have not received any response from them and my issue is not resolved.                 With reference to home loan app no. 985353 and 985055, which was processed somewhere during july-august 2018, indiabulls housing loan department has not disbursed loan to builder after taking the processing fees against both the applications. After several inquiry with them, i came to know that they were having some financial issues within indiabull and processing fees will be refunded back. Since then a lot of e-mail communications with indiabulls representative has happen but all results in waste of my energy and time. I have not received processing fees refund till date.

                Can someone from indiabulls team look into this matter and resolve this issue urgently.

                          My home loan from DHFL was transferred to India Bulls housing post which I foreclosed my home loan on 15th Nov'19. I'd paid an EMI on 10th Nov'19 however same didn't reflect in foreclosure letter dated 15th Nov'19 I was mislead that same would be refunded Ive been waiting since for refund.I've approached Branch, customer care and written innumerable mails but haven't received satisfactory response.
                          I'm told that there is restrictions due to NCLT order however It is widely reported in media that India Bulls entities are exempted from such restrictions.

                            I applied for pre approved top up loan in dhani app and it completed all formalities. The amount is pending from 2 march and today is 10 march i still did not get amount credited to my account.

                            I have called many times to customer care and they have escalated it to concerned team. I never got a call back nor my amount. Request you to kindly disbursed the amount at the earliest.

                                  Wrong repayment details reported to cibil institutionsof month oct nov & dec 2019 it's badly effected my cibil score. I am trying to resolve it since jan 2020 to till date, contacted grivience customer service & customer care call centre many times but unresolved, really i am not happy.                                     I installed Indiabulls Dhani application in August month last year. I did not submit any personal documents in the application and I simply registered myself with them.
                                    However, I'm seeing the loan application inquiry from IVL Finance Ltd company and later when I researched more I came to know that this company is associated with Dhani Indiabulls company.

                                    I'd like to know how the inquiry request was sent on behalf of me without my consent for my application? I would like to get that request removed from my inquiry list as it is incorrectly added to the credit report.

                                    I would like to share more details with the team separately as this is a public forum and I don't want to show my personal details on this platform.

                                      My wife take a loan since jan2019 and she will pay properly emi on time but on last month january 2020 she misses her emi bcoz of her wedding occasion but 10th to 15th january one executive call her and she told him to she will pay but he continued call her 15-20 time in a hour and he only call with his personal number and he also call on 8pm 9pm at night and he said send her emi amount in his bank account when she refused to emi amount on his bank account he again call on yesterday 28/02/2020 at night around 9pm to 10pm (Mark my point he call her at night around 9pm to 10pm and he again ask her to send her emi amount on his bank account he call to some another person on call and take conference line and he said that person his manager and she dont know how that person on call he is starting to abused word on call..
                                      I really don't know how to appointment that type of executive in indiabulls

                                        My father is 64age missed this month emi, since his business is dull and i have replied to agents that i'll pay by march 1st or 2nd. They still keeping calling and coming to our house. And now the agent entered my father's shop and harassed him in front of our customers. Demanded the payment right now, the agents told my father that they won't leave until he pays. Pl08049673
                                        This is worst company to get loan from whom are following strong arm tactics on old people.
