Hi,

This complain is regarding the loan of inr 12381 that i have applied for.

After completing the necessity. The loan amount was showing disbursed and also the app was telling that the amount is credited to my account.

But i haven't received the amount yet. Even i have mailed to their team and called them, but they are saying to wait for 24 hrs.

I have provided the document the requested for, but still no sign of the amount being credited and the loan still shows availed by me.

Such response is not good.

I lost my believe in india bulls.

Kindly do the needful at priority.

    I have foreclosed my dhani loan pl04765393 on 14 feb 2020 but till now i have not received the noc letter. Every time call there customer care i get answer as we have escalted your case and wait for 24 hours. I have raised so many service request as well and sent emails but no response from indiabull dhani. I had even spoke with there supervisor and she had promised that i will get it by wednesday eod but again nothing happend. I have even shared the bank statement for the transcation made.

      I had called at call center and she said to that she is arranging call back from Insurance Team. It's almost a week I have not got any call. What foolish people you have in team. They don't have shame. They don't even think about reputation of indiabulls. Please look into this, I am trying to get my refund from Dec 2019.

      I had received message from HDFC saying my refund credited to Indiabulls on 28 March 2020, I have waited for a week but still amount is not credited to my account. Please resolve this, I m waiting from last 4 months.

        Mr sanjay recovery agent was rude threatening me to pay the emi now when i told him that i will pay by next month as financial condition in not good. He start shouting at the top of his voice and threatening me to pay it right now or he will show me, he ask me to sell my house holds and pay him otherwise the result will me not good. I again request him that i can’t pay today will pay by next month on this he start abusing me and start to kick the door.

          Dear sir, i have requested repayment schedule on 24th jan 2020 for my personal loan and 25th jan 2020 for my dhani top up loan. Till date i did not received the repayment schedule... Today when i call again the customer care they are telling need to wait for 24 hours...
          Really very worst experience i am having with indiabulla...

            Dear sir,
            My registered number is [protected] and my loan id is iperluco1132704 and for which due date is 2nd of every month.
            I am facing two problems regarding my loan :
            1) deduction of emi before due date - every month they deduct emi in the midnight of 1st (Screenshot attached). If i am unable to make sufficient balance on 1st of every month then the penalty will be charged on same night. Can you please explain which bank works on weekends and at midnight? My other loan timing of emi deduction is in bank working hours (I. E., between 10 am to 5pm, rarely it happens till 8pm).
            2) customer care number is out of service - i tried with different numbers to customer care but it always says that number is out of service.

            I only want that the emi deduction should be in bank working hours or between 10am to 10pm. And, my penalty should be waived off.

            There is no response from DHANI TEAM till now. They have asked for my bank account which I sent them again 6 days ago, Please find attached screenshot for the same. They told me that they are working on it but again I got the msg to pay the penalty (screenshot attached)

            No resolution has been given so far. As you can see screenshot at which deduction has been made.
            Still no solution had been given and asking to pay the penalty.

              Hi,

              I have taken loan from indiabulls.

              I made all emi payments till last month but since my financial condition and my health, not good, I told your executives I will not be able to pay in near term but will make payment as my financial condition and health gets better.

              I am never denying from payment in future.

              The person with number saying he is from indiabulls legal department and sending messages with regional manager at bottom(contact no - [protected]).

              when I am asking him for his details like emp code and all, he is not sharing.

              First he went to home, created scene there talking absurd abt me to everyone and then he called me and said until I make payment everyday the guy will come and sit at my door until I make payment.

              You guys are harassing me only, I have made all payments till not and neither I am ever denying from payment, for now I have no money, in future will make payment.

              I am attaching screenshots of my messages and chats.

              I have sent email to customer support too but no response from there

              please look into this to the earliest.

              Today I got call from Prakash LL

              He said he is the regional head of Indiabulls.

              This is his number

              He said they have to go legal after I explained my situation.

              I never denied payment I just said right now I have no way to make payment as my financial condition and health not good. In future once its gets better will make payment.

              But he has said one more statement when I asked him to stop harassment from his colleagues, he said harassment will go until I wont make payment.

              If your zonal head is saying he supports harassment what more to tell.

              If you need call recording I can share that too, but please look into this to the earliest else I have to file a police complaint related to harassment.

              I wont be sending any email further, if the harassment continues I will file police complaint and report to banking ombudsman.

              One of Indiabulls employees is stalking me on facebook and threatening to call each and every friend of mine.

              I can share whatsapp screenshot if needed.

                Hi, indiabulls team
                I have taken a home loan in 2014 existing account - hhhlvas00370367
                . Allo sudden they have changed my account number and increased roi from 9.5 to 13.05 with out any prior intimation. Now current market roi is near 8.5 % buy they are charging so much high interest rate.
                They have also taken rs 2850 in year 2017 to reduce my interest rate but still do nothing. I have send several mails to it's customer but response is always same that our representative will call you. Please suggest or i have to go to consumer court.

                Yes, today I got a call from Indiabulls and they are demanding 7 blank cheque from my side and 4 from my wife .why so much necessary to reduce ROI .

Still my account is still not closed, also i am being levied unnecessary charges. This is a complete harrasment. Also i had submitted a client master to transfer my stock to other account amd this is also not done.
                  Indiabulls security people need to call at [protected] and have this issue resolved asap.

                    Actually meri emi date hai 5th for every month.. Jan 5 meri emi bounce ho gyi thi then dhani ne ek link share kiya tha to maine usme payment kr diya ar unke executive ko share bhi kiya but 21 of jan ko inhone mere account se fr se emi deduct kr liye.. So meri request hai ki meri dobara emi jo deduct ki h wo refund kre jaldi se jaldi

                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                      This is with regards to my loan amount, without prior notice or email my loan amount was increased without my information and now the bank people (Makran) is calling my mom and asking for the cash. This is not professional!!! If the emi amount has changed i need a hard copy or an email stating the emi has changed and not just call my mom and ask for money. Her name is secondary on the loan amount, they should call me if they require anything. I already sent a mail in december that i want to change bank and transfer my loan amount but i haven't got any reply yet. Also, after repeatably asking about pmay on my loan amount to arvind shetia who's suppose to be the person to let me know about everything from indiabulls never has any reply to anything i ask him, he also never knew my emi amount changed. The only thing everyone says i will check and get back to you and no reply from anyone!! Very frustrating!!! But the minute the emi amount bounced they reach my house to ask for money, totally not acceptable!!!
                      My loan account number is hhlbor00385954. I want an email stating my loan amount is changed only then will i make a payment and i want to change bank because i have received the worst service with this bank. Requesting the following documents.

                      1. Balance payable statement.
                      2. Indiabulls sanction letter.
                      3. Copy of agreement.

                      Also, an update on the discount on my loan (Pmay). Requesting you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible and update me. I'm sure you can see all my details with the help of my account number. If not please email me on [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I am interest to transfer said home loan to union bank of india.
                          I want a four closure letter from indiabull.. But his executive is not able to make a foreclour letter or receiveing the balance hiome loan amount.

                            అది తెలిసిన వాళ్ళ మేనేజర్ 2members collection agents ని ఇంటికి పంపాడు.
                            మళ్ళీ phone చేసి మీరు కలవాలంటే video record చేసుకోండి మీరు amount కట్టే వరకు మా ఏజెంట్స్ మీ ఇంటి ముందే వుంటారు అని బెదిరిస్తున్నాడు.

I am sorry to say that after my two reminders, Indiabulls Moti Nagar office did not release the installment of Rs. 4, 18, 713/- against demand letter for basement roof slab. Please expedite the matter.

                                  Hi good morning, my complaint is regarding my dhani loan. As of i have taken loan in indiabulls dhani and my due date was on 2nd of every month. But i was not able to pay the amount on 2nd because of some major personal issues. So they have charged cheque bounce charges, including cheque bounce charges i had paid the amount 1470/- on[protected]. And my every month emi is 998/-. After paying it in the morning they have deducted the amount 998/- in the evening also. And still the amount is pending is been showed in dhani loan app, and customer care executive is repeatedly call back to back and forcing to pay the amount after payment is cleared. So i here representing the proof of the payment done from my side and other details.

                                  Indiabulls dhani has deducted the amount extra from my account and they had promised it will be refunded in 3 working days they give fake and fraud oaths. Its already 5 working days even single rupees has not yet been refunded back. When we make payment delay Indiabulls Dhani company puts cheque bounce charges and other penalty charges for one day payment delay, But when its our money no penalty nor extra added money.. INDIABULLS DHANI COMPANY PEOPLE GIVE FAKE AND FRAUD OATHS TO THE CUSTOMER.

                                    1. This is to inform you that i am a customer of indiabulls dhani, my loan account no. Is - iperkol02458039, for the loan amount of rs.21400/-.
                                    2. On may-2019, i had taken the above mentioned loan & till now i have regularly paid the certain monthly emi of rs.1242/- (Including penalty/late fine).
                                    3. On 6th january, i have paid the current month emi of rs.1242/- & received the below mentioned successfulltransaction message :- (Thanks for the payment of emi for your dhani credit line loan id[protected]. Login to dhani app https://abcd.onelink.me/zcy7/46125f04 to shop more using dhani credit line).
                                    4. But, on the same day itself, i have received another message as mentioned below:- (Dear customer, emi of your indiabulls dhani loan pl21184839l is dishonored. We will represent the emi in your a/c by 07.01.2020. Please maintain sufficient balance).
                                    5. On the next day, 7th january, a lumsump amount of rs.700/- was deducted automatically from my bank account.
                                    6. Till now, i have paid & cleared all the monthly emi & penalty charges & thus, there is no such due amount remaining from my side. Thus, i am confused & don't know why i have received this ""dis-honoured"" message.
                                    I request you to please look into this matter on an urgent & serious basis and refund me back my certain & extra deducted amount of rs.700/- on my savings bank account immediately.

                                      In december 2019.. An agent came to me to recover that months emi and i have transfered him through phonepe and on the same the day the emi got debited from my bank account too. I have asked the agent about this and he says he will transfer the amount now and then but its been 10days nearly and im not getting any amount. What should i do now and please take necessary action on the agent because i think he has used the amount which i have transfered.. I have attached a photo of my account statement

This credit goes to you only, I had complained in the various platforms but you was the only person responded towards my issue, actually I lost my belief and thought that I am not going to get my refund but finally I got it

                                        This complain is regarding the TopUP loan of INR 12000 that I have applied for.

                                        After completing the necessity. The loan amount was showing Disbursed and also the app was telling that the amount is credited to my account.

                                        But i haven't received the amount yet. Even i have mailed to their team and called them, they said due to incorrect beneficiary details the amount is not credited.

                                        I have provided the document the requested for, but still no sign of the amount being credited and the loan still shows availed by me.

                                        Such response is not good.

                                        I lost my believe in India Bulls.

                                        Kindly do the needful at priority. If you guys even care a bit
