I had taken a personal loan via indiabulls dhani app and its been more than 1.5 years that i am paying the emi for that. Now i want to foreclose the loan and surprisingly indiabulls don't have any other option to foreclose apart from paying via their indiabulls dhani app which is basically an app of lags. I logged onto the app to find there is no option of foreclosure in the payment of loan section contrary to what i had been told by indiabulls customer care and it's highly irritating. Since last 1 week i have been calling their customer care daily to escalate the issue and to work with their backened team atleast to provide me the option of foreclosure in the dhani app or via any weblink but of no luck! All they are doing is letting me talk to their customer care floor managers and providing me a ticket number everyday saying indiabulls server platform is down from last 1 month and the issue will be taken care of but till now nothing has been done and unnecessarily i am paying interests because of indiabulls # app! Now even one customer care guy has confessed to me that it's a scam by indiabulls to purposefully not provide foreclosure option so that people will be paying interest amount unnecessarily and i feel that's true because these fraudsters are doing exactly like that! So first of all to all the indians, please beware of this # company! And purposefully indiabulls is not providing options to foreclose my loan. I request here on this platform to indiabulls to please look into my issue asap or else i am gonna file a case against indiabulls.

Note: attached is the screenshot where there is no option of foreclosure contrary to what had been said by indiabull's customer care.

After much ordeal, I finally got the foreclosure letter and razorpay link and I paid the entire amount on 18th november only to foreclose my loan ! But it's been more than 3 working days the account is not closed yet and while calling the customer care it's coming either I am blocked or no response !! What the h*ll is going on !! My vibil is messed up bvoz of these frauds.Please resolve it immediately and close my account . I already have shared my payment success screenshot to service_dhani @indiabulls.com and I am done with you Indiabulls frauds !! Just close the account immediately !

        I took a loan of rs 20000, i was told i will get 250 rs as cashback. I haven't got anything till now. I did alot of mails on your these ids given by customer care representatives.

        Either indiabulls is a fraud company or making their customers fool by giving them offer before loan and after the loan.
        In future i will never recommend indiabulls to any family members relatives and my friends.
        Indiabulls behavior is kind of mental taurcher for me and i have to gone through this taurcher.

That i am repeatedly requesting the company to charge my bank account for five months but the company is not able to solve my problem. Whenever customer care calls [protected], every time a new comment is received. But no one gives the right information, it is simply spoken. That we have forwarded your request. Soon our executive will come to you but no one comes (Will there be such servies of indiabulls dhani company, then i will not call or email because i cannot be in trouble everyday. [protected] for payment and i told him to pay on 07th of nov, but your person is misbehaved me and also using negative words to me and my family. Is this a way to behave your customers.                   I have purchased a flat in PanOasis society Sector 70 Noida through Mr. Arun Chaudhary and Mr. Narender Gupta in the month of July 2019 . At the time of deal they committed that they will get install hawell's fan and lights in my flat but later they have turned there words and I have get these works from my own pocket and spent Rs. 15000 thus both have cheated me because of that mental agony .                     With reference to app no. 985353 and 985055, which was processed somewhere during july-august 2018, indiabulls housing loan department has not disbursed loan to builder after taking the processing fees against both the applications. After several inquiry with them, i came to know that they were having some financial issues within indiabull and processing fees will be refunded back. Since then a lot of e-mail communications with
                    Indiabulls representative has happen but all results in waste of my energy and time. I have not received processing fees refund till date.

                    Can someone from indiabulls team look into this matter and resolve this issue urgently.

                          Hi my name is varsha sharma. My loan account number is pl03900950. I took loan in oct 2018 for 50k but i regret now. Because of some reason my emi ac was closed and in december 18 i informed there collection guy to tell me procedure to change my ac but he dis not help. Then i email there customers service but i just received the reply to keep docs ready but no one collected n here the painful journey started the collection guy called meat 10 pm n harrased. I have screenahot. The collection guys calling to those ppl whome i contact for job a consultancy basically. I dong how they get there number. It means u guys are tracking my outgoing calls. Finally in march a manager called sudarshan spoke but he said it will take 3 months to change my ac but when i called customer care the lady said it will take 2 days but she did not arrange any executives and non of collection guys or manger sudarshan ready to share email for complaint. Till now i m paying manually on 1 st of every month but u guys have imposed ck bounce charge of 7k which i wont pay because this ur mistake. I vl pay only remaining 3 emi. Please help me otherwise forget the payment because 3 or 4 ppl came to collect money at my home but y cant u cm to my home to collect docs? This mess is all because o[censored]r ppl's inefficiency. I have informed u n paying. I have all records n email n screenshot. Please collect from me.

                            Dear, this company charged most of interest without any information. Itake only 2000/- loan their executive inform me it is fully intrest free no extra charge given by me. But they first deduct 400 rs from my loan amount and only pay 1600 and after that i miss my emi they charged 472/- and also 23 rs per day late payment fee. When i asked their executive on call customer care they said when you pay all the loan amount youbwill be charged intrest to close the loan account.
                            Ia am not paying this extra amount, i only want to pay 2000/- which has given me tk say that it is intrest free. Resolve this problem otherwise i take action against the company in fraud earning to customer.

                              My name is Ravi Kumar and I am a responsible customer of your respected company, I have taken a personal loan Loan No-S[protected] in May 2018, And I was paid monthly emi continuously. But due to some personal reason I have lost my job and due to this reason I am unable to pay 3 installments in last previous month's, I have committed for that I will pay all dues in Feb-2020 or will close my this loan. and I regularly in contact with all employees who called me even I was meet them regularly on his call. But at the date of 23/10/19 in noon 6 person's has came in to my home with out any prior call/notice and having very bad behave with my wife and used abuseing language and stick a demand notice at my main door. and speak very harsh voice in my locality. Its a very shameful activity in my home and I feel very guilty and shameful. Please do the needful justice.

                                  This is pramith joardar (200743) and i had worked for 15 months with indiabulls distribution services ltd. As an associate manager sales for the period of may 02 2014 until the effectively of my resignation which was july 01, 2015.

                                  Despite the fact that i have completed everything that needs to be submit and expected to be settled from my end until now, i still don't have my experience latter and my relieving letter which is important for the company where i am working now.                                         I have been waiting for my pradhanmantri yojna benefit more than a year have still not got as well i had spoken with the customer service department they said they have already filed the complaint and would look on it as priority but have not got any revert on the same.. I have even visited the branch there as well they had mentioned that they would raise up the issue and would also provide me the benefit but not got anything.. I have been given such a high interest rate as well as no benefits even though this is my first loan and fish house.. I have only one loan and i was even told that i qualify for this benefit but they have still not provided..

                                        When we took the loan 15 months ago, the rate of Interest was 10%, now it has increased to 12.8%, this when the interest regime is coming down drastically in the past year.
