Hi,

This complain is regarding the TopUP loan of INR 12000 that I have applied for.

After completing the necessity. The loan amount was showing Disbursed and also the app was telling that the amount is credited to my account.

But i haven't received the amount yet. Even i have mailed to their team and called them, they said due to incorrect beneficiary details the amount is not credited.

I have provided the document the requested for, but still no sign of the amount being credited and the loan still shows availed by me.

Such response is not good.

I lost my believe in India Bulls.

Kindly do the needful at priority. If you guys even care a bit

      This is to highlight the concern that against the loan account.

      Account - IPERKOL02935593
      loan Agreement[protected].

      The EMI of INR 715 was to be deducted on 2.1.2020.

      But the same amountis deducted twice with 10 minutes.

      This is just pathetic.

      How can you people do this.

        IndiaBulls agent offer a loan for me of Rs.31200/- with one year tenure He offered choose my loan tenure. I strictly told if you give one year tenure i'll apply this loan otherwise i don't. He said OK with this. I choose one year loan tenure Emi of Rs.3151/-. And he said we deduct charges of Rs.1200 and we will credit amount of Rs.30000/-. But nothing happened as he said. I got amount of Rs.28582, with two year loan tenure (EMI - Rs.1859). i didn't receive any loan agreement, repayment schedule from that agent. I asked him, He said, i don't know about that charges and tenure. Why indiaBulls cheating like that. If i accept that i will pay IndiaBulls will get extra interest of Rs.6804/-. Why are they cheating like this. I need to IndiaBulls fix this issue.

          I had applied for a loan of 100000 for 24 month. And a staff from mob no. [protected] had contacted me and bought my all personal documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, voters id, bank statement(with password) etc told to pay 3150 rupee as processing fee and i payed thatfrom the amount for my medical issues. After that a message got me saying that i have to pay 11035 more to credit the loan amount. I need the right loan amount in the next 24 hours or i need a compensation of one lakh for the defamation under section 499 of honorable Indian Penal Code

            Dear mr. Suresh & nandakumar,
            Please find attached my bt cheque issued by india bulls to kotak mahindra bank account no 60462646 for rs 604557.00 against the balance transfer dated on 01/08/2019.
            Due to the delayed submission from our side to arrive at the preclosure of the kbl's pl the 3 month validity of the cheque is over by now and the cheque is not accepted by the kotak bank. As we had some health issues at my family with surgeries i could not complete the bt procedures in the past 3 months and the emis are getting passed from my bank automatically.
            I here by request you to kindly re issue valid cheque for the same amount and help us immediately to settle the bt with kotak bank.

            Kotak bank is charging daily interest for the broken period of rs 181.00 per day hence your speedy action and compliance is appreciated i am looking forward for the same.

                Issues-

                1) rm chasing the customer and stressing to reveal password to do trade on customers behalf
                2) providing false information on the brokerage on the entire transaction and confusing the customer with false stock price.

                Brief-

                I had been harassed by the rm (Anupama patle) frequently to do the trade or reveal my password of my demat account ([protected]) with indiabulls trading account so that she can do trade on my behalf.

                I was chased almost every week from the past 1 year to reveal my password or do a trade myself. Finally i was convinced to trade over the phone, i was trapped by rm who provided a false stock price as rs 2100 instead of actual stock price rs 21000 for stock “eichermotors” and was told that the brokerage amount to be rs 2000 for the entire transaction to be done over the phone. I was forced to buy 100 quantity over the phone received from indiabulls, after buying the stock realised that the stock price is rs 21000 and traded in margin an amount of 21 lakhs. I felt cheated, and had encountered a huge loss due to my rm (Anupama) and rs 34, 000 was collected as brokerage by indiabulls.

                I am completely unaware of the concept of margin and how did they give me a margin of rs 21 lakh when i am having a portfolio of 7 lakhs.

                  Hi india bulls team,
                  I am sending this email to express my extreme dis satisfaction against the level of service i have received with india bulls as a home loan customer. below is a synopsis of the situation:-i had initially taken up loan from dhfl of 30 lakh wherein i was supposed to pay 9.7% as roi however due to dhfl stocks crashing it was moved to ihl and thats where my issues started.i got an email after few days that my roi has been increased by india bulls from 9.7% to 11.7% and same will be applicable effective september 1st.being from banking industry i was aware that while taking loan, i would have signed a clause of giving my consent to transfer the loan anywhere to dhfl. hence, only option for me was to opt out of ihl ( due to high roi) and save my money.i reached your ihl office at janakpuri metro station at the end of september to discuss about reduction of roi however as there wasn't much your staff could do, i had requested to close the loan. i was advised by your staff that since the accounts are getting migrated from dhfl to ihl, i would need to wait till october first week after which ihl will be able to take my request for loan closure.in the month of october too the story did not change. i asked for two documents foreclosure letter & list of documents from ihl to move my loan to lic however i was informed now that tat for the same will be 21 days ( this could have been saved had your executive @ janakpuri taken the request then) however instead of 21 days it took almost 68 days for ihl to issue my lod and same was recieved on 5 dec after raising it on social media which stand null and void now as my loan is already been transferred.based on initial tat committed by ihl, i had simultaneously started processing my case with lic for balance transfer and same got approved and sanctioned on 30th october however could not get the same disbursed as i had not received list of documents from ihl which was a pre requisite for loan disbursal.as it was getting delayed, i had spoken to dhfl and requested lic to accept lod from dhfl in the interim as india bulls was working as incompetent service provider.finally i was able to get the amount disbursed from the bank and now ihl came with another goo[censored]p. after paying my installment for the month of november my principal was supposed to be 25.7 lpa however ihl even after taking my installment had no update for the same in their database. all foreclosure letters sent by ihl till 18th november had my outstanding principal as 26.14 lpa. if you look at number of foreclosures i have requested ( atleast 10 times) in the month of november same will be clarified however none of them had correct information.while waiting for ihl to get foreclousre & database updated, i had to incur hefty intrest for both lic & ihl now as my lic was already approved on oct 30th and till novemeber end, ihl could not trace my payment made to them. irritated with the service i approached your rajendra place branch wherein only option i was given was that our systems are trying to find your payment, in the meantime you can either wait or make another payment and we will refund you the amount once we find your paymentcursing myself for the situation i was brought in, i had to take 50k on interest from muthoot keeping my gold there to take me out of ihl messbelow are my questions on the situation i faced:-i understand that dhfl has all the rights to transfer my loan anywhere however my concern is the way ihl has taken over the service from dhfl.ignoring the roi increase part, i was kept bonded with ihl on the name of accounts getting merged/database getting updated etc since i visited your office in last week of september.as a customer i assume my bank to have all database merged in advance rather than me having to wait to process my request of loan closure. if the database is not migrated ihl should have planned it better rather than having the customer wait. database migration is either dhfl or ihl fault and not the customer's fault.in the eyes or rbi - my loan provider was changed and should have had all preparations completed before taking over my loan account. i as a customer am not bothered what the reasons were for delays and should not be too.list of documents was supposed to be given by ihl however i was made a fool trying to run from dhfl to ihl wherein dhfl kept telling my account has been moved to ihl and ihl kept saying we are updating our accounts. not a smooth transition at all. my disbursal got delayed due to the same and i had to incur heavy intrest rate.foreclosure letter's update tat is 48 hours however after almost 240 hours of making the payment, i was left waiting for ihl to update my payment and later on take loan from muthoot to pay another installment and claim the amount later once your systems are updated.even after making multiple calls issue was not resolved. harassed and irritated, i approached your social media account however rashmi had called me once, took my bank statement and vanished. never seen a company taking social media complains not seriously toobelow are my requests where i would need a revertneed explanation as to why as a customer i was made to wait from last week of september till now on the pretext of systems getting updated. why was there no planning or plan b implemented by ihli have already paid hefty interest @ 11.70% instead of original 9.70% from september end unwillingly as since then i have been trying to move my account elsewhere however was bonded with ihl. i am expecting a refund of all my interest paid from october onwards to ihl. ( not looking for aug & sep as i was late in approaching bank and have to bear that interest before i approached ihl)it has been almost 3 weeks i had paid extra installment to ihl however have not received it back in my account.please be advised that i believe in following the hierarchy and have started from making phone calls... raising it on social handle ( twitter ) ... and now sending email. incase i do not hear on time and get a resolution around it... i will be forced to forward the same email to rbi ombudsperson and log a complain in consumer court simultaneously for which i have already spoken to a lawyer .

                    Hello,

                    I had given foreclosure request for my personal loan. Its been 15 days since i raised the request, i am not getting any proper response.

                    I also want to make sure that there should not be any interest (From today onwards) apart from foreclosure charges and gst on foreclosure charges for the days dhani people are dragging.

                        Hi i have taken personal loan from india bulls consumer finance and now they are harassing me by sending only messages for payment of late deduction of money as fine which is not paid by due date. I have written many times to call me but they are not calling me instead they are sending me just messages and now they have send me mail. Their customer care services are very poor and i am not able to contact them anhow. They hve made their services very poor knowingly so that we will not contact them and their loan amount or dues incraesing. Please advice me what to do and i want to pay my installment by emi and not at once. They are just cheaters and nothing else which is shown by not calling me for the information.                             I had taken personal loan through dhani app india bull loan amount 20000 my emi 1171 is not autodebited on time write so many mail since last 3 month my emi is not autodebited from bank because ecs service and documents not updated your side iam suffering from penalties kindly resolved it and dhani app is also not working ao that i can pay through on time another emi is autodebited on time what is the reason i dont know no one is listen through mail.

                              On 7th october i accidently did an online payment of rs667 to india bulls,
                              I've taken a 3 months loan from it, but they again did automatic debit of 667rs for the same on 8th october
                              I request their customer support to refund my rs 667, they asked for bank statement, i mailed it even.

                              But after waiting several days they stop responding.

                                I want to close my loan account from indiabulls but its been 17 day since i started the process to close the loan but till 28/11/2019 i can't receive the noc of my closed loan, the indiabulls customer service is so bad they didn't help a bit, they just said every time that "sir this is the process" or "our service updating" even there senior executive always making excuses and says "sir mene apki complain le li hai you will get your noc tomorrow" or "sir me aapko call back arrange kara deti hu" and i never got any callback from there and i am still waiting for the noc

                                  My name is najla kotta, i took personal loan (S[protected] with emi of rs.14816 from your indiabulls branch ernakulam 2 years ago. I am paying my emi on every 2nd of the month without any fall. But this (November) month there was a due to small amount shortage and you can take track of my loan and verify there is a delay i made in the payment. I got a call from one of your staff named nithin. I told him that i will pay the amount within this month. But he is just disturbing me via messages and calls, which is really annoying for me. The most irritated part is that one of your staff came to my home today (27/11/2019) to warn this. This is the first i am seeing a process like this. I can understand if i cross the month and when i called the ernakulam branch and they used abusive words (Named anoop - area manager) through phone which i can't tolerate anymore. I am planning to face this problem as legally.

                                  I would like you to take immediate action for this behaviour towards customers of your bank.
                                  Please arrange proper training how to behave as a human especially to customers.

                                    Kindly attentions:- mr gagan banga your kind attention is drawn toward all our emails and various reminders over phone calls, through messages, subject matters. We are writing this letter to you to convey our pain and agony over non receiving of any support/action against indeterminate delink my home loan accounts as i have take 2 loan one id from mumbai and another noida. Now i have sell my mumbai property and close my one loan account. Fore closure letter already generated and payment is ready. I was visit vashi branch and given a delinking request and they confirmed request approved same will be closed. Now today vashi branch called & told me we cant accept your payment because delink approval pending from noida branch. Request your intervention and help me out to resolve this issue on priority as buyer will come vashi branch and submit our dd tomorrow. Home loan no[protected]
