I can not open my dhani app for some time. I am open to app to show a message contact to costumer care

I have been using dhani one freedom from last 3 months but everytime after 5-6 time o[censored]sage of card it asks me to pay all the emi's so i tried calling to customer care but no response later i recieved a call from [protected] .They told me to pay with the links which are sent by dhani but still not reflecting in app

I want to cancel my subscription or whatever they call it and in future i don't want any service from dhani so kindly cancel/deactivate my account and also deactivate my e mandate.

I have been in great trouble as i can't keep any amount inmy account because as soon as i credit any amount they automatically debit it saying ECS NACh cahrges.

My dhani card limit is still inactive after repeated emails, you deducted last 2 months subscription fee but not activated my daily credit line limit, I request you to activate my card otherwise refund to my money

I have done a transaction of 7070/- and got refunded from merchant side on 10-jul-2021 but still not credited in my dhani wallet.

Hello SiR I Am Tumbling Issue With Dhani Credit Line Card I Have Wallet To Transverse Amount Last Night But Steel Not Credit In My Account is 873 Rupees And I Am Regularly Pay All Dues And EMI But Steel Wallet Is Inactive Showing Rupees Holl Amount Pay My Cibil Is Bad Represent This Response Not Picked Any Call Customer Care 100 Phone Call Allready Today

My Mother Has Taken 4000/- Loan By Crediting 3400/- In Account. Because Of Poverty We Took That Small Amount. But Later I Have Payed One Month Due (711/-) With Bounce Charges Due To Holding Of My Mother Account. And Later I Have Payed Two Months Due With Bounce Charges (1200/-) And Then We Decided To Close The Loan By Paying Full Amount i.e.3750/-. Totally We Had Payed 5600/- For 3400/-. And Now They Are Calling For Due From October 2020. And I Had Approched The Office So Many Times To Resolve This Problem But No Use.Please Help Me 🙏.

I had made a Merchant payment using dhani wallet card, due to some reason merchant refunded my money, it's has been 5days I haven't received the refunded money in my wallet.

Dhani app is a thief who stole my money. First they offered 5k limit and then they give 500rs limit. They are doing fradulant activities so now if they can do it, I'll do it samw with you and ### you dhani gahlot.

Sir I taken a loan onefreedom card and I paid total amount but app showing nothing but in cibil showing pending dues .I mailed several times and talked with customer care executive but no reply from them they told technical problem.my Registered mobile number [protected] if any pending dues are there I Rady to pay but cibil is spoiling me total because to much pressure...[protected]

Hey, People are making imposter of your company and you dont even know whats happening around you, a guy called up from india bulls dhani finance pvt ltd, crazily truecaller shows his name as Har Har Mahadev ([protected]) asking to pay 6400/- files charges and within no time loan got approved and sent me an edited approval letter and a day later asked to pay 2.5% of my loan amount as loan insurance amount so that amount can be disbursed within an hour, This is not the only call from India bulls, another lady took 4000 as files charges and shared NACH agreement in which she asked me to pay 31000 which includes misc charges from nowhere.

Dhani pay has blocked my prepaid account and stolen my 25000 rs that was available in wallet. my registered no is [protected].

please take legal action against dhani pay.

Indiabulls dhani is harssing me over laet 15 months..atleaet 100 timed i mailed.but there services are poor..they repsonse are even very confusing..they didnt undertand the custoner.they just want to earn money..i took loan of 50 k in apr 2020 received only 41500 and they said they wil give u 46 k but only received 41500 and yesterday i closed my loan at 3% foreclosure rate..so dhani give me 41 k and i given him 71 k in 15 monthd..so they are making fool of customer...they also not refunding my 4500.they are harsaiang me..so i closed tge loan..so all who are reading never take loan from Nbfc..only take loan for banks..

I did 1000 Rs. transaction on Paytm via Dhani pay account on 12th july 2021. first time my money got deducted and reversed instantly but the second time when I tried to do a transaction than money got deducted but the transaction got canceled and the money was not reversed. today is 17th September almost 5 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 1000 Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call their customer care service is very poor they are not helping also I tried to contact Dhani on Dhani Facebook page but they blocked me instantly. so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. because before I transaction I did not saw the review of Dhani many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.
