Sir i transfer my money on[protected]on maa durga sweets by phone pay. But he denies that he doesn't receive money. Amazon issued refund to my account on aug 19th. Today is 29th aug 2019 and i have not received amount in my account. Contacted indian bank customer service but they asked me to write a complaint by visiting the branch. I did that but they say there is no transaction found. Refund reference num : YIA32TBX0000JYFCSD65. Amount : 6, 307 rupees. I'm sure the refund is stuck with the bank. Please check and process it to my account....

Death claim has been submitted on behalf of my father with zero account maintenance on 1st feb 2019 and all other documents requested by bank has been submitted before 3 months itself still we find the papers not yet moved from bank branch office to head branch bank.

I got a message from myntra your product has been successfully recieved and the amount will be credit to your account 7 to 10 days. But amount is not credit yet. Plz look into this matter

I have called amazon customer service and they said to call indian bank customer service
Called amazon customer service for 3 times after that they told to file charge dispute about product and refund.

On 10th august i made the payment online by phone pay app for swiggy where 2 transactions have been made on same day one for rs 517 and other for 474.
