Dear indian bank,
I was suppose to get my refund amount of rs 767.55 by today...
Since i’m waiting for the amount to get credited in my payment account...
I spoke to myntra and they have provided me with a bank reference number : 75503729237032568385948
I request you to kindly look into this concern as it’s already taken a long time to get credited in the account..
Kindly revert asap...

      Sir i transfer my money on[protected] on maa durga sweets by phone pay scanner but the recipient denies that he does not receive money. But my money is cut from my account sir plz chek why are my money not refunding. The day of transaction is about 9days but my money is not refunded sir plz refund my money fastly plz

        Amazon issued refund to my account by 8th Aug & today is 2nd Sept 2019 and my account is still not credited. Contacted Indian Bank customer service but they said to visit branch.           Actually i bought a keychain which costs 105rs and we cancelled the order and the amazon also initiated refund at aug21st but that amount still not credited in my bank account.             Myntra issued refund to my account on aug 8th 2019. It is preocessing in 7-10days. Today is 1st sept 2019 and i have not received amount in my account. Contacted indian bank customer service but they told me to write a complaint in indian bank complaint site.

              I have purchased a mobile phone from amazon on 21st aug of 2019 and due to mishandling and being damaged it was returned to the amazon as a result of it they have to refund my amount in my indian bank account "[protected]". The amount that has to be refunded is of 20099. I have made this payment through my indian bank debit card. The refund was initiated on 25th of aug 2019 with authorization code (Refund reference number) "[protected]" and refund reference number "7550372923032594131083". I want to know why i am not getting my refund when its time limit has been crossed.

                Dear sir/madam, i have ordered a product from amazon. But i didn't deliver the product on that date that they mentioned. So, i raised a complaint about that and they initiate a refund but it supposed to credit on 29/08/19. But still i didn't get my refund amount of rupees 499. They told like ask your bank. Name is albasayar im working as cctv project engineer i applied new account in indian bank after some day i got message about atm so i went to bank to receive my atm they contempt me to come again and again for 4 days like come tomorrow or come evening so i was upset so i was busy in work after a month passed i went to ib asked about my atm card they said ur card is not valid you have apply for new card and 250 charges will be deduct why i have to pay its not my mistake so i planned to close my account

                      Saddam azam ansari branch manager of indian bank shaheed karnail singh nagar, phase iii, sua road, jawadi, near pakhowal road, ludhiana is a very corrupt cheater, fraud and chor person. This bastrd steals cheque books and debit cards of customers. Bank ka staff bhi saddam azam ansari jaise haramzaade chor se mila hua hai.

                      Bank authorities must take strict action against this bastrd.
                      Vigilance and anti-corruption bureau should arrest this chor saddam azam ansari branch manager of indian bank ludhiana branch for cheating customers. He is number1 fraud cheater and chor.
                      Bank ka staff bhi saddam azam ansari jaise haramzade chor se mila hua hai.

                        The banking staff aren't answering and not providing us with the nominee details of my father, who expired recently and who has insurance under pmjy. They asked us to come next day and i have been going there three days and they aren't giving us the details. Mutyalampadu branch, vijayawada. When i met them first they asked me about some docs like death certificate and family members certificate. When i went with them after 10 days they told me that they have to check the nominee details and asked us to come next day. Earlier they at least answered. But now she told us they won't do it until they are free. And said that they can't do...

                              I had booked a Self-Drive rental car through the Revv app for RS.3175.00 on the 12th of August, 2019. But, on 13th August I cancelled the booking and full refund amount of RS.3175.00 was transferred back to my account as per the details which Revv has provided me. On further enquiry with Revv, they had contacted their third party payment site, Razorpay in order to get details about the refund transaction. Razorpay also mentioned that the refunds were successfully processed from their end as well.

                                Amazon issued refund to my account on aug 19th. Today is 29th aug 2019 and i have not received amount in my account. Contacted indian bank customer service but they asked me to write a complaint by visiting the branch. I did that but they say there is no transaction found.                                   Death claim has been submitted on behalf of my father with zero account maintenance on 1st feb 2019 and all other documents requested by bank has been submitted before 3 months itself still we find the papers not yet moved from bank branch office to head branch bank.

                                        Maintaining sb account[protected] with indian bank, kidderpur, kolkata 700023 branch for many years. Recently i tried to log in indpay (Mobile banking), every time i got message cif is not linked with atm card ([protected]). I visited the branch manager for solving the problem, and telephoned several times but till date it is in same status.in the mean time, as the branch manager’s phone was out of order or something, i called ro/ main office and asked for solutions. As per the instructions i mailed the problem to [protected]@indianbank.co.in on 27/08/19. If you consider my problem as a complaint from one retired bank employee, please try to solve it.
