On 29th dec 2018 i enquired the balance in nysb a/c[protected] through atm of syndicate bank. The atm didn’t work properly and didn’t get the balance information also. On an enquirey with syndicate bank, they told me that the atm is not working properly. Then at a shop i came to know that the entire balance rs1200/-is taken as enquiry charges. Same day i filed a complaint with indian bank, mkt rd br. & syndicate bank, npt br, pollachi. The syndicate bank informed me that there was some technical problem with the atm and i have to proceed through indian bank only, as the a/c is with them, and then they have take up through atm centre, chennai. I have sent reminders also. The branch informs me that the atm centre is not responding. I request you to do the needful to resolve and credit the wrong debit of rs1200/- as enquired charges. (Rs.10/-x120 times)
