I ordered a product in amazon by august 9 and made my payment through my debit card. Then the ordered was cancelled and refund was initiated by amazon but money was not refunded to me till now (Today is the deadline as mentioned by amazon). So i have been used my debit card recently in shopping mall.

How is handled my debit card without my knowledge.

Amazon initiated my refund. Amazon customer support provided me refund reference number as i first contacted to amazon. Then i spoke to customer service of the bank but the bank person said this refund reference number is of no use to the bank. And i those refunds never reach to the bank.
