At the time of submission of all documents along with all loan related forms provide by branch manager, submitted by us on Feb, 2017, after sanction of loan amount Rs. 10 Lakh, I asked to manager regarding subsidy under PMAY, they reply me, subsidy process taken 4-6 months. After 7 month I visit the bank, i asked to new manger regarding subject subsidy, she check my case and reply me subsidy form not submitted by you, please write a letter for transferring the existing home loan to home loan under subsidy PMAY (Pl. note : This is not my fault since i was already all information regarding my income given to previous manager)
Current status: I have yet not received subsidy under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana while I have already submitted related documents on 26.11.2018 in your Dwarka Sector -10 branch which is more than 8 months when I asked to branch and customer care, no any information given by them.
