I had cancelled my order of speakers for which I paid an amount of rs2099. My bank account is not reflected with the amount however amazon executives states that they initiated the refund on 13th of August. The banks customer care asks for the utr number while i am provided with only rrn number by amazon. My rrn number is YLMJHZZA0000JYIP5E7Z. Please help me in this matter

4-5 hours after my complained was filed I got the refund in my bank account. No calls were made.

      I have ordered 3 products (Order id[protected] in amazon on 9th august. 10th august i have cancelled all three items and refund was initiated in amazon on 11th august. Till now i didn’t receive the refund. The refund reference number which amazon given is 573970 and ylmjhzza0000jyip5x7t. When contacted indian bank customer care they are telling they cannot check. Kindly resolve this query as soon as possible

      Amazon has processed refund for 2 products on 9th August 2019, refund reference number is 573970, in which 270.00 is never processed till now. I am supposed to get by 19th August. Still I didn’t receive so Kindly take immediate action.

        I had placed an order online in amazon which i had cancelled. But the refund amount i couldn't get yet. It shows that the refund processed successfully on 8th august 2018 with reference number 355970 but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I had contacted with indian bank costumers service but they told that there is no such facility to check through the reference number.

        Kindly take necessary step against this complaint

          Hi, i cancelled a couple of orders from amazon and they mentioned the refund has been processed successfully, but i don't see any deposit credited to my account to this date 8/20/2019.

          Date of placed order:8/15/2019

          Refund successfully processed on:8/9/2019 and 8/11/2019

          The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 619880.

            I have purchased studiomaster audio mixer air12 from amazon on 07/08/2019 by making payment of Rs 17580 /-through indian bank debit card ending with 2408. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 08/08/2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. Kindly ask them to send me as soon as possible. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

              With out my access or my family members access 1700 rupees is missing with my bank account. How is possible to taken 1700 rupees through withdrawal slip. Then, the bank manager not responding to my complaint. I'm only access my account right. So, how is it possible i don't know. So, please find where it is mistake and refund my cash and taken action immediately to the bank manager.

                Rs.5100/- has cut from my account by google appostafat on[protected] without my access or any of my family members acess.. The money has cut through the atm card and atleast didn't receive an otp before that particular transaction... How can this be possible... I immediately want refund... We atleast doesn't know what is that google appostafat is... How could they know the atm nmbr, cvv or pin nmbr as only i know them.. How could they go into my account and cut the money without my knowledge... Without any information or conformation about the transaction how this is done... I want my money back

                      Sir, i had availed a clean loan with the above a/c number from karur branch and the same was closed on 06.10.2015. My lic policy no.[protected] assigned as security in that regard was not returned to me so far. The policy has matured in april 2019 in the assigned status. I had written to the bank two letters 1) dated 27.06.2019 and 2) dated 22, 07, 2019 and made several phone calls requesting them to arrange for submitting the discharge voucher and the policy bond to the lic office and enable me get the payment of maturity proceeds. They asked me to wait for two days every time i contacted them. I request for an early action. Kindly do the needful.

                        My name is d. Prabakaran having sb a/c. Bearing no.[protected] at rajakilpakkam branch. Today (14.08.19), when i went to bank of baroda situated at old g. S. T. Road, east tambaram to withdraw 6000 inr, it shows as unable to process after completing the transaction and i did not receive the amount, but after sometime i received a message in my mobile as the above said 6000 inr was debited from my above said account. Without receiving cash from atm, my account was debited, so kindly do the needful to credit my above said account for a sum of rs.6, 000/- as soon as possible.

                          And after 22/07/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22/7/2019
                          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                            I tried to get money rs.2500 from the india atm - atm id 48619002 at karamanikuppam, cuddalore, on 12/08/2019. At the time of money counting in the atm machine, the power got off, so the money was not delivered. I was waiting there up to return the power, but money was not delivered after power came, i was complain about this with the india atm help line no:[protected], he told the money will return to your account. But till now my money not return back.

We had all documents such as quotation. Adhar and bank details. But Manager says go out and I don't give loan for this mudra scheme. Not even seen the quotation, not ask name and no enquiry.                                   On 5.8.19 i have purchased slipper at wings perambur for the amount of 1350. At that time i don't have money in my purse. Then the shopper was swiped in one machine and its tid no was 88192273. Then the shopper told it was declined. So he had swiped again in another machine and it was credited to his account. But i have got 2 debited messages. So rs. 2700 debited in my account. So please help me to clear this issue and credit the amount rs 1350 in my account.

They sent me a reference number 017172. Amazon customer care told me we sent money in your Indian bank account. You just asked your bank customer care.

                                      At the time of submission of all documents along with all loan related forms provide by branch manager, submitted by us on Feb, 2017, after sanction of loan amount Rs. 10 Lakh, I asked to manager regarding subsidy under PMAY, they reply me, subsidy process taken 4-6 months. After 7 month I visit the bank, i asked to new manger regarding subject subsidy, she check my case and reply me subsidy form not submitted by you, please write a letter for transferring the existing home loan to home loan under subsidy PMAY (Pl. note : This is not my fault since i was already all information regarding my income given to previous manager)

                                      Current status: I have yet not received subsidy under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana while I have already submitted related documents on 26.11.2018 in your Dwarka Sector -10 branch which is more than 8 months when I asked to branch and customer care, no any information given by them.
