I had made a transaction of rs.320/- with irctc with transaction id-[protected] on february 25th. After completing my transaction money has been deducted from my account. But tickets didn't confirmed. No update of amount refund till now. I want an immediate response.
So i request you to reverse the amount to my account. I hope you will respond as fast as you can.

    Today 28.2.2019 I am going to deposit amount Rs 25000 in my account at 3.35pm Harur Indian bank, but the cashier doesn't accept my work because he has tell the answer the banking time is over at 3.30pm I am asking to assistant manager madam she also said same answer. I want to know the bank working time and details of money deposit and withdraw times in detailed report. So kindly do the action about this irresponsible and wrong info following officers.
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The payment for RRB NTPC exam of Rs.500 got debited, but payment got failed on 04/03/2019 around 12.30 pm.I got the payment failure message first and amount deducted message second.

    Please do reversal as soon as possible, as I want to apply for RRB NTPC.

        I have ordered an item in Amazon and processed payment through my debit card on 19-Feb-2019. My account is debited with the amount whereas amazon payment got failed and they cancelled the order. I have reported this issue to Amazon customer care, they checked and proceeded Refund process and gave me a reference number[protected] which will reflect on 27-Feb-2019. Still, I didn't receive any refund amount in my account. so I contacted both Amazon and Indian bank Customer care. Amazon Customer Associate told me to dispute the transaction, but the Indian bank doesn't have the option for it. So they told me to ask for UTR number. but Amazon doesn't have that number.

        So Please I request you to find a way to refund my money. Here I have attached the Amazon Message and Reference number. Kindly do the needful

          As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on[protected] The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious

              in the branch too much of time taken to clear the customer verfication as well as service, if any enquiry about the delay the Asst. Manager mr. monoj and manager are reply to the customer -open the account to private bank, here close
              your account we no need the customer. our complaint is ATM Card, cheque book, net banking activation are very ( more then 3 days to 20 days),

              i was registered my atm card activation to the indian bank registerbook at ekkattuthangal branch on friday[protected], the card activation has not completed till the date, also did the reminder on[protected] on monday, the evidance of image has enclosed, if anything ask to the Asst. Manager mr. manoj and manager, they reply to the customer- open the account to the private bank, close your account in the bank.here we can do the work as our convenient.

                  I ordered things on flipkart and paid through your bank. The item was cancelled and i had a refund amount of ₹15, 000. The dealer has transferred the amount and i received an reference id saying it'll be updated to my bank by feb 19. But till now, the money hasn't been credited in my account. The dealer said he had refunded and i need my refunded amount

                    I ordered food in online on 6 February 2019 and in gateway process transaction failure occurred and order did not placed but money debited from my account and after i contacted the restaurant and online food site they said we did not received money and they said contact your bank customer care

                      I am holding sb account with indian bank, teynampet branch for the past many years. Though i am very unhappy with the branch, since i am operating through netbanking facility, i keep quiet for many issues.

                      Today, when i logged into my account, i was shocked to find that the bank has debited rs.300/- as atm withdrawal charges. I have actually withdrawn three times only this month and that too from indian bank atms only. If need be, i can even send you my statement of withdrawal. If my fee is not reversed, i will be forced to shift my account from indian bank.

                      Hope, you credit back my money at the earliest.

                        I am akshay h and i'm having indian bank account in mavelikkara. I had payed rs. 2064 in amazon through my rupay debit card and i cancelled that. They had given me an reference number[protected] also for refund and they said by february 21, 2019 i will receive my refund. But still the refund is not processed. So when i called the amazon customer care they told to file a refund dispute. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I have ordered a product from amazon and i cancelled the order on the same day itself. So refund is initiated at their end on the same day 10.02.2019. And they said amount should be reflected in your account by 14.02.2009. The authorization code (Refund reference no) for the transaction is ( — ). But it’s now 24.02.2019. Still amount is not credited in my account. Continuously i am contacting customer care for the solution, but problem is not solved sofar. As per amazon, they instructed to file a charge dispute. But, i expect trying to get it done through branch, please look into the matter as it's very serious and refund the amount immediately.

                                Actually i had ordered 6 plus one phone from amazon costing 41, 999 so the payment was maid by indian bank atm card. Now i have got mail from amazon that my refund has been processed on 21st feb 2019 giving the reference number[protected] and the order number is #171-[protected] until now the refund has not appeared in my bank so i called indian bank customer care but they are asking for utr number of amazon but the amazon customer care is saying reference number should be everything to get your refund

                                  It was fine earlier but its asking to update with latest verdion. However, once cif number given message coming to registered mobile bot server does not respond after. I tried many a times but same issue agssin. Tried to call all available numbers but no answer. Kindly share if any one having a working contact number of indian bank customer care as there is no reply by email.

                                        Dear sir/ma'am, i bought a mobile from amazon on 9th february. I paid 10825 rupees from my account but somehow i canceled my order. On the 11th february amazon initiated my refund i. E. 10825 rupees. But the problem is that after the 11 days i haven't get my money back. I am sharing the reference number (I. E.
