Dear sir, i was seen the rating of customer compliant, and response, and resolve, the complaint is 899, response is 0, resolve is 0, the same as at the branch office at ekkattuthangal, so what is the mean for complaint regist form,
in the branch too much of time taken to clear the customer verfication as well as service, if any enquiry about the delay the Asst. Manager mr. monoj and manager are reply to the customer -open the account to private bank, here close
your account we no need the customer. our complaint is ATM Card, cheque book, net banking activation are very ( more then 3 days to 20 days),
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sundarraj pandiann i was registered my atm card activation to the indian bank registerbook at ekkattuthangal branch on friday[protected], the card activation has not completed till the date, also did the reminder on[protected] on monday, the evidance of image has enclosed, if anything ask to the Asst. Manager mr. manoj and manager, they reply to the customer- open the account to the private bank, close your account in the bank.here we can do the work as our convenient.
Please do reversal as soon as possible, as I want to apply for RRB NTPC.
Please do the needful.
