As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 1.3.2019 at 6.45 pm and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

    I have ordered a book on amazon and payed through online and cancelled it amazon told they refunded the amount But it has been 10 days the amount has not reflected in my account. when i called amazon customer care they told that the amount has been credited to my bank and told to ask the bank.when i contacted Indian bank customer care they didn't respond properly.My RRN number also given by amazon [protected].kindly do the needfull...please please..
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Fees payable transaction is error but cut amount with my account please refund my money back

      As I have book a online Air india ticket with PNR Z96XS which failed. Passenger name SYED MOHAMED BUHARI SULTHAN IMRAN. But the money got deducted. Message from the bank
      RS.9140.00 Spent on POS/Ecom using IB debit card on 22/02/19 23:14 at AIRINDIA Mumbai from AC:XXX252043 BALANCE 15514.39 CR - INDIAN BANK.
      AS I have requested the airindia for refund against a failed transaction. They said the money didn't credit to their account. As per bank policy. The money would be refunded with 5-6 days. I have complaint indian customer services atm withdrawal failure reference no.INET[protected]. The status is showing pending. The customer care said it would be refunded within a week. But still no refund got. Please help in this regard.

        Sir amazon has refunded my amount. But till now i didn't receive any amount. They told me to dispute my transactions. But the indian bank customer care refuses to dispute my transactions and told that you would get the utr code see your respective branch. Please take an immediate action and refund my amount quickly.           I ordered and returned a product from amazon. But money is not refunded from the bank. Bank customer service person is not responding correctly. While we are calling to amazon they ran saying that we have refunded with the reference number of[protected]. So now i have to make a charge file dispute for the reference number. I want my money to get return back. So amazon said us to make a charge dispute on online at google with reference number provided. But the bank customer says that the reference number which has been provided from the amazon is not useful. Amazon saying that the reference number which we have been provided to you is sent from your bank only.

            I purchased one product with amazon india and then after i return that product to amazon due to some problem in product and i returned it. But still after 10 days past but still we not received my refund in my bank account and amazon people told that he send the amount in my bank account. Sir pls look this matter and do the needful.               I purchased a product from the myntra on 15 feb 2019 of worth rs477 and paid through indian bank debit card. I returned the product and myntra initiated my refund amount on 3 march. Today is 5 march but i have not got my refund till now. Transaction no. Provided by the myntra is 30001090579046149110414. Kindly look on this and solve as soon as possible.

              I ordered amazon product and returned it and they transferred refund with referance id[protected] please kindly tell them to reflect my money in bank as early as possible
              I recharged from ind pay app, they debit my amount 2time but still not recharged still now
              I ordered one prodect in flipkart, This prodect is returned this amount transfer to debit card mode, seller transfered but money is not refund in my account, Reference no:IN[protected]
              I was suppose to receive a refund of RS 18173 on or before 22/2/2019

                I have purchased a shirt from amazon of worth rs490. I have payed through indian bank debit card. Later i returned the product and amazon have initiated my refund amount on 25/02/2019. It's march 5 today but i have not got my refund till now. Transaction no. Provided by the bank is[protected]. Kindly look on this and solve a my problem as soon as possible.

                  We have not made any such requests.
                  Similarly, my wife who is a joint account holder for the same sb account has received a message stating that this account has been linked to your cif noxxxx235377. Shr has also not made any request. Already cif for that account is [protected].
                  I do not know how this cif was linked with two other cif nod, which we have not requested.

                  Please look into and do the needful.

                          I made a purchase yesterday for 1680rs and tried to pay by using indian bank rupay debit card for the transaction. The transaction failed twice but the amount was debited from my account twice, that is rs. 3360. The vendor has confirmed that the amount was declined but it has not reflected in my account yet. I tried contacting the indian bank customer care but not able to resolve.

                          I have booked ticket in IRCTC website.due to some reason ticket has not been confirmed and cancelled.but the amount has been deducted from my account and it has been refunded from bank.so.please check and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have recharged my mobile for rs.399 on feb 28 through Indian bank application and the amount has been deducted from my account but recharge was not done and I have called customer care on feb 28 and they told within 24 hours amount will refunded bot still I dint get that amount in my account kindly look into this issue and help me out.

As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken.                               Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              On 13/4/19 I had swiped my atm card and I try to withdraw my amount 200 but machine doesn't respond and it showed like TIME OUT. 2 times I try to do this but 2 time also it showed like TIME OUT. But my money 200 alone was deducted 2 times by Indian Bank. 200 they credited my money back but remaining 200 was not credited back. Till now I didn't receive my money back.

                                Dear Sir/ Mam,
                                I am getting a lone (EDP Program[protected] approval latter in TAHDCO from 04/02/2019 on date but past 10 to 15 days am try to getting a approval for INDIAN BANK Manager. he told every day simply say i'll check-it and i call you back but till days i am not getting any no more calls and any updates i need to Justice.
                                I ordered a ticket through happy easy go and cancelled it..They have refunded the money to my account.But still I didn't get the refund amount.The customer care told me they can't track the RRN number given by happy easy go..so please track my money and tell me where is it?

As per flipkart they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                      As i mentioned above in the subject i cancelled my order in amazon of beardo combo pack my amount of 427rs is not refunded yet reference number given by amazon is[protected] i already contact indian bank customer service but they did not gave me solution already five working days over i cancelled that product in 21/02/2019 but amount is not credited yet so i request you to refund my amount

                                      Within 4 hrs compaintbank has refunded my amount tq so much Indian Bank

                                        Dear sir i have done one online shopping in amazon but i didn't get product so put the refund so they are initiated to refunded 21/02/2019 but they are says according to banking system you will get money in between 23/02/2019 to 28/02/2019. Till now not get the money. They are given one reference i. D[protected]. So kindly check and solve this problem sir
