Indian bank sowripalayam branch gives very low value to customers. Especially people sitting in cabin 3... When there is huge queue of people waiting were there are old people standing for long hrs.. It's their duty to support them rather than to go inside for chit chatting with managers... A manager calling person just to look into system can be done clearing the queue of people standing... My complaint reference number is ibe088225. I have made the complaint on 10-january but still i didn't got any response from bank side, and i contacted the customer care frequently and they provide the same answer as"you complaint status is pending"and also saying we cant do any think more than that please contact the branch. Its very bad response from such a big bank who cant hellp the customer with their problem....
