Request for refund. Recently i have ordered crocs from amazon and cancelled the order the same day within an hour. It has been more than 17 days and i havent received refund of the order. Amazon has provided me with an authorization code which the bank is not willing to accept. 1118 rupees is not a small amount. How many more days should i have to wait for the amount? Amazon people are saying that the refund is already initiated.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order 3 fabrury cancelled and refend masege 4 februry refrens no[protected] amount 899 rupe not account
On 2 Feb 2019 I have debited for 500₹ at Bharath petroleum but the cash was declined. And a day after I got a message that 500₹ have been debited from my account. But I haven't taken the amount. And I would like to get back my money. So, kindly refund my 500₹ back to my account.

    I paid for an order from my debit card on amazon website and i cancelled it amazon says the money is refunded to mastercard. But i haven't got any refund on my debit card. They said it will take 2 to 5 days but its been more than a week now. Still i havent got any refund on my debit card. So do claim for my money and deposit it as soon as possible

      Due to refund receiving issue i rise complaint on[protected] through indian bank complaint site complaint no :ibe0100740 but so for bank officials was not consider the complaint and not update the complaint status vary poor performance of the nationalized banks to solve the customer issues. Kindly r. B. I take very serious charges against those banks.
      Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I transfered rs. 6000 to my Friend on yesterday, i. e[protected]:31pm, through upi .but receiver complains he didn't receive money. Money deducted from my account and it shows transfer success. Why he didn't recieved it?? Please solve my problem ...
      I received wrong order from amazon.. but they have provided the refund.. but its still not get into my account...please see to that .. amzon initiated their amount on 6th feb 2019.. 10.54am

        I had paid the amount for the banking for eating online but amount was debited in air due to some reason but i didn't credited using my credit card at the time 9.47 pm and the date was today 17 feb 90 rs first 45 and second 45 with credit and the internet banking i want refund amount as soon as possible thanking you please verify with my respect to refund the amount.

          I paid amazon by placing an order of rupees 359 for redux brown analog watch using my debit card on february 6 and by mistake it was paid twice that is rupees718. After that i just cancelled my order. After 2 - 3 days i got message from amazon that my refund is initiated but it is not credited in my account and i rang up both customer service of indian bank and amazon and amazon one's told me my reference number and told they dont have a utr number and the indian bank customer service one's are saying that they cant do anything with the reference number and so money is not refunded. Amazon has send message about transaction initiated but the bank is not crediting it. Please look into this issue seriously

            Hi i had added service in my account of getting all alert of transaction in my account through sms.
            You are also deducting an amount for providing sms service but your sms service is so poor that never got sms of deduction or credit in my account.
            When we give missed call also to get balance details. It is also poor.

            Please improve these as your are taking money from us for this.

              Amazon shopping online transaction done by myself on date 21.01.2019 and cancelled by amazon and they refund initially on same date and expected date 29.01.2019 but did not come amount in my account than i complaint to bank branch on date 04.02.2019 but they are continuing try to message or call to higher authority but they did not statistically reply to branch bank and return reference no.                     I had ordered an item in amazon.in which couldn't deliver. So they cancelled the order. As per the information, the amazon seller has successfully processed the refund on 5th feb 2019 with the reference number[protected]. But the amount has not beed credited into my account.
                    I contacted the bank and amazon costumer service so many times but i couldn't get my refund.
                    Kindly check it and refund my amount

                      I have purchased mobile handset from amazon on[06.02.2019] by making payment of 5282 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[08.02.2019] with refund reference number of[[protected]]. They even shared transaction id on my request -. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                      Kindly resolve the issue

                          Last day i pay a bill for me in bar as swiping, in that bill process my amount debited two times with that same bill, but one transaction is cancelled, but amount is debited.. So i request to refund my amount in my account. I try to cantact my branch, they say amount will refund 24hrs.                               As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 07.02.19 at 12 pm and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                    I have purchased boat rockerz 400 handsate in amazon online date 23-jan - 2019. But some technically issues i return this product 31-jan-19. Them again same issue second time this product i return this product 3rd-feb-2019 and amazon refund my amt rs 1299 after 6 feb 2019 in 3 to 5 working days.

                                    But tomorrow refun is not credit in my ac. My ac is active in indian bank - bharuch branch [ 587]and then me call in indian bank custmer care but he speak is amazon comny not credit in my refund and not make my serious issues

                                    So i have requested you please solv my problem as soon ass and help to given me my refund my amt rs 1299 in my account.

                                      Hello sir, i'm rohit yadav... I am having account in indian bank... Today i went to sushant lok, gurgaon branch of indian bank... There i didn't found pen for filling for form when i asked to staff of the bank then they said you should bring pen from home... Then i said it is provided by bank.. Then he said in rage that we provide pen but you take pen to home... Is this the way of talking to customer... If your bank employees will talk like this i'm sure result will not be good... So see to it in sushant lok branch...
