I have purchased mobile and from amazon on[12/2/2019 ] by making payment of ***20 through indian bank debit card. I have canceled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[]. They even shared transaction id on my request. I visited branch for solution...

I was shopping in casual shirt amazon.
The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. Indian bank tilak ngr branch not coperate with me. If possible please disputes my transaction refund not process. Please look into the matter.

His attitude is very bad... And he don't know proper way to talk with others. I am at age of 25... I should know how he gave respect to olders...
Please take a action as soon as possible... And while i'm asking about my problem... He is dirnking green tea with high attitude......

Amazon refund has not been credited to my bank account. The reference numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] and total amount was rupees 2157. My account no was [protected] and it belongs to indian bank-dharmapuri branch.. I got a mail through amazon but before feb 14 itself the amount has to be refunded.. But till now i haven't get my refund...

Request for refund. Recently i have ordered crocs from amazon and cancelled the order the same day within an hour. It has been more than 17 days and i havent received refund of the order. Amazon has provided me with an authorization code which the bank is not willing to accept. 1118 rupees is not a small amount. How many more days should i have to wait for the amount? Amazon people are saying that the refund is already initiated....

I paid for an order from my debit card on amazon website and i cancelled it amazon says the money is refunded to mastercard. But i haven't got any refund on my debit card. They said it will take 2 to 5 days but its been more than a week now. Still i havent got any refund on my debit card. So do claim for my money and deposit it as soon as possible...

Due to refund receiving issue i rise complaint on[protected] through indian bank complaint site complaint no :ibe0100740 but so for bank officials was not consider the complaint and not update the complaint status vary poor performance of the nationalized banks to solve the customer issues. Kindly r. B. I take very serious charges against those banks....

Hi i had added service in my account of getting all alert of transaction in my account through sms.
You are also deducting an amount for providing sms service but your sms service is so poor that never got sms of deduction or credit in my account.
When we give missed call also to get balance details. It is also poor.

Please improve these as your are taking money from us for this....

Amazon shopping online transaction done by myself on date 21.01.2019 and cancelled by amazon and they refund initially on same date and expected date 29.01.2019 but did not come amount in my account than i complaint to bank branch on date 04.02.2019 but they are continuing try to message or call to higher authority but they did not statistically reply to branch bank and return reference no. I order above product n due to some issue i cancel my order. Amazon said ki refund successful nd they give refund transaction id but bank said transaction not done. Kindly refund my money asap....

I had ordered an item in amazon.in which couldn't deliver. So they cancelled the order. As per the information, the amazon seller has successfully processed the refund on 5th feb 2019 with the reference number[protected]. But the amount has not beed credited into my account.
