As i have ordered a product from amazon and i cancelled the order on the same day itself. So refund is initiated at their end on the same day i. E., 11.02.2019. And they said amount should be reflected in your account by 15.02.2009. The authorization code (Reference no.) for the transaction is[protected]. But its 21.02.2019. Still amount is not credited in my account. Continuesly i am contacting customer care for the solution, but i'm not getting satisfied. As per amazon, they instructed to file a charge dispute. But, when i'm trying to get it done through indian bank, i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as it's very serious.

Last two weeks.so I am not able to see my
Pass book transaction details.I have contacted the bank, reinstalled the indpay app, switched on and off, sim changed to another mobile ect .please rectify it.
