This is rahul chahuhan, would like to complaint against indian bank.. There was transaction of inr 300 happened through my debit but transaction got failed, and transaction was done on 17th atm id - 1745238. I have spoken to customer care 3 times.. Still no help at all, its getting pathetic
I am attaching screen shot.. Please do the needful. Thank you

    I have purchased sofa from amazon by making payment of 5999 rs. Through indian bank debit card.
    I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on feb 10th, 2019 with refund reference number of[protected]

    Refund amount :. Rs.5, 999.00

    I did not get the refund even after feb 15th, 2019
    I called amazon customer care and i was given the reference number and they told me to check with bank’s customer care. But they could not help me in this case
    When i contacted amazon again, they requested to file a charge dispute with indian bank customer care. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank
    Pls solve my issue.. And get my pending transaction done

      I have ordered and cancelled an order at amazon at 14.02.2019 .They told that they will refund at 20.02.2019 .But still now it has not credited .I have been keeping on contacting the amazon customer care as well as banks customer care but no responsibility from both sides.I have checked the bank statement but the debited transaction is only avalaible but their is no history for the creadited money.At banks customer care they are asking the UPR number but at amazon they are not providing it.pls look forward on my dispute and resolve it to get my refund money.thank you

        Sir i am studying pondicherry university i paid my semester fees 1000 rupees but failure but my money is debited this is happened 17/12/2018 then i visit my branch they said something i am roaming 2 months home to bank now they are told me complaint in online so i complained i dont know what happaned but i want my money pls give me

          As i have ordered a product from amazon and i cancelled the order on the same day itself. So refund is initiated at their end on the same day i. E., 11.02.2019. And they said amount should be reflected in your account by 15.02.2009. The authorization code (Reference no.) for the transaction is[protected]. But its 21.02.2019. Still amount is not credited in my account. Continuesly i am contacting customer care for the solution, but i'm not getting satisfied. As per amazon, they instructed to file a charge dispute. But, when i'm trying to get it done through indian bank, i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as it's very serious.

                  As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their and on dt 11/2/19 and the reference no is[protected] but amount 4950 has not been created in my account. Till late and continuously i am contacting customercare for this but not getting a replay for this. Indian bank customercare executive denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. I visited branch for solution and they contacted bill desk which is the payment gate way. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. I contact amazon, as per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look in to the matter at the earliest. Please look in to this matter as its very serious.

                    I have purchased mobile and from amazon on[12/2/2019 ] by making payment of ***20 through indian bank debit card. I have canceled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[]. They even shared transaction id on my request. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                              His attitude is very bad... And he don't know proper way to talk with others. I am at age of 25... I should know how he gave respect to olders...

                              My ind pay is not working since 5 days. After that uninstalled that app. After 20 minutes again I re installed the ind pay app.I can"t register that till now . It shows your request failed.and it shows error code 400. What is meant by error code 400.kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanking you
                              I tried to login to my account through indpay at last for my phone number verification I've sent sms from my registred number also.. But it is showing that my number is not registered

                                Amazon refund has not been credited to my bank account. The reference numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] and total amount was rupees 2157. My account no was [protected] and it belongs to indian bank-dharmapuri branch.. I got a mail through amazon but before feb 14 itself the amount has to be refunded.. But till now i haven't get my refund

                                  Request for refund. Recently i have ordered crocs from amazon and cancelled the order the same day within an hour. It has been more than 17 days and i havent received refund of the order. Amazon has provided me with an authorization code which the bank is not willing to accept. 1118 rupees is not a small amount. How many more days should i have to wait for the amount? Amazon people are saying that the refund is already initiated.

                                    I paid for an order from my debit card on amazon website and i cancelled it amazon says the money is refunded to mastercard. But i haven't got any refund on my debit card. They said it will take 2 to 5 days but its been more than a week now. Still i havent got any refund on my debit card. So do claim for my money and deposit it as soon as possible

                                      Due to refund receiving issue i rise complaint on[protected] through indian bank complaint site complaint no :ibe0100740 but so for bank officials was not consider the complaint and not update the complaint status vary poor performance of the nationalized banks to solve the customer issues. Kindly r. B. I take very serious charges against those banks.
