      I had ordered a t-shirt in amazon on 15 march 2019 and payment was done by debit card. After when i came to know the delivery date as i was not available on that particular delivery date i cancelled my order on that date itself. The refund was initiated by the amazon with reference number[protected] and mentioned that it takes 5 business days to get the amount credited to my account but it was not done and i contacted bank customer service to help me out with the help of the reference number but i didn't get any help from them. So i am raising a complaint regarding this, please take action as soon as possible and make my amount credited to my account.

      I bought hair straightener and returned to amazon and the refund was initiated on 22 of April 2019 with the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected] of 319 rs. Yet I didn't get my refund.

            I ordered one product from amazon 15/03/2019 via online banking, due to some issues i canceled my order... And amazon customer service told we will be sent your amount to your account on 15/03/2019 with reference number... But still, i didn't get any credits from indian bank... Please send me my credited balance rs.964/- as soon as possible...

                Hello,

                My name is Lokeshwaran, I got two education loans from Indian Bank Kilpauk branch which amounts around ₹13, 00, 000 now. Out of which 45% is from interest.

                My dad passed away on[protected], after being hospitalised for around 2 years. I already owe lot of money to my friends which I got for his medical and funeral expenses. Currently I’m unemployed and preparing for Govt Exams.

                Despite knowing all of this, my bank keeps calling and threatening that they’ll take legal action. I tried a lot to explain my situation but they keep insisting me to arrange money from somewhere and pay the interest.

                I, even tried to attend Lok Adalat which held on[protected] at Tamilnadu State Legal Service Authority, High Court Campus to explain my situation and get some time. But the Bank employees threatened and sent me back to arrange money before facing Judge.

                My intention is very true that I want to repay the money and I’m working on it. But as of now I don’t have any source and I don’t know how to make them understand about my situation. This really makes me and my family under lot of stress along with what we’re going through now.

                Please help me in this regard.

                    My account has been debited for 2 times 311 rs on 14 march for train ticket booking but the booking is failed by today i should get my refund but i did not. For the 2 nd transaction money is debited but there is no record related to transaction. I request you for my refund. Kindly take action how can a trusted bank like this is so ignorant in these transactions. What should i do to get my refund of 622 rupees

                        As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on the reference no is[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                          Due to personal reason, I canceled the Order,

                          I called customer care but they told to visit Bank, I went to the bank but they told that they cant help. My money is stuck in between. please help me with this issue

                                As i have book a train ticket using my indian bank debit card at 09.03.2019. Amount deducted from my account and not book a ticket. Refund amount had processed on 12.03.2019. Till date i did not get refund amount.
                                I was contact to irctc regarding this refund amount. They gave refund reference id for further clarrfication with indian bank. Please check below message send by irctc customer card.

                                "we deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. As your payment status for transaction was not communicated by the payment gateway in time, the ticket booking did not materialize and we have refunded the amount as per the following details. Please contact your bankers for confirmation with the given details."

                                  I was told to enter the pin twice since they said the payment was not done the first time. On checking my passbook i figured my amount of 205 rupees was deducted twice. Even after making several requests to bank and big bazaar, they are not refunding the amount.

                                      I cancelled my order in amazon which i payed through debit card, for which they initiated refund. They gave me a payment ref no. They said they got only this from indian bank. So, help me get refund back to my account with the reference no.[protected]. As part of amazon they are saying they refunded the amount, indian bank needs to track the status of the payment.

                                        Respected sir/madam,
                                        I withdrew rs.1000 (Multiple of rs.500) from indian bank atm town-hall, coimbatore. I didn't receive any payment receipt from that atm. I didn't check the notes till i went out from the atm. When i open my handbag i noticed that one 500 rupees was torn. I had the transaction detail in sms, so that was helpful. What should i do and what are my chances to get it replaced. Kindly help me for this issue.
