As i have ordered a product from flipkart and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 20.1.2018 and the reference no is:pur[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per flipkart they instructed to file a charge dispute but when i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

    Reading all the complaints against this bank, i think they have a big issue crediting refunds to our account.
    Im supposed to receive refund of 3500/- from dokodemo and 2000/- from ebay. Its been more than 2 months. I have provided a written complaint, they have not taken any action.. And complained twice on their website. They simply mark the complaint as "completed". Without solving the issue. If you have the same problem, lets complain to the rbi. This bank has no morals.

It’s been such a long time since i made a complained at agra trying to (Atm account) withdraw money issue. Also went directly to the branch and issued non receipt cash form. Till now my rs. 8000 is not credited in to my account.

        Please look in to this matter in urgent maner and do the needful asap.

              I have a complaint from flipkart and Amazon from refund problem but today morning calling to me Indian bank consumer officer then he collected my debit card details and otp number then after few minutes later my money is taken from my account 1000 rupess cash please return to my account number is [protected] please required fast soon as possible please solve the problem is very seriously

              Hi am farzana Feb 1 I have a call from the Indian consumer centre then he collected my debit card details and otp number then after few minutes later my money is taken from my account 1000 rupess cash and I closed my card I check the mini statement Atm seq num[protected] Atm I'd 0021892 please this matter is very seriously please make solve this problem and deposit my money

                In srivilliputtur branch, tamilnadu, the employees are not responsive to the customers. All o[censored]s are waiting to pay money for an hour in a single counter. They wont take a necessary step. Everybody is affected by their irresponsive answers. I need the clarification. Should maintain atlest two counters to pay and to give more attention to customers

                  I have made an order for a mobile from snapmint and payment had been made by using Payaumoney.I have cancelled the order and snapmint has refund my amount Rs5370 on 10 January 2019 which has to be credited on my account upto 14 January 2019. But till now the said amount has not credited. To resolve the issue I mail snapmint and payumoney also customer Care then he has given an ARN NO.-[protected]. to loddge the complain regarding this issues.so a kind request to you to do something to resolve my problem.

But still I did not got my refund, I call Indian bank customer care he telling call and ask the refund in amazon, amazon customer care tell me I send the money to your account and send reference number to your account. You ask Indian bank like that. What to do.

                          I booked my ticket through irctc but due to cancellation the amount have to be refunded.. But money still didnt credited into my account. As i filed complaint to irctc they are asking to consult bank. Tjis is my refund bank transaction id 30003890089002112348436... Its been 25 days while the refund has intiated... And also swiggy refund amount of 170 is also didnt credit inti my account [protected]-1, [protected]-1 are the transaction ids of my swiggy refunds.. Please consider it as serious problem and refund my money as soon as possible

                                      I have booked tickets through apsrtc official website using my debit card.But then I cancelled the tickets on 8th Jan 2019 and I got a message stating that the amount of Rs.1197 is refunded from apsrtc official website.When I contacted the apsrtc customer service they told that the amount is transferred to the bank on 10th January.But the amount is not credited in my account till now(i.e., 20 days after the cancellation).so please resolve this issue.

                                        Amazon will refund my amount rs.4005 on 21.01.2016 ref no:[protected] but still the payment was not received. So please clear the payment for my account no:[protected] malapit branch vellore dist. I will pay through using my debit card. I will ask amazon customer care she will give the reference no then she told contact a bank customer care. I will contact bank customer care she told register online complaint
