My refund was processed from amazon on 19th jan 2019 and it should have been reflected in my account at most by 24 jan, but i have not received my refund of inr 698 rs still. I called the indian bank customer care number but they refused to check the refund reference number issued by amazon and also they refused me to file charge dispute form, moreover the online complaint system is also not working nor i am able to file charge dispute form, i have also called amazon customer service thrice and they have assured me that the refund is processed from their side on 19 jan only, but the bank is not cooperating me.

      I have transferred rs 10000 through imps transaction on 15/01/2019. My transaction got interrupted middle and money has debited from account but beneficiary not yet received the money and i m also not refunded. And also i have not received any sms or email notification regarding my transaction.

      Regarding this i have contact the customer care many times and also i given complaint in indian bank website portal. My complaint also still is in pending.

      There is no update regarding this, I m fully fed up for going to indian bank branch again and again for money to be refunded. I need my money Rs.10000 should be back.

        I have paid electricity bill though paytm app using indian bank debit card, paytm receives money but transaction failed. Paytm says ' we have refund the amount to your bank account on 6jan '. The reference number for this transaction (30003890079006191121962). So, refund my amount as soon as possible to my account, it already completed 20days. Amount is rupees ₹.20504/-

          As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on[protected] and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious. Please make it as soon as possible.

            I visited indian bank jawahar nagar, chennai 600082, tamilnadu, branch on 23rd november 2018, approximately around 15:00 hours. I had a very unpleasant experience. I had to make a passbook entry. I approached, a personnel in the third counter in the left hand side mentioned as swo (Unfortunately i couldn’t name the personnel as he was not wearing any identification card or badge).

            I had made the last passbook entry on 07th july 2018. Indian bank personnel in that counter, asked me for the reason of delay in making passbook entry. I said i had approached the branch twice or thrice in this period and they have not made the entry citing some inabilities from their side, involving technical issues. Also i explained, i’ve tried to make entries is self service kiosk in and around this area, but they are not functional. Moreover, i said, i am working in outstation projects and i cannot frequently visit the branch for making entry, but still whenever i could, i take effort to get my passbook updated frequently.

            But he is not willing to listen to any of my explanation and simply over ridded my explanations as lame excuses. Furthermore, he also gave me an ill advise, in a mumbling tone to open account in a private bank and suffer the rigmaroles imposed by them.

            After throwing such comments and ill advise, he made a passbook entry of 34 entries composed in 3 pages of 9cms long and 18cms wide paper (Which is just 1/3rd of an a4 sheet).

            So, if receiving such a trivial service, which is a very basic right of a customer, from indian bank branch is costing us to tolerate, a derogatory and defamatory comments from indian bank personnel, what service we can get from this branch with a smiling face.

            If printing these three pages is a huge work burden for that gentleman, he should have simply refused to provide service to me and returned my passbook, citing an appropriate clause of tos, for his action. Instead, who has given him the privilege to make me an ill advise to open an account in a private bank and suffer the rigmaroles imposed by private banks. If there is any clause in tos regarding the duration within which passbook entries has to be made and regarding the volume of transactions to print, kindly quote that, i do not have any issues to adhere to that tos. But, the problem is with the way of expression.

            Trusting the indian bank as an esteemed organization we open an account with this bank. But, if indian bank personnel want us to open an account in the private bank and not willing to provide even the simplest of the services, what is the integrity they have towards their organization.

            I am a consumer activist and trainer, who very well know the rules and responsibilities of a consumer and also trying best to spread awareness of consumer rights and protection. If i am being responded with such a bad manners from this branch, (That too for a transaction involving very basic trivial service which does not involve any special or discretionary privilege from the branch), what will be the quality of reception given in this branch to a consumer with very less levels of awareness about consumer rights.

            I feel his manners and ill advise as defamatory and derogatory to my dignity. I am unnecessarily suffering an unceasing mental agony, because of the ill behavior of the indian bank personnel. I demand an unconditional formal apology for the unpleasant experience what i have faced in this branch.

            I had sent the same complaint to indian bank nodal officer on 1st december 2018. I had also received a swift response from nodal officer on 04th december 2018, in which the said branch had been directed top investigate the said complain. But the said branch had no taken any action (At least i had not been intimated about the action taken, if any) so far. I had also sent a remainder to nodal officer on 19th december 2018. But still ther is no follow up action. Therefore, i am seeking the support of consumer complaints to establish my right as a bank customer.

                I have cancelled order from Amazon on 12th January 2019.I didn't get my refund amount still.Amazon customer service given refundreference number as[protected]. Suggested to contact Indian bank customers service with reference number but bank people informed like there is no such facilities.Then how can I get refund amount.please take an action immediately.The refund amount should be RS

                    Please be informed that you have to teach your staff how to behave to customer & we are not going to branch to see their attitude as we are going to branch to get better service. Since last three week am enquiring about my new atm card but inappropriate response from them when i enquire to courier service they said 14 th jan has delivered. If your staff are incapable of managing atm card delivery why ur not directly sending to home address. I would like to to express extreme disappointment & dissatisfaction regarding chithara branch (Kollam, kerala) services & attitude toward customer

                      Ours is residents association (Apartment). We are maintaining our society account no:[protected], since 25 years with your begum-pet-hyderabad branch. We regularly operate our account, we deposit clearing cheques, deposit cash and issue cheques.in the process we have deposited clearing cheques in the first week of march 2018, cheque no:000016, on hdfc bank, rs.2500, returned un - realized, debited our societies account on 08.03.2018. On reconciliation of our account., we have approached the bank they have returned to us in 2nd week of january 2019, under acknowledgement, after 10th months of lapse. The validity of cheque is expired after 3 months of its date of issue. We could not receive the payment from the drawer of the cheque in question as he left our vaishali apartment (Since he is tenant). Thus our society is deprived and put to loss of rs.2500.

                      This is total negligence and deficiency of service on the part of the hence the bank is liable. Please advice and address the issue as soon as possible.
                      Please very your bank-branch for the records (We have noticed many returned clearing cheques in their possession).

                        I ordered a product in amazon on january 3rd 2019. But it got cancelled on jan 9th 2019 due to non submission of id proof. They processed my refund and sent me a refund reference code for the transaction which is[protected]. After thrn i called to indian bank customer care, the did not respond my call. Later i called to my branch and they replied me that they do not have such facility to refund the amount with the help of such reference number.. So kindly take action reagarding this.. It has been a long time wait for my refund amount of Rs. 247. Please concern about this solve this problem..

Amount was debited immediatley but not credited so far to neighbour account so plz take immediate action and solve our problem.                             I have canceled a product honor 9n rs 11999 on 11/01/2019 which i bought through indian bank rupay debit card .I haven't received any refund yet.                               I am nalina devi i am a indian bank account holder. I went to old washermenpet branch on 21.01.2019 for taking a dd. The counter no 6 lady staff who is responsible for dd section didn't informed me at the commission amount. I had filled the form without it and waiting in the cash counter for half an hour. Once my turn comes the cashier asked me to enquire the commission amount to the counter no 6 staff and fill it in the challan. So i went again to her by 1:30 pm. She was not in her seat for half an hour. She came by 2.00 pm and informed me the commission amount.

                              I had filled it and again waited in the queue and gave the challan to the cashier. He checked it and asked me to go to the counter no 6 person. Again she was not in her place. She came back by 2:40 and gave the dd printout. She didn't informed any other thing to me

                              I came to the registrar office with the dd and they denied it as it is not signed by the banker.. Now i made a call to the counter no 6 person and she is saying that come and get it signed by the cashier.

                              She could have saved our time by saying the commission amount at the time i had asked about taking dd for this amount.
                              She must have sent me to the cashier for getting signature.

                              She irresponsible and reluctant to help the poor illiterate customers.

                              Please send her to the branch where she wish to work as she treats the people as cheap and torture

                                It's been more than a year and i have not yet received sanction letter and loan agreement copy yet.
                                I have raised the concern to respective branch but manager is not responding.
                                I have also dropped and email to zonal manager, but he too seems disinterested in responding.

                                Toll free number does not work. Complaint form does not get submitted as it has error. Very very bad customer service

                                  I am a retired person from indian railway. I have pension account in indian bank at newai, rajasthan, IFS CODE IS - SBIN0007259 and A/C no is [protected]. every month my Income tax ducted from my account. but employee of that bank mistyped my PAN CARD number due to that my income tax not reflecting against my PAN CARD number. because of that I got notice from Income tax department. Regarding this I hv given wrriten complaint in bank. and visited so many times. but they r not sorting out this issue. As I m a taxpayer citizen of india also a senior citizen. its mental torture for us like inspite of paying tax ...and due to mistake of bank ...people like us hv to suffer like naything at this age.

                                    I am account holder of indian bank, manali branch. Account number [protected]. As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it. But the amount has not been credited into my account. Reference number for the transaction is[protected] for the amount 389 and the next reference number is[protected] for the amount 749 and nect ref number is[protected] for the amount rs.909

                                      I am supposed to get 3 refund of rs 30, rs 115 and rs 294 a week back. Even though the amount has been processed from their side, my balance is still the same. I contacted the sites returning the amount (Irtct and dominoes) and both replied saying that it will be returned in 7 working day. And it has been 7 working days and still there is no refund reflected in my account. I would request that you look into it and revert back the amount.
