Sir i did payment on 10-1-19 of ammount 750 for an workshop in my university. It got debited from my account and not cedited to the person whom i paid
When i did payment i got an error message as i added bellow... So please will you check and help me out. I have to pay again the event is going to be on 15. So i have to pay before 15th as please respond as soon as possible

I coudnt recharge in my indpay app from 5th Jan. The message displayes as service not available. I reached ur customer support for 4 times but I haven't got any solution...

    Hi,

    I tried to purchase the amazon gift voucher and it failed but amount got deducted from my card.
    Card no. [protected]
    Account number no.[protected]
    Branch : sahibabad, rajendra nagar
    Bank name: indian bank

    ₹7500 got deducted but didn't receive the voucher and it was showing transaction as failed.

    According to the team they reversed the transaction and the amount is refunded to source account and the refund reference number for the same is 75503728286023623869796.

    Pfa the screenshots so as to understand the issue & validate my claim.
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I done transection of Rs 1000 in my another account
    & i am not receive payment in my sbi account
    I made the payment through phone pay

    Please help to resolve this issue

    Last 30th December 2018 I have purchased home need items at Ponnu stores, Camproad, East TAmbaram. The amount is Rs.1242/-. But yesterdy I checked my bank statement through online, I found it was doubly deducted. please return the amount of the same ASAP. My SB account no.[protected] Here with I have attached the trasaction details
    In 24 hrs per day your indian bank mobile banking 23 hours busy how to send money or recieve money
    I am very disappointed over this issue
    I decide to close my account and choose any other bank for transaction

      As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 31.12.18 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. Still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earlier. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

            We have placed a order in amazon and the refund was processed on 4th still not credited 1500 ..registered num was [protected] waiting so many days...Please take action at earliest...We have contacted amazon and they told the amount was refunded from their end and why the hell indian bank has not transferred playing with our money and time please credit the amount right away

              I have transferred a sum of rs. 500/- to my friend through "indpay" mobile application on 17 nov 18, the amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary and returned to my account [my account no with indian bank is:[protected]].

              Copy of my passbook containing the transaction enclosed for reference,

              I hereby request you to kindly refund the said amount to my account at the earliest and oblige.

                I have faced several times this kind of conduct.. This is about gudiyatham branch where the bank employee treating the customers badly.. I have been humiliated several times.. I didnt bring passbook to collect the applied atm card and also i came little late. It doesnt mean i could be treated badly. Every customer deserves their dignity.

From Amazon i received sms that my refund amount Rs.4752.75 on 14 th December 2018 and this amount reflect with in 20th December 2018.but still now the amount didn't initiate..Take necessary step to get my refund amount.

I have tried to transfer money through imps using indpay rs:4000 two times total amount debited rs:8000 from my account. I have enquired my beneficiary's bank's on this issue but no transaction as been done through indian bank, they said me to ask in bank. I have mentioned my transaction details below.

                        I tried to withdraw amount rs.900 using indian bank atm card in federal bank atm vada palani branch on 17.12.2018. The amount got debited in my account but not received cash. I gave a complaint letter to indian bank arun akkam branch where i've my sb account. Since no action was taken, i visited the branch on 31.12.2018. The assistant manager simply answered me that they missed the complaint letter and asked me to give the details again. But now it is sixdays after my visit to branch, till now amount not refunded to me. Need immediate action regarding this.

                                    Hello. I placed two orders on myntra and they have initiated the refund already. M y bank account does not reflect the money at all. It's not the first time this has happened. None of my refund ever gets credited back to my account. Myntra has refunded my amount with reference number. They are saying they can't help as the amount 690 and 646 has been successfully processed from their side. Indian bank is saying they can't help me out. Where is my money going. I am using indian bank account from past one and half year and i am really disappointed by the loss of money i am having. Please resolve my issue.

                                      I am komal sharma account holder of indian bank situated at mariyam nagar, nandgram, ghaziabad
                                      On wednesday i went to bank to update my passbook and new phone number with application. Bm told me that passbook update mahine is not working, before it i went many time to update passbook but found same fault.. Then i asked to update my new mobile no. And submit application. Till today my no. Is not update due to this i could not do e payment to someone and transaction. I got a big loss.. It is not possible to go to bank again and again taking leave from my job.
                                      Branch manger is responsible for all losses of me

                                        I have went today to open a new account in indian bank mkb nagar branch, kodungaiyur. I gave filled in application form at 11.30 am. But till 3'o clock there is no reply. So i asked that person he simply said go and come tomorrow morning. I asked him you have to tell this before right, i'm waiting here for a while. He just kept my application aside at 4 pm and said come tomorrow. This is how these people treating the customers? I didn't had my lunch and i'm a diabetic and bp patient. I was very upset and came home. I want to register complaint against that bank staff.
