Five refunds have been made by amazon india to my mastercard debit card associated with this bank account no:[protected] in satna branch of indianbank on 27th december 2018 but none of them are reflected in my bank account.     We have placed a order in amazon and the refund was processed on 4th still not credited 1500 ..registered num was [protected] waiting so many days...Please take action at earliest...We have contacted amazon and they told the amount was refunded from their end and why the hell indian bank has not transferred playing with our money and time please credit the amount right away

      I have transferred a sum of rs. 500/- to my friend through "indpay" mobile application on 17 nov 18, the amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary and returned to my account [my account no with indian bank is:[protected]].

      The imps reference number for the transaction is

      Copy of my passbook containing the transaction enclosed for reference,

      I hereby request you to kindly refund the said amount to my account at the earliest and oblige.

      I am not able to send it receive money through any 3rd party app because the server is always down. Pls do something and get things right asap.
      I am facing this problem since 3 days. My both the debit and credit process is not working in my account

        I blow up between bank and gas dealer due to non-update aadhar no. With lpg.
        I following continue to bank and gas dealer for update aadhar no. But failed.
        Aadhar is active in bank but showing inactive to gas dealer so that i suffering trouble.

        I have faced several times this kind of conduct.. This is about gudiyatham branch where the bank employee treating the customers badly.. I have been humiliated several times.. I didnt bring passbook to collect the applied atm card and also i came little late. It doesnt mean i could be treated badly. Every customer deserves their dignity.

          Sir, i ordered water lilly R.O.system 10Ltr.on 13.12.2018.but i returned it on 14.12.2018. From Amazon i received sms that my refund amount Rs.4752.75 on 14 th December 2018 and this amount reflect with in 20th December 2018.but still now the amount didn't initiate..Take necessary step to get my refund amount.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am K. Prakash Pandian from M/s. Shri Foundation, chennai. I have tried to transfer money through imps using indpay rs:4000 two times total amount debited rs:8000 from my account. I have enquired my beneficiary's bank's on this issue but no transaction as been done through indian bank, they said me to ask in bank. I have mentioned my transaction details below.

                I tried to withdraw amount rs.900 using indian bank atm card in federal bank atm vada palani branch on 17.12.2018. The amount got debited in my account but not received cash. I gave a complaint letter to indian bank arun akkam branch where i've my sb account. Since no action was taken, i visited the branch on 31.12.2018. The assistant manager simply answered me that they missed the complaint letter and asked me to give the details again. But now it is sixdays after my visit to branch, till now amount not refunded to me. Need immediate action regarding this.

                            Hello. I placed two orders on myntra and they have initiated the refund already. M y bank account does not reflect the money at all. It's not the first time this has happened. None of my refund ever gets credited back to my account. Myntra has refunded my amount with reference number. They are saying they can't help as the amount 690 and 646 has been successfully processed from their side. Indian bank is saying they can't help me out. Where is my money going. I am using indian bank account from past one and half year and i am really disappointed by the loss of money i am having. Please resolve my issue.

                              I am komal sharma account holder of indian bank situated at mariyam nagar, nandgram, ghaziabad
                              On wednesday i went to bank to update my passbook and new phone number with application. Bm told me that passbook update mahine is not working, before it i went many time to update passbook but found same fault.. Then i asked to update my new mobile no. And submit application. Till today my no. Is not update due to this i could not do e payment to someone and transaction. I got a big loss.. It is not possible to go to bank again and again taking leave from my job.
                              Branch manger is responsible for all losses of me
                              Take a strict and neccessary action against him

                                I have went today to open a new account in indian bank mkb nagar branch, kodungaiyur. I gave filled in application form at 11.30 am. But till 3'o clock there is no reply. So i asked that person he simply said go and come tomorrow morning. I asked him you have to tell this before right, i'm waiting here for a while. He just kept my application aside at 4 pm and said come tomorrow. This is how these people treating the customers? I didn't had my lunch and i'm a diabetic and bp patient. I was very upset and came home. I want to register complaint against that bank staff.

                                  As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 17/12/2018 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                    I have availed education loan of 5.15 lakhs to peruse my Engineering.i did not get a job and was unable to repay the loan. I got married and paid almost 6.5 lakhs to bank in parts. They have not given any interest subsidy and asking us to pay 11 lakhs now to close the account. In our loan account its showing 0 balance and all wrong transactions. The bank manager and the Zonal manager are also not treating or responding properly. They are saying "your property is with us why should we do settlement". I really dont know what to do. I am from a middle class family even to file a case we are not able to pay lawyer fee. pls help

                                      I mr. Bhargav holding my saving account in ib branch: brookfield, bengaluru had transferred rs.2000 to my beneficiary who is holding account in karur vysya bank
                                      After receiving otp i received message as your fund transfer for rs.2000.00 on 31-12-18 could not be processed due to insufficient balance in your account. At 22:00 pm
                                      It didn't credit to beneficiary nor it revert to my account. Transaction no.

                                        I am holding indian bank savings account number: [protected]. At - ankula branch, jajpur dist. On 09.12.2018. Ankula indian bank atm id to withdraw rs. 20000, for some reason the money didn't came out, but i received slip saying that transection declined. Within span of 5 mints received sms stating that you have withdrawrn above amount.in this connection i called the branch manager told me that you should come to the branch fill the form and i will be form fillap but 25 day complaint pending.
